동료지원가 활동을 통해 나타난 정신장애인의 임파워먼트 경험 (Empowerment Experience of Mentally Ill Persons Providing Peer Support)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to describe the empowerment experience of mentally ill persons providing peer support. Methods: Three peer supporters were recruited. A small group interview was conducted with peer supporters in November 2018. The transcribed data were analyzed using a qualitative case study. Results: Three primary themes and seven sub-themes emerged as follows. The first theme is "Personal empowerment," including 1) Remove the sense of helplessness, 2) Be confident, and 3) Establish self-identity. The second theme is "interpersonal empowerment", including 1) Breaking out of isolation and taking an interest in peers, and 2) Assert opinion to family. The last theme was "political empowerment", including 1) Want to legalize "peer support program", and 2) Move to promote "peer support program". Conclusion: Through the activities of peer support, mentally ill persons have diverse empowerment experiences. The results of this study indicated that legislation of the peer support program is necessary to improve their empowerment experience. And it calls for study focusing on the effectiveness and necessity of peer support programs.

메타버스 텔레워크 도입과 효과의 향상에 관한 연구: 인지된 업무생산성, 직무성과, 직무만족도를 중심으로 (A Study on the Introduction and Effectiveness of Metaverse Telework: Focusing on Perceived Work Productivity, Job Performance, and Job Satisfaction)

  • With the spread of COVID-19, non-face-to-face social exchanges around the world have increased, leading to a rise in the demand for telework. The recent advancement in technology has facilitated the emergence of metaverse platforms, with telework utilizing the metaverse gaining significant popularity. Such metaverse telework is signaling innovative changes in the business environment, yet sufficient research has not been conducted. This study analyzed the factors affecting the perceived work productivity, job performance, and job satisfaction of metaverse telework users. To achieve this, an online survey was conducted, focusing on individual factors (self-management tactics, sense of belonging, social presence, IT complexity) and situational factors (perceived workload, organizational support, metaverse telework environment, and flexible work arrangements). Out of the total responses, 358 valid questionnaires were used for the analysis, excluding any insincere responses. The SPSS 27.0 software was employed to verify the research hypotheses. This study proposed effective strategies to enhance the efficiency of telework within the metaverse.

인공지능 기반 도구를 활용한 미세먼지 환경교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경감수성과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of a Fine Dust Environmental Education Program Using Artificial Intelligence-Based Tools on Environmental Sensitivity and Self-Effectiveness of Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 인공지능 기반 도구를 활용한 미세먼지 환경교육 프로그램을 개발하고 초등학생들에게 적용하여 환경감수성과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 6학년 학생 29명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였으며, 환경감수성과 자기효능감에 관한 사전⋅사후 검사 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인공지능 기반 도구를 활용한 미세먼지 환경교육 프로그램은 초등학생들의 환경감수성 향상에 효과적이다. 둘째, 인공지능 기반 도구를 활용한 미세먼지 환경교육 프로그램은 초등학생들의 자기효능감 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤다. 셋째, 인공지능 기반 도구를 활용한 미세먼지 환경교육 프로그램은 초등학생들의 환경에 대한 인식변화에 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤다. 학생들은 프로그램을 적용한 후 미세먼지뿐만 아니라 환경에 관심을 많이 가지게 되었고, 일상생활과 연계하여 환경보호 실천 의식을 가지게 되었다. 이와 같이 인공지능 기반 도구를 활용한 미세먼지 환경교육 프로그램은 초등학생들의 환경감수성 및 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 판단된다.

요양보호사의 직업의식과 영향요인 (The Factors Influencing of Professional Consciousness of Long-term Care Workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인장기요양보험제도로 신설된 요양보호사의 직업의식 정도와 영향요인을 파악하여 요양보호사의 직업의식을 높이기 위한 간호중재 개발에 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 서술적 연구로써 D시, C도 G시, C도 C시, K도 O시에 소재하고 있는 요양원 3곳, 재가복지센터 3곳, 요양병원 3곳의 요양보호사 185명을 대상으로 2009년 11월 12일에서 4주 동안 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였고, 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 요양보호사의 평균연령은 48.1세, 대다수 여성(95.1%)이며, 기혼자로서 배우자가 있고(79.5%), 고등학교 이상 졸업자(76.8%)가 많았다. 요양보호사의 자기효능 정도는 평균점수 3.68점, 소명의식 3.41점, 외적 통제위 성격 3.23점으로 보통 이상이며, 내적 통제위 성격은 4.12점으로 내적 통제위 성격이 강한 것으로, 교육훈련 유효성은 3.71점, 직업의식은 3.97점으로 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직업의식과 관련 요인들의 관계에서, 직업의식과 내적 통제위 성격은 낮은 정 상관관계(r=.378, p=.000)를, 외적 통제위 성격은 낮은 역 상관관계(r=-.356, p=.000), 자기효능(r=.420, p=.000), 소명의식(r=.636, p=.000), 교육훈련 유효성(r=.441, p=.000)은 보통 정도의 정 상관관계를 보였다. 요양보호사의 직업의식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 소명의식(B=.329, p=.000)이 가장 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 교육훈련 유효성(B=.250, p=.000), 내적 통제위 성격(B=.216, p=.000), 외적 통제위 성격(B=-.165, p=.002), 요양보호사 선택시 자기 특성 고려(B=.207, p=.004) 순으로 전체 설명력은 57.5%로 나타났다. 추후 요양보호사에게 소명의식 제고 교육을 위한 체계적인 교육과 내적 통제위 성격 강화훈련, 요양보호사의 역할과 업무를 정확히 규명 하는 것이 필요하며 이러한 요인들을 활용하여 직업의식을 높일 수 있는 교육과 연구를 제언한다.

