액션러닝 기반 영적간호 교육 프로그램이 간호대학생의 영적요구, 영적안녕 및 영적간호역량에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Spiritual Care Education Program based on the Action Learning on Spiritual Needs, Spiritual well-being and Spiritual Care Competence of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 액션러닝에 기반을 둔 영적간호 교육 프로그램이 간호대학생의 영적요구, 영적안녕 그리고 영적간호역량에 미치는 효과를 평가하기 위함이다. 단일군 사전 사후 설계이며 연구 참여자는 간호대학생 2학년이었다. 학생들은 2014년 9월부터 12월까지 16회에 걸친 액션러닝 기반 영적간호 교육 프로그램에 참여하였다. 가설검증은 SPSS WIN 23.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 액션러닝 기반 영적간호 교육 프로그램은 간호대학생의 영적요구를 감소시키고, 영적안녕과 영적간호역량을 증진시켰다. 아울러 총체적인 간호를 제공하는 전문적인 간호사의 역량 강화에 기여하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 추후 다양한 교육 분야에서 액션러닝 기반 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용할 것을 제언한다.

간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사와 일반 병동 간호사의 위임 준비성, 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통 능력이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Preparedness towards Delegation, Critical Thinking Disposition, and Communicative Competence on Job Satisfaction: A Comparison of Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Ward Nurses and General Ward Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of preparedness towards delegation, critical thinking disposition, and communicative competence on job satisfaction among comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses and general ward nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 218 nurses from two university hospitals. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires and were analyzed using SPSS Statistics/WIN 21.0, including descriptive statistics, x2 test, Fisher's exact test, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffeé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: For comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses, the significant influencing factors on job satisfaction were age (β=-.37, p=.041), marital status (β=.35, p=.001), critical thinking disposition (β=.29, p=.003), and communicative competence (β=.28, p=.002) with the explanatory power was 39.0% (F=12.00, p<.001). On the other hand, for general ward nurses, the significant influencing factors on job satisfaction were advanced degree (β=.29, p=.047), critical thinking disposition (β=.23, p=.040), and communicative competence (β=.42, p<.001) with the explanatory power was 33.0% (F=11.78, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the importance of developing and applying education programs to improve critical thinking disposition and communicative competence of nurses. This would enhance the comprehensive nursing service and increase overall nursing manpower resources. In addition, further studies are needed to improve nursing work environments and to develop strategies for enhancing preparedness towards delegation, which would increase the job satisfaction of nurses in the comprehensive nursing care service wards.

  • 본 연구는 그동안의 국내의 성년후견제도 도입에 관한 논의에서 간과되었던 의사결정능력과 관련한 주요 쟁점과 의사결정능력의 개념적 구성요소 및 평가와 판정절차에 관한 쟁점을 검토하였다. 이에 근거하여 모범적인 성년후견법률의 하나로 인정받는 영국의 정신능력법(Mental Capacity Act, 2005)이 의사결정능력의 개념과 평가절차를 어떻게 규정하고 있는지 분석하였다. 정신능력법은 의사결정능력을 의사결정대상과 환경, 시간적 맥락에 의존적인 개념으로 규정하고 있었다. 정신능력법의 의사결정능력 평가 및 판정절차는 본인의 의사결정능력을 최대한 규명하기 위한 환경적 지원의 제공, 의사결정능력의 변화가능성에 대한 고려, 의사결정의 중요성에 따른 의사결정능력 평가의 위계적 접근 등이 특징적이다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 우리나라 성년후견법률 도입과 관련한 함의를 제시하였다.

임상간호사의 노인간호수행에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Geriatric Nursing Performance among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This descriptive research study is intended to develop practical strategies for enhancing the quality of elderly care by evaluating the levels of ageism and compassion competence among clinical nurses and their impact on geriatric nursing performance. Methods: This study involved 162 nurses who provided direct care to elderly patients in a department with many such patients. Of the 161 returned questionnaires, 150 were analyzed, excluding 11 that had insincere or missing responses. To analyze the data, a comprehensive approach was employed using the IBM SPSS 27.0 program that included calculations of frequency and percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as more complex statistical tests such as the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical linear regression analysis. Results: Compassion competence was significantly positively correlated with elderly care and negatively correlated with ageism. This study conclusively demonstrates that compassion competence among nurses in geriatric nursing situations plays a crucial role in provision of quality nursing grounded in understanding and respect for the elderly. Consequently, it is imperative to develop educational strategies tailored to each career stage of nursing practice to further enhance effective elderly care. 간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify factors that influence the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses. Method: The data were collected from 1st, August until 7th, August, 2005. The subjects were 238 nurses from a general hospital in Busan. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS program. Result: The organizational commitment and job satisfaction was significant positive correlations with flexibility, satisfaction, competence factors and significant negative correlations with empathy factors and centralization factor. The most powerful predictors of Nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction was managerial strategy of organizational characteristics. And, satisfaction factors of professional self-concept, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative- dominant culture and innovative-dominant culture were powerful predictor factors. The Other powerful predictors of nurses's job satisfaction were satisfaction factors of professional Self-concept, communication and centralization factor of organizational characteristics, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative-dominant culture, professional image factor of nurse image. Conclusion: This study revealed that important factors for nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Consequently, the manager should be make effective managerial strategy and encourage that nurse have more satisfy to professional self-concept. And the manager make constant efforts to create an affiliative culture in hospital.

