This research modified the checklist used in the universities in USA, England and Korea considering the current situation of Korea, and conducted case studies upon each section of appointed chemical laboratories based on 4M criteria, which stands for Machine, Media, Man and Management. The purpose of the studies is to assess how dangerous the laboratories are and to contribute to prevention of accidentsin the laboratories as well as reducing loss of lives and property. The result of this research found out the harmful and hazardous factors based on the 4M-type checklist and predicted the dangerousness as it multiplies possible frequency by intensity. Protective equipment, safety facilities in laboratories, emergency exit and compressed gas cylinder are found to be more dangerous, so the result shows that it is desirable to improve ventilation, safety facilities and circumstances of the laboratory through the investment.

The study on semiconductor industrial accident in korea has been focused on frequencies of each type, employee, characteristics, cause and un-safety condition, behaviour and so on. Those attributes of semiconductor industrial accidents were usually analyzed independently, so that it was hard to provides a well-process and systematic guide lines for efficient safety management. There fore, there were a few studies based on comprehensive survey in terms of sharp-type of safe management. The questionnaire survey carried out for the workers(284) who were responsible for safety management in to center with corporate company with semiconductor industry the factor analysis showed that there were three factor of safety management. They were 1) Investment and operation and management for accident prevention, 2) Unsafe, safety management 3) General human error and behavior the industries of respondents were correlative with three group. Three Groups showed a statistically significant differences on the number of cases. Actually, the group with the larger investment and the better unsafe cause, human error a of accident prevention had a smaller cause of accident cases.

Recently, the development of technology has been rapidly proceeding with information technology in various fields. Due to their abstract properties, proper evaluation of intangible assets is very difficult compared to evaluation of tangible assets. Intangible assets are knowledge, technology, and design etc. In general there are two approaches to evaluate the intangible assets such as qualitative and quantitative approach. The qualitative approach contains scoring approach, profile approach, checklist approach, and quantitative approach. Quantitative approach contains cost approach, market approach, income approach, and real-option approach. As an initial step for evaluation of safe work environments, this study compares and analyzes evaluation methods of intangible assets.

현재 우리나라는 1997년 7월부터 KOSHA18001 인증제도를 운영하여 사업장의 안전보건경영시스템 구축을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 사업장 규모에 따라 그 수준이 현저하게 차이가 있을 뿐만 아니라 안전보건경영시스템의 평가기준이 복잡하고, 어렵기 때문에 담당자들이 시스템 인식에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 중소규모 사업장은 한정된 자원과 인력으로 자율안전보건경영체제를 구축하기에는 더욱 어려움이 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 중소규모 사업장의 자율안전보건경영체제 구축을 지원하기 위해 선진국의 안전보건경영 관련 사례와 국내 사업장의 의견을 바탕으로, 중소규모 사업장용 안전보건경영시스템 인증기준(안)을 개발하였다.

In this paper, we propose the application of the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System(HFACS) to analyze an aircraft accident data. HFACS is a general human error framework originally developed and tested within the U.S military as a tool for investigating and analyzing the human causes of aviation accidents. It was examined that HFACS reliably accommodate all human causal factors associated with the commercial accidents. We found that the HFACS could be used as a reliable tool for investigating aircraft accidents including a single accident analysis.

공연예술의 급속한 발전이 이루어지고 있으나 공연의 질, 연출 기법이나 공연에 필요한 시설에만 초점을 맞추고 있고 정작 공연장을 사용하는 배우와 관객들의 안전은 등한 시 되어 최근 수년간 공연장의 물리적 환경의 미비와 무대시설의 운영 미숙 등에 따른 각종 사고가 연이어 발생하고 있는 것이 국내 실정이다. 본 연구는 공연장 안전에 대한 국내 외 공연장 관련법규와 무대사고의 사례를 살펴보고 공연장의 무대 공간에 잠재해 있는 각종 위험 요소를 분석함으로서 공연장 사고예방을 위한 체계적 안전대책을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The package loading process of the lumbering industry is an operation that after a pair of workers bind three or six lumbers into one unit and cut both ends of the lumbers, transports the weight cargo of 30-50kg by one meter, pack and load at a height of 1.2 meters. This package loading process causes lots of noise and wood dust when workers carry out the heavy work as the above. Therefore we developed the monolithic both ends cutting package loading equipment in order to prevent from getting musculoskeletal disease. An loading bar working system of this equipment is improved from pneumatic pressure system to oil pressure system, furnished the newly designed flow dividers, and developed the new system that a both end array is loaded identically. Also we developed the safety equipment of loading bar in order to prevent workers mistake and overload from malfunction during the package loading process. The main cause of job evasion on working place could be solved by preventing the musculoskeletal disease and improving the working environments.

