데이컴(DACUM) 기법을 활용한 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 직무 분석 (DACUM Job Analysis of Management Teacher of industry-academy cooperation of Specialized high school)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 데이컴(DACUM) 직무 분석기법을 활용하여 특성화고 산학협력 부장 교사의 직무를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 내용은 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 직무를 구성하는 임무와 작업을 도출하여 순서를 매긴 후, 작업별 중요도, 난이도, 수행 빈도를 정하고 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 능력인지의 여부를 구분하여 제시하는 것이다. 최종적으로 직무분석 결과를 토대로 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 데이컴 차트를 개발하였다. 데이컴 직무분석을 위한 워크숍은 Level-I 자격증을 소지한 데이컴 분석가 1명, 5년 이상 경력을 가진 데이컴 위원 8명, 서기 1명, 실무자 1명으로 구성하여 이틀동안 진행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사란 특성화고 산업수요 맞춤형고 등에서 취업진로지도, NCS 기반 현장실습운영, 산학관관계구축, 대외사업운영, 산학협력행정업무, 담당교과교수 등을 수행하는 보직교사로 정의하였다. 둘째, 산학협력부장 교사의 직무 영역은 7개의 임무(duties)와 80개의 작업(tasks)이 도출되었다. 산학협력부장 교사의 7개 임무는 '취업 진로 지도', 'NCS 기반 현장 실습 운영', '산학관 관계 구축', '대외 사업 운영', '산학 협력 행정 업무', '담당 교과 교수활동', '자기계발'이다. 이들 임무 중 가장 많은 작업은 '담당 교과 교수활동'으로 17개의 작업이 확인되었다. 셋째, 각 작업마다 중요도, 난이도 및 수행 빈도를 정도에 따라 각각 높음(A), 보통(B), 낮음(C)으로 구분하고, 전문가들의 합의를 통해 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 능력인지의 여부를 구분하였다. 넷째, 직무 분석 결과를 토대로 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 데이컴 직무분석 차트를 제시하였다. 또한 산학협력부장 교사의 직무에 종사하면서 필요한 일반 지식과 능력, 사용되는 공구, 기계, 자재 및 소모품의 목록을 도출하고, 작업자의 태도와 산학협력부장 교사의 장래 전망과 특성을 제시하였다.

전산프로그램을 이용한 급성호흡기감염증 청구자료 심사 시행 후 개원의의 진료 및 청구 행태 변화 (Influence of review system using computerized program for Acute Respiratory Infection upon practicing doctors' behaviour)

  • The aim of this study was to explore the effects of a computerized review program which was introduced in August 1, 2003, using claims data for acute respiratory infection related diseases. National Health Insurance (NHI) claims data on respiratory infection related diseases before and after the introduction, with six month intervals respectively, were used for the analysis. Clinic was the unit of observation, and clinics with only one physician whose specialty was internal medicine, pediatrics, otorhinolaryngology and family medicine and clinics with a general practitioner were selected. The final sample had 7,637 clinics in total. Indices used to measure practice pattern was prescription rates of antibiotics, prescription rates of injection drug per visit, treatment costs per claim, and total costs per claim. Changes in the number of claims for major disease categories and upcoding index for disease categories were used to measure claiming behavior. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis, t-test for indices changes before and after the introduction, analysis of variance (ANOVA) for practice pattern change for major disease categories, and multiple regression analysis to identify whether new system influenced on provider' practice patterns or not. Prescription of antibiotics, prescription rates of injection drug, treatment costs per claim, and total costs per claim decreased significantly. Results from multiple regression analysis showed that a computerized review system had effects on all the indices measuring behavior. Introduction of the new system had the spillover effects on the provider's behavior in the related disease categories in addition to the effects in the target diseases, but the magnitude of the effects were bigger among the target diseases. Rates of claims for computerized review over total claims for respiratory diseases significantly decreased after the introduction of a computerized review system and rates of claims for non target diseases increased, which was also statistically significant. Distribution of the number of claims by disease categories after the introduction of a computerized review system changed so as to increase the costs per claims. Analysis of upcoding index showed index for 'other acute lower respiratory infection (J20-22)', which was included in the review target, decreased and 'otitis media (H65, H66)', which was not included in the review target, increase. Factors affecting provider's practice patterns should be taken into consideration when policies on claims review method and behavior changes. It is critical to include strategies to decrease the variations among providers.

