출연연구기관 기관평가의 책임성 요소 변화 분석 (Accountability Trend for Government Supported Research Institutes : Evidence from the Institute Evaluation 1991-2005)

  • 본 연구는 출연연구기관의 기관평가요소 분석을 통해 최근까지 출연연구기관에 대한 책임성(accountability)이 어떻게 변화 및 발전되어 왔는가를 분석하고자 한다. 구체적으로 1991년부터 2005까지 기관평가요소를 연구회 설립 이전과 연구회 설립 이후 기간으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 출연연구기관에 요구되는 책임성을 법규준수 책임성, 관리적 책임성, 재무적 책임성, 사업성과 책임성, 사회적 책임성 등 다섯 가지 책임성으로 구분하여 분석한 결과, 연구회 설립이전에는 법규준수 책임성, 관리적 책임성 등이 강조되었으며, 연구회 설립 이후에는 사업성과 책임성, 관리적 책임성이 강조되었다. 법규준수 책임성과 관리적 책임성은 시간이 흐름에 따라 요구하는 구체적인 책임내용이 상당히 변화되었다. 최근에는 사업성과 책임성이 가장 중요한 책임성으로 강조되고 있으며 재무적 책임성도 연구회 설립 이후 새롭게 등장하였다.

발효·침용 기간을 달리한 Muscat of Alexandria 와인의 발효 기간별 품질 특성 (Qualitative Characteristics of Fermentation Periods in Muscat of Alexandria Wine Having Different Fermentation·Maceration Periods)

  • In this study, we attempted to compare the maceration processes in the white wine made of Muscat of Alexandria grape having different the fermentation· maceration periods. These wine were sampled and analyzed by fermentation periods. The pH of wines ranged from 3.25 to 3.27 and the total acidity of wines ranged from 0.85~0.91% (w/v) on the 12th day of fermentation period. The ethanol concentration in these wines increased during the alcoholic fermentation period, on the other hand, the soluble solid concentrations (°Brix) decreased. The b value (yellowness) of Muscat of Alexandria wine was the highest at 8.31 in C treatment, which is a wine with a long maceration period, and B (7.19) and A (5.27) were significantly decreased as the maceration period was shorter. The total polyphenol and tannin content of wine increased with the period of maceration. Total polyphenol and tannin contents had the highest values (64.20 and 67.11 mg%, respectively) in the C treatment, which is a wine with a long maceration period on the 12th day of fermentation period. The physiological activities of Alexandria wine were highest level in the treatment with a long maceration period. As a result, this study provides useful scientific information that quality characteristics and physiological activities in white wine.

Characteristics of long-period swells measured in the near shore regions of eastern Arabian Sea

  • Measured wave data covering two years simultaneously at 3 locations along the eastern Arabian Sea reveals the presence of long-period (peak wave period > 18 s) low-amplitude waves (significant wave height < 1 m) and the characteristics of these waves are described in this article. In a year, 1.4-3.6% of the time, the low-amplitude long-period swells were observed, and these waves were mainly during the nonmonsoon period. The wave spectra during these long-period swells were multi-peaked with peak wave period around 18.2 s, the secondary peak period around 13.3 s and the wind-sea peak period at 5 s. The ratio of the spectral energy of the wind-sea peak and the primary peak (swell) was slightly higher at the northern location (0.2) than that at the southern location (0.15) due to the higher wind speed present at the northern location.

The effect of sawdust fermentation period and storage period after sawdust fermentation on the development of Protaetia brevitarsis larvae

  • To investigate the effect of sawdust fermentation period and storage period after fermentation on development as food for P. brevitarsis larvae, individual and group breeding were conducted on berry sawdust and oak sawdust. In individual breeding, the growth period of P. brevitarsis larvae was reduced by 12 days from the 60-day fermentation of berry sawdust to the 40-day fermentation of berry sawdust, 30 days from the 90-day fermentation of oak sawdust, and the weight of the larvae was the heaviest. In group breeding, the time it takes for P. brevitarsis larvae to change from 1st to 3rd instar is about 30 days after hatching from 60-day fermentation of berry sawdust, while 90-day fermentation of oak sawdust took more than 60 days, so the growth speed was fast and the survival rate was good. The results of the farmhouse demonstration test were the same trend, and it was judged that it would be possible to produce P. brevitarsis larvae with berries fermented sawdust, and it would be advantageous in terms of economy. In addition, for both individual and group breeding, the growth period of P. brevitarsis larvae was longer as the storage period was longer, the weight of the larvae decreased, and the survival rate was no different. The development period of P. brevitarsis larvae was the longest in the storage period of 18 months for berries fermented sawdust, and the storage period of oak fermented sawdust was longer in the storage period of 12 months and 18 months. Therefore, considering the results of individual breeding and group breeding, the fermentation period was appropriate for 60 days for berries sawdust, and the storage period for berries sawdust was stable from 0 to 12 months, and 0 to 6 months for oak sawdust.

  • We consider a GI/M/1 queue with vacations such that the server works with different rate rather than completely stops working during a vacation period. We derive the transform of the joint distribution of the length of a busy period, the number of customers served during the busy period, and the length of the subsequent idle period.

  • Optimmum cultivation period was determined for producing seed bulb of Korean native Allium wakegi Araki in vitro in hydroponic culture. The growth gradually increased during cultivation period. In general, plants grown for 5 months produced significantly the highest bulb number and bulb fresh weight per plant. Raising the cultivation period from 1 to 5 months remarkably increased seed bulb yield.

