The study, using the input-output analysis of 402 industrial sectors by Bank of Korea(BOK) and the resulting outcomes of price model, aims to evaluate the spillover effects the international fluctuations in crude oil prices have on the commodities prices and consequently, analyse the management and profitability of the offshore fisheries in Korea. At present, the fisher men are provided with tax-free oils for their fishing operations as specified under the Special Tax Treatment Control Law. However, the exhaustion of marine resources and new international fisheries agreements, which resulted in the loss of fishing grounds, made the stable catch even more unpredictable and the hike in the price of the international crude oil would have adverse effects on the fishing industry. The study revealed that the increasing rise in the price of crude oil would exert sweeping spillover effects on other industry sectors in general and accordingly, lead to a poorer performance by fisheries. The price spillover coefficients for the diesel oil was 0.6026, which would translate into the 42.6% increase in the prices of oil when the increase ratio of 73.3% for the base crude oil was applied based on the calculation methods employed in the study. This in turn increased the ratio of diesel oil required in the offshore fisheries from 23.3% to 16.6%, diminishing the ratio of current net profits to minus 2.0% from 4.2% otherwise. By fishing type, the Pair Trawl suffered current net profits loss most by ratio of minus 9.4% and other fisheries such as Coastal Stow Nets, Coastal Angling, Danish Sein also suffered ratio of 7% and more in the loss of current net profits. With the deteriorating fishing performance, coupled with the increasing international crude oil prices, it is urgently required that the authorities concerned deliberate in depth on such schemes as follows in efforts to secure stable fishing production. First, provision of large-scale storage facilities for oil is needed to timely adapt to the fluctuations in international crude oil prices. Secondly, in line with the stabilization of tax-free oil prices, duty levied on oils for fishing and tax collected from the refineries need to be tax-exempt. Thirdly, the beneficiaries from the provision of tax-free oil should be broadened, not limited to special fishing operation only. Fourth, investment in stabilization of the oil prices should be encouraged, possibly through funding from the formation of fisheries development funds underway.

Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the snack intake and brushing behavior according to the oral health education experience in some schools in Busan, and to investigate whether the oral health education experience affects the snack intake and brushing behavior. Methods: This study surveyed the entire fourth grade of elementary school in two districts by participating in university-linked oral health education activities run under the jurisdiction of the education office business to examine changes in the behavior of elementary school students in their snack intake and toothbrush. The survey was conducted on oral health education in elementary schools, prior oral health education experience before and after the activity, whether or not the brushing classroom was operated, and contents related to eating snacks and brushing behaviors. Result: Among the general characteristics of some schools in Busan, 69.9% of students have experience in oral health education and 30.1% of people have no experience in oral health education. 20.0%, 16.3% were 'normal' and 63.7% were 'helpful'. The brushing behavior according to the oral health education was 44.9% in the number of brushings, 44.9% in the number of brushings, 45.7% in 2-3 minutes in the time of brushing, 41.2% in the brushing method by sweeping the brush up and down. In the daily brushing period, 'after breakfast' was the highest at 72.3%, and the parent's brushing instruction was 'to lead' at 65.1%. The amount of sugar in subjective snacks was the highest with 60.6% of sugar content, and the parents had the highest level of 52.2% for parents' snack intake. This result was more significant than the students without oral health education experience. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the number and time of brushing, the method and timing of brushing according to the experience of oral health education. Students who had oral health education experience higher than those who did not have oral health education, but had a lower tendency to brush after lunch at school and before going to bed. For better oral health, the effect of oral health education will be better if the school has more systematic toothbrushing at lunch time and parental guidance at home.

The wide spread of Internet and rapid development of e-commerce-related technology have brought sweeping changes on the traditional commercial transactions. Accordingly, many efforts to transform these transactions electronically under e-commerce environment have been carried out. As most transactions are usually made through negotiations, the function of automated negotiation is also required in the e-commerce environment. This paper aims to develop the method to generate and evaluate the multi-attribute negotiation proposals for automated negotiation systems. To this end the related articles are reviewed and the method dealing with e-negotiation strategy is suggested. In this method, the seller generates his or her own negotiation proposal and then evaluates the buyer's proposal based on SAW (Simple Additive Weighting Method), one of the MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making) methods. To verify the suggested method, a case study is conducted in the order-based manufacturing environment.

