Exploring the Direction of Improvement in Consideration of the Talent Image of Each School in the Science High School Admissions (과학고등학교 입학전형에서 학교별 인재상을 고려하는 개선 방향 탐색)

  • This study aims to explore the direction of improvement that considers the talent image of science high schools in the admissions process. To this end, first, the talent image and competencies of science high schools were divided into 'publicity' and 'efficiency,' 'execution' and 'achievement' types, and 'publicity & execution' was predominant in most cases. Next, a total of 28 science high school teachers, education experts, and middle school teachers were surveyed on the degree of reflection of talent image and the direction of improvement in the admissions process of three science high schools. The results of the survey are as follows: first, the evaluation of 'publicity' was very limited in the first stage of admissions process, and selection based on 'achievement' was high. Second, there was a strong tendency to select based on 'efficiency & achievement' in the second stage of interview evaluation. Third, we need to improve the selection of students who fit the 'publicity & execution' type of talent image by introducing 'publicity & execution' type of talent image by introducing 'write a competency-oriented self-introduction letter, reflect other subjects' grades and comparative studies in the school life record, and experts' interviews' to the first-stage of admissions process. Fourth, convergence and open-ended questions that enable divergent thinking should be jointly submitted to reflect the 'publicity & execution' type of talent image in the second stage of interview evaluation. In conclusion, the direction of improvement that considers the talent image of science high schools in the admissions process should be changed to competency-oriented in the first-stage of admissions process and in the second stage of interview evaluation consisting of open-ended questions.

  • In this study, we investigate the changes and realities of the content production process focusing on Image generation AI revolutions such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and DELL-E, and examine the current status of related department operations at universities and Find out the status of the current curriculum. Through this, we suggest the need to produce AI-adaptive content talent through re-establishing the capabilities of content-related departments in art universities and quickly introducing curriculum. This is because it can be input into the efficient AI content development system currently being applied in industrial fields, and it is necessary to cultivate talent who can perform managerial and technical roles using various AI systems in the future. In conclusion, we will prepare cornerstone research to establish the university's status as a source of talent that can lead the content industry beyond the AI content production era, and focus on convergence capabilities and experience with the goal of producing convergence talent to cultivate AI adaptive content talent, suggests the direction of curriculum application for value creation.

  • Talent is a person who has the values and skills necessary to achieve effective goals and performance of the nation, society, organization, and individuals, or those who play a key role in generating the success or performance of the nation and companies. It can be said that it is a talented person who will achieve a well-equipped library world and a knowledge-based national society. In this study, in order to derive the talent image of the librarian, the talent image, competency, role of the librarian, librarian job development, PEST analysis, etc. suggested in various fields of society including the library world were performed. First, 11 human resources were derived, and 4 types of human resources were derived through the FGI process, and a verification process was conducted for users, librarians, and students. Finally, in this study, four librarian talents were proposed: creative convergence type talent, personality type talent, professional type talent, and communication type talent.

A Study on Relationship Between Instructor's Image Perceived by Elderly Participating in Life Sports and Participation Motive (생활체육 참여 노인이 인식하는 지도자의 이미지와 참여동기의 관계)

  • To identify the relationship between instructor's image and participation motive, this study conducted a research on 293 elderlies over 65 at 6 sports centers located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon regions. The research results were as follows. First, in the image of instructor based on demographic characteristic, gender showed significant difference with instructor's talent while gender showed significant difference with instructor's talent, instructing image, and living image. Also, the sports type had significant difference with all subfactors of instructor image. Secondly, in the participation motive based on the demographic characteristic, gender showed significant difference with internal motive while age and sports type demonstrated significant difference with all subfactors of participation motive. third, the instructor image had significant influence on both internal and external motive. While instructing image and human relationship image had significant difference in internal motive, the external motive showed significant difference with instructor talent, living image, and human relationship image. thus, the research result showed that instructor's image is a significant variable which enhances elderly's motive for participating in life sports.

