본 연구는 간호대학생의 감성지능, 의사소통능력, 대인관계유능성 및 대학생활적응 간 관계를 파악하고 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G광역시 소재 대학의 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생 173명으로, 자료수집은 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2022년 9월 10일에서 10월 10일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 program을 이용하여 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 대학생활적응은 감성지능(r=.760, p<.001), 의사소통능력(r=.600, p<.001), 대인관계유능성(r=.451, p<.001)과 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 대학생활적응에 영향요인은 감성지능(𝛽=.543, p<.001), 의사소통능력(𝛽=.433, p=.001), 대인관계유능성(𝛽=.283, p<.031)으로 대학생활적응에 대한 총 설명력은 59.9%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 감성지능과 의사소통능력을 함양하고 대인관계유능성 향상을 돕는 교육프로그램을 개발하고 간호교육과정 동안 지속적으로 제공함으로서 대학생활적응력을 높일 수 있는 전략이 필요하다.

This study uncovers the relationships between mental health, couple relationships and marital happiness. The sample included 180 inter-married Korean men. The data were analyzed by means of frequency, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS. Mental health is positively correlated with marital conflict, but is negatively correlated with efficient communication and marital happiness. Furthermore, marital conflict is negatively correlated with communication and marital happiness. Second, mental health has a positive influence on marital conflict and a negative influence on marital happiness. Depression and social mal-adaptation have a negative effect on communication and marital happiness. Marital conflict does not have a mediating effect on mental health and marital happiness. Third, depression and social mal-adaptation have a negative influence on communication and marital happiness. Communication has a mediating effect on mental health and marital happiness. In conclusion, to reduce marital conflict, it is important to intervene in inter-married Korean men's marital happiness through special education programs and counseling.

This study explored how communication between married men and women is related to marital satisfaction, and verified the relationship through the medium effect of marital intimacy. A total number of 365 married men and women in their 30s-50s were surveyed. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 for technical statistics, frequency analysis, and regression analysis, and parametric analysis was performed using the method by Baron and Kenny(1986). The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of the verification of differences in key variables according to the demographic characteristics, there were significant differences in the age group, education period and household income. Second, the analysis of the relationship through regression analysis shows that the demographic factors such as age, age of the youngest child, and more importantly couple communication, and marital intimacy are influential in marital satisfaction. Third, verification of the mediation analysis revealed that marital intimacy had partial mediation with communication and marital satisfaction. Through these research results, we verified that marital communication and marital intimacy are vital in order to improve marriage satisfaction for married men and women.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of economic status on the difficulties of family life focusing on the mediating effects of family communication and family ties. A total of 386 people were surveyed, and data from 352 were used for the actual data analysis. For the analysis, technical statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and a Sobel test were conducted. The results were as follows.: First, the correlation analysis confirmed that there are statistically significant correlations among the economic status of households, family communication, family ties, and the difficulties of family life. Second, the economic status of households directly influences the difficulties of family by mediating family communication and family ties. This study identified that family communication and family ties affect the improvement of difficulties in family life. It suggests that improving economic status, promoting communication among family members, and strengthening family ties can help solve the difficulties of family life.

본 연구에서는 캠퍼스 지식경영의 관점에서 대학 내 지식 중에서도 대학 교수들 간의 강의자원 공유의 필요성과 그에 영향을 미치는 영향요인들에 대해 분석하였다. 분석결과 강의자원 공유 영향요인으로 설정된 6개의 요인 즉, 인지도, '신뢰성', '의사소통의 개방성', '협력도', '평가와보상', 'IT 인프라기반 의사소통채널'중 관계적 요인의 '인지도'와 구조적요인의 '평가와 보상' 두 요인만이 종속변수인 '대학 내 강의자원공유'에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개별 독립변수들의 상대적 중요도를 비교해보면 특히 관계적 요인인 '인지도' 가 '대학 내 강의자원 공유'에 탁월한 영향력을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to promote emotional coaching communication and to contribute to the mental health of youth by investigating the perceptional discrepancy of emotional coaching between a mother and her child related to the maladjustment of adolescents. Two hundred junior high school students in the second and third grades and their 200 mothers living in Suncheon were purposefully sampled, and the data were analyzed using the program SPSSVIN 21. The results were as follows. First, the mothers' perception appeared to be higher than their children's in emotional coaching communications. Second, pairs of mothers and children were categorized into three types, depending on the degree of their emotional coaching communication. There were more pairs with discrepancies of perception of emotional coaching than pairs with corresponding perceptions. Third, the pairs with corresponding perceptions of emotional coaching showed fewer maladjustment problems. According to the mothers' descriptions, a sneering child appeared to have the worst effect with respect to maladjustment. From these results, it is suggested that education on emotional coaching for mothers should be developed and increased to prevent maladjustment problems of junior high school students.

