Through the new round DDA(Doha Development Agenda) negotiations which started in Doha/Qatar conference in November, 2001, service industries have been included in the category of international trades. An electronic commerce cannot be exceptional in this field. The 21st century is largely recognized as the era of globalization, knowledge, and information. To make effective and competitive strategy in this century, it is essentially required to organize Network. OPEN, and FU-PLEX. That is why our government also has been promoting this field since years before, now 10,000,000 people in Korea have joined superhighway internet networks. Korea became the top internet-developed country in the world. As a side-effect of this internet spread into our life, however, there is serious problem we are now faced against. That is the outflow of private information through electronic commerce and other cyber transactions. It has caused many social problems to be rapidly on the rise these days. We are now desperately required to struggle continuously to make a solution for that. Taking the precedent case of Germany and United States which are currently recognized as high-leveled country in protection of private information, we have to come up with legal and technical measures and at the same time, to escalate the social consciousness about private information protection.

Korea Digital Copyright Exchange of Korea Copyright Commission runs and manages copyrighted works and copyright license agreement, as well as assigns Integrated Copyright Number(ICN) to copyrighted works, also offers copyrighted works searching service. Keyword-based searching method based on ICN metadata provides results depending on the inclusion of metadata keyword. However, keyword-based searching method has limitations that cannot provide exact results that users need. Therefore, the essential method of offering exact result is needed. In this paper, we propose the semantic-based searching method about copyrighted works to increase the accuracy of searching results by extending ICN matadata to ontology, and implement the ontology of copyrighted works by defining relation and semantics about metadata elements. In order to compare semantic-based searching based on the ontology of copyrighted works with keyword-based searching method, the search results of each method according to 5 scenarios are presented and the accuracy of each method is compared.

This study analyzed the effect that an organization's leadership and work environment exerts on social worker's practice performance. The survey for data collection was conducted from July 4th 2019 to July 30th, 2019 among employees of social welfare facilities located in Gyeonggi province. We analyzed the data from 205 participants who had agreed on the purpose of the study. The data analysis showed that the factors for social worker's practice performance were found to be marital status, leadership (transformational leadership, transactional leadership) and work environment. On the other hand, work environment (fairness of job evaluation) was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between leadership and practice performance. Based on the results, this study discussed the need for adequate leadership to be practiced by taking the maturity of the organization members into consideration so that social worker's professional competence in practice performance can improve. As for work environment, it is imperative to increase the fairness in job evaluation.

This paper tried to analyse the factors influencing consumer trust and the relationships between cause variables and results in Internet Shopping Mall. In order to do so, this paper tried to analyse the trust factors in TV Home Shopping as well as Internet Shopping Mall in terms of cyber markets both. There found six factors ： perceived factor before purchasing, perceived factor after purchasing, perceived and emotional factors in the course of purchasing, positive and negative emotional factors after purchasing. These factors are correlated with Internet shopping variables and we can measure how Internet shopping variables can affect trust to the shopping mall. We can compare the trust factors of TV home shopping with those of Internet shopping mall and then we can activate Internet Shopping Mall. More implications of this study and further researches should be discussed in the future research.

본 연구는 종합병원에서 운영중인 병원정보시스템(Hospital Information System)을 기준으로 업무별 데이터 마트를 구성하여 종합병원 데이터 웨어하우스 시스템을 제안하는 연구이다. 본 연구에서 제안한 병원 데이터웨어하우스 모형은 충남대학교병원 데이터 웨어하우스 시스템 구축 보고서, Inmon의 데이터 웨어하우스 개발방법론에 기초를 두었다. 종합병원의 데이터하우스시스템을 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원무 데이터마트, 병원의 원무팀에서 주로 사용하는 것으로써 수입에 관련된 정보, 진료인원에 관한 정보, 심사/청구/삭감에 관한 정보들로 구성되어 있다. 둘째, 약국 데이터마트, 처방전달 데이터 마트와 연결되어 외래/입원의 처방에 관한 정보, 약에 대한 효능과 성분에 대한 정보, 투약과 검사에 대한 정보들로 구성된다. 셋째, 의무기록 데이터마트, 의무기록팀에서 관리하는 퇴원 정보, 암환자에 대한 정보, 외래/입원 환자 통계에 대한 정보들로 이루어진다. 넷째, 처방전달 데이터마트, 주로 의사가 환자에게 행한 처치/처방/수술과 진료기록에 대한 정보들을 기준으로 환자진료나 임상연구에 필요한 정보를 제공한다. 다섯째, 병원 행정 데이터마트, 인사정보, 급여정보, 회계정보, 예산정보, 물류정보 등으로 구성되어 병원의 자원활용이나 행정에 대한 전반적인 정보를 제공한다. 여섯째, 경영지원 데이터마트, 병원경영에 필요한 수입정보, 원가분석 정보, 진료인원 정보들을 한 형태로 제공한다. 또한 의사결정 형태도 의료진 중심의 병원에서 환자중심의 병원으로 구조를 바꾸었고 투명한 정보공유와 기초 데이터들의 정제는 부가가치가 높은 정보로 가공할 수 있게 되었으며 각 전문 직종간의 단절된 정보 흐름을 유기적으로 교환할 수 있게 되어 지식의 교환을 촉진시켰다. 그리고 온라인거래처리시스템(OLTP)의 한계점인 하드웨어적인 문제와 성능 저하에 대한 문제를 해결하였고, OLTP시스템에서 분리되고 이원화된 코드체계와 데이터 형태의 이질화를 통일하는 방법으로 데이터웨어하우스 시스템을 제시하였다. 결국 병원에서 데이터웨어하우스 시스템의 구축은 임상, 연구, 교육의 유기적 순환관계를 정립하여 지식의 순환적 고리인 수집, 공유, 확산, 재창출을 지속적 유지할 수 있는 인프라를 구축해 준다. 반면 상이한 정보들간의 충돌과 이에 따른 해석의 오류로 잘못된 의사결정을 위한 정보를 제공할 수 있고 기초정보의 접근 및 추출의 유용성에 의해서 정보유출에 대한 문제가 한계점으로 나타났다.

