Analysis of Characteristics of All Solid-State Batteries Using Linear Regression Models

  • This study used a total of 205,565 datasets of 'voltage', 'current', '℃', and 'time(s)' to systematically analyze the properties and performance of solid electrolytes. As a method for characterizing solid electrolytes, a linear regression model, one of the machine learning models, is used to visualize the relationship between 'voltage' and 'current' and calculate the regression coefficient, mean squared error (MSE), and coefficient of determination (R^2). The regression coefficient between 'Voltage' and 'Current' in the results of the linear regression model is about 1.89, indicating that 'Voltage' has a positive effect on 'Current', and it is expected that the current will increase by about 1.89 times as the voltage increases. MSE found that the mean squared error between the model's predicted and actual values was about 0.3, with smaller values closer to the model's predictions to the actual values. The coefficient of determination (R^2) is about 0.25, which can be interpreted as explaining 25% of the data.

  • In the fabrication and design of MLCCs (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors) with Ni inner electrode for medium and high voltage, reliability and dielectric breakdown mode have been investigated. For thickness of green sheet, the relationship between the rated voltage versus the thickness of green sheet. Increasing the thickness of green sheet increases the dielectric breakdown voltage. However, a practical limit to this linear relationship occurs at 30 urn and above. As the thickness of green sheet increased, dielectric breakdown voltage and weibull coefficient is increased, but abruptly decrease at 30 urn and 36 urn. When 24 urn of green sheet thickness, weibull coefficient and dielectric breakdown voltage were 13.58 and 70 V/um respectively. The results enabling the MLCCs to demonstrate high levels of reliability at medium and high voltage.

온도에 무관한 전압검출기의 바이어스 구현 (An Implementation of Temperature Independent Bias Scheme in Voltage Detector)

  • 본 논문에서는 전압검출기에 사용되는 온도에 무관한 검출 전압원을 제안한다. 검출 전압원이 절대온도 영도(Zero degree)에서 실리콘 밴드갭 전압의 m배가 되도록 설계한다. 검출 전압원의 온도계수는 트랜지스터 이미터-베이스 사이의 서로 다른 면적을 가진 다이오드에 생성된 비선형 전압인 ${\Delta}V_{BE}$의 오목한 온도계수와 트랜지스터 순방향 전압인 $V_{BE}$의 볼록한 비선형 온도계수의 합으로 다이오드의 온도계수를 적절히 선택함으로서 거의 제로의 온도계수를 실현한다. 또한 검출 전압원의 값이 ${\Delta}V_{BE}$, $V_{BE}$ 멀티플라이어 회로 및 저항을 이용하여 변화될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 제안한 검출 전압원의 성능을 평가하기 위해, $6{\mu}m$ 바이폴러 기술로 조립된 1.9V용 IC를 제작하여 검출 전압원의 동작특성과 온도계수를 측정하였다. 또한 검출 전압원의 값이 공정에 의해 변화되는 요인을 줄이기 위해 트리밍 기술, 이온 임플란테이션과 이방성 에칭을 도입하였다. 제작된 IC에서 검출 전압원은 -30$^{\circ}C$~70$^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 29ppm/$^{\circ}C$의 안정된 온도계수를 얻을 수 있었다. 그리고 전압검출기의 소비전류는 1.9V 공급전압에서 $10{\mu}A$이다.

액체질소 절연파괴전압의 상관 분석 (Correlation Analysis of the Dielectric Breakdown Voltage of Liquid Nitrogen)

  • We analyzed the correlation between breakdown voltage(BDV) of liquid nitrogen(LN2) and factors. The chosen factors affecting the breakdown are the diameter of electrode, gap length, temperature of LN2, and pressure of LN2. The BDV of LN2 was increased with increasing the diameter, the gap length and the pressure. And The BDV of LN2 was increased with decreasing the temperature. However, correlation coefficient was different from each other depending on the situation. The BDV exhibited a very high correlation coefficient of 0.92227 to dependence on the diameter. And a very high correlation coefficient of 0.94980 to dependence on the pressure under sphere(D 7.5 mm)-plane electrode. When the pressure is applied, sphere-plane electrode is the correlation coefficient was higher than that of the needle-plane electrode. It shows the dependence of a temperature coefficient of -0.758290 ~ -0.39946 under needle-plane electrode.

