한국 임상약학은 어디로 달려가는가?: 한국 임상약학 발전을 위한 제안서 (Is it too Audacious to Challenge: Roadmap for a Primetime of Clinical Pharmacy in Korea)

  • The Korean pharmacy education has been facing extraordinary challenges. Clinical pharmacy has been embraced into mainstream in the new curriculum since its introduction in Korea. Although these changes are positive to provide our graduates adequate knowledge and skills to meet international standards of pharmacy education, current preparedness is far from desired goals. Thus, faculty members and clinical pharmacy experts from diverse walks are tirelessly committed to develop clinically oriented educational sites. However, it is important to recognize that pharmacy practice, research, and education should be aligned with the $Profession^{\circ}{\Phi}s$ vision. Most faculty members in clinical pharmacy were unexceptionally expected to tackle educational challenges with new curriculum. All academicians must profess throughout their career. Fundamental component in academic career is research accomplishments. The prosperity of clinical pharmacy inevitably goes with research. Clinical researchers in Korea are underprivilaged over basic scientists due to less funding opportunity, administrative support, and research resources. Clinical pharmacy researchers should further overcome poor recognition among other healthcare professionals and government. Aggressive networking and support and awareness of pharmacy oriented clinical research from the Korean college of clinical pharmacy would nurture clinical pharmacy research. With research progress, clinical pharmacy would be prerogative in Korean pharmacy advance.

정보 교과서에 대한 인식 차이의 분석 (Analysis of Recognition Difference Regarding Informatics Textbook)

  • 본 논문에서는 교사와 대학생을 대상으로 두 개의 집단을 구성하고, 중학교 정보 교과서에 대한 인식에 어떤 차이가 있는지 조사하고 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 중학교 정보 교과목 담당 교사와 정보 컴퓨터 표시과목으로 임용시험을 준비하고 있는 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 항목은 정보 교과서의 내용 및 구성 체계의 완성도를 조사하고, 교과서에 대한 전반적인 만족도를 조사하도록 작성하였다. 교과서의 내용 및 구성 체계의 완성도는 교과서 검정기준에 기초하여 7개 영역으로 작성하였다. 교과서에 대한 인식에 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 확인하기 위하여 t-검정을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 두 집단 사이에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 영역별 검정에서 두 집단 간에 유의미한 차이가 나타난 것은 교육과정의 준수와 내용의 선정 및 조직인 것으로 파악되었다.

일부 치기공과 학생의 비대면 강의 서비스 품질 인식 및 만족도 분석 (Analysis of recognition of lecture and satisfaction with its quality among dental technology students)

  • Background: To survey and analyze awareness and recognition during a non-face-to-face lecture, and satisfaction with among dental technology students. Methods: Total 179 undergraduates were surveyed from the Department of Dental Technology. Frequency analysis, cross analysis, independent sample t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used for analyzing statistics. Results: Overall satisfaction with the non-face-to-face lecture was the highest (p=.037) while watching a recorded lecture in the theory curriculum subject. In the case of practical subjects, satisfaction with face-to-face lectures appeared to be higher (p=.039) compared to non-face-to-face lectures. Factors influencing the recognition of non-face-to-face lecture quality included awareness of a place to conduct a class and of face-to-face delivered lecture quality, satisfaction with face-to-face lecture, and satisfaction with non-face-to-face lecture. Factors affecting satisfaction with a non-face-to-face lecture included a place to conduct a class, the most effective theory non-face-to-face class method, the method of having been experienced the most among non-face-to-face lecture methods, and the recognition of non-face-to-face lecture quality. Conclusions: Future educational environment should include combined face-to-face and non-face-to-face lectures. An efficient educational indicator will be needed to evaluate learners' assessments and opinions about online classes, followed by its application to teaching methods.

간호대학 신입생의 다문화수용성 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Multi-cultural Acceptance of Freshmen in Nursing Colleges)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학 신입생의 다문화수용성 수준을 파악하고 이에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 W 시 소재 K 대학 간호학과 1학년 학생 410명을 대상으로 2021년 3월 1일- 28일까지 설문조사하였고, 오픈소스 통계패키지 R을 이용하여 빈도, 신뢰도 분석, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, Multiple regression을 시행하였다. 연구결과 간호대학 신입생의 다문화수용성 수준은 평균 77.36점으로 다소 높은 다문화 수용성 능력을 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 다문화수용성 관련 요인의 영향을 분석한 결과 한국인 인정요건(𝛽=0.34, p<.001), 이주민에 대한 지각된 위협 인식(𝛽=0.29, p<.001), 다문화 교육 경험(𝛽=0.14, p<.001), 다문화 교육 적정 연령 인식(𝛽=0.20, p<.001)은 유의미하였다. 이러한 결과에 따라 간호대학생의 다문화 관련 정규 교육과정 및 프로그램을 개발하고 적극적으로 활용해야 할 필요가 있다.

