The challenges facing manufacturing companies today span across the industry, independent of company size or product. Especially, big manufacturers must overcome these challenges, and information technology (IT) collaboration with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will play a major role in this effort. In this research, the strategy and way to promote IT collaboration between SMEs and large firms in heavy industries are proposed. A pre-consultation was performed to derive the strategy and way for the collaboration, and an IT collaboration system was developed reflection the results of pre-consultation. The IT collaboration system consists of two parts. One is ERP based on BPM for SMEs to standardize and visualize the entire business process from order placement to release. This system also provides their parent company with visibility into the status of orders and user can easily access the system on the web at a low price through cloud computing service. The other is interface part for data changes between large firms and SMEs. Thus far, this paper demonstrates the importance of strategy for the collaboration, and the applicability of IT collaboration system to elevate the speed and efficiency of business.

공급사슬과 같은 제조협업을 성공적으로 관리하기 위해서는 효과적인 협업 성과 측정 방법이 필요하다. 기존에 개발된 성과지표들은 주로 기업 내부 업무 또는 아웃소싱의 성과를 측정하기 위하여 개발되었기 때문에, 공동으로 참여하는 제조협업의 성과를 측정하는데 적합하지 않다. 또한, 비용과 같은 일부 성과지표들은 참여기업 간에 이해가 상충되기 때문에 합의 가능한 협업 성과지표의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공급사슬 표준인 SCOR 모형에 기반하여 제조협업에서 양자가 합의할 수 있는 협력적 성과지표(cKPI : collaborative Key Performance Indicators)를 도출하는 방법을 제안하고, 이를 바탕으로 제조협업에 대한 종합적인 성과 만족도를 측정하는 방법을 제시한다. 특히, 기업간에 체결되는 서비스 수준 계약(SLA : Service Level Agreements)의 특성을 반영하기 위하여, Sigmoid 함수를 이용한 성과 만족도 함수를 도입하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 협력적 성과 측정 및 관리 방법은 점차 확대되고 있는 협업 프로세스에서 상호 합의할 수 있는 정량적 지표를 개발하고 성과를 측정하는 데 활용함으로써 지속적인 제조협업 개선에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에서 모바일 협업 서비스를 위한 컴팩트 분산객체그룹 프레임워크(Compact Dostributed Object Group Frorework : CDOGF)에 대해 기술한다. CDOGF는 논리적인 영역에 따라 각 센서 및 기기의 네트워크 연결과 다수의 모바일 컴퓨팅 장치의 관리, 모바일 협업응용 서비스의 수행하는 객체들의 그룹화를 지원한다. 이를 위해, CDOGF의 구성요소의 세부적인 기능을 메소드와 이를 이용하기 위한 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 그리고 각 구성요소간의 상호작용을 센서와 응용, CDOGF와 응용, CDOGF 내부 구성요소간, CDOEF와 DOGF등 네 가지 형태로 구분하여 기술하였다. 또한 기존 모바일 협업을 위한 기술들의 분석하여 모바일 협업 환경을 정의하였다. 본 환경에서 모바일 협업 응용 서비스의 구현과 위에서 언급한 네 가지 상호연동을 위해 TMO 스킴과 분산 미들웨어인 TMOSM를 사용하였다. 끝으로 u-병원 응용을 본 환경에서 수행하도록 하였다. u-병원 응용은 유비쿼터스 환경을 갖춘 병실로부터 병실의 환경정보와 환자의 건강정보를 모바일 장치인 PDA를 통해 수집한다. 또한 환자관리 업무를 위한 정보 서비스를 제공한다.