In a study of the existing Collaboration, U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) has a width of the various channels through continuous mutual cooperation by the path-dependency. U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) through the various channels is more powerful, whereas this increase trade-related barriers. In other words, It has been discussed in many literatures about the U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK). However, relatively a study on the factor of the barrier about U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) is a minority. Given the importance of policies to establish an association of industry-university cooperation and support system, the lack of research on the obstacles to U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) will be a serious obstacle for designing effective policies. This paper examines the existing literature about the width of mutual cooperation and the barrier of U-I Collaboration, analyze to lower the barrier of U-I cooperation through POB(Positive Organization Behavior) of university administration. In conclusion, we would like to suggest the policy implications.

현재 투명전극은 주로 ITO를 사용하고 있으며, ITO는 인듐산화물(In2O3)과 주석산화물(SnO2)이 9대 1의 비율로 혼합된 화합물로 인듐이 주성분이다. 따라서 ITO 사용량의 증가는 인듐의 수요 증가를 이끌어 2003년 이후 인듐 잉곳의 가격이 급등하였다. LCD에 응용되는 금속재료의 가격추이를 비교해보면, 인듐이 가장 큰 변화를 보이고 있으며, 2005년 인듐 가격은 2002년 대비 1,000% 이상 상승하였다가 2007년 이후 500%p 하락하여 2008년 2월 22일 기준으로 톤당 49만 달러에 거래되고 있다. 같은 기간 동안 알루미늄의 가격은 76.6% 상승하였으며 구리는 394%, 주석은 331% 상승하였다. 이러한 인듐의 가격 상승폭은 동일한 기간 동안 다른 금속 재료와 비해 매우 크며, 단위 질량당 가격도 20배 이상 높은 수준이다. ITO의 주성분인 인듐의 이러한 가격의 급등 및 향후 인듐의 Shortage 예상으로 인해 ITO 대체재 확보의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 태양광 발전산업에서 현재 주류인 결정질 실리콘 태양전지의 변환효율은 꾸준히 향상되고 있으나, 태양전지의 가격이 매년 서서히 하강되고 있는 실정에서 결정질 실리콘 가격의 상승 등으로 고부가 가치 산업유지에 어려움이 있으며, 생산 원가를 낮출 수 있는 태양전지 제조기술로는 2세대 태양전지로 불리는 박막형이 현재의 대안으로 자리매김하고 있으며, 박막태양전지 산업분야가 현재의 정부정책 지원 없이 자생력을 갖추고 또한 시장 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 박막태양전지 개발과 더불어 저가의 재료개발도 시급한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 In-line magnetron sputtering system을 사용하여 소다라임 유리기판 위에 박막태양전지용 투명전도성 ZnO(Al) 박막을 제작하였고, 특히 이 박막은 n-형 반도체 특성을 가져야하기 때문에 홀이동도와 개리어농도의 상관관계 및 박막의 두께, 광투과율 특성, 온도 의존성을 조사하였고, 이를 논하고자 한다. (본 연구는 중소기업청의 기술혁신개발사업 연구지원금으로 이루어졌음).

최근 기업들은 분산된 조직과 각 조직의 목적에 따라 데이터베이스도 분산되어 있기 때문에 이들 간의 공유 및 협업을 통한 상호 운용성을 지원하기 어려우므로 일관적인 형태로 연동하기 위해서 메타데이터 수준의 표준이 필요하다. 또한 협업적인 거래환경에서의 EAI시스템은 다양한 정보 시스템에서 관리되는 지식들을 유기적으로 통합하고 공유함으로서 효율적인 검색 및 비용절감 등 많은 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 시스템은 특정 목적에 따라 관리되고 공유되므로 사실상 통합 외 공유에는 상당한 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제시하는 XMDR은 온톨로지와 메타데이터 결합된 형태로 각종 표준들을 일관적인 형태로 온톨로지와 시소러스 개념을 도입함으로서 데이터수준의 정보를 통합 하기위한 메타데이터 공유 및 정보 시스템 통합의 일관성을 유지 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제시되는 브리지 XMDR 검색시스템은 원시데이터 계층, XMDR 계층. 브리지 XMDR 계층으로 3계층으로 구성된다. XMDR 계층은 분산된 데이터베이스의 속성표현의 표준과 관계성을 정의한 표준 온톨로지, 카테고리 분류 온틀로지, 사이트의 정보를 제공하는 로케이션 온톨로지로 구성되는 XMDR을 정의한다. 브리지 XMDR 계층은 XMDR간의 정보를 공유하기 위한 공유 도메인 속성을 추출한 하이브리드 통합방식으로 업무간의 의미적 통합이 가능하다.
