The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of teachers' psychological well-being between teachers' attachment history and child-teacher relationships. The participants of this survey were 342 teachers from 41 day care centers and 11 kindergartens in four metropolitan cities and five provinces in Korea. The collected data were analysed through frequency and percentage calculation, Pearson's correlations, and the mediation methods suggested by Baron & Kenny(1986) were calculated by using SPSS 21.0. The findings are as follows. First, the percentage points of the attachment history of early childhood, the teachers' psychological well-being and the child-teacher relationship were higher than the average. Also, all the variables had correlations. Second, the teachers' psychological well-being partly mediated the relations between attachment history and child-teacher relationships. These results imply that teachers' psychological well-being is needed for positive child-teacher relationships, and can provide policy implications for teachers' psychological well-being in order to improve the quality of child-teacher relationships.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data needed for analyzing the factors needed for students' positive participation in physical education class and developing the leadership skills needed for effective class guidance by analyzing what relationship there exists between a physical education teacher-exercised transformational leadership and students' trust in physical education teachers and class satisfaction; thus, this study drew the conclusions as follows: First, in the relations between a physical education teacher-exercised transformational leadership and students' trust, it was found that a physical education teacher's charisma and intellectual stimulus had a positive influence on high school students. Second, it was found that a physical education teacher's charisma and individual consideration had a positive influence on a physical education teacher-exercised transformational leadership and the subordinate factor in class satisfaction-a sense of accomplishment while individual consideration and intellectual stimulus were found to have a positive influence on evaluation. Third, as for the trust in a physical education teacher and class satisfaction, the trust was found to have a positive influence on both a sense of accomplishment and evaluation.

본 연구의 목적은 허쉬(Hirschi)의 사회유대이론과 학교적응 영역의 기존연구를 토대로 청소년의 학교적응에 관한 사회적 관계 모델을 제시하고 검증하는 것이다. 사회적 관계 모델에는 부모관계변인, 친구관계변인, 교사관계변인이 포함되었다. 연구 대상은 인문계 고등학교 재학생 351명과 전국 쉼터에 머무르고 있는 청소년 143명으로 총 494명이었다. 자료분석방법으로는 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석이 사용되었다. 분석결과, 청소년의 학교적응에 관한 사회적 관계 모델이 청소년의 전반적 적응과 학업적 적응(성적)을 설명하는 데 유의미하다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 구체적으로는, 부모와의 관계가 좋을수록, 친구와의 관계가 좋을수록, 교사와의 관계가 좋을수록 청소년의 학교적응도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 중 가장 영향력있는 변인은 교사관계 변인이었다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 본 연구는 청소년의 학교적응을 높이는 방법으로서 교사 친구 부모와의 관계를 긍정적으로 변화시키기 위한 실제적 방안을 제시하였다.

In this paper we define the concept of $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ function algebras on hemicompact spaces. So we show that under certain condition they can be represented as a projective limit of Banach function algebras. Then the class of $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ Lipschitz algebras on hemicompact metric spaces are defined and their relations with the class of lipschitz algebras on compact metric spaces are studied.

본 연구는 교사-유아 관계가 유아의 성별 및 기질과 같은 개인적 특성과 교사-유아 간의 성별에 따라 교사-유아 관계의 특성에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고, 유아의 기질 및 교사-유아 간의 상호작용 빈도와 교사-유아 관계의 관련성을 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 서울시에 소재한 한 유아교육기관에 다니는 만 3~4세 유아 51명과 이들의 어머니 그리고 담임교사이었다. 유아의 기질은 어머니가 평가하였고, 교사-유아관계의 질은 담임교사가 평정하였다. 교사-유아 상호작용은 관찰자에 의해 자유선택활동시간 동안 유아주도 상호작용과 교사주도 상호작용으로 구분하여 빈도를 측정하였다. 자료분석 결과, 유아교사는 여아들과는 친밀한 관계를, 남아들과는 갈등 관계를 더 많이 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 유아의 기질과 교사-유아 관계에서는 의도적 통제 수준이 낮은 유아일수록 교사와 갈등적인 관계를 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교사-유아 관계가 교사-유아 간의 상호작용 특성과 관련이 있는지를 살펴본 결과, 갈등적인 관계를 맺고 있는 유아에 대해 교사는 상호작용을 더 적게 시도하는 경향이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