초등교사의 생물의 적응에 관한 수업에서 나타난 교수실행 사례 연구 -교사용 지도서와 교사의 진화 개념 이해 및 신념의 영향을 중심으로- (Case Study on Teaching Practice for Biological Adaptation of Elementary School Teachers: Focus on the Influence of Teacher's Guide and Teachers' Understanding and Belief of Biological Evolution)

  • 본 연구에서는 초등과학 교육과정 지도서의 생물의 적응 관련 서술, 교사의 진화 개념 및 신념이 초등교사의 생물의 적응 관련 교수실행에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 먼저 2009 초등과학 교육과정 교사용 지도서 중 생물의 적응 관련 단원에 서술된 문장 중 대안개념을 살펴보고 이러한 서술이 교사의 교수실행에 준 영향을 파악하였다. 다음으로 초등교사 6명을 진화 개념 검사지와 진화 신념 검사지 결과에 따라 그룹을 구분하고, 수업 녹음 자료와 면담 자료 등을 바탕으로 교수실행에 차이가 있는지 알아보았다. 연구 결과, 지도서 서술 분석에서 진화 대안개념에 해당하는 서술은 총 18건이었고, 이러한 서술이 교사의 적응 개념과 교수실행에 영향을 주었음을 확인하였다. 다음으로 진화 개념 수준이 높은 그룹과 낮은 그룹은 '적응 개념이 나타난 차시의 중요성 인식', '생물학적 의미의 적응 개념과 일반적 의미의 적응 개념 구분', 그리고 '적응과 진화의 관련성 인식, 수업 중 적응 관련 오류 여부' 부분에서 차이가 나타났고, 진화 신념에 차이를 보이는 수용 그룹, 미정 그룹, 비수용 그룹에 따라 '초등교육과정 내 진화 교육 필요성의 인식, 수업에서 나타나는 본인의 오류에 대한 반응'부분에서 차이를 보였다. 본 연구는 초등교사의 진화 개념 연구를 질적으로 확인하고, 지도서의 서술 오류와 진화 개념 및 신념이 초등교사의 생물학적 적응 개념 교수실행에 미치는 영향에 대해 심층적으로 확인했다는 데 의의가 있다.

치매안심센터 기능에 대한 작업치료 전공 학생들의 인식 수준 조사 (Research for Recognition Levels of Students in Occupational Therapy on the Function of the Dementia Care Center)

  • 본 연구는 치매안심센터 기능에 대한 작업치료 전공 학생들의 인식 수준과 일반적 특성에 따른 인식 수준의 차이에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 2019년 9월부터 12월까지 작업치료 전공 학생들을 대상으로 치매안심센터의 7개 사업유형별 기능에 대한 인식 수준에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 치매안심센터의 7개 사업유형 중 상담 및 등록관리사업에 대한 인식 수준이 가장 높았다. 작업치료 전공 학생들의 일반적 특성 중 연령에 따라 7개의 치매안심센터 사업유형 모두 인식 수준의 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 학년의 경우, 방문형 모델을 제외한 6개의 치매안심센터 사업유형에 대한 인식 수준에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 지역은 치매환자 쉼터 운영사업과 치매가족 지원사업에 대한 인식 수준에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한, 치매안심센터 이용경험 유무에 따라 치매안심마을 운영에 대한 인식 수준의 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 치매안심센터 임상실습 경험 여부에 따라 상담 및 등록관리사업, 치매가족 지원사업, 치매안심마을 운영에 대한 인식 수준에 유의한 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 지역사회 작업치료 분야의 연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 작업치료 전공 관련 교육기반 마련에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

전라북도 고등학교 가정.가사 과목의 서양의복구성 교육실태 (A Research on the Actual Condition of Education on the Western Clothing Construction in Home Economics and Housework Curriculum of High School in Chonbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to survey the actual condition of education on the western clothing construction in Home Economics and Housework curriculum of high school. And the finding of this study will the helpful to the persons in authority who take part in the course of compilation of the western clothing contruction. The subjects of this study were 101 high school teachers in Chonbuk province. Their responses to the questionaires were analyzed by frequencies and percentiles. The major findings of the study were as follows. 1. Most high school had only a little educational facilities for learning of clothing construction of, if any, they could only show examples in practice. 2 In case of making clothes, students who sew by hand carried out drafting and cutting on their desks in the classroom. When they have practical training, 56.4% of them cheese only one of one-piece dress trousers, and skirt which are presented in the textbook. The related teachers indicated that content composition of the texbook was not fit for the purpose of the students level, and also pointed out the deficiencies of educational facilities, lack of teacher’s research and training, and lack of school hours of evaluation, practical skill was performed in parallel with paper-test at 73.3%. 3. Pajamas and one-piece dress presented in the textbook were the most suitable for the practice at 64.7%. They hoped that illustrations in textbook are so large and full that clothes made through the practice can be worn. Also they hoped that their opinions and wearable guidance will be reflected in the textbook. They emphasized the need of western clothing construction unit because of acquistion of elementary knowledge. The current amount of content composition was enough or excessive. In addition, they understood the curriculum of high school is rather closely connected with that of middles school. Their recognition of the rate of difficulty is very similar to that of other school teachers. They recognized the goal of learning should be applied to the real home life.

