  • There are many people who start business because of unstable employment due to income polarization. There are many people who start business because of unstable this study is to present the necessary situation and direction for the prospective founders who are hesitant to start their own business by lacking self - confidence and information about Preparing for start-up the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of pre - founder's psychological characteristics and start - up preparation characteristics on entrepreneurship intention. In order to conduct this study, 144 male and 114 female who were temporary workers and about to retire were analyzed for validity and reliability using 258 questionnaires. As a result of analyzing the adjustment effect of entrepreneurship education as an interaction term in the psychological characteristics and the preparation characteristics of the entrepreneurship, the risk taking tendency and the preparation period for entrepreneurship were significant for entrepreneurship education. In addition, the greater the necessity and importance of entrepreneurship education, the greater the effect on entrepreneurship education. It is a meaningful study that can give confidence to the subjects who want to start a business but are afraid of failure. This study is expected to contribute to the government's start - up policy by analyzing the influence of pre - founders on the intention of start - up.

  • In industrial society, the conversation topic of this period is mainly business start up, and revitalization of business start-up, through creation of new jobs, is playing an important role in employment maximization and revitalization of economy in general; one of those inducements is a start-up business incubation system, in whose center exists a start-up business incubator center. Hereupon, this study is intending to contribute to setting up the efficient operation direction and polity line, and provide a clue to a discussion by empirically analyzing the influence of quality level and degree of assistance of a start-up business incubator on satisfaction. For this purpose, this study developed a questionnaire on the basis of the preceding researches and conducted its research targeting a total of 500 valid samples. As a result of doing research, it was found that the quality level and assistance degree of services provided to a move-in company or a preparator of business start-up has a significant influence on satisfaction with the center & support service, and a manager's capabilities and related technology characteristics had a significant influence on satisfaction.

  • With the decline in the college student population and the increase in the youth unemployment rate, the university began to be interested in starting a business. Under the initiative of the government, the start-up support project was reflected in the university's educational programs, which led to the university students receiving various start-up support benefits. In response to the expansion of entrepreneurship education, various entrepreneurship education programs and support programs were applied in line with the government's efforts to start college students. As a result, students' entrepreneurial competence and willingness to start up increased. College student entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs are increasing. The increase of university student start-up companies is taking place in the entrepreneurial education environment within the university, and the support of university, community, and start-up support institutions for university student start-up, the starting point of the start-up ecosystem, is paying off. It can be seen that the youth entrepreneurship ecosystem based on university entrepreneurship education is in place. The university supports the entire business process from idea development, such as start-up classes, start-up club support, patent application support, prototype development support, and investment linkage. However, there is a university that develops and operates a unique program for each school and a university that does not. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an education program that can produce efficient results. The purpose of this study is to support the start-up program of the university to be the consumer-centered start-up support.

A Study on Influential Factors of Self-leadership on Start-up Intention (셀프리더십이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구)

  • As an origin and a starting point of business start-up, this start-up intention is believed to be the driving force of economic growth. Being aware of the importance of the start-up intention, the study looked into cause-and-effect relationships of variables focusing on intermediate roles of start-up self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation in self-leadership and start-up intention of business founders. In order to achieve the research goal, the study conducted both a survey targeting a total of 195 business founders registered at a business incubation center and an empirical analysis on the results of the survey. According to the findings from the analysis, the study first learned that the self-leadership would have a positive effect on the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation which eventually proved that the self-leadership is a leading variable of the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation. Second, both the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation were observed to be positively related to the start-up intention. That finding signified that roles of the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation are important to increase the start-up intention. Third, intermediate effects of the start-up self-efficacy and the start-up intention were discovered from the self-leadership and the start-up intention, the main topics of the research. Hence, in order to improve the start-up intention, the importance of the start-up self-efficacy and the intrinsic motivation should be recognized and promoted as well and for this goal to be achieved, the business founders should understand the idea that the self-leadership has to come first than anything else in this case. Based on the results of the research, the study offers theoretical and practical implications.

The Effect of Self-Leadership on the Lntention of Start-up in Women: The Mediation Effect of Self-Efficacy (여성의 셀프리더쉽이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • This study analyzed the impact of women's self-preservation on their intention to start a business by using self-efficacy as a mediation, reflecting the importance of women's self-preservation to adapt to the new environment of start-up. In particular, in addition to the overall self-preservation, the sub-factors of behavioral delay, compensatory natural strategy, and constructive thinking strategy were also validated. As a research method, 198 people who responded to the online survey were analyzed using Model 4 of the PROCESS macro proposed by Hayes(2018), and indirect effects were analyzed by designating 5,000 bootstrapping samples. The findings were as follows. First, self-efficacy has been shown to have a mediating effect in which women's self-preservation influences their intention to start a business. At this time, the medium effect was shown as a partial medium. Second, the sense of self-efficacy was found to have a mediating effect on women's behavior-oriented strategies affecting their intention to start a business. At this time, the medium effect was shown as a partial medium. Third, self-efficacy was found to have a mediating effect in which women's natural compensatory strategies affect their intention to start a business. At this time, the medium effect was shown as a partial medium. Fourth, self-efficacy was found to have a mediating effect in which women's constructive thinking strategies affect their intention to start a business. At this time, the medium effect was shown as a complete medium. This shows that the higher a woman's self-preservation, the higher her self-efficacy and willingness to start a business. Based on the results of these studies, he made a developed proposal for women's start-ups.