This study was proposed preschooler consumer education curriculum to give effect at a preschooler education institute and was investigated into relations with practical degree, needful degree and demandable degree according to preschooler teacher's characteristics. The survey of this research was conducted by means of questionnaire with 548 teachers of nursery and kindergarten in Seoul. Also it was carried out two stages cluster sampling, personal interview. the statistics used for data analysis was frequency, mean, percentile, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's r, and regression using the SPSS/PC+ program. The results and findings of this study were summarized as follows. 1) Practical degree on total preschooler consumer education was looked into being low, also needful degree on total preschooler consumer education examined being very high. 2) Demandable degree on preschooler consumer education differed significantly according to preschooler education institute, preschooler's age in charge. 3) Practical degree on preschooler consumer education correlated positively to needful degree on preschooler consumer education. And practical degree on preschooler consumer education correlated negatively to demandable degree on preschooler consumer education. 4) Preschooler teacher's age and career had affected to money management in practical degree by regression analysis used to dummy variable related with characteristics of preschooler teacher.

In this study, we operated science teacher learning community to enhance professionality of elementary science teachers. 8 participants with various background, which include their science content knowledge, teaching experience and beliefs about teaching, were involved in this study. Bales(1950)'s social interaction process framework was mainly used to understand the members' interaction, focusing particularly on process aspects not on contents aspects. The data analysis shows that the members in the science teacher learning community tried their best to maintain the positive reaction to other members in most occasions in the community meetings. On the other hand, there were also negative reaction process due to their different ideas and views, causing their emotional conflicts in some social relations and dialogical situations. Nevertheless, the results also imply that the dual reaction processes, which are positive and negative processes, are equally important to facilitate science teachers' professional knowledge and experience. The educational meanings are discussed in the aspects of science teacher education.

Even though the distance education via web has a great advantage to overcome time and space, its problem is that the management of trainees is not efficient compared with classroom and group education. This problem is a great obstacle to the objects and achievement standards of distance education, giving controversial arguments to the advocators of distance education. Distance educators need to monitor the trainees'participation and responses continuously and offer appropriate feedback to the trainees. However, the existing distance education system only focuses on teaching and learning activities, and as a result, the efficient management function of distance education is not available. Accordingly, the study attempts to find out the appropriate managing elements of distance teacher training in order to effectively achieve the goals of teacher training and the efficient management of distance education. Also, it proposes distance teacher training management system that offers appropriate feedback to trainees, applying the derived elements of distance teacher training to the training processes. To verify the efficiency of the system, hypotheses on related items of distance teacher education and learning types are suggested, and the achievement degree of learning and its relations are investigated through questionnaire of learning types. In addition, a system using UML which is the standard of object-oriented modeling language is devised, so. that mutual management, language independence and convenient development environment as well as reusability can be offered, and so the design standardization and efficient system realization could be achieved, while flexible change of system according to education process and computing environment is possible.

This study investigated the relations of personal variables and environmental variables to the peer bullying experienced by fifth- and sixth-grade children. One result was a significant sex difference in the buoying but not in the victimization. The victimization of boys was influenced by withdrawal and assertiveness. Aggression, emotional regulation and withdrawal were important predictors for buoying, whereas withdrawal and aggression were important predictors for victimization among girls. The interactive effect of withdrawal and teacher's support on victimization was statistically significant only for boys, whereas the interactive effect of aggression, maternal affection and teacher's support on bullying was statistically significant only for girls.

Subjects were 78 12- to 35- month old infants, their mothers, and their teachers. Instruments included the Revised Toddler Temperament Questionnaire(Y. H. Choi 1990) and the Assessment Profile for Early Childhood Programs(M. K. Hong 1997; S. K. Kim 1999). There was no significant difference in perceptions of infant temperament between mothers and teachers. Infant-mother interaction differed by infant temperament in that mothers had high scores with easy infants but low scores with difficult children. On the other hand teachers maintained high interactions with difficult infants in the case of infant's rhythmicity. Infant-teacher interaction correlated with such teacher variables as teacher-infant ratio, teachers' academic backgrounds and working hours.
