온라인 플랫폼을 활용한 수산식품 구매요인 우선순위 분석: AHP 기법을 활용하여 (Priority Analysis for Consumers' Purchasing Factors of Seafood Online Using AHP Method)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study to explore factors consumers prioritize when purchasing seafood online. The originality of the study lies on adopting AHP-based approach in analyzing prioritized purchasing factors of seafood online. Design/methodology/approach - A survey was conducted targeting Korean consumers who have purchased seafood online. AHP method was applied to rank factors consumers prioritize before making decision. Findings - First, product's factor ranked first among other high level factors including delivery service, seller, online platform. Second, sanitation, taste, country of origin ranked first, second, third respectively, within product's factors. Third, safe delivery, timeliness, information accuracy ranked first, second, third respectively, within delivery factors. Fourth, consumer reviews, consumer response ability, promotion ranked first, second, third within seller factors. Fifth, Personal information management system, credibility, user-friendliness ranked first, second, third, within online platform factors. Research implications or Originality - To activate seafood online market, it is crucial to assure consumers that the seafood is well managed in a sanitary way from the production site to table. Existing government programs such as seafood traceability system, HACCP, and cold-chain infrastructure needs improvement. Due to highly perishable characteristic of seafood, delivery factors matter when purchasing online. Online platforms needs to continue to improve delivery service. Seafood products are mostly not branded and without objective information about their properties. Creating quality classification and seafood brands are likely to help consumers chose seafood online.

  • 전자상거래는 20년이상 동안 존재하여 왔다. 이러한 전자상거래 체제하에서 국제운송분야에서의 운송서류인 선화증권이 어떻게 발전되고 전개되는지를 살펴본다. 즉, 전자상거래 시대에 대비하여 선화증권의 전자화가 어떻게 추진되고 있는지를 고찰하고 전자식 선화증권에 대한 실험인 BOLERO 프로젝트의 실험현황과 그 문제점을 지적 하고자 한다.

Business Blogging e-Hub:An Innovative Approach to e-Business

  • With the rapid development of the Internet, e-business has been entering a new phase. However, there're still some problems to be settled and needs for breakthrough. The paper proposes an innovative approach to e-business models with the aim to resolve the problems. The paper reviews the exiting e-commerce models and points out some of the common weaknesses of the models, and presents the "Business Blogging e-Hub"model for e-business. With the characteristics of all-sided information, multi-dimensional interactivity and trans-model e-commerce platform, the proposed model is created and derived from the integration of the "classical"e-commerce models as B2B, B2C and C2C with the technology and essence of blogging, and is thus sure to meet rapidly changing business needs.

  • Environmental change, labor shortage, and international trade politics make agricultural automation ever more important. The automation demands the highest technology due to the nature of agriculture. In this paper, autonomous pesticide spray robot system has been developed for rose farming in the glass house. We developed drive platform, navigation/localization system, atomization spray system, autonomous, remote, and manual operation system, and monitoring system. The robot will be a great contribution to automation of hazardous labor-demanding chore of pesticide control in glass houses.

  • 본 논문은 생산설비 PLC(Programmable logic Controller) 데이터의 실시간 공유 플랫폼을 설계한다. 이 플랫폼은 자동화 설비를 보유하고 운영 중인 수출집약 중소기업에서 FTA(Free Trade Agreement) 체결 수입 상대국의 원산지 증명을 위한 생산 시험성적서 제출에 활용할 수 있고, 생산설비의 OPC 서버가 갖는 실시간 데이터를 수집하는 라이브러리를 활용하여 MES(Manufacturing Execution System)에서 생성되는 다양한 실시간 데이터를 활용하여 그래프, 생산관리 모니터링 및 설비 관리를 가능케한다. 따라서 중소기업이 생산관리, 공정관리, PLC 데이터공유 등에 필요한 수준별 분야별로 실시간 제조운영관리 시스템의 확대 보급이 가능하고, 생산설비의 실시간 제어가 가능하도록 설계한다.

