This study investigates the effects of communication ability and interpersonal anxiety on self-esteem before the first clinical practice in nursing students. A survey was administered to third-year nursing students who had yet to begin their clinical practice from May 15 to May 20, 2023. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN26.0 program. The results showed that self-esteem is positively correlated with communication ability(r=.564) and negatively correlated with interpersonal anxiety(r=-.590) and there was a negative correlation between communication skills and interpersonal anxiety(r=-.515). The impact on self-esteem was in the order of interpersonal anxiety (𝛽=-.41) and communication ability(𝛽=.35). In conclusion, the research results showed that the higher the communication ability and the lower the interpersonal anxiety, the more it affects self-esteem. Thus, it is important to develop and implement tailored programs that enhance communication skills and facilitate interpersonal interactions while reducing anxiety for nursing students at different school years and stages.

효과적인 학급경영의 구상과 전개는 기본적으로 그 바탕에 학부모와 학생에 대한 이해를 필요로 한다. 따라서 교육의 주체인 교사와 학생 그리고 학부모는 성공적인 학급운영을 위해 원활한 의사소통이 이루어져 한다. 그리하여 학급운영과정에 학생과 학부모의 의견을 최대한 수렴하여 반영해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 점점 더 다양해지고 빠르게 변화하는 학생과 학부모의 요구를 수용할 수 있는 대안적 방안의 하나로 온라인 설문조사를 통한 학급경영 효율화 방안에 대해 살펴본다. 온라인 설문조사의 방법과 활용가능한 도구들을 살펴보고 응답결과의 처리가 가장 편리하고 활용가능성이 높은 Google-Docs를 이용한 설문조사 방법에 대해 자세히 알아본다. 온라인 설문조사가 가지는 접근의 용이성과 결과처리의 효율성 등은 교육주체 간 의사소통을 원활히 할 수 있도록 도와줄 것이며 이를 통해 학급경영을 효과적이고 보다 유의미하게 할 수 있게 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to find the qualities of nursing students who need to improve their communication self-confidence by identifying their communication self-confidence, critical thinking disposition, and nursing professionalism. The study's data was collected from August 2019 to September 2019. Informed consent was received from 122 students who were in their senior of nursing college. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. As a result of the study, the score for communication self-confidence was 32.31, the score for a critical thinking disposition was 101.34, and the score for nursing professionalism was 3.78. Communication confidence was found to have a significant positive correlation with critical thinking tendency(r=.568, p<.001) and nursing professional intuition(r=.282, p<.001). The critical thinking tendency was found to have a positive correlation with communication confidence(r=.568, p<.001) and nursing professional intuition(r=.361, p<.001). Nursing professional intuition was also found to have a positive correlation with communication confidence(r=.282, p<.05) and critical thinking propensity(r=.361, p<.001).

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of compassion competence on communication behavior of long-term care hospital nurses caring for patients with cognitive impairment and the mediating effect of resilience in the process. The data collection period was from September 27, 2021 to October 22, 2021, and the subjects were 131 long-term care hospital nurses in P city. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program, and descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression were performed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between compassion competence and communication behavior(r=.625, p<.001), resilience and communication behavior(r=.535, p<.001). Second, resilience was verified as a partial mediating in the relationship between compassion competence and communication behavior(Z=2.012, p=.042). Therefore, in order to improve the communication behavior of nurses, it is suggested to develop and apply a program that can enhance compassion competence and resilience.

This study is a descriptive research study to determine the mediating effect of anxiety in the relationship between patient care communication and patient satisfaction among hospitalized patients. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires from October to December 2021. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression using the SPSS 24.0 program, and the effectiveness of the mediation effect was tested using the Sobel test. As a result of the study, there was a positive correlation between patient care communication and patient satisfaction, and a negative correlation between patient care communication and anxiety. And there was also a negative correlation between patient satisfaction and anxiety. In the relationship between patient care communication and patient satisfaction, anxiety had a partial mediating effect (z=2.93, p<.001), with an explanatory power of 38.4%. In order to improve patient satisfaction based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a program that can improve nurses' patient care communication capabilities and reduce patients' anxiety.