의원의 특성에 따른 상병진단군의 분포에 대한 연구 (Chracteristics of Primary Health Practice and Diagnosis-Cluster Pattern in Health Insurance)

  • This study is designed to find out some intra-clinic factors affecting the content of practice provided by primary care physicians in Korea, and proposed factors in this study are characteristcs of each private clinc --- physician-related variables(age, sex, specialty), bfed-related variables for inpatient care, laboratory-related variables for precise diagnosis. We have tried to estimate the difference of disease entities cared by each primary care physician according to above factors by analyzin gdisease data claimed during one month(April, 1992) to National Federation of Medical Insurance. The diagnosis codes by ICD-9 in the research disease data were reclassified to 'diagnosis clusters' by virtue of clinical similarities for effective analyses. We have converted frequent-tsing ICD-9 codes to 86 diagnosis clusters, which incorporated 97.4 percents of all ambulatory visits to private clinics. This result means proposed diagnosis-cluster method is effective tool for analysis of the content of ambulatory medical care carried out by primary care physicians. Comparisons and analyses of multiple diagnosis-clusters made on the basis of presented factors were done and the results were as follows; - Major factors affecting the difference between diagnosis-cluster pattern by each variables were phyusician's age, sex, specialty and bed counts of each private clinic for inpatient care and the size of laboratories of each clinic. - Middle aged(30th to 40th) group physicians are providing more comprehensive care than 20th or above 50th aged groups. Male physicians are more adequate for comprehensive care than female physicians, because woman-doctors are providing narrow-spectrum care. The content of practice of obstetricians and gynecologists shows much difference from primary medical practice, and they cannot be included in primary care physician, this study suggested. Pediatricians are also providing short-spectum acre, and nearly all visits to pediatricians were incorporated only 2-3 diagnosis-clusters. General surgeons' practices are very similar to general practioners' or family physicians' practices, the means they are providing primary care rather than special surgical care. And small number of beds(under 5 beds) and only basic(2-3 sorts of)diagnostic apparatuses are sufficient for primary physicians' clinic to carry out primary care. In conclusion, to reinforce primary care department in Korea, there must be support with health policy to expand office-based primary care practice-- with small number of beds for inpatient care and only basic laboratories-- provided by general practitioner of family physician.

소비에트 무성영화의 지가 베르토프 영화이론 -세르게이 에이젠슈테인의 몽타주론을 비교중심으로- (Dziga Vertov's Film Theory of Soviet Silent Film -By Comparison between Montage Theory of Sergei Eisenstein and Dziga Vertov Film Theory-)

  • 1920년대 소비에트 무성영화는 세계영화사에 있어 문화 예술적 측면에서 찬란한 번영을 일으켰다. 그 중에서도 지가 베르토프(Dziga Vertov)는 세르게이 에이젠슈테인(Sergei M. Eisenstein)과 함께 당대 소비에트 영화의 핵심적 역할을 행사한 최고의 영화이론가이자 실천가였다. 하지만 베르토프의 영화이론은 오늘날까지도 에이젠슈테인에 비해 상대적으로 잘못 인식되거나 전수된 점이 많았다. 그러나 들뢰즈는 베르토프의 영화에 나타난 쇼트 자체가 어떤 의미나 충격을 전달할 수 있으며, 다큐멘터리가 지녀야할 '진실'에 초점을 맞춰 쇼트 자체에서도 의미를 이뤄낼 수 있다고 역설했다. 그의 영화이론은 미래주의와 구성주의에 바탕을 두어 '영화-눈'이라는 방법과 '간격'이라는 이론을 통한 '영화-진실'이라는 원리 그리고 '생활 있는 그대로'의 개념으로 요약 정리된다. 따라서 본 연구는 베르토프 영화이론의 핵심인 키노아이와 간격이론 등을 중심으로 에이젠슈테인의 몽타주론과 비교하면서 들뢰즈의 이미지론을 적용하며 심도 있게 분석 조망하고자 한다. 나아가 선행연구의 미비로 인한 베르토프의 영화사적 업적을 논의하기에는 역부족일 수도 있으나, 그의 다큐멘터리 영화 표현양식에 있어 혁신적인 방법과 그의 이론을 심층적으로 연구할 것이다.

