Even through many professional organizations increasingly use Q&A sites in their online communities for information sharing, there are few studies which examine what is really going on in the Q&A activities in professional online communities (POC). This study aims to examine the interaction patterns and contents posted in the Q&A site of a POC, KOSEN, a science and technology online community in South Korea, focusing on how actively scientific information and knowledge are shared. The interaction patterns among the participants were identified through social network analysis (SNA) and the contents in the Q&As were examined by content analysis. The results show that the overall network indicated a moderate level of participation and connection and answerers especially tended to be active. Also, there are different interaction patterns depending on academic fields. Relatively few participants were posting leaders who seemed to steer the overall interactions. Furthermore, some content related to manipulation and explanation for experiments, which are in urgent need, seem to be posted in the sites more frequently with more amounts. Combining both SNA and content analysis, this study demonstrated how actively information and knowledge is shared and what types of contents are exchanged. The findings have practical implications for POC managers and practitioners.

Along with the development of overall internet service, online fashion communities appeared and have started to thrive. The growth of mobile service has led to an even bigger expansion of these communities, and will wield a strong influence for the foreseeable future. The purpose of our study is to investigate the relationship between the behavior of these fashion communities and personality characteristics of the community features. For our data analysis, our study used 302 men and women, aged from their 20's and their 40's. The study results are as follows: First, some features, such as interaction, entertainment, promotion, information, and system technique, were drawn as the factors of the online fashion communities. Second, we could divide the community behavioral types into three different groups: buyer, maven, and onlooker groups. Third, all three groups showed different community characteristics. The primary concern for the buyer group was promotion while the mavens and the on-lookers were most interested in information. Fourth, they also showed different demographic characteristics in terms of gender, age, duration of membership, on-line time per visit and number of visits per week. These results show that a new strategy is necessary for online fashion communities to differentiate themselves and their marketing to consumers and their community behavioral types.

본 연구는 FGI 인터뷰를 중심으로 암호화폐 관련 온라인 커뮤니티와 미디어(레거시 미디어와 유튜브)의 역할과 담론을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 암호화폐 정책 방향을 제언했다. 문헌 연구를 통해 투자자 특성과 투자 환경 요인으로서의 커뮤니티와 유튜브의 역할을 분석했다. 암호화폐 전문투자자와 커뮤니티 활동가 인터뷰를 통해 커뮤니티 이용 목적과 역할을 파악했고, 구독자 수 상위 5개의 암호화폐 관련 유튜브 채널을 분석하여 주요 논의 주제를 고찰했다. 연구 결과, 암호화폐 투자는 20~30대가 주도했으며, 레거시 미디어 이용보다 뉴미디어의 정보를 선호하고 신뢰했다. 온라인 커뮤니티는 정서적 동질감과 공감 역할을 하였고, 유튜브는 정보제공의 기능을 주로 수행했다. 담론 분석과 인터뷰 결과, 암호화폐 정책의 일관성과 투자자 보호를 위한 법적 안정성 마련이 필요했다. 본 연구는 문헌 연구, 인터뷰, 커뮤니티/유튜브 내용 분석 등 다양한 연구 방법을 활용해, 뉴미디어의 정보 제공과 정서 공감 역할을 분석했고, 나아가 디지털 뉴딜 블록체인 기술 장려와 금융산업 공정성 저해 방지를 위한 규제 방향성을 제안했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

Purpose: A care coordinator is an emerging nursing professional role in South Korea. The purpose of this study was to identify educational needs and priorities for care coordinators among nurses. Methods: An online survey was conducted on 661 current or retired nurses from January 30 to February 28, 2021. A total of 17 essential competencies for care coordinators, recognized based on literature review, were used to analyze the educational needs. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a paired t-test, and one-way analysis of variance with SPSS 25.0. The educational needs analysis was conducted by using a paired t-test, the Borich Needs Assessment Model, and the Locus for Focus Model. Results: Five contents were identified as the first priorities for educational needs: 'Health program planning and evaluation', 'Care planning', 'Coordinating community-based services', 'Case management', and 'Transitional care'. The second priorities for educational needs included 'Population health management' and 'Welfare resource linkages via communicating with social workers'. Conclusion: The priority items derived from this study offer underpinning insights for the development of care coordination training program.

