Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between motivator, hygiene factor and organizational commitment of fire officials. Method: The subjects of this study were 228 fire officials in Kongju and Choengju province. Data were collected using self-reporting questionnaire during the period from 1st to 25th of February 2006. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program. Real number, percentage, mean and standard deviation were calculated, and t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient were carried out. Result: The findings of this study as follows: The motivator according to job characteristics was statistically significant differences in certificate(F=3.29, p= .002), aptitude(F=15.49, p= .000). The hygiene factors according to job characteristics was statistically significant differences in certificate(F=2.59 p= .01), aptitude(F=6.72, p= .000). The organizational commitment according to general characteristics were statistically significant differences in age(F= 2.625, p= .036), religion(F=3.869, p= .005). The organizational commitment according to job characteristics were statistically significant differences in experience(F=3.746, p= .001), aptitude(F=13.743, p= .000), wish of practice change(F=8.907, p= .000). The commitment was found to be in significant positive correlations with motivator(r= .436, p= .000) and hygiene factors(r= .336, p= .000). Conclusion: From the results, we recommend that the organization management program develops for increasing motivator in fire officials be used.

Many Internet application provide the PKI(public key infrastructure)-based service to provide authentication and message integrity. Several researchers proposed PKI-based p2p network framework. However, in the real world, the use of PKI is not suitable for peer to peer network, because the peer-to-peer network is an open and dynamic network. Moreover, currently there is no nation-to-nation interoperable certificate. In this paper, we designed reliable p2p file sharing application without public key infrastructure. To do this we propose reliable public key distribution mechanism to distribute public key safely without PKI infrastructure for two-tier super-peer architecture. In our system, each peer generates and distributes its public/private key pairs, and the public key is securely distributed without PKI. The proposed mechanism is safe against MITM attack. This mechanism can be applied various P2P applications such as file sharing, IPTV, distributed resource sharing and so on

스마트폰 사용이 급증하고 있는 현재, 안드로이드 OS 기반 스마트폰 점유율이 가장 큰 상승세를 보이고 있다. 하지만 안드로이드 OS는 자가-서명 인증서(self-signed certificate)로 애플리케이션을 검증하여, 많은 보안상의 취약점을 내재하고 있다. 자가-서명 인증서의 검증 취약점을 이용하여, 악의적인 공격자는 기존 정상 애플리케이션에 악성코드를 삽입, 리패키징(Repackaging) 하여 마켓에 유포할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 애플리케이션의 서명 파일을 이용한 애플리케이션 리패키징 여부를 탐지하는 기술을 설계 및 구현한다.

Today, it is a time when self-help efforts are being made to increase the demand for international certification by domestic and foreign railway orderers and develop excellent railway systems for railway system and railway construction projects. Since 2011, cases of obtaining international certification related to the domestic railway system/products have been collected and analyzed through literature and Internet data and based on the analysis results, evaluation results on the acquisition of international certification in Korea are presented. Through these results, the government, research institutes, and industries will be practical reference materials for international certification-related work.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine psychological characteristics of patients who visited psychiatric clinic for medical certificate for military service using MMPI-2-RF. We compared target group with general psychiatric patients with same age range. Methods : A total of 165 male patients for medical certificate and 154 general psychiatric patients were collected from the Department of Psychiatry of three university hospitals. There were significant differences of age and educational level between two groups. We used independent t-test, ANCOVA, ${\chi}^2$ test to examine differences between two groups. Results : Medical certificate group scored higher on the validity scales, the Higher-Order(H-O) scales, the Restructured Clinical(RC) Scales, the Specific Problems(SP) Scales, and the Personality Psychopathology Five (PSY-5) Scales. Especially, EID, RC7, HLP, SFD, SAV, SHY, DSF, and INTR-r showed significant differences between two groups on all three statistical tests. Conclusions : The present study showed that psychiatric patients who received psychological evaluation for military service have significantly higher emotional distress, helplessness, lower self-confidence, and lower quality of interpersonal relationships. And the difference of validity scales between two groups could be related with psychological burden of compulsory military service in the study sample which causes elevation on scales of infrequent responses. MMPI-2-RF would be helpful instrument to assess these emotional and psychological characteristics.