보건진료전담공무원의 전문직업성에 미치는 영향요인 (Influential Factors for Professionalism of Community Health Practitioners(CHPs))

  • 본 연구는 보건진료전담공무원의 개인 심성, 직무연속성, 직무만족 및 전문직업성의 관계를 파악하고 나아가 전문직업성에 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2017년 8월 20일부터 9월 25일까지 G도에 소재하고 있는 보건진료소에 근무하는 보건진료전담공무원을 대상으로 하였으며, 153부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearsons's correlation coefficients, stepwise multiple regression을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 전문직업성 정도의 차이는 월소득(F=6.951, p<.001), 근무경력(F=5.245, p=.002), 보건진료전담공무원 선택동기(F=3.676, p=.004)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 주요 변수 간의 관계에서 전문직업성은 개인 심성(r=.573, p<.01), 직무연속성(r=.496, p<.01) 및 직무만족(r=.539, p<.01)과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 일반적 특성, 개인 심성, 직무연속성, 직무만족이 전문직업성에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 보건진료전담공무원의 전문직업성과 가장 높은 관련요인은 직무만족(${\beta}=.320$, p<.001), 개인 심성(${\beta}=.291$, p<.001), 월 소득(${\beta}=.283$, p<.001) 및 직무연속성(${\beta}=.176$, p=.009) 순으로 나타났고, 이들 변인들의 총설명력은 49.6%이었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 보건진료전담공무원의 전문직업성을 강화시킬 수 있는 개인차원과 조직차원에서의 융복합적 프로그램 개발과 정책적 지원이 바람직하다고 본다.

Korean Customer Attitudes Towards SNS Shopping

  • As a new format of retailing, social shopping on SNS has rapidly grown in recent. Although there is much literature associated with customer behaviours in the academic world, little attention has been paid to identifying the shopping patterns of SNS shoppers. This paper will, thus, identify how perceived value has an impact on the buying intention of SNS shoppers, after illustrating what kind of factor influences the formation process of perceived value in the Korean marketplace. Given that SNS shoppers are for the most part 20s as well as 30s, the authors handed out questionnaires to them. Furthermore, based on literature review results, the conceptualised research model was developed. Despite lack of literature, the authors developed five constructs like price reduction, quantity- and time-limited message, product ranges, information-sharing, and required number of shoppers. The researchers made a considerable effort to identify the relationship between research concepts and each variable, based on a few research analysis methods such as frequency analysis, the Varimax rotation technique used orthogonal rotation, Cronbach's Alpha, PCA (Principle Component Analysis), and the like. Amongst the 5 variables used to measure the degree of influences on the perceived value as a social shopping characteristic, it has been evident that price cut, required minimum shoppers, product variety, and information-sharing have a positive impact on the perceived value formation processes of SNS customers. Also, this research implies that SNS retailers can differentiate themselves from other retailers by differently using the above factors. From a practitioner's point of view, these factors should be strategically used to increase the social shopping opportunities of SNS users. It is, furthermore, evident that the perceived value formed by the above 4 factors have played an important role in the buying decision process of SNS customers. In a sense, whether customers are aware of higher price cut rates, information-sharing, required minimum shoppers, and product variety has a positive impact on making buying decisions. From a retailer's point of view, online shopping mall operators are able to use blog as well as twitter to improve the buying intention as a marketing tool of social network, because the business activities provided by social shopping retailers, like the rapid, accurate responses to customer requirements, the provision of a variety of information, and the communications between customers are closely related to buying intentions. There are a few research limitations to conduct this empirical research. It was not easy to review prior papers, due to its lack. In spite of the increasing number of SNS shoppers in Korea, little research attention has been paid to this kind of research topic by academicians, because buying products or services through SNS is in its infancy. With regard to research populations, it would be difficult to generalise the research findings in Korea, owing to unbalanced respondent distribution. Considering the above research limitations as well as the growth of social shopping, many authors should pay considerable attention to SNS-related issues in the future, and develop the more sophisticated criteria to measure the characteristics of SNS shoppers.