해양구조물의 모듈조립공정을 위한 생산계획법 (A Production Planning System for Assembly Process of Offshore Structure Modules)

  • 해양구조물(Offshore Platform)은 우리나라 조선소에서도 1976년이후 꾸준히 시공되어져 왔으나, 이미 체계화되어 있는 선박 건조와는 달리 이 분야에 대한 정보와 연구가 적어, 노동생산성 향상을 위한 자원계획과 일정계획 등 생산계획 기법의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 해양구조물 건조과정중 모듈조립에 대한 효율적인 생산계획법을 제안하였다. 모듈은 해양구조물의 상부구조에 속하며 바다에서 설치할 때 해상 크레인의 용량제한 때문에 상부구조를 몇 개로 나눈 것이며, 성냥갑 모양이다. 모듈조립에는 구조, 의장, 도장 등 여러 직종의 작업이 동시에 이루어 져야 하고, 작업들이 상호연계되어 있어서 이 들 직종간의 간섭이 있고 한 직종의 작업지연으로 다른 직종의 작업지연을 유발시켜 공정의 흐름이 정체되어 전체공기가 지연되는 사례가 허다하다. 결국 초기의 부적합한 인원투입으로 공사의 말기에 잔업, 철야, 외주 등 집중 인원투입으로 출혈 공기만회에 임하게 된다. 이런 현상은 원천적으로 초기 생산계획시 호환성이 없는 여러 직종의 인원을 동일한 작업자로 간주하고 계획수립을 하는데 기인한다. 모듈조립 공사에 대하여 소요 인력(Manpower)에 대한 표준모델을 설정하여, 직종별 자원분배의 평준화로 최적의 인력을 투입할 수 있는 생산계획법을 제안하고, 일정 기간에 24개의 프로젝트 즉, 72개의 모듈을 처리하는 실제의 예에 대한 생산계획 시스템을 전산화하여 시험함으로써 실용성을 검증하였다. 시험결과 한 프로젝트에 대한 1)공기면에서 18개월에서 16개월로 2개월(11%) 단축, 2)투입인원면에서 총투입 300명에서 208명으로 92명(31%)절감 등을 예상할 수 있었다.

미국 바이어의 고비즈코리아에 대한 충성도 결정요인: 국가이미지, 서비스 품질 및 만족도를 중심으로 (Determinants of U.S. Buyer Loyalty toward Gobizkorea.com: A Study Focused on Country Image, E-Service Quality, and Satisfaction)

  • 고비즈코리아는 중소기업진흥공단이 운영하는 온라인 매칭 플랫폼으로 자본이 부족한 중소기업이 저비용으로 해외 바이어들에게 자사제품을 홍보하며 수출을 도모할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 따라서 고비즈코리아를 방문하는 해외바이어들의 규모 증대와 이들의 충성도 제고는 중소기업 수출 제고에 기여할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 국가이미지, 서비스 품질에 대한 평가 및 만족도를 중심으로 해외바이어들의 고비즈코리아에 대한 충성도 결정요인을 살펴보았다. 고비즈코리아에 등록된 미국 바이어들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 102개의 설문이 수집되었다. 요인분석 결과, 서비스 품질에 대한 하위 차원으로 정보 및 효율성, 신뢰 및 프라이버시, 신속한 커뮤니케이션 및 배송 등의 세 차원이 도출되었다. 가설 검증을 위해 경로분석을 실시한 결과, 한국에 대한 긍정적인 국가 이미지가 이 세 차원의 서비스 품질 평가에 강한 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 정보 및 효율성, 신뢰 및 프라이버시에 대한 평가가 바이어 만족도에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 만족도와 신뢰 및 프라이버시 평가가 바이어 충성도에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 미국 바이어들의 고비즈코리아에 대한 충성도 결정요인을 살펴봄으로써 해외바이어들의 국내 전자무역플랫폼 이용에 대한 이해를 증진시켰다는데 의의가 있다.