The IoT technology is a field that applies and converges the technologies in the existing industrial environment, instead of new technologies. The IoT technology is releasing various application services converged with other industries such as smart home, healthcare, construction, and automobile, and it is also possible to secure the work efficiency and convenience of users of IoT-based technologies. However, the security threats occurring in the IoT-based technology environment are succeeding to the vulnerability of the existing wireless network environment. And the occurrence of new and variant attacks in the combination with the ICT convergence environment, is causing damages. Thus, in the IoT technology-based environment, it would be necessary to have researches on the safe transmission of messages in the communication environment between user and device, and device and device. This thesis aims to design a safe communication protocol in the IoT-based technology environment. Regarding the suggested communication protocol, this thesis performed the safety analysis on the attack techniques occurring in the IoT technology-based environment. And through the performance evaluation of the existing PKI-based certificate issuance system and the suggested communication protocol, this thesis verified the high efficiency(about 23%) of communication procedure. Also, this thesis verified the reduced figure(about 65%) of the issued quantity of certificate compared to the existing issuance system and the certificate management technique.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the principals' and teachers' assessment about the assistance program for the evaluative accreditation of child care centers. Subjects were 138 teachers and principal who work in private(family) child care center in D and G city. An instrument to survey of this study was 'Assistance Program Evaluation Scale for the Evaluative Accreditation of Child Care Centers'(Nam, 2010) and 'Self-Assessment of Developmental Levels for Kindergarten Teacher'(Baek & Jo, 2004). Data were analyzed by paired t-test and ANOVA With SPSS 18.0 Version. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences in the both 'assistance system category' and 'assistance content category' between child care teacher group and principal group. Second, there were significant differences in the 'assistance content category' between the high group and the low group in expertise level. Third, significant differences were found to exist between a second-grade certificate level of child care teacher and a first-grade certificate level of child care teacher in terms of 'assistance domain'.

Background : The prevalence of the chronic metabolic disease is increasing due to the aging society. Therefore, Korean Society of Health-system Pharmacists (KSHP) has a specialty pharmacist system to improve the professionalism of pharmacists. The purpose of this study is to suggest the difference between specialty pharmacist and non-specialty pharmacist with regards to their knowledge, delivery of information on medication, service provision, and job satisfaction. Methods : An online survey research was conducted for hospital pharmacists. The reliability of the questionnaire items was presented using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ test. The t-test or ANOVA analysis was used for evaluating differences in continuous variables. Results : A total of 171 pharmacists responded to the questionnaire, and 87.7% of the respondents were aged less than 30 years (76.6%) and four-year graduates (86.0%). Typically, 108 (63.2%) were candidates for the pharmacist's specialty certificate, and the remaining 63 (36.8%) were not enrolled. Considering the field of specialty with overlapping, the total number of certificated patients was 140 (26.3% of the total of 532 in 2016). The results of the reliability analysis of the specific questionnaire showed that the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value was over 0.78. There was no significant difference in customer directionality between the two groups. However, there was a significant difference (p<0.05) with respect to overall knowledge about the treatment process, drug efficacy, and side effects, information about medicines and adverse drug reactions, and in providing appropriate information to medical staff including patients and physicians. Conclusions : The pharmacist with specialization showed a positive result of self-evaluation of items such as knowledge about drugs, communication of information on medications, and service provision, compared to other pharmacists, and the result was in correlation with the numbers of specialization. There was no difference in job satisfaction related to working environment. Henceforth, it is hypothesized that there is a necessity for continuous improvement in the working environment to suit the purpose of the pharmacy specialist system.

Recently IT infrastructure plays a central role in the base of the society. However, use of personal registration number on internet sites has become a major factor increasing danger of leaking of personal information. Currently, the government is recommending various information protection services in order to prevent the collection of personal registration numbers and leaking of personal information on the internet. Among them, i-PIN service is the one recommended for minimal use of personal registration numbers on the internet. Although i-PIN can be used as a way to substitute personal registration numbers on the internet, there are certain limitations in using i-PIN as the only key to recognize individuals. This study proposes organization of web system in which self certification can be conducted using i-PIN as a tool for personal certification. Also its usability and stability have been verified through performance test when i-PIN service is linked with web service and used as personal certificate. But i-PIN service is unavailable if obstacles occur in providers of i-PIN self certification. To settle this inconvenience, the study also proposes how to cope with such obstacles.

In this study, there is a modeling for the procedure and operational method of the project based capstone design and related products which are a certificate of graduate status, and those results were evaluated by self-review and the performance assessment. Finally, the improvements in the operating management method are proposed. Before one semester by the end of to the assessment, the design thesises of capstone results are fixed to the 15 sets by 2 people in each group. All teams are satisfied the criteria of evaluation, and they all got a grad over 60 points. The mean value of their's score are similar to the average of recent 5 years. The results of self-evaluations and questionaries indicate a totally self-satisfied(3.8~4points out of 5), but the weak parts of this procedure are known as the area of plan making and Implementation. Also, there are some problems associated with a group of people into a team by the human relation rather than knowledge based mutual supplementation.