Post-merger integration(PMI) plays a very important role in the success of M&A. Therefore, based on previous studies on PMI, this study discusses the relationship between communication of acquired enterprise members and uncertainty reduction, organizational satisfaction, organizational trust in the PMI process, focusing on the moderating effect of business area consistency between the acquisition and the acquired company. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the hypothesis of the relationship between variables was established and an empirical analysis was conducted. In order to collect data, a survey was conducted on members of the acquired company in China, and 317 questionnaires were finally collected and used for empirical analysis. For the collected data, the research hypothesis was verified using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study confirmed that communication has a positive effect on the reduction of uncertainty, job satisfaction, and organizational trust perceived by members of the acquired company, and that the consistency in business areas between the acquisition and the acquired company weakens the relationship between communication and uncertainty. In the positive relationship between communication and job satisfaction, organizational trust, the effect of strengthening the moderating variable has not been confirmed, but rather the weakening control effect was found. Based on these findings, the strategy of communicating with the members of the acquired company in the PMI process is meaningful for the success or failure of the merger and provides theoretical and practical implications for proposing differentiated human resources management measures according to M&A type.

이 연구의 목적은 금융기관에서 실시하고 있는 내부마케팅 요인이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 이들 요인들 간의 상관관계, 영향관계, 매개효과 등을 실증적으로 연구 분석하는 데 있다. 그동안 내부마케팅에 대한 연구는 여행사, 항공사, 호텔, 요식업 등 서비스산업 종업원을 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이었으며, 금융기관에 대한 연구는 거의 미미한 편이었다. 특히 저금리시대와 인터넷전문은행의 신설 예고 등 금융환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 최근 금융기관들은 대고객 서비스 의 중요성을 인식하고 은행원에 대한 직무능력 향상과 사기진작을 위한 다양한 내부경영전략을 확대하고 있어, 이에 대한 연구는 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구는 금융기관의 내부마케팅 요인으로 권한위임, 경영층지원, 의사소통, 팀웍역량을 주요 구성 요인으로 보고, 이들 요인들이 은행원의 조직몰입을 높이고, 나아가서는 고객지향성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 전제로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 내부마케팅 요인 중, 권한위임, 경영층지원, 팀웍역량은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 의사소통은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직몰입이 고객지향성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 조직몰입이 내부마케팅 요인과 고객지향성의 관계에서는 부분적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to investigate the impact of information technology implementation on supply chain risk and performance. It focuses on how information technology adoption affects supply risk as well as performance. It collected one hundred fifty nine responses from supply executives and supply and purchasing managers of U.S manufacturing firms by applying a survey methodology. The research results provide empirical evidence that the use of information technology in the supply chain mitigates supply risk and improves performance. More importantly, information technology adoption involves three aspects: inbound and outbound communications, internal communications and administration and finally, mitigation of supply risks and improved performance via order taking and procurement. This research emphasizes the importance of IT implementation in supply risk management. It also points out how information technology adoption facilitates the impact of information technology in risk mitigation in the supply chain and in performance. Thus, supply and purchasing managers need to consider IT implementation and adoption when establishing their risk mitigating strategies within the supply chains.

This study examines the effects of supplier dependence on supply chain relationships, communication practices, and relationship performance in manufacturing-part companies. The structural equation modeling technique with AMOS 23.0 was used to test hypotheses using data collected in the research model. The results show that supplier dependence positively affects supply chain relationships and communication practices. In addition, the results confirm the effect of supply chain relationships and communication practices on relationship performance. It is also demonstrated that supply chain relationships and communication practices through supplier dependence play a key role in improving relationship performance for supply chain management. Furthermore, it contributes to the practice of supply chain management as well as to efficiency through collaborative activities of supplier-buyer in the supply chain processes.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence the perception of communication efficiency in the couple. The participants were 206 married men in their 30s and 40s who were recruited in Seoul. The major findings of this study are as follows: First participants' reports of family-of-origin, family cohesion, family adaptability and couples' communication were relatively positive. Second, the more positively the participants remembered about their family-of-origin experiences, they perceived their current families as more cohesive and more adaptable. Third, the participants' experiences from family-of-origin, family cohesion, and family adaptability had statistically significant relations with the perception of family communication efficiency.