The main objective of this study is to find factors and typical characteristics on outbreak of musculoskeletal disorders in small sized companies which are located at eastern area in Kangwon-Do. Musculoskeletal disorders are becoming a serious problem in various industrial fields. Many researches have been focused on the analysis on outbreak of musculoskeletal disorders in order to reduce and prevent them. As a similar endeavor, this paper provides factor analysis on outbreak of musculoskeletal disorders. Questionnaire surveys regarding musculoskeletal disorders were conducted for the total number of 250 field workers. For the purpose of this study, seven independent variables(gender, age, career, housework, accident, trouble, and pain) are taken from questionnaires. The provided analysis result will be helpful as a starting point for root cause analysis and reduction of musculoskeletal disorders and also for establishment of safe work environments.

This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, perceived recognition as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, relationship quality as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents and perceived recognition, traits of digital contents and relationship quality, perceived recognition and relationship quality, relationship quality and user behavior. Proposed theoretical model was based on TAM and was tested by the structure equation model for validity, credibility, goodness of fit. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by perceived recognition, satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention via perceived recognition. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the mechanical behaviors and structural integrity of the weldment of high strength steel by using an acoustic emission (AE) techniques. Simple tension and AE tests were conducted against the 3 kind of welding test specimens. In order to analysis the effectiveness of weldability, joinability and structural integrity, we used K-means clustering method as a unsupervised learning pattern recognition algorithm for obtained multivariate AE main data sets, such as AE counts, energy, amplitude, hits, risetime, duration, counts to peak and rms signals. Through the experimental results, the effectiveness of the proposed method is discussed.

This paper reviewed the relationship between job characteristics and job stress responses(physiological response, psychological response, behavioral response), and the moderating effect of social support. Based on the responses from 187 employees in small & medium manufacturing industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that job characteristics factors have partly negative relationships with job stress response. But, job variety has positive relationship. Social support has partly moderating effect on the relationship between job characteristics and job stress.

전통적인 유리병 부식 공정에서는 공정 투입 전 유리병을 홀더에 장착하는 수작업으로 인해 작업자들의 노동강도가 매우 크고, 부식에 사용되는 불산의 증발로 인한 위험 요소가 매우 크게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 병부식 공정을 자동화해주는 로터리 방식 부식 장비와 병을 홀더플레이트에 자동으로 장입하고 부식 후에 탈거하는 메커니즘 개발하고 시제품을 제작하여 이의 성능과 효과를 평가하였다. 그 결과로 노동집약적인 병 장입작업을 자동화하여 힘든 장입작업을 하던 작업자의 노동강도를 덜어줄 수 있었고, 불산으로부터 작업자를 이격시켜서 잠재적인 산업재해를 예방하여 작업환경을 개선하였다.

In this study has investigated and considered product planning methods at the existing product design process and being used the safety evaluation methods at the product planning stage, and has deduced the 16 safety evaluation elements to have to be considered for executing the safety evaluation at the product planning stage. When the safety evaluation is executed from the product planning stage, more safe products will be designed.

This paper purports to investigate the statistical basic principles through "TRIZ-used 6-sigma integrated activity design" and further, to raise "the importance of measuring technical innovative activities based on 6-sigma integrated design methodology by organization". This paper intends to investigate how the activities of the best conditions, which are necessary for the stage of 6-sigma design, are chosen in the TPM-based 6-sigma integration activities. And it will examine the options, when used together with other technique, in the probability statistical methodology. Through the combination of the situations which are chosen when activity techniques, which are mostly used for production and technology, and 6-sigma integration activities are used together, it intends to practically use as the basic data for company standards.

In the information society where knowledge plays a significant role, the value of the corporate organization creates knowledge strategically and spreads it to the whole organization so as to reinforce the efficiency of the work force. After KMS was recognized as one of core competences of company, KMS based on information technology has been introduced actively to many corporate organizations for the implementation of realizing knowledge management. As the strategic use of KMS increases in company, it has attracted attention to the system and the investment in the system, now attention has brought to the effect of the system. The efficiency and effectiveness of KMS has been tackled as one of the most important issues, and then many studies have been implemented to measure the result of the system. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems and to help make an important decision in establishing introduction strategy by abstracting the reasons and success factors and result indices which are important sources for introducing KMS.

