In this paper, we carried out an accelerated degradation test that is commonly used to predict characteristics life of rubber gaskets for a pole transformer. The potential failure mode applied for the test is rubber elongation and the corresponding failure mechanism is heat. From the result, we found that Weibull distribution is the fatigue life distribution in NBR and H-NBR. After estimating characteristics life in commonly used temperature, the average life span of $B_{50}$ in NBR is 7.7 years under $50^{\circ}C$ and the life span in H-NBR is 28 years.

Railway safety aims to ensure that railways take appropriate action to limit the risk of injury to persons or damage to property, to acceptable levels. Accreditation system specifies railway safety requirements to be included in a railway safety management system by any organization seeking to demonstrate the ability to control the processes that determine the acceptability of railway safety activities. The objective of this research is to investigate the international accreditation system for railway safety management. The yield information is quite valuable to operate collaborative processes with all interfacing transport operators and undertakings to facilitate risk control across the railway system.

Modelling for failures is important for reliability analysis since failures of products such as automobiles occur as both time and usage progress and the results from the proper analysis of the two-dimensional data can be used for establishing warranty assurance policy. Hence, in this paper general issues which concern modelling failures are discussed, and both one-dimensional approaches and two-dimensional approaches to two-dimensional data are investigated. Finally non-parametric approaches to two-dimensional data are presented as a means of exploratory data analyses.

Module of the LED traffic signal is the core component for the care of driver and walker. Also it is important one to control the traffic. If it is against the criteria of brightness, it is the source of the people's death and traffic congestion. Therefore, it is a list of articles desired the security of stability. However, there is not the analysis of failure and not preserve the uniformity of quality. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the criteria of appreciation for the module of the LED traffic signal to analysis the data of failure. In this paper, we investigate the performance test, environment field test and test of reliability appreciation to improve the reliability. We also set up the criteria of success decision using the real measurement data.

AQS(Air Quality Control System) is the important part of a car air conditioning system. This device intercepts automatically the influx of harmful waste gas. In this paper reliability assessment criteria for AQS are established in terms of quality certification test and lifetime test. The former quality certification test comprises general performance test and environmental test. Items which pass the test undergo lifetime test which guarantees the extent of mean lifetime with certain confidence.