The Effects of the Attractiveness of an Internet Shopping Mall and Flow on Affective Commitment

  • With the many advantages of the internet, online shopping has become one of the fastest growing types of retail businesses. However, internet-based firms are much more firmly required to retain existing customers rather than secure new ones, and to make them revisit the site by strengthening trust and loyalty, thereby improving profits and outrivaling competitors. Commitment is an essential part of successful long-term relationships between buyers and sellers. Although commitments by both parties in an exchange can provide the foundation for the development of relational social norms, disproportionate commitments can lead to opportunism by the less committed partner. Moreover, flow, which is characterized by intense concentration and enjoyment, was found to be significantly linked with exploratory use behavior, which in turn was linked to the extent of computer use. The level of flow was, itself, determined by the individual's sense of being in control, and the level of challenge perceived in maneuvering a website. Website attractiveness goes hand in hand with the attractiveness of an internet shopping mall, and it can be conceptualized as the persuasive effectiveness of a message by the use of familiarity, favor, similarity, etc. It occurs when information receivers try to achieve self-satisfaction when they actually or emotionally identify themselves with an information source. This study investigates the relationship between the perceived system characteristics of an internet shopping mall and the loyalty of online consumers, and it examines how perceived website attractiveness and flow play mediating roles between the perceived system characteristics of an internet shopping mall and the affective commitment in the context of a clothes internet shopping mall. For these purposes, a structural model comprising several variables was developed. That model was tested with an analysis of moment structure (AMOS) using data from respondents who had purchased clothing through the internet during the past three months. In this model, the perceived system characteristics of an internet shopping mall, such as familiarity, reputation, uniqueness, positive emotions, self-efficacy, and interactivity, were proposed to affect the website's attractiveness and flow, and lead to a higher affective commitment over time. Thus, the perceived website attractiveness and flow were proposed as core mediating variables between perceived system characteristics and affective commitment. The results of a reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha, and a confirmatory factor analysis warranted using unidimensionality for the measures for each construct. In addition, the nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the results of a correlation analysis. The results of empirical analyses indicated that systematic attributes resulting in website attractiveness and user's characteristics, thereby triggering customers' flow, play a crucial role in inducing customers' affective commitment, and a user's characteristics are twice as important as systematic attributes in this study. Moreover, familiarity, reputation, and uniqueness all have a significant effect on website attractiveness, and the research showed that uniqueness took the first place, and that familiarity and reputation followed in order of magnitude. The fact that reputation was not the most important factor that affects the attractiveness of an internet shopping mall, with uniqueness or familiarity having a greater impact, suggests much deeper implications. Finally, positive emotion, self-efficacy, and interactivity all have a significant effect on customers' flow. In particular, the fact that positive emotion, compared to self-efficacy or interactivity, has much more impact on flow is very suggestive.

중등교사가 인식하는 유능한 교사의 자질 (The Qualities of an Effective Teacher Recognized by Secondary Teachers)

  • This study examined the qualities of an effective teacher needed to accomplish educational reform successfully and prepare for a rapidly changing knowledge-based society. To achieve the purpose of the study, the following specific questions were looked into; (1) knowledge, skills, attitude of an effective teacher. (2) a proposal for staff development programs to improve the effectiveness of teachers. (3) a proposal to support teachers' efforts to improve their effectiveness. (4) the factors inhibiting the improvement of teachers' effectiveness. In this study, 'in-depth interview' was used for data collection because the study deals with the "subjective consciousness" of teachers, and qualitative research methods are useful to such a case. The research was done on teachers from secondary schools in Pusan City. According to the teachers interviewed, an effective teacher needed in the new age has such knowledge, skills, and attitude as; (1) knowledge in their major, general culture and common sense, psychology of educational counselling, social science, and knowledge and information related to curriculum. (2) effective instruction skills, skills to guide student behavior, skills related to administrative clerical work, using the computers, extra curriculum activities, educational evaluation, using teaching materials, developing educational programs, and good communication skills. (3) attitude relevant to willingness to understand and converse with students at their cognitive level, positive expectations and concern toward students, democratic problem solving, continuous self-study and development, thoroughgoing mission and professionalism, will for educational reform and innovation, neat appearance and refined language, and successful interpersonal relationships. The teachers also said that the current staff development system, as a program to provide necessary qualities for teachers, has improved in the last 3 years through diverse curriculum and systematic programs. However, due to the problematic promotion system, the staff development program has turned into just a 'point collecting' game from the role of in-service training program; teachers take training courses as the means just collecting points for promotion purpose. Factors inhibiting the improvement of teachers are (1) overload of formal paperwork over emphasizing outcome, (2) mannerism of teachers not perceiving their lack of professionalism, (3) the general attitude in the teaching profession resisting change and reform, (4) supervisory activities lacking rigid regulation, (5) research just as the means of point-collection only for promotion, and (6) staff development programs lacking efficiency. These factors, interacting each other, inhibited the improvement of teachers.