선천성 슬개골탈구를 지닌 자견의 조기 진단법 및 외과적 수술법 확립 (Establishment of Early Diagnosis and Surgical Operative Method in Puppies with Congenital Patellar Luxation)

  • Medial patellar luxation in dogs is one of the most common patellar problems presented to the veterinary practitioner. It is observed in toy and miniature breed and the majority of cases is a congenital form. Because of extensor mechanism's instability, it causes deformity and disorder in the growth of the affected limb when the luxation is left without treatment As lameness is not easily detectable in puppies, early diagnosis and correction are essential for therapy. Up to now, there has not been any reports refering to the diagnostic methods and the optimal age for correction in young dogs. Thirteen 45-90 days old puppies, have grade I and/or II medial patellar luxation. Only by palpation, all 13 dogs were diagnosed of patelar luxation. Skyline radiographic view was useful to interpret patellar morphology and depth of trochlear groove only above 60 days old. However, it was difficult to make definite diagnosis patellar luxation. The caudocranial and lateral radiographic view as well as ultrasonographic skyline view were not showed of patellar luxation. 2 puppies had unilateral patellar luxation and 11 puppies had bilateral patellar luxation which more serious on the left than on the right. Only 3 puppies among 11 puppies with bilateral patellar luxation were observed of lameness degree 1. Regardless of grade of patellar luxation and lameness, we performed trochlear chondroplasty using a U-shape sculpture blade to minimize cartilage injury, transposition of tibia tuberosity with No. 1 Supramid to align extensor mechanism and lateral imbrication. After surgery, we examined the operated animal daily for 10 days and on 15, 30 and 60 days after surgery respectively. After operation, pain and fever became normal on 7 days, swelling on 10 days, respectively. On 10 days after surgery, dogs showed normal standing position, and normal walking was observed in 15 days after surgery. In force plate analysis, the operated legs were normal weight bearing at 30 days after operation. After surgery, not only patellar luxation and clinical signs have been gradually reduced but also bone growth have become normal without showing growth physeal plate injury. The survival rate of puppies over 62 days old was 100%, while 42-45 days old 37.5%. The above results suggest that optimal age for surgical correction of congenital medial patellar luxation is recommended over 60 days old. In conclusion, combination of trochlear chondroplasty, transposition of tibia tuberosity, and lateral retinacular imbrication is appropriate for over 60 days old puppies to efficiently correct patellar luxation.

안면미용침의 부작용 및 안전성에 대한 조사;시술자 23인을 중심으로 (A Survey of Adverse Events and Safety following Treatment of the Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture (Miso-Acupuncture))

  • Objectives : To explore the adverse events and safety following facial cosmetic acupuncture treatment (Miso-Acupuncture). Subjects and methods : This study was a retrospective survey of practitioner's reports. The practitioners worked as facial cosmetic acupuncturists, gave informed consent, and completed a case report form between July and November of 2007. On this form, practitioners were asked to report the degree of adverse events relating to the Miso-Acupuncture, the total safety of the treatment, and reasons patients gave for quitting treatment. The practitioners in this study were all Oriental Medicine Doctors(OMD) who had trained at the Miso-Acupuncture Academy for 40 hours we received 23 final report cases. Results : In this study, adverse events following Miso-Acupuncture treatment were mild bruising(15 ; 65.2%), bleeding(12 ; 52.2%), pain(8 ; 34.8%), fatigue(7 ; 30.4%), headache(5 ; 21.7%), and others(10 ; 43.5%). The average degree of adverse events was between mild and moderate, which needs no extra treatment. The total safety of treatment for 16 weeks was between safe and nearly safe, and there was no need to quit treatment in spite of mild adverse events. Eight patients(34.8%) quit treatment, almost all for personal reasons unrelated to the Miso-Acupuncture. Conclusions : These results suggest that the Miso-Acupuncture has no serious adverse events and is a relatively safe treatment.

