  • In this paper, we study ${\varphi}$-recurrent almost cosymplectic (${\kappa},{\mu}$)-space and prove that it is an ${\eta}$-Einstein manifold with constant coefficients. Next, we show that a three-dimensional locally ${\varphi}$-recurrent almost cosymplectic (${\kappa},{\mu}$)-space is the space of constant curvature.

  • On the analogy of total countable compactness, we study interesting subfamilies in the class of pseudocompact spaces. We show relationships between totally pseudocompact spaces, sequentially pseudocompact spaces, and DFCC spaces. We also prove relationships among densely ${\xi}$-pseudocompact, ${\xi}$-pseudocompact, and countably pracompact spaces. As a productive result on countably pracompact spaces, we will prove that if X is a countably pracompact space and Y is a countably pracompact ${\kappa}$-space, then $X{\times}Y$ is count ably pracompact.

  • We show that it is possible to associate diffusion processes to second order perturbations of the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck operator L on the Wiener space of the form L = L + 1/2∑L$^2$(sub)ξ(sub)$\kappa$ where the ξ(sub)$\kappa$ are "tangent processes" (i.e., semimartingales with antisymmetric diffusion coefficients).

  • We define and study a concept of $H^f-space$ for a map, which is a generalized concept of an H-space, in terms of the Gottlieb set for a map. For a principal fibration $E_{\kappa}{\rightarrow}X$ induced by ${\kappa}:X{\rightarrow}X'\;from\;{\epsilon}:\;PX'{\rightarrow}X'$, we can obtain a sufficient condition to having an $H^{\bar{f}}-structure\;on\;E_{\kappa}$, which is a generalization of Stasheff's result [17]. Also, we define and study a concept of $co-H^g-space$ for a map, which is a dual concept of $H^f-space$ for a map. Also, we get a dual result which is a generalization of Hilton, Mislin and Roitberg's result [6].

  • For any closed subspace X of $\ell_p, \; 1<\kappa<\infty$, K(X) is proximinal in L(X), and if X is a Banach space with an unconditional shrinking basis, then K(X, c$_0$) is proximinal in L(X,$ \ell_\infty$).

  • We introduce a new concept of convex spaces and a multimap class K having certain KKM property. From a basic KKM type theorem for a K-map defined on an convex space without any topology, we deduce ten equivalent formulations of the theorem. As applications of the equivalents, in the frame of convex topological spaces, we obtain Fan-Browder type fixed point theorems, almost fixed point theorems for multimaps, mutual relations between the map classes K and B, variational inequalities, the von Neumann type minimax theorems, and the Nash equilibrium theorems.

  • This study predicted urban green spaces for 2020 based on two scenarios keeping or freeing the green-belt in the Daegu metropolitan city using a hybrid Cellular Automata(CA)-Markov model and analyzed the spatial dynamics of urban green spaces between 2009 and 2020 using a land cover change detection technique and spatial metrics. Markov chain analysis was employed to derive the transition probability for projecting land cover change into the future for 2020 based on two land cover maps in 1998 and 2009 provided by the Ministry of Environment. Multi-criteria evaluation(MCE) was adopted to develop seven suitability maps which were empirically derived in relation to the six restriction factors underlying the land cover change between the years 1998 and 2009. A hybrid CA-Markov model was then implemented to predict the land cover change over an 11 year period to 2020 based on two scenarios keeping or freeing the green-belt. The projected land cover for 2009 was cross-validated with the actual land cover in 2009 using Kappa statistics. Results show that urban green spaces will be remarkably fragmented in the suburban areas such as Dalseong-gun, Seongseo, Ansim and Chilgok in the year 2020 if the Daegu metropolitan city keeps its urbanization at current pace and in case of keeping the green-belt. In case of freeing the green-belt, urban green spaces will be fragmented on the fringes of the green-belt. It is thus required to monitor urban green spaces systematically considering the spatial change patterns identified by this study for sustainably managing them in the Daegu metropolitan city in the near future.

  • Objective: The aim was to assess the intraobserver and interobserver reliabilities of temporomandibular joint linear measurements and condylar shape classifications performed with cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: CBCT images of 30 patients were measured at two different time points by two orthodontists using the Dolphin 3D program (n = 60). Anterior, posterior, and superior joint space measurements and sagittal joint morphology classification in the sagittal view and medial and lateral joint space and mediolateral width measurements and coronal joint morphology classification in the coronal view were recorded. Intraclass-interclass correlation coefficients (ICC) and kappa statistics were used to assess intraobserver and interobserver reliability for the measurements and morphology classifications, respectively. Results: The ICC values were good for measurements of the posterior joint space by observer I and for measurements of the posterior, medial, and lateral joint spaces by observer II, while the other intraobserver measurements were excellent. Only the mediolateral width measurements showed excellent interobserver ICC values, while the other measurements showed good interobserver ICC values. Intraobserver agreement for the sagittal morphology classifications was moderate (${\kappa}=0.479$) and almost perfect (${\kappa}=0.858$) for observers I and II, respectively, while the corresponding agreement for the coronal morphology classifications was substantial for both observers. The interobserver agreement values for sagittal and coronal morphology classifications were slight (${\kappa}=0.181$) and fair (${\kappa}=0.265$), respectively. Conclusions: Linear temporomandibular joint measurements were reproducible and reliable in both intraobserver and interobserver evaluations. However, interobserver agreement for assessments of condylar shape was low.

  • In this paper, we introduce a hybrid subgradient method for finding an element common to both the solution set of a class of pseudomonotone equilibrium problems, and the set of fixed points of a finite family of ${\kappa}$-strictly presudononspreading mappings in a real Hilbert space. We establish some weak and strong convergence theorems of the sequences generated by our iterative method under some suitable conditions. These convergence theorems are investigated without the Lipschitz condition for bifunctions. Our results complement many known recent results in the literature.