Community and distribution of Coleoptera were investigated in 4 different regional areas (Danseoksan, Tohamsan, Namsanm and Daebon) of Kyeougju National Park from June 17, 1997 to Oct. 30, 1997 by sweeping net method. 565 individuals belonging to 139 species, 115 genera in 30 families were collected. Species diversity was much higher in the areas of Tohamsan and Danseoksan (0.716 and 0.762, respectively) than the other areas because of the good plantation for the leaf beetles. In the family Chrysomelidae, Tohamsan area revealed very high Simpson diversity index, a 0.916. On the other way, Simpson diversity index was 0 in Daebon area which had very simple plantation with beach side and pine trees. Chrysomelidae was the most abundant; 270 individuals belonging to 45 species of 34 genera. Among them, Mordellina brunneotincta Marseul was the highest frequency. And then, the species of Coccinellidae, Alleculidae, Cerambycidae, Attelabidae and Curculionidae were mostly abundant in all regional area. Stigmatium pilosellum Gorham, Mordellina brunneotincta Marseul and Rhaphirtropis guttifer Sharp were newly recorded in Korea.

In today's world, the ability to adapt to the rapidly changing environment is fundamental to the survival and success of any organizations. This is particularly true for the Korean retailing industry which is in the throe of sweeping developments. Against the backdrop of an increasing importance of the environmental factors, it is imperative to look into what efforts are required of corporate enterprises in order to achieve successful long-term partnerships between and among the parties involved in the retail value chain. In spite of the critical importance of the need to understand the environmental factors and their influences on the retail value chain, a serious theoretical and empirical study into this subject has never been conducted. Moreover, previous research has overlooked the various mechanisms influencing the value chain in terms of ,control strategy' and 'control structure'. The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct and indirect modes of influences environmental dynamism exerts on opportunism, one of important relationship factors. This study particularly delves into the indirect modes of influence in terms of control strategy (control mechanism) and control structure (bureaucratic structuring). To this end, a survey research has been conducted of 200 suppliers in business relationships with Korean hypermarket retailers. The survey results show that environmental dynamism has a positive correlation with the opportunism of suppliers. In addition, the control mechanisms such as monitoring and incentives employed by retailers, in turn, have an indirect influence on the opportunism of suppliers. In other words, the monitoring of retailers has a positive correlation with the opportunism of suppliers, while the use of bureaucratic structuring has a negative correlation with opportunism. This study discusses how both retailers and their suppliers should respond to the domestic retail business environment with highly dynamic characteristics, in order to achieve a long-term win-win partnership with one another. It also presents ideas to retailers with regard to what kinds of management strategies and management efforts required to effectively control the opportunism of suppliers.

Furthermore, people can indirectly experience Korean culture. so we need to come up with more effective application plan. However, contents which has produced currently still have insufficient part. Based on that, current state of Korean education online contents by using Korean wave contents will analyze into especially a series of 'Pit-A-Pat Korean' from Nuri-Sejong school need to be proposed a review of the limitations and improvement conclusion in this paper. The K-drama produced by effectively utilizing the planning and the Korean educational content. This will reveal to the culture and traditions of Korea, as well as a simple information transfer. So we expect to be a valuable activity that is responsible for a stem to improve the country's image as one item K-culture itself.

A new method for arthroscopic resection of the inferior leaf for the horizontal tear in the anterior horn of the meniscus extending deep toward the capsule was developed. Resection of this tear is difficult-perhaps more so than any other meniscal tear. At arthroscopy, a small incision on the meniscotibial ligament of the anterior horn was made after the deep horizontal tear was carefully debrided. A retrograde punch was introduced through the incision and underneath the inferior leaf of the anterior meniscus. The inferior leaf of the anterior horn was resected by the punch without difficulty. This simple technique minimizes the risk of superior leaf injury and can be used for a horizontal tear in the anterior horn as well as the mid horn with sweeping motion of the retrograde punch.

When the Korean Wave was sweeping over China, Asia, Other Countries, Some people worried that the ambiguity of the copyright act would obstruct export of the entertainment contents. To solve this problem, the copyright authentication was introduced in the copyright act, enforcement for its, etc. There are two authentication systems at copyright. One is right authentication protected by copyright, Other one is licence authentication received from the owner. This study is meant to seeking the problem of insufficient regulation related to copyright authentication. According to analysis of FGI in this study, the existing system does not support a proper and specific way how to suggest a long term perspective in the transaction of Korean Contents between Korea and China. The key to success of copyright authentication system between Korea and China depends upon the implementation of the system of copyright mutual authentication. To do so, In reality, laws, institutions, technologies, policies, and operations, etc. should be Inter-operability. Also we should realize that this system gives mutual benefits at transaction between the two countries. Thus, it is important for two countries to effort trade cooperation continuously.