밀폐형 식물공장에서 명/암주기와 암기동안의 상대습도가 미나리 생육과 팁번 발생에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Photo/dark period and Relative Humidity during Dark Period on Growth and Tipburn Occurrence of Water Dropwort (Oenanthe stolonifera DC.) in a Closed-type Plant Factory)

  • 본 연구는 식물공장에서 미나리 재배시 명/암주기와 암기시간 동안의 상대습도 조절이 미나리의 생육과 품질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행하였다. 정식 후 30일째에 수확하여 생육 및 품질을 비교하였을 때 상대습도 60/90%(명/암기) 처리가 60/60% 처리보다 지상부 생체중이 뚜렷이 증가하였다. 상대습도60/60% 처리에서 명기가 연장될수록 지상부 생체중이 증가하였지만 60/90% 처리에서는 16/8h 처리에서 지상부 생체중이 가장 높았으며, 20/4h, 22/2h 순이었다. 팁번의 발생은 상대습도 60/90%에서는 명/암주기 16/8h로 처리했을 때 1.4%로 매우 낮았으나, 명기 시간이 연장된20/4h, 22/2h 처리에서 각각 15.5% 30.3%로 급격히 증가하였다. 상대습도 60/60%에서는 명/암주기 16/8h에서도 팁번의 발생이 15.5%로 높았으며 20/4h, 22/2h 처리에서는 25% 이상 높게 나왔다. 줄기의 경도는 상대습도 60/90%, 명/암주기 16/8h 처리에서 가장 낮았다. 잎의 무기성분은 명기시간이 연장될수록 감소하였지만 Ca의 함량은 상대습도 60/60%, 명/암주기 22/2h 처리를 제외하고는 유의한 차이가 없었다.

수수 코지 첨가량에 따른 속성장의 이화학적 품질 및 생리활성 (The Physicochemical and Biological Characteristics of Soksungjang with the Addition of Sorghum Koji)

  • This study analyzed the quality characteristics of Soksungjang combined with sorghum koji, according to the amount of sorghum added and the length of the fermentation period. The moisture content of Soksungjang was the lowest in the control group when there was no sorghum koji added, but gradually increased as the amount of added sorghum koji increased. The reduction in the sugar content of sorghum Soksungjang did not change according to the fermentation period of the control group, but increased alongside the fermentation period when sorghum koji was added to Soksungjang. The amino nitrogen content increased from 67.20-80.73 mg% from the beginning of the fermentation period to 173.13-383.60 mg% at the end of the fermentation period, and the total polyphenol content increased from 260.25-351.28 mg% from the beginning of the fermentation period to 567.28 mg%-674.93 mg% to the end of the fermentation period. DPPH radical scavenging activity also increased as the fermentation period elapsed, and ABTS radical scavenging activity increased and then decreased slightly over the fermentation period. The antioxidant activity was the highest in the Soksungjang mixture with a 10% concentration of sorghum koji.

토픽모델링을 활용한 농촌연구 동향분석 (An Analysis on the Rural Research Trends using Topic Modeling)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify rural research topics, differences in research topics over time, and key mediators through the analysis of academic research trends using topic modeling. This study analyzed a total of 1,183 articles published in the Journal of Rural Planning and Rural Society over a 23-year period (2000-2022). We categorized rural research topics into 30, examined the proportion of research in each topic, and identified major changes in research topics over time. We also identified key words that mediate between research topics. The study found that, first, rural research trends can be categorized into five types (resources and utilization, area/space, people, ecosystem/environment, and tourism), with area/space being the most studied. Subtopics include rural amenities, rural disappearance/village miniaturization, and rural landscape management. Second, the research topics for each period were different. In the first period(2003-2007), the main research topics were rural amenities and Agricultural production- based climate vulnerability assessment. In the second period(2008-2012), the main research topics were Rural extinction and village depopulation, and rural landscape management, and in the third period(2013-2017), the main research topics were rural sixth industrialization and rural ecotourism. In the fourth period(2018-2022), rural development planning and rural life services(life SOC) were the main research topics. The significance of this study is that it extends the existing method of analyzing research trends and provides basic data to enhance comprehensive insights and understanding of rural research.

한국 경호.경비학 연구분야의 성찰과 시사: "한국경호경비학회보" 10년사를 중심으로 (Self-Reflection and Suggestion in the Korea Security Science a field of Study: Focused Ten Years History on the Papers Published in "K.S.S.A Journal")

  • 이 연구는 지난 10년간의 한국경호경비학회보에 게재된 총 192편의 논문을 실증적으로 분석하여 경호 경비학 분야의 연구경향을 살펴보았다. 이를 토대로 경호 경비학 연구 분야에 대한 연구동향의 성찰과 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 분석기준은 크게 시기별, 주제별, 연구방법별의 연구동향 세 가지로 분류하였다. 첫째, 시기별 분류의 연구동향은 태동기, 형성기, 발전기로 분류하였다. 그 결과, 총 192편의 논문 중 태동기 45%, 형성기 42%, 발전기 13%의 순으로 나타났고 경호 경비학 분야의 논문은 형성기 52%, 태동기 37%, 발전기 11%의 순으로 나타났다. 또한, 경호 경비학 분야의 논문은 총 게재수의 비해 절반도 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주제별 분류의 연구동향은 대주제별과 중주제별로 분류하였다. 그 결과, 태동기, 형성기, 발전기 모두 기타 연구에 가장 높은 수치로 나타나고 있어 기타 연구 중심으로 편중되고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있고 대주제별을 시기별로 구분하면 태동기 46%, 형성기 43%로 비슷한 양상을 보이고 있다. 마지막으로 연구방법별 동향을 살펴보면 양적 연구 23%에 반해 질적 연구가 77%의 비중을 차지하고 있어 전반적으로 질적 연구에 의존하는 경향을 보이고 있다.