$La_2O_3$가 첨가된 Pr계 ZnO 바리스터의 미세구조와 전기적 특성 (The Microstructure and Electrical Characteristics of Pr-Based ZnO Variators with $La_2O_3$Additives)

  • The effects of $La_2O_3$on the microstructure and electrical characteristics of Pr-based ZnO varistors were investigated. The average grain size increased in the range of 21.9~56.3$\mu$ m with increasing $La_2O_3$additive content(0.0~2.0 mol%). La was, of course grain boundary, largely segregated at the nodal point. As $La_2O_3$additive content increases, threshold voltage and nonlinear coefficient decreased and leakage current increased. In particular, 2.0 mol% $La_2O_3$-added varistor exhibited low threshold voltage 17.0V/mm and nonlinear coefficient of about 6. Based on these results, this varistor can be said to be used as low-voltage varistor, if nonlinear coefficient is somewhat improved forward.

  • There are various methods for the electrochemical techniques to estimate diffusion coefficient of chloride ions in concrete, such as ASTM C 1202 test method, Andrade's method, Dhir's method, Tang's method, and etc. In the case of estimating diffusion coefficient of chloride ions in concrete by using these methods, applied voltage and resistivity nay exercise some influence on the characteristics of chloride ions diffusion. Thus. in this study, effect of applied voltage and resistivity on the characteristics of chloride ions diffusion in concrete were researched by applying voltage in 12V, 30V, and 60V, and by using resistivity in 0.2Ω and 1.0Ω, respectively. It can be concluded that diffusion coefficient of chloride ions are found to be increasing as the individual applied voltage and resistivity decrease, when water-cement ratio is constant.

전력선 유도 환경에서의 지면 반사계 영향 분석 (Earth Reflection Effect Analysis in the Environment of Line Source Induction)

  • 전력선에 의한 전자유도 환경에서 가장 보편적 영향 요인이라 할 수 있는 대지의 유도전압 감쇠 효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 전력선은 원통좌표계의 라인소스로 표현되고 계의 분석은 베셀함수와 웨이브 트랜스포메이션에 의한 이의 변형 적용을 통하여 해석된다. 라인소스로부터 방사된 전자계는 지표면에서 반사되어 관측점의 피유도원 매체에 합성되는데 이것의 영향을 알기 위하여 본 논문에서는 베셀함수에 의한 지면 반사계수를 직접 구하여 산출하도록 적용하였다. 본 논문에서 설계된 통상의 유도 환경의 배치 관계에 따르면 지면반사에 의한 원천 유도원 전압과의 합성 효율은 유도전압을 감쇠시키는 차폐효과로서 60~70%정도의 범위를 나타내었다.

PZT계 압전변압기의 공진특성과 전기적 성질 (Resonance characteristics and electrical properties of PZT-piezoelectric transformer)

  • The analysis of nonlinear equivalent circuit and the resonance characteristics of input current and output voltage were simulated, and their electrical properties are discussed in the transverse-type piezoelectric ceramic transformer. The nonlinear resonance characteristics of input current and output voltage showed by the thermal effect due to a higher driving current, the nonlinearity increased greatly as driving current increased. When load resistor was 100[M.ohm.], the nonlinear coefficient was -1.3. The nonlinear resonance curve of input current and output voltage for a variation of input voltage and load resistor agreed with the discussed theory. The output voltage increased nearly proportioned to input voltage when load resistors were below 50[M.ohm.], the voltage step-up ratio decreased when a load resistor was 100[M.ohm.] and their maximum value was 950.

  • Silver is known to have such characteristics as low shear strength, good transfer-film forming tendency, and good corrosion resistance. Silver thin films have been prepared by ion plating of physical vapour deposition (PVD) using both argon gas pressure and bias voltage of processing condition. After the silver films were prepared, the properties in them were examined by gas pressure and bias voltage of substrate. Their morphology and crystal orientation were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractor. The properties of film were, also, studied to relate with morphology, X-ray diffraction pattern, and friction coefficient at vacuum ambient. The friction coefficient was stabilized remarkably on deposited films with increasing argon pressure for deposition. Also, the effect of increasing of the bias voltage for deposition resulted in lower friction coefficient and stability in $1.7$\times$10^{-4}$ torr. On the contrary, behavior of friction coefficient was stabilized on deposited films with decreasing the bias voltage in $1.7$\times$10^{-5}$ torr for deposition.
