This study conducted over two rounds Delphi survey targeting experts in the fields of roads, transportation, automobiles, intelligent transport systems(ITS), and communications to analyze the direction of change in road design, operation, and systems in the Lv.4/4+ autonomous driving era. To construct the Delphi survey items, a basic survey was conducted. The first and second Delphi surveys targeted experts in fields closely related to autonomous driving. The results of the survey revealed an expectation that in the future, transportation operations would change focus to shared autonomous vehicle(AV) and public transportation transfers, and there would be corresponding changes in the cross-sectional configuration. Exclusive lanes for AV are expected to be introduced commencing from highways and general national roads, and there was a consensus that they should be installed in the center of the road rather than on the sides and would use the same lane width as that of the existing road. In terms of facilities for AVs, it was found that it would be necessary to expand pedestrian-vehicle separation facilities, insert communication chips into facilities for location recognition, advance precision maps, and expand roadside communication facilities.

In the knowledge and information age, to discover and protect Intellectual Properties would be very important for their economic value as a major growth engine. This study evaluated the reliability of a Delphi survey conducted by experts to assess the value of agricultural resources knowledge obtained from literature reviews and field interviews. Delphi method is collecting the opinions of experts for several rounds repeatedly, in the next round the experts have chance to modify their opinion. Scores between two rounds are highly correlated and standard deviations are declined for second round to imply that some correction of their evaluations are made. To check reliability of Delphi survey of two rounds Cronbach's reliability coefficient and Generalizability coefficient are derived. The Cronbach alpha's supported the reliability of the method, but the Generalizability analysis revealed some unexpected results while checking the variance components of sources of measurement errors. Despite the increased reliability coefficients, the deviations between the raters are increased which means that additional rounds are required to get consensus, the goal of Delphi research.

Based on the service scenario proposed by the existing Kim Tae-wan (2018) who can safely evacuate inmates with the help of a mobile application linked to a fire detection system in the event of a fire, the final purpose of this study is to develop the scenario by incorporating more realistic scenarios with mobile stimuli that can help them escape or act through the Delph In addition, to make the scenarios produced more realistic considering the structure and copper lines of a typical building, expert scenario verification and Delphi technique were applied to exclude unnecessary or impractical aspects of the existing scenarios. The results of the second Delphi survey showed that the primary psychology that could be seen at the time of the fire alarm were doubts, safety concerns and alarm, and the results of the second Delphi survey were analyzed, and the satisfaction of the content adequacy (CVR), convergence, and consensus was derived. Finally, this was applied to create a scenario in which a mobile application was assisted to evacuate the fire response phase. This study will allow the use of methods to increase the evacuation rate of those who are in the event of a fire.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of a instrumental activities of daily living training program called grocery shopping for schizophrenic patients in Delphi. Methods : The final program items and contents were completed through the first and third delphi surveys from August 2018 to March 2019. The expert composition selected 26 occupational therapists related to mental health. Three surveys were conducted and 23 experts participated in the Delphi survey. The second questionnaire, which was created from an open questionnaire, was designed to indicate the degree of importance using the Likert 5-point scale. As a result of the response of the 3rd questionnaire, the level of expert consensus was reconfirmed by analyzing average, standard deviation, and content validity ratio (CVR). Results : Three rounds of Delphi research reveal four categories of questions: grocery shopping views, product purchase strategies, necessary functions, and expert knowledge and experience on how to make purchase decisions. 24 items were selected. Through the 2nd and 3rd Delphi surveys, 4 items that did not meet the criteria of goodness of fit of each item or duplicated the contents were deleted and finally 20 items were extracted. Conclusion : Experts' agreement on grocery shopping technology was drawn from an occupational therapy perspective so that patients with schizophrenia living in the community could recover and participate as a member of society.

We will then reveal the critical issues by applying a SWOT analysis and a Delphi research from the viewpoint of strategic planning. At the same time, policy alternatives are also sought after as contributory tools to resolve the strategic issues demonstrated in this analysis and research.