  • This study analyzed the effects of start-up preparations for start-ups, start-up support for start-ups, and accelerator support on business satisfaction for start-ups. For this purpose, an empirical analysis was conducted on 308 founders. The main empirical study results are as follows. Start-up preparation, start-up support, and accelerator support have positive(+) significance in the start-up satisfaction of start-up companies. Among the variables that had a significant effect, the preparation of the start-up team was found to have the greatest influence. These results are considered to be consistent with the view that the importance of the private start-up support system is gradually increasing in the start-up ecosystem, and that the composition of the start-up team is the most important factor in start-up.

  • The purpose of this study is firstly, to find out the factors of entrepreneurial intention in potential entrepreneurs, and secondly to examine the relationship between objective start-up environment and subjective recognition of start-up environment, and entrepreneurial intention. For this study, investigation has been done to find out if fear of business failure, that is notoriously high among Koreans, acts as an influential factor between objective start-up environment/subjective recognition of start-up environment and entrepreneurial intention. The data is collected from 335 respondents comprised of college students and adults who are interested in starting their own businesses. The results of this study are as follows : (1) Objective start-up environment and subjective recognition of start-up environment, which is self-efficacy, have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. (2) Fear of business failure mediates the relationship between objective start-up environment/subjective recognition of start-up environment, and entrepreneurial intention (3) Child-care system, as an explain variable in the objective start-up environment in this study, is an important factor in the process of entrepreneurial commitment.

  • This study tried to identify the characteristics of college students' entrepreneurial intentions in the entertainment industry, focusing on existing literature studies. Based on this, it was intended to suggest realistic educational alternatives for university student start-ups and implications for start-up management to university start-up officials and those in charge of national start-up support policy. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, technology(item) for idea creation education, which is an essential element in the entertainment industry, how to connect ideas and products, technology methods that can increase content value, and user characteristics education within the entertainment industry will need to be continued. In addition, along with the idea education, it is necessary to increase the understanding of start-up business management such as financing, human resource management, marketing, and operation management, and furthermore, confidence education should be provided so that the possibility of success in an entertainment start-up and a sense of adventure in a new job can be developed. Second, the space and equipment necessary for start-up (club room, student start-up room, entertainment-related equipment, etc.) should be provided centering on the opinion survey of students who are interested in starting a business, and various regulations of universities and government for student start-up should be relaxed. will have to In addition, education for the formation of entrepreneurial knowledge inside and outside of the school, special lectures and consultations by experts, and on-the-spot education, etc., should be made to create more practical entrepreneurial knowledge. something to do. Third, for students wishing to start a business in the entertainment industry, it is necessary to inform their families about the field situation of the entertainment industry accurately so that their children can develop a positive perception rather than a negative perception when choosing a business field. In addition, by promoting various successful cases of college students to their families after starting a business, families should be encouraged so that their children can develop a challenging spirit about starting a business. Fourth, it should be possible to form continuous clubs or gatherings with friends who wish to start a business in the entertainment industry, and furthermore, an opportunity to listen to the opinions of friends who actually started a business through these meetings should be provided. In addition, the meeting and the formation of friends should create a place for discussion about writing a business plan, how to succeed in starting a business, and management of startups, and psychological stimulation activities should be conducted so that each other's will to start a business arises. Fifth, various knowledge related to start-up (methods for securing funds, management of start-up organizations, grasping information about the market in which they want to start a business, etc.) should be cultivated, and how to write a business plan for the various entertainment industry fields they want to start up. You will also need to train them to be practical. Also, based on this knowledge formation, students themselves should be able to respond to risks and changes that may occur in entrepreneurship.   • Selection of location in food service start-up business is sure to be a shortcut to achievement of business performance, and in this context, it's no exaggeration to say that food service industry is an real estate industry. This study looked into what influence of the location factor in food service start-up business had on sales performance, and intended to verify whether the location factors ultimately influenced business performance consequent on the influence of location factors on start-up business satisfaction. To this end, this study set food service owner-operators as its research subject, and conducted a survey of the operators (of restaurants) located in Anyang-si from December 1, 2016 until January 30, 2017. This study distributed a total of 300 copies of questionnaires, and collected 245 copes, among which this study used 198 copies for empirical study excluding the copies whose reply was unfaithful. This study did empirical analysis of 198 copies using SPSS 22.0 Statistical Package Program, together with the application of frequency analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis. The major results of this study are as follows: First, this study divided the location factors in food service start-up business stores into the four, i.e. accessibility, clustering property, placeness and visibility, etc. Second, the study results showed that accessibility, clustering property, placeness and visibility had significant influence as one in the influence of locational factors on sales performance. Third, this study could understand that start-up business satisfaction had a partial mediated effect in the influence of location factors on sales performance. Resultantly, this study confirmed food service start-up business's own selection of location, and wished to find major factors and a differentiated point in time of selection of location of stores in other fields. Such a result gives an implication that it's necessary to concentrate all efforts to increase sales performance of food service start-up business from the location selection phase, and to make efforts to increase start-up business satisfaction.

  • This article investigates the impact of business incubator's support service and manager's capabilities on the start-up economic performance. BI's support services consist of physical infra, management/legal service, networking service, financial service, technical service, and education/training service. The results show that most BI's support services(except education/training service) have a positive effect on the start-up economic performance. This study also analyzes the gap between the importance and the satisfaction of BI's services. The results show that the satisfaction of BI's services is much lower than the importance. It can be explained that the start-ups' expectations are not able to meet. In conclusion, BI's services have a major impact on the start-up economic performance, but actually they didn't meet the expectation of the start-ups. In the future, the quality level of BI's services and manager's capabilities needs to be improved. The improvement will have a positive effect on the survival and growth of the startups.
