입원환자들이 지각하는 간호서비스 질과 만족에 관한 연구 - SERVQUAL을 중심으로 - (A study of the Nursing Service Quality and Satisfaction that Admitted Patients Perceived - being used SERVQUAL -)

  • This study was performed to measure the nursing service quality being used SERVQUAL model and satisfaction that the admitted patients perceived. Method: The questionnaire founded on the SERVQUAL was developed and distributed to 300 patients at the three general hospitals in three provincial city, Korea. For data analysis, Cronbach's α, frequencies, percentages, paired t-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient were used. Result: In expectation, patients most highly perceived the assurance factor that was one among the 5 factors being constituted nursing service. In performance, patients most highly perceived the responsiveness factor. The performance degrees of the 5 factors and 20 attributes being constituted nursing service did not exceed the expectation degree of those. So the calculated figures for nursing service quality of the three subjected hospitals were all minus. In relation of the patients' demographics and nursing service characteristics to their general satisfaction, patients' sex, age, income and the all factors and attributes of nursing service had relation to their general satisfaction. Conclusion: It could be concluded that the nursing service quality of the three subjected hospitals was poor and the patients' demographic and nursing service characteristics had relation to their general satisfaction.

치과기공사의 이직에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Turnover of Dental Technicians)

  • Having taken as cause of dental technicians separation from their service a variety of individual idiosyncrasies, function-related factors, external environment factors, functional satisfaction, organizational commitment, and intention to remain, the present study conducted a mail questionnaire poll and interviews on those dental technicians who are mow in the service with private dental technical workshops and dental technical workshops in general hospitals and private dental clinics. The resultant findings from analysis of the repondent's general characteristics of cause of separation form service were revealed, as follows : 1) It was shown that the higher the academic career, the considerably higher cause of position commitment among causes of individual idio-syncrasies, reflecting a statistically significant result(P<0.05) 2) The less the number of working hours as viewed from the average number of working hours per day, the higher the positive emotion, reflecting a significant relation(P<0.01) 3) Causes from performing duties among function-related causes diclosed a statistically significant relation among marital status, career, monthly income, and positions(P<0.01) 4) Causes from wages showed a statistically significant relation in the average number of working hours per day(P<0.01), monthly income(P,0.05), and positions(P<0.05) 5) Causes from supervision exposed a significant relation in workplaces(P<0.01) 6) Causes from promotion represented a significant relation in positions(P<0.001) 7) Causes from opportunnities for taking a job as seen from external environment causes also disclosed a statistically significant relation in workplaces(P<0.05) 8) Reponsibility for family sustenace reflected a statistically significant relation in sex, age, marital status, career, monthly income, work fields, term of employment, positions, and experience of separation(P<0.001) 9) Functional satisfaction showed a statistically significant relation in marital status, career, monthly income, and the average number of hours a day(P<0.05) 10) Oraganizational commitment disclosed a statistically significant relation in work experience, monthly income, term of employment, positions(P<0.05) and the average number of working hours a day(P<0.001) 11) The intention to remain indicated a statistically significant relation in age, marital status, work experience, monthly income, positions(P<0.001) and term of employment. the average number of working hours a day(P<0.01), and in the performing work field(P<0.05)

초등영재와 일반학생의 다중지능과 사회적 적응행동과의 관계연구 (The Relationship Between Multiple Intelligences and Social Adaptability of Gifted and General Students in Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the discrete intelligences from multiple intelligence affecting the social adaptive behavior, help to understand their relation and draw educational implications to be used in supporting gifted students who have social and emotional difficulties by comparing and analyzing the relation between multiple intelligence and social adaptive behavior of gifted and general elementary students. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the levels of both multiple intelligence and social adaptive behavior were significantly higher in gifted elementary students compared to general ones on all sub-factores, indicating that the gifted elementary students are more adaptive in such constructs as self-efficacy, self-esteem, communicative skill, school life and interpersonal skill compared to general ones. Second, the association between multiple intelligence and social adaptive behavior was statistically significant both in gifted and general elementary students, indicating that the two constructs have close relation with each other. Third, for the gifted elementary students, the logical-mathematical and interpersonal intelligences had explanatory powers for self-efficacy, self-esteem, communicative skill, adaptation in school life, interpersonal skill while, for the general ones, intra- and inter-personal intelligences had explanatory powers for most domains of social adaptive behaviors, indicating that development of intelligences affecting the social adaptive behavior many have positive effects on social and emotional development of both gifted and general elementary students.