"호스피스 스마트 환자" 서비스 프로그램 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of "Hospice Smart Patient" Service Program)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and implement the Hospice Smart Patient Program and to evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: It was quasi-experimental non-equivalent pre-post study. Breast cancer patients who underwent surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or who needed palliative care, participated in the study. Participants were divided into two groups, experimental and control groups based on their preferences. The program was developed after literature review and discussion among experts on hospice and palliative care. Participants who were in the experimental group received either face-to-face or phone "Hospice Smart Patient" Service at least once a week for 5 months. Results: There was a significant difference in quality of life and communication skill between the two groups after the service was provided. In addition, participants in experimental group showed improved decision making skills, mastery sense, and understanding of hospice and palliative care, which would be beneficial in improving their quality of life. Conclusion: We have concluded that the "Hospice Smart Patient" Program is useful for cancer patients in decision making, improving self-control and choosing hospice care to improve their quality of life.

한국 노인의 성공적 노후 개념에 대한 암시적 타당화 (Implicit Validation of the Concept of Successful Aging for Korean Elderly)

  • 본 연구에서는 65세 이상의 한국노인을 대상으로 노후 개념의 원형적 요인들은 무엇인지 알아보고, 그 원형의 개념 추출을 위해 511명을 대상으로 무선 표집하여 90문항의 2차 예비척도 문항 개발하였고, 2차552명을 대상으로 구성요인 확인, 3차 399명을 대상으로 구성타당도, 그리고 공인타당도, 성공적 노후척도와 성별, 연령, 학력에 따른 차이 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과 '한국노인의 성공적 노후 척도'는 총 47문항으로 '일상적 삶의 순조로움', '자녀성공', '경제적 안정', '심리적 지지', '적극적 활동', '부부관계만족', '가족지지'와 같은 7개의 요인으로 구성됨을 확인하였다. 그리고 한국노인의 성공적 노후의 신뢰도는 .932로 높은 내적 일치도를 보였고, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 요인과 문항 간의 관계가 통계적으로 유의미함을 확인하여 요인구조에 대한 타당도를 확인하였다.

패션 상품 쇼핑백 유형에 대한 소비자반응, 광고태도, 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Fashion Product's Shopping Bag types on Customer Response, Advertising Effectiveness, and Purchase Intention)

  • Packaging of shopping bag is a 'silent salesman' which plays an important role in marketing communication due to the increase of self-service outlets and changing lifestyles of customers. Retail shopping bags, which are defined as bags provided by retailers to customer as a means of transporting merchandise, are a type of secondary packaging. This study explored the effect of a fashion product's shopping bag types in sense of shopping value, customers' response, attitude toward advertising, and purchase intention. Data was analyzed by factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation, structural equation modeling using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. Consumers' responses about shopping bags show that there are some differences between consumers who have either hedonic or utilitarian shopping value. Hedonic shopping value influences on consumers' response as unique, interesting, and attention; however utilitarian value affects prestige in addition to those four significant factors. Therefore, this study shows that consumer response is different in accordance with shopping value. Thus, using the various types of shopping bags can be influenced on effective advertising. It will also great effect on marketing activity with lower cost. The significant result from this study has proven that the shopping bag is correlates to the definition of pop art today because it can offer an opportunity to look at, play with and buy sophisticated visual stimulus. Therefore, retail and brands have to concern about shopping bag considering their decisive role in the apparel market.

ITS를 위한 개인화 학습코스 추천 모델 개발 (Development of Personalized Learning Course Recommendation Model for ITS)

  • 학습코스 선정에 많은 어려움과 시행착오를 겪고 있는 사용자들에게 수준별 학습코스를 제공하기 위해, ITS(Intelligence Tutoring System)를 위한 동적인 학습자 맞춤형 학습코스 추천 모델을 개발하였다. 이를 위해, 개인화 학습코스 추천모델에서는 먼저 학습자 프로파일을 분석하고, 단어별 가중치를 계산하여 핵심 키워드를 추출한다. 추출된 단어는 Cosine Similarity 기법을 통해 유사도를 측정하고, 최종적으로 유사도가 높은 상위 3개 과정이 학습자에게 추천된다. 추천모델의 효과를 분석하기 위해, 경기도 소재 교육기관에 추천모델을 적용하였고, 만족도 조사를 통하여 설문 항목별 평균, 표준편차, 왜도, 첨도 값을 계산하였다. 실험결과, 정확성, 새로움, 자기참조, 유용성에서 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 추천모델의 실효성을 검증했다. 본 연구는 그동안 국내 외에서 충분히 다뤄지지 않았던 기계학습 중심의 맞춤형 학습코스를 추천했다는 점에서 의미가 있다.
