  • We have studied transparent top gate Al-Zn-Sn-O (AZTO) TFTs with an $Al_2O_3$ protective layer (PL) on an active layer. We also fabricated a transparent 2.5 inch QCIF+AMOLED display panel using the AZTO TFT back-plane. The AZTO active layers were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering at room temperature and the PL was deposited by ALD with two different processes. The mobility and subthreshold slope were superior in the cases of the vacuum annealing and the oxygen plasma PL compared to the $O_2$ annealing and the water vapor PL, however, the bias stability was excellent for the TFTs of the $O_2$ annealing and the water vapor PL.

병원조직에 팀제 도입이 팀직무만족과 팀조직 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of a Team System's Introduction to Hospital Organization, Regarding Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment)

  • The introduction of a team system to any organization is usually to improve that organizations dynamics, by increasing the proper adaptation to rapidly changing environments, by reducing approval procedures, and by promoting power authorization. In this regard, this study was carried out in an attempt to determine (1) whether or not the introduction of a team system can be as effective in hospital organizations as it has been in business organizations, and (2) what behavior factors influence such effectiveness. For the current study, questionnaires were distributed to the employees of a university hospital in Pusan. Four hundred eighty three of them(94.7%) were retrieved and analyzed through statistical processes. The three types of variables that were found to influence team effectiveness were: (1) independent variables of team organization characteristics, such as communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge, (2) intervening variables of team organization characteristics. such as job autonomy, technological variety, task subjectivity, task feedback and task importance, and(3) the dependent variables of team level effectiveness, such as job satisfaction and commitment to team organization. The gathered data were processed by using the 6.12 version of the statistical program SAS(Statistical Analysis System), and the reliance coefficient of those measured variables was then evaluated as an average of 0.78. The influence of team level effectiveness was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. These differences in effectiveness were then analyzed on the basis of related mean values, while the differences among demo-sociological characteristics were analyzed by using the dispersion analysis(ANOVA) and the t-test. The results of the study can be summarized by the following. First, regarding the relationship between team organization characteristics and team level effectiveness, all of the factors including communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge were found to have a significant influence on effectiveness. Second, the factors of team job characteristics, such as technological variety, task importance and job autonomy, had significant effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the teams members. Team level effectiveness was generally high, while team job satisfaction was higher the teams organizational commitment. Third, regarding the demo-sociological characteristics, team level effectiveness was found to be higher among those who were older, who had more job experience, and who had a higher position. Comparing the differences among job types, the effectiveness was relatively higher in the fields of nursing and administration/management then in other fields. Further study should be done towards the setting of variables for characteristics of hospital organization, developing suitable methods of measurement, and researching individual level effectiveness.

정부출연 연구기관 연구개발팀의 창의성 제고 관리방안에 관한 연구 : 부서장과 구성원 관점의 비교 (A Study on the Improvement of Creativity of R&D Team in Government-Funded Research Institutes : Comparative Study on the Viewpoints of Leaders and Members)

  • 본 연구는 정부출연연구기관의 연구개발팀 창의성을 제고할 수 있는 방안을 체계적인 실증연구를 통해 규명하려는 연구이다. 이를 위해 집단창의성에 대한 기존연구에 기초하여 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 실증연구를 통해 검증하였다. 구체적으로, 첫째, 팀의 특성, 팀 효능 감의 팀 창의성에 대한 영향관계를 규명하고, 둘째, 팀 특성과 팀 창의성간에 있어 팀 효능 감의 매개효과를 검증한다. 실증연구는 정부출연연구기관의 102개 연구개발팀을 대상으로 하였다. 팀 창의성 측정에 있어서는 부서장에 의한 평가와 구성원 자체 평가를 병행하는 방법을 택하였다. 이는 평가의 정확성을 높임과 동시에 두 주체의 관점의 차이를 비교하기 위해서이다. 분석결과 팀 특성 중 응집성이 팀 창의성과 정적 관련성이 있었고, 팀 효능감은 팀 다양성, 팀 자율성과 팀 창의성의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점 추후 연구과제에 대해여 논의 하였다.