수간호원의 리더쉽 유형과 간호원의 소진 (Burnout) 경험 정도와의 관계 (A Study of the Relationship between the Leadership Style of the Head Nurse and Nurses과 Burnout Level)

  • The purpose of this study was to define the relationship between the leadership style of head nurses and the burnout level of nurses by taking into consideration the factors which influence the level of burnout and which show how burnout varies according to the leadership style of lead nurses. The subjects of the survey were 355 ward nurses and their 48 head nurses working in five university hospitals in Seoul. The nurses were surveyed by means of a questionnaire from Sept. 22 though Sept. 29, 1983. The Leadership Scale devised by Fleishman, and modified by Lee, and the Burnout Scale developed by Pines et al, and adapted to the Korean situation by Peek, were used as a basis of ;his survey This researcher subjected the questionnaire to a pre-test and to an internal reliability consistency test through item analysis. For the purpose of analysis of the data, the general characteristics were set at Mean and the general characteristics of head nurses in relation to the level of burnout of nurses was analysed by the Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The relation between head nurses' general characteristics 3nd leadership style, the relation between nurses' general characteristics and level of burnout and the level of burnout of nurses according to the different style of leadership of head nurses were analysed by ANOVA. A summary of the results of the study is as follows. 1. Hypothesis:“That the burnout level of the nurse will be different according to the leadership style of the head nurse”was supported. 2. Analysis of the relationship between the head nurse's general characteristics and the leadership style of the head nurse showed that the leadership style of the head nurse was not related to age and experience as head nurse. 3. Analysis of the relationship of nurses' burnout levels to general characteristics of nurses showed statistically significant differences in burnout levels according to working departments, expected working period and reasons for selecting nursing as a profession. Also, the burnout level of nurses was negatively related to the head nurse's age and experience as a head nurse.

수재사 모르터의 강도특성에 관한 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Quality of Mortar Strength using the Quenched Blast-Furnace Slag)

  • Strength experimental on mortar which use Quenched Blast-Furnace Slag as aggregate was carried our for a fundamental study of application possibility of Quenched Blast-Furnace Slag as aggregate. It gives the following results. The strength of mortar use Quenched Blast-Furnace Slag is decrease as substitution rate is higher. As W/C rate increase, the strength decrease, but the strength decrease of fine aggregate rate 1:3 is lower than 1:2. The relation with fine aggregate is that the amount of fine aggregate is inversely proportional to strength. Th relation with age is proportional to strength and strength rate of going is lower than general mortar in 28 age the change of strength proportionately with W/C rate is that as W/C rate increases, th strength is drop ; it shows that it has same tendency as general mortar sand or crushed sand, but while W/C rate increase the strength is as high as general mortar. The reason can be assumed that water content per unit needed to Quenched Blast-Furance Slag is more than in case of sand. In addition, the relation with substitution rate is that the strength is the strongest at substitution rate 25% and 50% ; that is , sometimes it is higher than mortar which use sand 100%. In addition, long age strength of mortar which use Quenched Blast-Furnace Slag as aggregate is about to be studied in the last.

  • In this paper, we prove common fixed point theorems for families of occasionally weakly compatible mappings in Menger spaces using implicit relation. Our results extend and generalize the results of Altun and Turkoglu [9] in the sense that the concept of occasionally weakly compatible maps is the most general among all the commutativity concepts. Also the completeness of the whole space, continuity of the involved maps and containment of ranges amongst involved maps are completely relaxed.

위상에 대한 교수학적 접근 -수렴성과 연속성을 중심으로- (Didactical Approach on Topology -Centered on convergence and continuity-)

  • The purpose of this study is to show that the topology is closely related to some subjects learned in school mathematics and then to give motivations for learning of the topology. To do this, it is showed that the topology is an abstracted device that deal with structure of limit and continuity introduced in school mathematics. This study took a literature study. The results of this study are as follows. First, the formal definition of general topology to structure open sets was examined. The nearness relation together with the closure operation was introduced and used to characterize for construction of general topology. Second, as definitions for continuity of function, we considered the intuitive definition, definition, structured definitions using open intervals and definition using open sets and then we investigated their roles. We also examined equivalent definition using the nearness relation which is helpful to understand continuity of function. Third, the sequence and its limit are treated in terms of continuous functions having the set of natural numbers and its extended set as domains. From these, it can be concluded that the convergence of sequence and the continuity of function are identified as functions that preserve the nearness relation and that the topology is a specialized tool for dealing with convergence and continuity.