디지털콘텐츠 산업의 융합화와 수출 가능성 (A study on Convergence of the Digital Contents Industry and Possibility of Exportation)

  • This study analyses recent development of digital contents industry. The purpose of this study is to show how the convergence phenomenon is occurring in the digital contents industry. Furthermore, this study examines the influence of digital convergence on the digital contents industry. The characteristics of the digital contents industry falls roughly into three features. To begin with, technical aspect of the industrial feature is that digitalized contents can be used in various digital devices, namely OSMU(One Source Multi Use). The second feature is related to protection of copyright against illegal file sharing and downloading. One final point is that platform for distribution channels has been universal by digital convergence. To sum up, the notable feature of digital contents industry is high value-added. Also, digital contents industry is composed of users, digital device, network, and universal contents. Users are the key component of digital contents industry, who is distinguished from consumers. Digital devices such as mobile phone, PDA can play all kinds of digital contents and make users communicate in two-ways. Portable devices also allow the users to consume digital contents at any place. Digital contents can be distributed by both wire and wireless networks. And most of transactions can be made through networks. There are three key issues about digital convergence. Entry barriers for market become lowered; the age of contents users is changed from old generation to young generation. And the form of contents devices is changing rapidly. Traditional contents field such as movie, music, broadcasting, publishing, animations are combined into one digital contents territory. As a result, this paper suggests that digital convergence phenomenon will be accelerating for the future. According to the result of this study, the advent of digital convergence and e-Commerce will have significant influence on trade of digital contents.

글로벌 전자무역시대(電子貿易時代)에서의 볼레로 선화증권(船貨證券)의 기능(機能)과 문제점(問題點) (A Study on the Functions and Problems of Bolero Bill of Lading in the Days of Global Electronic Trading)

  • Global Electronic Trading means that trading partners trade each other via Global Electronic Trading Network, that is, global business to business electronic commerce. Recently, where the cargo arrives ahead of the B/L, the importer cannot take delivery of the cargo without the B/L. This situation is referred to as the B/L dilemma. But the BOLERO system will resolve this B/L dilemma. Bolero Project is developing a cross industry utility platform for the secure, electronic transfer of commercial trade information world wide. After the successful testing of an original pilot project, The Bolero Association was formed in 1995 by a group of interested cross industry companies. As a joint venture between SWIFT and TT Club, bolero.net is changing the way the world trades by providing a web-based, paperless mode of commerce that is designed to become a global standard. Bolero International Limited published the first edition of Bolero Rulebook in 1999. The Bolero Rulebook as amended from time to time, governing the relationship between Users and their rights and obligations arising from the Bolero system. The Bolero service will be governed by a multilateral contract called the Bolero Rule Book which specifies the rights and responsibilities of Bolero and its users. The Title Registry and Bolero Bill of Lading provide a fully functional equivalent to the paper bill of lading. The Bolero Bill of Lading can be created, transferred, amended, and surrendered by way of designating to order party, blank endorsement, refusal by the transferee etc. Thus, this study deals with the functions of Bolero Bill of Lading and the problems and solutions in the Bolero Bill of Lading in point of definitions and operation under the Bolero Rulebook.

화물운송 마켓플레이스 선택요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Choice Factors of Online Freight Marketplace)

  • The fourth industrial revolution is affecting the industry as a whole, and the current logistics industry is coexisting with crises and opportunities. As part of overcoming this situation, the online platformization of the logistics market has recently been rapidly taking place, and the growth of e-commerce around developed countries has emerged as a demand for flexible freight services that can send and receive cargo anywhere and anytime at appropriate cost. However, the logistics industry has not been able to change rapidly in line with the demands of the market as it is immersed in traditional transportation transactions. Thus, the digital transformation of the freight market has become urgent to address problems such as uncertainty over traditionally closed and conservative freight market transaction processes and the lack of reliability caused by information asymmetry. Therefore, innovative domestic and foreign companies are attempting to establish a new way of transporting cargo, especially a marketplace way of connecting suppliers and consumers. Current status analysis and case studies were conducted through existing literature surveys, and prior research on freight market place selection factors was previewed, and the selection factors were stratified into five upper and 19 lower factors. Through this study, it is expected that improvements for sustainable growth of freight marketplace companies will be derived and that it will be a basic study of establishing management strategies through marketplace operation and quality control. In addition, it is deemed that the priority of customer requirements can be actively accepted, providing an opportunity to actively respond and strengthen corporate competitiveness.
