A study on the weighting of influence factors for tunnel collapse risk analysis (터널 붕괴 위험도 분석을 위한 영향인자 가중치 산정에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, the Delphi method and AHP (analytic hierarchy process) were used to evaluate tunnel collapse risk from a comprehensive and multifaceted perspective. Influence factors were established through literature reviews, previous studies, and brainstorming sessions with expert groups, resulting in the construction of five main classification systems. A panel of 21 experts was formed, and three rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted to prevent errors and biases in the expert judgment process, thereby enhancing reliability. Ultimately, 14 influence factors were identified through CVR (content validity ratio) and COV (coefficient of variation) analyses of the experts' responses. Subsequently, the AHP method was applied to assess the relative importance of each influence factor and calculate the final composite weights. The timing of support and reinforcement had the highest priority, followed by groundwater inflow, joint conditions, support pattern levels, and auxiliary methods. These findings help identify the key factors affecting tunnel collapse risk and provide a foundation for developing strategies to improve tunnel safety.

The Need for Education on Health and Medical Law for Nursing Students (간호대학생의 보건의료법에 대한 교육의 필요성)

  • This study aimed to find out the learning outcomes of the program belonging to law and ethics, which is the category of the 4th cycle nursing certification evaluation, and to find out the direction of health care laws and regulations belonging to the related category accordingly. In the 4th cycle, 4 sub-competences were presented, and "learning outcomes are to practice nursing in accordance with law and ethics". Planning is recommended. In particular, health care laws and regulations are an important subject in the national examination for nurses, and the number of students who failed in the recent national examination for nurses was 1st to 2nd. However, if these subjects are recognized only as memorization-oriented national tests, the learning outcomes of the Nursing Education Accreditation and Evaluation Institute cannot be achieved. In particular, with the demand for high-level nursing care as a nurse and the expansion of work, related responsibilities and duties are increasing, so it is necessary to recognize the importance of achieving learning outcomes for health care laws and regulations and to make efforts to link learning outcomes.

Safety management service using voice chatbot for risks response of field workers (현장 작업자 위험대응을 위한 음성챗봇을 이용한 안전관리 서비스)

  • Recently, industrial accidents have continued to increase due to the industrialization, and worker safety management is recognized as essential to reduce losses due to hazardous factors at work places. To manage the safety of workers, it is required to apply customized safety management artificial intelligence technology that takes into account the characteristics of industrial sites, and a service for real-time risk detection and response to workers depending on the situation based on safety accident types and risk analysis for each task and process. The proposed safety management service consists of worker devices to acquire sensor data, edge devices to collect from IoT-based sensors, and a voice chatbot to support workers' disaster response. The voice chatbot plays a major role in interacting with workers at disaster sites to respond to risks. This paper focuses on real-time risk response using an IoT-based system and voice chatbot on a server for work safety according to the worker's situation. A Scenario-based voice chatbot is used to process responses at the edge level to provide safety management services.

  • Amidst the burgeoning research on autonomous ships, there has been a marked increase in the development of new systems and equipment for these vessels. This study identifies specific assets and functional requirements essential for managing autonomous ships, and presents a system architecture applicable to conventional and autonomous vessels alike. The recommended fleet asset management system encompasses ship information, maintenance, crew, and operational management. Assets specific to autonomous ships include the MASS rating within ship information, advanced software and hardware for maintenance, and remote operators in the crew management. These asset functions are managed through separate, modular systems that permit easy attachment and detachment, hence ensuring compatibility with both traditional and autonomous ships. Moreover, the system is web-based which facilitates access through an internet environment without necessitating the installation of any program.

  • 이 연구는 『추악한 미국인』을 포함한 '추악한 시리즈'가 '한국'에서 번역되는 맥락과 의미를 분석하고자 했다. 이를 통해 『The Ugly American』이 동아시아 각국에 번역되고 전유되어 '추악한 시리즈'를 창출하고 그것이 한국에 번역되는 맥락을 파악할 수 있다. 『The Ugly American』(1958)은 윌리암 J. 레더러(Lederer, William J), 유진 버딕크(Burdick, Eugene) 공저의 풍자소설이다. 이 소설은 1959년 한국에 『추악한 미국인』으로 번역되면서 알려지기 시작하는데 베트남전쟁에서 미국인의 실수와 추태를 다룬 작품이다. 이 작품이 중요한 것은 월남전의 미국의 과오를 비판한 수준을 넘어 글쓰기의 아이디어와 방식이 미친 영향력이다. 제목이 함의하듯 이러한 책의 발상은 특정 국가와 그 민족구성원의 문제점을 지적하는 글쓰기 형식이기 때문에 민족(성) 비판과 맥이 닿아 있다. 『The Ugly American』의 수용과 전유는 한국뿐만 아니라 중국, 일본, 대만 등 동아시아 각국의 역사적 관계와 문명의 격차에서 기인하는 자기인식과 상대국에 대한 평가를 파악할 수 있게 한다. 소속 공동체에 대한 자긍심과 (민족)주체의 내적 발전 및 동태적 역동성의 발견 및 재인식 작업으로서의 민족문화론은 개인과 국가의 자기지식과 아이덴티티의 필수불가결한 구축 과정이며 진보와 지체를 둘러싼 일종의 자기반응이다. 이처럼 자신과 세계인식의 재갱신은 서구제국주의의 관점과 적자생존론, 민족주의를 경유해온 우리의 인식론적 성찰의 현실과 긴밀하게 관련된다는 점에서 '추악한' 시리즈는 그 실상과 강박을 접근할 수 있는 중요한 참조점이 될 것이다.