본 연구는 IT아웃소싱 서비스 공급기업의 관계 성과를 조명하기 위하여 성과를 사회적 기술적 측면으로 접근하고 이에 대한 영향 요인으로 파트너십 형성 요인과 파트너십을 성장 강화시키는 요인에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 성공적인 아웃소싱은 서비스 고객사와 서비스 공급사간의 지속적인 의사소통은 물론 상호간 위험과 이익을 공유하며 필요시 서로 상생할 수 있는 파트너십 관계로의 관리가 요구되고 있음을 탐색하고자 하였다.

동시공학적 개념을 선박의 설계에 적용하기 위하여 동시공학 지원 시스템을 구축하는 방법을 제시함이 이 연구의 목적이다. Intranet기술의 개방성과 경제성을 이용한 시스템 개발은 조선 산업의 특성에 맞는 지원체계를 구축하는데 합리적인 대안으로 여겨진다. 그간의 동시공학 적용노력인 단위 시스템의 개발을 통한 방식에서 벗어나 정보시스템과 통합을 가능하게 하는 Intranet 방식은 설계와 생산, Life-cycle정보의 통합을 가능하게 해주는 Framework을 제공해 줄 수 있다. 동시공학 지원 시스템의 주요기능의 파악과 필요한 요소기술들의 경향분석을 이 연구의 주내용으로 하고 있다. 가상 설계의 기능, 동시공학 팀의 Workflow, 의사소통 지원, 데이타베이스 검색, 관리, 타시스템 연계, 설계 데이타 view등이 주요 필요 기능으로 여겨진다.

본 연구는 비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화된 실행 및 관련 데이터의 관리를 지원하는 BPMS (Busuiess Process Management System)를 위한 프로세스 실행 모델을 제안한다. BPMS의 효과적 개발을 위해서는 프로세스의 내용을 표현하는 프로세스 정의 모델이 필요함과 동시에. 네트워크 상에서 그것이 해석되고 실행되는 방식을 규정하기 위만 프로세스 실행 모델도 필요하다. 이는 프로세스에 관여되는 분산된 개체들간의 협력적 의사 소통을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있고, 이를 통해 시스템간의 상호운용성을 고양하고 프로세스 모델이 갖는 경직성을 극복할 수 있는 BPMS의 효과적 개발의 바탕이 될 수 있다.

최근 사이버 공간(Cyber Space)을 통해 교육 수요자의 다양한 교육적 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있는 사이버 교육에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 논문은 수년간의 학습 경영 활동에 대한 경험을 바탕으로 사이버 공간을 통해 효율적인 학습 경영을 할 수 있는 학습 홈페이지를 제작하여, 학습 경영 활동을 개선시키는 기법에 대해 기술한다. 이 논문에서는 효과적인 홈페이지 작성을 위해 학생-학부모-교사의 요구사항을 선물을 통해 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 학습 담임의 기능과 임무를 파악하여 중학교 3학년 1개 학급을 대상으로 학급 경영활동을 한 후, 그 결과물을 홈페이지에 구현하여 학습 경영 활동을 개선하였다. 이렇게 구성된 홈페이지를 통해 교사들은 학습 경영 활동의 개선에 필요한 사이버 공간 활용 방향과 흐름을 파악할 수 있게 되고, 학생은 컴퓨터를 매개로 한 의사소통을 통해 사이버 공간에서의 다양한 교육적 접근에 친숙하게 되며, 학부모는 시간적.공간적 제약 없이 자유롭게 학습의 행사나 학생에 관한 자료를 열람할 수 있게 된다.