본 연구는 사서학습공동체 운영 가능성과 성공적인 도입을 위해 사서학습공동체에 대한 사서의 인식 및 수요를 조사한 것이다. 이를 위해 도서관 현직 사서를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고 총 474건의 응답을 수집하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사서학습공동체에 대해 사서는 매우 낮은 인식을 지니고 있었지만 사서학습공동체 운영의 취지와 의미에 대해서는 높이 평가하였다. 둘째, 사서학습공동체의 참여동기는 전문성 신장, 동료들과의 연대, 지적 호기심 충족 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사서는 사서학습공동체의 궁극적 가치로 도서관 서비스 개선, 전문성 함양, 협력적 집단 탐구, 가치와 비전 공유의 순으로 응답했다. 넷째, 사서학습공동체의 성공요인은 구성원의 자발성, 구성원 간의 협력 문화, 일과시간 확보(주 1회), 지원 환경(예산, 공간 등) 등 순으로 나타났고, 실패 요인은 사서 업무 과중으로 인한 시간 부족, 구성원의 자발성 부족, 기관장의 무관심, 지원 환경(예산, 공간 등)의 부족으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 사서의 사서학습공동체 참여의지는 매우 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 관심있는 주제 또한 매우 다양하게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 사서학습공동체 운영 시, 실질적인 운영 방식의 결정이나 주제 선정 등의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting financial performance of community pharmacies after the implementation of the new drug policy in Korea: separation of drug prescription and dispensing (SPD). The online survey questionnaires were sent to the active pharmacists of the total 20,633 community pharmacies in Korea and 1,147 pharmacists responded to the survey (the response rate was 5.5%). The questionnaire asked simple financial data in order to compare their financial performances before and after the policy. With the SPSS package (version 12.0), two levels of data analysis were used: 1) descriptive statistics to see the financial status of the pharmacies; and 2) multiple regression analysis to find the factors. {or A multiple regression method was used for the data analysis.} The finding illustrated that the average net benefit of the pharmacies was 4,870 thousand won in August 2006, and the major factors affecting the net benefit were the location of pharmacy (geographical proximity to medical institutions), number of prescriptions, drug management services for patients, chain pharmacy membership. The findings of this study suggest that service improvement for patients, revitalization of non-prescription drug sales, professional management will contribute to promote community based pharmacy business.

목적 : 본 연구는 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 작업치료사의 직무 스트레스와 근무관련 특성과의 상관관계를 알아봄으로써 향후 스트레스를 측정하고 관리하는데 필요한 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구의 대상은 노인요양시설에서 근무하고 있는 작업치료사로서 2012년 5월 12일부터 6월 30일까지 온라인과 오프라인 설문방법으로 총 46부를 수집하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 직무스트레스 8개 요인 중 전문직으로서의 갈등, 전문지식과 기술의 부족, 대인관계상의 문제, 상사(국장, 과장 등)와의 관계 및 업무상 갈등, 치료의 한계에 대한 심적 부담, 부적절한 대우 및 보상 등 6개 요인이 근무연수, 보수총액, 치료 외 근무, 직장의 안정성과 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 결론 : 본 연구는 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 작업치료사들의 직무스트레스와 그 요인들을 알아보고자 하였다. 직무스트레스 요인 평균은 3.52점으로 높은 수준이었으며, 스트레스 수준을 낮추기 위해 작업치료사들을 대상으로 꾸준한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of emotional venting via instant messaging (IM) and positive emotion in the relationship between negative emotion and depression. Methods: Online survey was conducted in Korea between 2 April and 7 April 2019. To obtain samples with representativeness, data were gathered by the professional research firm. A total of 250 Koreans were participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and SPSS PROCESS macro to test the mediating effects. Results: This study analyzed the direct/indirect effects of negative emotion on emotional venting via IM, in the relationship between positive emotion and depression. Negative emotion had indirect effects on depression through emotional venting via IM and positive emotion. Both emotional venting via IM and positive emotion had dual mediating effects in the influence of negative emotion on depression. Conclusion: These results suggest that it is important to manage negative emotion to prevent depression. Also, this study confirmed that emotional venting via IM is a powerful factor influencing emotional recovery.

Purpose: This study was to present the process of web-based educational program (WEP) development and to identify factors affecting satisfaction with WEP for the certificate of healthcare managers working at the National Health Insurance Corporation (NHIC). Methods: Subjects were healthcare managers and voluntary participants of WEP. A total of 1,449 respondents were surveyed through an online questionnaire about their satisfaction with the educational contents and system. Results: The mean contents satisfaction was 3.75 (SO 0.54), and system satisfaction 4.68 (SD 0.54). According to statistical analysis, the type of certification, experience and professional career of health care management affected contents satisfaction. And factors affecting system satisfaction were the type of certification and gender. Conclusion: WEP was utilized as a pre-requisite course for the certificate program of healthcare managers. However, the development of advanced WEP is suggested to meet the educational needs of healthcare managers who have certificate or license and their job related to healthcare management.

전례없는 COVID-19 대유행은 교사교육 프로그램에서 일상적으로 예비교사들을 교육하는 방법을 방해함과 동시에 변화를 일으켜 왔다. 본 논문에서는, 두 명의 수학교사교육자들이 COVID-19 대유행동안 대면 수업을 온라인 수업으로 전환하는 과정에 있어 초등수학방법론 교수법을 전용, 변환, 재구성, 수정한 경험을 반성하고자 한다. 협동적인 자기 연구 방법을 사용하여, 우리는 온라인 환경에서 초등수학방법론 수업을 가르치는데 있어 이슈, 도전, 변화, 기회와 혁신에 대해 논의하였다. 지속적 비교 방법을 활용하여, 본 논문에서는 다음 세 가지 주제에 대해 탐구하였다: (1) 가상 교구 사용하기; (2) 예비 교사를 위해 협동적, 상호적, 공유된 학습 경험 만들기; (3) 예비교사들이 학생의 사고에 참여하도록 하기. 본 논문의 결과는 수학교사교육자들의 공학적 교수학적 내용지식을 분석하고, 예비교사들을 위한 협력적인 학습 기회를 만들며, 전문적 학습 공동체에 참여하는 수학교사교육자간의 협력적 자기연구를 설계하는데 시사점을 제공할 것이다.