To application Arrhenius model for OLED's lifetime, it's needed in high temperature test. Because OLED's character is changed in high temperature, it's important to find limit temperature. We found out
$40^{\circ}C$ is proper temperature by result of tests. But that is not enough acceleration to apply in practical affairs. We find new stress to get a bigger accelerated constant. -
Analysis of Means(ANOM) is a visualization tool for comparing several means to the grand mean like control chart type. This paper reviews five ANOM methods for continuous data such as ANOM, ANOME (ANOM for Treatment Effects), ANCON (Analysis of Contrasts), ANOMV (ANOM for Variance), ANOMC (ANOM for Correaltion). Three ANOM tools for discrete data such as ANOMNP (ANOM for Nonconforming Proportions), ANOMNC (ANOM for Nonconforming Unit), ANOMNPU (ANOM for Nonconfirmities Per Unit) are also developed.

This paper discusses tests of factor effect or contrast by the use of saturated design
$k^n$ factorial design. The nine nonparametric rank measures in normality test using normal probability pot are proposed. Length's PSE(Pseduo Standard Error) test [4] which relies on the concept of effect sparsity is also introduced and extended to the margin of error(ME) and Simultaneous margin of error(SME). -
미국 센서스 뷰로 데이터에 의하여 2차대전 후 민주당정부와 공화당정부의 실질 세전 소득증가율의 차이를 살펴볼 때 민주당정부 기간동안에 계층간의 소득불균형이 시정되면서 저소득계층의 소득증가율이 상대적으로 더 높았음을 알 수 있다. 반면에 공화당정부 기간동안에는 소득불균형이 심화되면서 저소득계층보다 고소득계층의 소득증가율이 더 높았다. 소득계층에서 하위 20%의 계층은 공화당정부의 기간동안에 비하여 민주당정부의 기간에 4배의 높은 소득증가율을 가졌다. 이는 양 정부별 실업률 차이에서 비롯되는 데 민주당정부의 기간 동안에 평균 30% 낮았으며 GDP성장률은 평균 30% 높았음에도 영향을 받은 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 정부별 차이는 1980년대 이후 세후 소득증가율에서도 나타나고 있다. 한편, 실증분석 결과에 따르면 한국의 경우 미국에서와 같이 저소득계층이 고소득계층 보다 거시경제정책에 따른 영향을 더 많이 받고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 특히 신정부에서는 이전보다 적극적인 통화정책을 적절한 타이밍(timing)으로 실시하여야 할 필요성이 나타났다.

본 연구는 최근 산업 전반에 걸쳐 도입이 확산되고 있는 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)기술과 다채널 음성 전달 서비스 기술을 활용하여, 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 SP(Sales Promotion) 광고를 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 새로운 SP광고용 RFID기반의 다채널 음성 안내시스템을 개발함으로서, 향후 RFID/USN시장을 선점할 수 있는 고부가가치의 신규 미디어 서비스 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

21세기 국제항공운송 수요는 아시아의 급속한 수출입 화물량의 증가에 힘입어 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 항공물류 이해관계자들은 이러한 항공화물의 수요를 충족시키기 위해 시설 및 정보시스템 등에 대한 투자를 확대하고 있다. 하지만 항공물류 프로세스 전반에 걸친 시설 및 정보 시스템의 투자가 아닌 항공물류 주체별 개별 투자로 인해 동일한 목적을 지닌 시스템이 중복되게 사용되고 있으며, 상호 호환성에도 문제가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 항공물류 프로세스 전반을 분석하고, 전술한바와 같은 물류 주체간개별 시스템의 호환성을 제고하기 위하여 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)기술을 도입한 항공물류 통합시스템을 제안함으로써, 항공물류 프로세스의 간소화 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

국가의 경쟁력은 급변하는 환경에 적극적이고 빠르게 대처해야만 제고될 수 있다. 최근 고부가가치 창출, 지구온난화, 보안 안전 등의 글로벌 환경변화에 따라 교통 및 물류체계 효율성은 국가의 중요 이슈 중 하나가 되었다. 정부에서는 물류발전을 위하여 다양한 정책 및 물류정보망사업을 추진해 왔으나 국내 물류체계의 비효율성 문제는 여전히 거론되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 국가물류체계의 발전적 개선을 위해서는 최근 세계 환경변화와 각국의 물류정책 및 정보화 추진현황 분석이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 글로벌 물류환경의 변화, 물류선진국들의 물류정책을 살펴보고, 국내 물류정책의 과거와 현재, 그리고 물류정보화 현황을 소개한다. 마지막으로 향후 발전 방향 설정을 위한 시사점을 요약 제시하고자 한다.