플랜트 수출기업의 아웃소싱 파트너 선정요인에 관한 탐색적 연구 - "A" 사의 사례를 중심으로 - (An Exploratory Study on the Outsourcing Partner Selecting Factors of Plant Exporters - A Case Study of "A" Company -)

  • This research considers to analyze the importance and priority order of outsourcing partner selecting factors on plant exporters. This research deals with case study on the outsourcing in the "A" plants exporter. To obtain the goal this research, firstly, based on reviewing previous literature and taking professional advice, the selecting factors were identified and conceptualized, and we made the hierarchy model and utilized AHP in analysis method. Secondly, AHP model constructed 3 higher factors, and 9 lower factors. Thirdly, the data used for the weight values for the outsourcing partner factors were collected from outsourcing experts and officers in "A" company. The 3 higher factors were 'Firm's Competence', 'Customer/User Factor', and 'Systemic Factor', and the 9 lower factors were 'experience of outsourcing', 'competency based HR', 'market share', 'reliability', and 'communication', etc. As the results of the analysis, this research evaluated with an importance highest among selecting factors of outsourcing partner of "A" company were 'Customer/User Factor(46.5%)', 'Systemic Factor(27.8%)' and 'Firm's Competence(25.7%)'. And importance highest among lower selecting factors of outsourcing partner of "A" company were 'reliability(31.4%)', 'competency based HR(14.4%)' and 'communication(13.7%)'. The developed model and selecting factors of outsourcing partner are expected to contribute on effective decisions on plants exporters. Managerial implications and future research directions are suggested based on findings.

간호 역량 또는 돌봄 행위 측정도구를 통해서 살펴본 간호와 돌봄의 특성 (Characteristics of Nursing and Caring Concepts Measured in Nursing Competencies or Caring Behaviors Tools)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify characteristics of nursing and caring concepts measured by nursing competencies or caring behaviors tools for general nurses working in acute care hospitals. Methods: Five major nursing literature databases were used to identify the relevant tools. The study included 19 nursing competencies tools with a total of 843 measurement items and 12 caring behaviors tools with 334 items. According to the International Council of Nurses (ICN)'s Competencies Framework and 8Cs suggested by Roach (1987) and Pusari (1998), the measurement items were classified by two researchers independently first and in agreement finally. Results: Competency of 'key principles of care' including sub-areas of the ICN Framework was most commonly found: on average 49.3% of nursing competencies items and 91.9% of caring behaviors items. 97.0% of the caring behaviors items were classified into one of six Cs: competence (27.5%), confidence (21.3%), compassion (17.1%), commitment (16.5%), communication (9.9%), or conscience (4.8%). Conclusion: Nursing competencies tools were more likely to measure 'what to do' focusing on tasks, while caring behaviors tools were to measure 'how to do' focusing on nurses' attitudes or values. Nursing practices should be evaluated with both nursing competencies and caring behaviors tools, considering that nursing and caring were differently conceptualized in the quantitative tools.

의사소통 능력에 대한 학습성과 평개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of the Assessment System for the Program Outcomes on the Communication Skill Competence)

  • Professional communication skills in writing and speaking with multiple and complex audiences are required to engineers in society of modern technology. In this paper, we proposed the effective assessment system for the Program Outcomes on the communication skill competence(PO7), which is one of the 12 program outcomes stipulated by ABEEK (Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea). To ensure logical connectivity of the assessment system, we carefully selected the performance criteria by defining the core concept of "written communication" and "verbal communication". Based on the selected performance criteria, the whole process of creating assessment tools and rubrics was explained in detail. It can be expected that the assessment for the Program Outcomes on the communication skill competence would be more systematic by using the proposed assessment system.

한국의 의사상: 좋은 의사양성 (The Future Roles of Korean Doctors: Cultivating Well-Rounded Doctors)

  • Much of the behavior of doctors reflects the influences from the social, cultural, historical, and economic environment of the time. Therefore, it is very important for future doctors to understand the practice environment in an ever changing world. Traditionally, doctors' competence has been based on the doctor-patient relationship. However, the social practice of medicine in the contemporary era asks future doctors to have social competencies, which often are defined as non-clinical competencies. As a global project, the World Federation for Medical Education has urged every country to define the future role of doctors to encompass global roles based on the duty toward and value of clinical as well as non-clinical competencies. In the past four years, Korean medical professional societies have coordinated to set forth the global role of Korean doctors. Five domains of clinical competence, professionalism, social accountability, communication and collaboration, and education and research have been chosen. The current version of the "global role of Korean doctors" can be used not only for the common objectives of medical education, but also for translating into the competencies of doctors that can be achieved through life-long learning. If we all want to improve medical education in order to produce more qualified and competent doctors as the public desires, then it may be the most urgent task to produce doctors who are equipped with social competencies to persuade, negotiate, and engage in constructive dialogues with society for better health care for a better society.

공공 S/W 분야에서 프로젝트 관리자의 역량이 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Project Managers' Competences on Performance in Public S/W)

  • There is a growing interest in project management knowledge, project management information systems, and process improvement to systematically project execution in public sectors, achieve high performance and value, and increase the effectiveness of the overall industry. In particular, the software industry is a knowledge-intensive industry centered on professional manpower. This study examines the effect of the project managers' competences of regional SW promotion agencies on and project performance and the moderating effect of the level of project management maturity. We collected data using a questionnaire to the project managers of regional SW promotion agencies. In this study, a structural equation model was used to analyze the relationship between project managers' competences and performance. In addition, a multi-group structural equation model was used to analyze the moderating effect according to the high and low project maturity. As a result of the analysis, it was found that only contextual competence among the competences of the project manager had a positive effect on project performance. It was found that technical and behavioral competence did not have a positive effect on management and completion performance. It was found that the moderating effect according to the maturity of business management of local institutions was not significant.