Research of Satellite Autonomous Navigation Using Star Sensor Algorithm (별 추적기 알고리즘을 활용한 위성 자율항법 연구)

  • In order to perform various missions in space, including planetary exploration, estimating the position of a satellite in orbit is a very important factor because it is directly related to the success rate of mission performance. As a study for autonomous satellite navigation, this study estimated the satellite's attitude and real time orbital position using a star sensor algorithm with two star trackers and earth sensor. To implement the star sensor algorithm, a simulator was constructed and the position error of the satellite estimated through the technique presented in the paper was analyzed. Due to lens distortion and errors in the center point finding algorithm, the average attitude estimation error was at the level of 2.6 rad in the roll direction. And the position error was confirmed by attitude error, so average error in altitude direction was 516 m. It is expected that the proposed satellite attitude and position estimation technique will contribute to analyzing star sensor performance and improving position estimation accuracy.

  • The tracking radar system is a system that transmits a radar signal to acquire and track a very weak signal that hits the target and returns. In addition, it is essential to apply the FPGA for high-speed preprocessing and the multi-core DSP for real-time algorithm performance to process radar signals in a short time. For the ADC, FPGA, and DSP design, the design of the power required by each is also very important. This paper describes the optimal power design of the signal processor consisting of ADC, FPGA, and DSP for radar signal processing. It explains in detail what parts are applied to each component to design the desired power. We present the finally designed circuit board.

A Study on the Applicability of University Facilities to Future Higher Education (국내 국립대학시설의 미래교육 적용 가능성에 대한 실태조사 기초 연구)

  • With the rapid advancement of the fourth industrial revolution, universities need to nurture talents that can lead and respond to the future society based on the demands of higher education and job changes. A huge change from lecture-centered learning to student-centered learning forces university facilities to be renovated depending on the diversity of teaching-learning methods. This research proposes design principles and government policies on renovation of the university facilities in Korea. Literature review found educational factors (i.e., individuality, diversity, convergence, community, and publicness) and architectural factors in higher education. A case study on floor plans of the universities in Korea showed that the facilities are not suitable for student-centered learning in terms of educational and architectural factors. This finding was confirmed in a field survey.

  • An encryption and decryption method using phase mapping of a gray scale image based on a phase-shifting interferometry principle is proposed in which an encrypted image is formed into complex digital hologram function by symmetric security key in the proposed encryption system.. The gray scale image to be encrypted is converted to phase mapped function that is mixed with a randomly generated binary security encryption key and is used as an input. Decryption of phase information is performed by complex digital hologram and security encryption key, which reconstructs the original gray scale image by phase unmapping. The proposed method confirms that correlation coefficient of the decrypted image is 0.995 when quantization level of CCD is 8-bits(28=256 levels).

A study on the school health education curriculum development focused on the health education course in primary school (국민학교 보건교육 교과과정의 개선방안에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was development of school health education curriculum in primary school based on analysis of the textbooks published in 1991. 1) The health education curriculum in primary school consisted of four major components such as health education aspects of the healthful school environments, health education aspects of school health services, health education course, and health instruction in related subjects. However, health instruction taught by physical education, biology, and other health related subjects was not systematic organization for health care. 2) A considerable amount of health knowledge and attitude, and some health practices was learned as the result of experiences in other courses, where there was little or no reference to health. It must be developed health edcation course separated from health related subjects. 3) Direct health insruction was represented by the health education course. The health education courses must be considered to be heart of the school health education curriculum. 4) The health education course developed by this study was consisted of eight health units and problems in the early elementary grade or health classes in the higher years. 5) The health education course developed by this study provided the opportunity for acquring new knowledge, attitude, and practice, for discarding the unhealtful attitude and strengthening the healthful attitude and practices of primary school students.