The purpose of the research was to develop an analysis framework for Korean mathematics textbooks from a critical mathematics education perspective. For this, we conducted a comprehensive literature review regarding critical theory, critical education, and critical mathematics education. Based on the literature review, we derived a preliminary framework for textbook analysis. To validate the preliminary framework delphi survey was carried out twice with 21 expert panelists in the field of mathematics education and multicultural education. The first delphi survey was conducted with open-ended questions to investigate diverse opinions regarding educational goals, contents, and teaching methods of critical mathematics education. The second delphi survey was conducted with Likert-type scale and it was analyzed using Mean, Contents Validity Ratio, Degree of Consensus. As the result of the whole research procedures, the final analysis framework was developed consisting of four categories: classical knowledge, community knowledge, communicative knowledge, and political knowledge. A development of the analysis framework from a critical mathematics education perspective could give a significant impact on the mathematics curriculum or mathematic teacher education in the Korea and a meaningful initial step for the effort of practicing critical mathematics education. It is expected that this study could not only incite consideration for the better mathematics education but also expand the prospect of research and practice in mathematics education. This study would provide a new paradigm of future mathematics education with which to teach and guide students to become members of world civil society with mathematical power and critical competency.

The goal of the education of Information Communication Ethics(ICE) is to improve the consciousness of young people so that they themselves are able to judge between what's ethically right and wrong and, as a result, to take the right behavior. For this, we need to preferentially identify the primary factors in understanding and diagnosing the consciousness level of young people on the ICE. To solve this problem, in this study, we identified four major indices that consist of the ICE consciousness through the meta analysis of the both domestic and international researches from the past 5 years in the related area and then, they are validated by experts. We also analyzed the factors in assessing the ICE consciousness of young people by using the Delphi technique, which, during its analysis, even considers elements that are qualitative or cannot be objectified, through the help of an expert group that consists of experienced teachers and professors in the related area. As a result we deduced 4 major indices and 45 related factors.

The security activity suitable for the port can be achieved, provided that the physical security factors specialized for the port security should be presented as preceding conditions. The advanced research about the theoretical data of the port security factors is incomplete and the study on the physical security factors of the port facilities should be done. In this study, the necessity and suitability of port security factors was evaluated with Delphi technique. Consequently, 19 variables of physical security factors were derived in the primary survey and through the second survey of necessity evaluation and the third survey of suitability evaluation 12 variables were selected as the physical security factors of th port facilities.

This study aims to extract additional elements to the existing game value evaluation using Delphi technique to 23 game experts. As a result of reviewing the characteristics of the development model using the evaluation model of the existing game contents, it was found that the evaluation factor was selected when selecting the content. The Delphi analysis was conducted two times, the first was the expert FGI and the second was the Delphi questionnaire. More detailed elements were presented in the related items such as results, technology transfer and dissemination, and details for promoting commercialization. Through focus group interviews, we extracted additional factors and predicted market size, growth potential, regulatory and market appeal and risk through market analysis of content success in the game industry. This will allow the industry to understand market size, growth potential, regulation, market appeal and risk through a market analysis of its success targets. This study suggests that the proposed evaluation factors can be applied to the entire game and cultural contents industry and will also help to construct market factors such as market value evaluation of contents, goal and goal setting, selection of entry method, and strategic factors.

This study aims to develop urban scenarios for future cities and validate the future city scenarios using a Delphi method. The scenarios of future city was derived from urban structure, land use, transportation, and urban infrastructure and development using big data analysis, environmental scanning techniques, and literature review. The Delphi survey interviewed 24 erudite scholars and experts across 6 nations including Korea, USA, UK, Japan, China, Australia and India. The Delphi survey structure was designed to test future city scenarios, verified by the 5-point Likert scale. The survey also asked the timing of each scenario likely happens by the three terms of near-future, mid-future and far-future. Results of the Delphi survey reveal the following points. Firstly, for the future urban structure it is anticipated that urban concentration continues and higher density living in global mega cities near future. In the mid-future small and medium size cities may decrease. Secondly, the land use pattern in the near-future is expected of increasing space sharing and mixed or layered vertical land-use. In addition underground space is likely to be extended in the mid-future. Thirdly, in the near-future, transport and infrastructure was expected to show ICT embedded integration platform and public and private smart transport. Finally, the result of Delphi survey shows that TOD (Transit Oriented Development) becomes a development norm and more emphasis on energy and environment fields.
