Food sovereignty is the right of peoples to healthy and culturally appropriate food produced through ecologically sound and sustainable methods, and their right to define their own food and agriculture systems. An increase in the price of food that occurs as a result of increased demand from human consumption and use as an alternative energy resource. Furthermore, agflation, a combination of the words "agriculture" and "inflation", will also affect non-vegetative foods as the price increases for grain will make livestock feed more expensive as well. Food sovereignty implies new social relations free of oppression and inequality between men and women, peoples, racial groups, social classes and generations.

The WHO/International Agency for Research on Cancer(IARC) has classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans(Group 2B), based on an increased risk for glioma, a malignant type of brain cancer, associated with wireless phone use on 31, May 2011. It takes 10 years after announcing the electric magnetic as possibly carcinogenic to humans(Group 2B) and 14 years after starting research project. It is too late as mentioned, too weak in terms of the same class to 'pickles & coffee' and too little in terms of using words 'more studies required'. The guidelines on human exposure to electromagnetic fields have been developed to provide guidance to identify the safety of exposure to electromagnetic fields. On the recent recommendations of safety guidelines, there has been discussion on possible chronic effects of electromagnetic fields with much lower or no threshold. This paper riviews the global trends of safety guidelines and has suggested the new guidelines for protecting the human health, wildlife and insects.

Design of blast resistant structures (protective structures) require the adequate design and construction practices as well as the knowledge of characteristics of the blast loads, behavior of structures and their components under these loads. This paper focuses on how to design and evaluate the structures for blast resistance, and provides principles and discussion on analysis and design capability in protective technology and recommendations.

Currently, wireless communication environment in high-rise buildings are limited in the basement and ground floor facilities are not in common use do not part, in case of disaster is difficult for efficient repression. In this paper, wireless communication facilities on the ground floor of the skyscraper by building infrastructure, wireless communications is proposed to eliminate shadows. That the presence of various wireless communication systems, wireless communication system proposed by this paper, TPS laying coaxial cable seals leak, and the propagation shades in place by installing indoor antenna is the solution to eliminate shadows. The wireless communications solutions reveal the advantages and features, a method of constructing the proposed design.