영업 관리자의 이슈 리더십이 팀 영업성과에 미치는 영향 : 팀 적응적 판매행동의 매개효과와 TMX의 조절효과 (The Effect of Issue Leadership on Sales Team Performance : Mediating Effect of Team Adaptive Sales Behavior and Moderating Effect of Team Member Exchange)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 영업 관리자의 이슈리더십이 영업팀 성과에 미치는 영향을 팀 수준에서 확인하는 것이었다. 특히 이슈리더십과 영업팀 성과 사이의 매커니즘으로서의 팀 적응적 판매행동의 영향과 경계조건으로서의 TMX(team-member exchange)의 영향을 검증하였다. 연구 수행을 위해 125개 영업팀에서 영업 관리자, 구성원 등의 응답 데이터 소스를 활용하여 독립변수와 종속변수를 2개월의 시간차를 두고 측정하였으며, 다음과 같은 실증적 분석 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 영업 관리자의 이슈리더십은 영업팀 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팀 적응적 판매행동은 이슈 리더십과 영업팀 성과 간 부분 매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, TMX는 이슈 리더십과 영업팀 성과 간의 관계를 조절하였다. 이러한 실증 분석 결과는 학술적으로는 B2C영역에서 세일즈리더십으로서 이슈리더십의 효과성을 처음으로 입증하였고, 영업팀 성과의 메커니즘으로서 팀 적응적 판매행동과 TMX의 상황요인을 검증했다는데 의미가 있다. 실무적으로는 체계적인 이슈리더 육성과 팀 수준에서의 창의적인 판매행동 개발, 영업팀 내 사회적 교환관계(TMX) 활성화가 영업팀 성과에 기여할 것이라고 사료된다.

  • 본 연구는 팀제를 실시하고 있는 전국의 대학도서관을 대상으로 팀제의 운영방식(도입과정, 팀원의 재량권, 팀장의 리더십, 팀의 자유로운 의사소통, 도서관장의 의지)이 팀 효과성(환경적응성, 직무만족, 팀 분위기, 비용절감)에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 분석을 위한 데이터는 대학도서관의 직원으로부터 회수된 설문지를 기초로 하였다. 연구결과 팀제의 운영방식 중 도입과정과 도서관장의 의지는 팀의 효과성 가운데 환경적응성, 직무만족, 비용절감에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 의사소통은 직무만족과 팀의 분위기에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

R&D조직의 창의적 팀 특성이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 : 창의적 풍토의 매개효과 (The Effects of Team Characteristics on the Innovation Performance in R&D Organizations : The Mediating Effect of Creative Climate)

  • This study aims at analyzing the relationship between team characteristic and innovation performance. The mediating effect of creative climate on the team characteristic and innovation performance is also measured. Based upon literature review, individual creative characteristics, team diversity, team cohesion, task characteristics are presented as antecedents of team characteristic. Creative climate affects the creative behavior and innovative performance. Creative climate is measured as the Team Climate Inventory (TCI) proposed by Anderson & West (1998) including goal, participative-autonomy and innovative-support. Data were collected from 186 survey responses (54 Teams) out of total 462 (69 teams) from the R&D department of a major ICT firm in Korea. Empirical results show the diversity, cohesion, job characteristic, individual creative characteristic have a positive effect on the creative climate and innovation performance. The participative-autonomy climate factor appears to mediate the relationship between team characteristic (diversity, cohesion, job and individual characteristics) and innovation performance. However, the mediating effects of goals and innovative-support factors were not significant statistically. It was confirmed that the organization can contribute to improve the team innovation performance by facilitating a autonomy and participative climate as well as fostering the team characteristic.

  • The optimization of poly-Si TFT process on metal foil for UTL AMOLED was systematically investigated. The improvement in device performance of poly-Si TFT on metal foil was achieved by optimizing the dopant activation condition and gate dielectric structure. Hence, the world first flexible full color 5.6-inch AMOLED with top emission mode on poly-Si TFT stainless steel foil is demonstrated.