생태체험장 봉사활동이 영재학생들의 환경민감도 및 상태-특성불안에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Volunteer Work at the Place of Ecology Experience on the Environmental Sensitivity & State-Trait Anxiety of the Gifted Students)

  • Today, the importance of environmental education is a matter we are all concerned about. The environment surrounding us, such as the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the soil plants grow in, is critical for our survival. Currently there is a lot of interest in environmental education at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. This is a result of the deep recognition of the importance of the environment. However the environmental education being conducted in schools is not yet at a satisfactory level. The practical issues, including an entrance exam-oriented atmosphere, student' and parents' lack of understanding, and teachers' lack of expertise in environmental education, interfere with the stability of environmental curriculum in the schools. Accordingly, we need to devise an alternative environmental curriculum due to the fact that it hasn't been included as a regular subject in the curriculum of many national schools. This study, carried out from April to December 2009, was an examination of the effect of volunteer work at the place of ecology experience on the environmental sensitivity & state-trait anxiety of the 61 Gifted Students. The students were divided into two groups. The test group consisted of 30 gifted students who did volunteer work at the place of ecology experience run by Ulsan Science High School, in Ulsan Metropolitan City. The control group consisted of the rest of the students. The following are the study results: First, the volunteer work at the place of ecology experience was influential in increasing the environmental sensitivity of the gifted students. Second, the volunteer work at the place of ecology experience was influential in decreasing the state anxiety of in gifted students. Third, the volunteer work at the place of ecology experience was influential in decreasing the trait anxiety of in gifted students. Fourth, the volunteer work at the place of ecology experience positively influenced not only the gifted students' view of environmental education, but also their overall character.

지식기반사회 공학교육의 발전방향 탐색: EAC를 넘어 EAL로 (A Search for Directions in Engineering Education Development in a Knowledge-Based Society in Terms of Engineering Ethics Education: An Exploration of Ethics Across the Living Beyond Ethics Across the Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this research is to search for directions in engineering education development in a knowledge-based society in terms of 'engineering ethics educatio'. Engineering ethics education, having been recognized as an inter-disciplinary research field between engineering and philosophy, is a field that has been a major issue in countries that execute engineering education accreditation. And engineering ethics education has been a peculiar research field focused on EAC(Ethics across the Curriculum). Therefore, this study has deduced several results by critically reviewing the extant EAC-related literatures. First, accomplishments by various researchers that may well quoted as the leader of engineering ethics study and education or the educational achievements of Kanazawa Institute of Technology in Japan are considerably substantial. However, the EAC discussions thus far still raise numerous barriers and unsolved issues. Second, the discussion of EAC thus far comprehends limitations such as a shortage of the recognition of inter-disciplinary study in the field of education and insufficient participation by education majors. Third, the engineering and philosophy field experts who have been leading EAC discussions have been pursuing integrated education courses either consciously or unconsciously. Fourth, EAC discussions may expand by again illuminating the intent of integrated education courses in terms of 'education and the study of education', and this new facet can be summed up with a new term, EAL, which stands for 'Ethics across the Living.'

고등학교 가정계 직업 교육 프로그램 운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Implementation of Vocational Home Economics Program at Senior High School)

  • This study aims at seeking how to activate and operate vocational home economics curriculum efficiently. We collected data from school district offices in the nation and questionaries to 37 high school teachers in charge of vocational home economics, 30 teachers in charge of vocational course, 305 students of vocational school, and 135 students on vocational course for the recognition of and request for vocational home economics curriculum. Collected data were analysed by frequency, percentage, and X(sup)2, and SPSS/PC(sup)+ program are used for the statistical analysis. Followings are the outcomes of this study. 1. The number of classes in which vocational home economics is operated has been on the rise since 1986. As for curriculum of vocational high school, 79 classes for clothing, tourism, and childhood education are being operated in 8 schools. 2. Teachers acknowledge vocational training should keep complete and sustaining education and that it should aim ar conduction education which enables students to acquire technical knowledge and to seek a gob. Both teachers and students admit vocational home economics should be carried out so that vocational training can be combined with general education. 3. Teachers put more emphasis on its major field than that general field. As for laboratory classes, teachers complained about the financial lack, while students need for field practice for the purpose of opening the way for combing theory with practice and proposing for scientific study of industrial sites. As for the contents, students considered the technical course size appropriate and they though it is desirable that the ratio of practical class should be increased by more than 60% of that of the current class ratio.