Nowadays, the tendency of world air cargo is noteworthy and air traffic in terms of cargo throughput will no doubt grow significantly in the new Region, with India and China's booming economy and the upcoming Olympics 2008. For example, in the first 11 months of 2006 cargo traffic was increased by 6.3%. First of all, the market of air cargo in Korea grows very quickly and diversifies. It is an essential factor in the process of development of Northeast-Asia as a hub for Air Cargo logistics. However the process of air cargo in Korea is complex as compared with other north-east asia nations. At the same time, it has many problems and causes inconvenience to owners of freight. This paper investigated the process of air cargo in Korea now and analyzed problems of the process. We emphasize that 4PL is the excellent solution from among many alternatives. It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position.

Upon the basis at the end of March 2005, we have the 38.91 million cellular phone subscribers over the country and the total diffusion rate of the cellular phone is reached up to 76.1%. At this moment, it can be said the most people use it since the demand is still going on. Turning to the operation company, this is serviced by the SK Telecom, LG Telecom, and KTF, and there are at least 6 manufactures producing it including Samsung, LG, KTF ever, Motorola an d SKY. Most users periodically change the service vendor to the others for buying new model or changing the service vendor. It is understood the customer's action occurred by the differences of the brand cognition. In this study, along with some parameters including the difference of the vendor's difference of satisfaction (mobile telecommunication, product), and the possibility to buy the product again, I am going to find out the relationship between the satisfaction of the provider's service.

Designers have to consider voice of customer, process capability, manufacturing standards & condition, manufacturing method, characteristics of products to decide tolerances. Especially, in case of position of hole and pin, designers have to consider process capability to decide tolerances. The traditional position tolerances used in a drawing are theoretical values which are allocated to position under the worst case assembling condition that both hole and pin are the maximum material condition(MMC). However, When the process capability is high, more exact product size can be produced under stable manufacturing condition. larger clearance of hole and pin can be allocated. In this point of view, manufacturer could increase the yield by allocating larger position tolerance than theoretical position tolerance of hole and pin considering process capability.

This paper is to present design principle and operation strategy of acceptance control chart by the use of OC-Based sampling inspection for continuous data. The unified control limits for acceptance control chart when considering both APL(Acceptable Process Level) and RPL(Rejectable Process Level) are proposed. The control limits can be also extended to the acceptance control chart with unknown process standard deviation.

This paper reviews nonparametric statistics by Neyman-Pearson test and Fisher test. Nonparametric statistics deal with the small sample with distribution-free assumption in multi-product and small-volume production. Two tests for various nonparametric statistic methods such as sign test, Wilcoxon test, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Mood test, Friedman test and run test are also presented with the steps for testing hypotheses and test of significance.

<그림 1>과 <그림 2>, <그림 3>은 통계 패키지(Econometric Views)를 사용하여 제조업용 로봇의 수출입을 2007년부터 2008년까지 추정한 값이며, 자료는 2001년도 이후의 관세청 수출입 실적자료를 활용하였다. <그림 1>은 SAENGF는 제조업용 로봇 국내생산의 추정치이며, 점선은 95% 신뢰구간을 의미한다. <그림 2>는 통계 패키지(Econometric Views)를 사용하여 제조업용 로봇의 수출을 2007년부터 2008년까지 추정한 값이며, EXPORTF는 제조업용 로봇 수출의 추정치이며, 점선은 95% 신뢰구간을 의미한다. <그림 3>은 통계 패키지(Econometric Views)를 사용하여 제조업용 로봇의 수입을 2007년부터 2008년까지 추정한 값이며, IMPORTF는 제조업용 로봇 수출의 추정치이며, 점선은 95% 신뢰구간을 의미한다. <표 1>은 국내 제조업용 로봇의 국내생산, 수출과 수입의 추정치이며, ARIMA모형을 사용하였으며, 자료는 2001년도 이후의 데이터로 관세청 수출입 실적자료를 활용하였다.

1986년부터 2002년까지 미국 대도시지역의 아파트와 상가, 사무실의 순가격증가율을 패널데이타로 추정한 결과에 따르면, 이들은 거시경제변수와 단기이자율, 이자율간의 스프레드 차이, 인플레이션 등에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 자산가격상승률은 경기상황과 반비례관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 대부분 대출 및 신용과 관련되어 있기 때문이다. 그리고 이는 부동산시장에서 자산 간 수익률 격차를 크게 넓힐 수 있음을 지적하고 있다.

This study was various sensitive to a customer requirement and sensitive to the market environment of cosmetics with the manufacture company the low. Consequently we arrange the making line properly and are there even though we make a productivity enhance with the personnel expenses reduction to the quality enhance. We do the supplementation with existing U-line the defect of Cell-line of the making method. We try we substitute and to present the improvement direction to apply at the characteristic of the making company so that we are soft.