전자신용장의 활용범위와 '전자화' 정도에 대한 연구: 실무자적 관점을 중심으로 (A Study of the Scope and the Electronization of Electronic Letter of Credit in the Practitioner's Perspective)

  • 본 연구는 전자신용장의 활용범위와 전자화 정도에 대하여 연구한 논문이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 두 가지 방법론을 활용하였다. 첫째, 우리나라 국민경제 전체의 거시적 차원에서 전자신용장의 전자화 정도를 분석하였다. 둘째, 신용장결제방식에 결정적인 역할을 수행하는 개별 은행들을 선정하고, 이들 개별은행의 미시적 차원에서 전자신용장의 활용과 전자화정도를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 국내 4대 시중은행 중 두 곳에서 자료를 받아 분석하였다. 전자신용장의 활용정도를 분석하기 위한 지표로는 EDI신용장과 e-L/C, 그리고 전자선하증권을 기준으로 하였다. 연구결과 e-L/C와 e-B/L은 활용도가 매우 미미하게 나타났으나, EDI신용장의 경우는 거시적 차원이나 미시적 차원 모두에서 상당히 활용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 중소기업 차원에서 신용장의 전자화를 촉진하기 위해서는 시스템 구축비용을 지원하는 것이 필요한 것으로 분석된다.

지각된 윤리적 판매행동이 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impacts of Perceived Ethical Sales Behavior on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust and Customer Loyalty)

  • 서비스 기업의 경우 판매원들은 고객접점에서 활동을 하기 때문에 회사를 대표하는 역할을 수행할 뿐만 아니라 고객의 만족이나 신뢰를 형성하여 장기적인 판매와 수익창출에도 매우 큰 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 판매원들의 판매행위는 다른 직종의 종업원들과 달리 업무의 성격상 많은 윤리적인 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 예를 들면, 단기적인 판매실적이나 수익을 높이기 위해서 고객들에게 강압적인 판매행위를 하는 경우, 제품이나 서비스의 기능이나 성과에 대한 과장을 하는 경우, 심지어는 경쟁업체의 기업이나 제품에 관해서 거짓말을 하는 경우 등의 비윤리적인 행위를 할 수도 있다. 이러한 판매원들이 수행하는 업무의 특성상 고객과의 윤리적인 문제가 발생할 가능성이 높기 때문에 이와 관련된 연구에 대한 관심도 매우 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 고객의 지각된 판매원의 윤리적 행동이 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성도에 미치는 영향관계에 대해 초점을 두고 있다. 보험서비스 기업들을 대상으로 실증적인 연구를 한 결과, 지각된 윤리적 판매행동이 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성도 등에 직 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과를 바탕으로 지각된 윤리적 판매행동은 구매자와 판매자 관계를 유지하고 발전하는데 중요한 영향을 미치기 때문에, 기업의 마케팅 관리자들은 판매원들이 윤리적 상황을 인식하고 적절한 윤리적 반응을 할 수 있도록 회사의 윤리강령의 실천과 윤리교육을 강조하는 판매훈련 프로그램을 개발하는데 노력해야 할 것이다. 그리고 판매원들이 윤리적 판매행동을 할 수 있는 동기부여와 적절한 보상시스템을 개발해야 하지만, 판매원들의 윤리적인 위반사례가 발생한 경우에 위반자에게는 적절한 징계조치를 취하면서 윤리적 판매행위의 중요성을 강조해야 할 것이다.