인터넷을 통하여 다양한 활동을 수행하는 사용자들이 급속히 증가함에 따라 여러 그룹에 소속된 사용자들 간의 인터넷을 통한 협업과 정보 교환이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 이와 더불어 최근 사용자중심의 서비스가 활성화됨에 따라 개인화 된 인터넷 서비스의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 현재, 웹 기반의 협업 수행을 지원하는 다양한 협업시스템이 있다. 하지만 이러한 협업시스템들은 개인화 된 서비스를 지원하지 않기 때문에 다양한사용자를 고려한 효과적인 협업 환경을 제공하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 CoSlide 협업시스템을 이용하여 다양한 사용자들의 협업 수행을 지원하기 위한 협업지원 포틀릿의 개발에 대하여 기술한다. 협업지원 포틀릿은 CoSlide 협업시스템 서버에서 제공하는 다양한 가상공간을 지원하며, 각 가상공간의 자원을 제어할 수 있는 여러 기능들을 제공한다. 개발된 포틀릿은 포탈을 구성하는 컴포넌트로 포함되어 다양한 사용자의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 협업 환경을 제공한다. 사용자는 다양한 포틀릿을 제공하는 포탈을 통하여 자신의 작업 환경을 고려한 맞춤형 인터페이스를 구성하고. 이를 이용하여 효과적으로 협업을 수행할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 국내 연구ㆍ교육기관들의 협업 생태계 구축 및 협업 활성화를 위한 통합협업 인프라를 소개한다. 통합협업 인프라는 국내 연구ㆍ교육기관, 관련 상용 서비스 업체들이 참여하고 이들의 협력 증진을 위한 다양한 협업 지원 시스템과 서비스를 포함한다. 특히 제안한 통합협업 인프라는 ID 페더레이션 기술을 기반으로, 협업 참여 기관들의 연구자원 공유를 위한 사용자 인증 프레임워크를 제시함으로써 협업의 효율성을 제고한다. 본 논문은 국가과학기술연구망에 구축한 통합협업 인프라에 대해 기술하고 제안된 프레임워크의 동작 방식을 검증한다.

In recent years, the mandatory use of BIM has been actively promoted due to the digital transformation of the construction industry. However, the CDE (Common Data Environment) system, which is an essential element for operating BIM, has not been established in accordance with the domestic situation. To solve this problem, this study analyzed the results of previous studies, including the ISO 19650 standard and domestic CDE system requirements, and developed BIM-based collaboration functions that are suitable for the domestic construction industry through functional analysis of domestic and foreign commercial CDE solutions. And we developed a BIM collaboration framework to provide BIM-based collaboration functions as a service by using cloud technologies such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS to provide infrastructure resources flexibly and flexibly. The BIM collaboration framework developed in this study meets most of the CDE requirements of ISO1965, so it can secure competitiveness when bidding for overseas BIM projects. Also, because the BIM collaboration functions can be selectively applied to build a BIM-based collaboration platform, it is expected that the utilization of the BIM collaboration framework will be high, as it can minimize not only the time to build the platform but also the operating costs, and the usability is higher than that of existing commercial BIM CDE solutions.

This paper proposes the compliance collaboration index(CCI) which can be useful to measure the level of supply chain's compliance collaboration quantitatively. It can be shown that the proposed index is quite flexible when applied in real situations at the request of the index user. For instance, even if only one company of many companies in trade supply chain to be tested through the AEO certification test is not satisfied the required specification. the index is designed in such a way that the score can't be higher than a certain predetermined value. The proposed CCI can be used as the guidance for a trade company's collaboration process control strategy to increase the efficiency of compliance improvement activity. In this paper, we use the Analysis Hierarchy Process(AHP) which is one of the methods recommended by ISO/ICE as a measurement of weight to be assigned to the relevant parameters considered in the CCI.

한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 연구생산성을 향상시키고자 NDSL 원문제공서비스(NDSL Information Document Service: NIDS) 협력 네트워크를 통해 국내 연구자들에게 과학기술정보를 제공하고 있다. NIDS 협력 네트워크에서 대학도서관과 연구원 정보센터들이 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구는 사회 네트워크분석을 통하여 원문제공서비스 협력기관들 간의 관계를 규명하였다. 각 기관이 네트워크에서 중심에 위치하는 정도를 분석하기 위하여 연결정도 중심성, 근접 중심성, 매개 중심성, 위세 중심성과 같은 지표들을 활용하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 원문제공서비스 네트워크의 중심에는 KISTI, KAIST, POSTECH, 외국학술지지원센터가 위치하고 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 기초로 하여 원문제공서비스 발전 방안을 제안하였다.

비즈니스 협업을 위한 방법들 중에서 메시지 교환을 통한 loosely coupled integration이 선호되고 있는 추세에서, 이를 위한 방법으로 최근에 각광받고 있는 기술이 웹서비스이다. 웹서비스를 확장한 협업표준들이 제안되고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 동적인 웹서비스 운용을 위한 WSCI, BPEL4WS, BPML 등을 비교 분석하고자 한다.