Preference for Korean Popular Culture on Purchase Intention of Korean Fashion Products -Focus on the Dalian Areas of China- (한국대중문화에 대한 선호도가 한국패션상품에 대한 선호도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -중국 대련지역을 중심으로-)

  • This study examined the causal relationship between the Chinese preference for Korean cultural products (Korean talent, K-pop songs, TV dramas, and movies), for Korean fashion products, and their purchase intentions. The relationship between the Korea's national brand image and Chinese fashion leadership with the three variables was investigated. Data was collected from 580 Chinese in Dalian, China. The data was analyzed using frequency, correlations, reliability, and AMOS for path analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the preference for Korean talent, K-pop songs, TV dramas, movies, and fashion products showed that the Chinese had a positive response and the degree of preference for each item was similar. Second, the Chinese preference for Korean talent, movies, and TV dramas significantly influenced the preference for Korean fashion products. In addition, the Chinese preference for Korean fashion products significantly influenced the purchase intentions of Korean fashion products. Third, the Chinese preference for Korean talent and fashion products had a significant relationship with their fashion leadership. In addition, the preference for Korean talent, movies, TV dramas, K-pop songs, fashion products, and purchase intentions had the same positive relationship with Korea's national brand images. This study examined from a structural aspect how the preference of Korean intangible cultural products affected the purchase intention of Korean fashion products. This study explored that the preference for Korean cultural products transcended the popularity of the Korean popular culture with a subsequent national industrial and economic ripple effect that improved the national brand image.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the image of the 16th Century Honam Chinese poetry. for that, Park Sang, Im Eokryeong, Ko Gyeongmyeong in this study. This paper identified the characteristics of Ho Nam poetry is two things. First of all, is "literary talent does not acknowledge" consciousness and image of army. Park Sang, Im Eokryeong, Ko Gyeongmyeong was advanced to the center politics with excellent literary talent to the talents our 16th century Honam. However, at that time, the ruling layer was time to lead the politics. Therefore, the three people to frustration. Yet three people were criticizing the reality. And they thought that they were unhappy. It is unfortunate that they did because of their literary talent to be recognized. Three people were very sensitive to not be recognized literary talent. This is because they were subject to the management by the literary ability. It does not recognize the literary consciousness appears as sword, spear, admiral image. Second, The HwaIbulryu consciousness and image of integrity. Park Sang, Im Eokryeong, Ko Gyeongmyeong thought it not right politics. Yet continued to politics.   • The purpose of this study was to investigate 188 university students at Seoul National University and to present self - image data to university students for the development of small and medium human resources. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between the correlation between the image of the trainee perceived by university students and the self - image, the correlation between the image of the trainee perceived by the university students and the voice image, and the correlation between the voice image and the self - image perceived by university students. Second, as a result of examining whether or not the voice image is mediated in the relationship between the image of the talent and the self - image perceived by university students, Therefore, it is confirmed that as the image level of the talent related to the human resource of SMEs increases, the level of the voice image increases and the self image level also improves accordingly.

  • Unlike the era of manufacturing-oriented industrial economy in the past, the era of service economy has characteristics intangible goods center, knowledge universalization, and expansion of needs, and many things that are of the economy are changing. In the past, the change in the environment was not fast, so even after analyzing the changed environment and deriving the talent needed for the company, it was possible to maintain a talent for the organization for a long time, so it is not proactive to build and apply talent. It became difficult to manage effectively. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted a normative study for deriving a desirable talent model rather than a descriptive human resource model. Human resources image suitable for the modern service economy era, the modern economic society and modern spirit were analyzed and reflected. The model in which the two opposing members of the organization, managers and employees, interact intensely and balance dialectically. A desirable talent in a modern organization must play the role of a manager, and the management and talent models in a modern organization can be said to be connected to each other like the front and back sides of a coin. The philosophy of human resources was presented in five dimensions: human, historical, social, economic, and management. The human resource model from eight factors: mastery, rationality, wisdom, customer orientation, innovation, flexibility, autonomy, collaboration. This study suggested that general talent model may vary depending on the company's type, empirical follow-up studies are needed the talents in each company in the future.

Preference of Entertainer Image and Imitation Behavior on Adolescents (청소년의 연예인 선호이미지와 모방행동)

  • The purpose of this study was to research the preference for the entertainers image and imitation behavior. The research was a survey and the subjects were 1,034 middle and high school students. The collected data was analyzed using frequency, statistics analysis, t-test, crosstab, ANOVA, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Result were as follows; The preference for the entertainment, most of the adolescents loved the singer and the TV talent. The feminine and urban image was their favorite image for the entertainer. The favorite image was significantly different according to the gender and age. Star entertainer imitation behaviors showed the differences according as adolescent's gender and age. The unique marketing strategy is required as the job in the entertainment business, so the tend to follow up and imitate all attractive factors and favorite image of the entertainer. This study was for helping the adolescent who are very sensitive and going to set up their identification to get the role model as the fair way to be the social member, helping the one to set up the image-making way for each entertainment's job, and helping the enterprise who want to use the image of the star in their promotion.
