본 연구는 충북도립대표도서관의 건립 기본계획을 위한 사전연구로 충청북도 내의 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 도서관 이용과 서비스에 대한 인식조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 설문 대상자들은 충북도립대표도서관의 역할 중 지역 도서관 발전 및 도서관 서비스 강화를 위한 정책 수립 및 시행이 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 장서 운영 방향으로 선호하는 정보원 유형은 인쇄자료이며, 주제 측면에서는 문학 분야를 가장 높게 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 다양한 분야의 도서와 지식정보 제공을 희망하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

BIM and its quantity take-off widely apply to the construction projects and LCCO2 Assessment using the BIM's quantity take-off function can be tried recently. Because BIM modeling programs such as Revit and ArchiCAD do not provide adequate library for LCCO2 Assessment, quantity take-off data should be conversed and applied to Carbon Emission Coefficient using Excel program or manual work. Therefore, the purpose of this research is 1) to propose the Unit Conversion Systems for Carbon Emission Coefficient, 2) to provide basic library sets for BIM based LCCO2 Assessment method, and 3) to apply 11 material library sets on a apartment unit plan modeling to pursue the CO2 emission evaluation of the material production in the process of LCCO2 Assessment. Research results showed CO2 emission amount of 458.64kgCO2/m2 from the apartment unit plan modeling.

In order to boost productivity and efficiency of architectural design, architect accumulates materials and details which are repeatedly used. According as introduction and application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) have proliferated, a number of data are being produced. BIM data constructed in a stage of architectural design reduces repetitive works of design and can be used in estimate and construction, maintenance. BIM library gathered these data are able to enhance participants collaboration and design improvement. Library is a vital factor in BIM and a number of libraries are needed as BIM introduction and application have proliferated in architecture industry. However, BIM Library establishment and related research development are incomplete. And specific standard setting and institutional environment for BIM library building have not been achieved. As such a vast amount of information are generated but there is no systematic plan and reuse frequency is low. So it is necessary to build system for effective data sharing and operation management. In this study, through establishment of BIM standard system and construction of management environmental system, it has an object in view for developing framework which can efficiently manage various libraries happened in BIM architectural design field.

The purpose of this study is to improve library promotional marketing for the disabled by identifying requirements of public library disability services. This study aimed to investigate librarian service providers' awareness of library programs for the disabled in order to prepare a systematic plan for promoting such library services. Research methods used are a literature analysis and survey. First, the ratio of respondents with experience promoting activities and services for the disabled was less than 50%. Second, regarding methods for promoting library disability services, the respondents used library homepages, press releases, library user guides, library newsletters, and library pamphlets in that order. Third, when asked what kind of PR media the library disability service providers had experience with and how often they use it, library boards and banners were the most common response. Fourth, suggested improvements to the current design and content of PR materials included: clearer word choice (or greater understandability), more detailed descriptions, simpler layouts, and more interesting or eye-catching content in that order. Fifth, the library disability services which are in the most need of public relations were guide information for library disability services, Library and Information Service (DOI services and search services), using alternative materials and the library collection, and aiding the information search. Overall, when evaluating the promotion of disability services in Korea, the library's public relations for disabled services needs to improve because currently neither librarians nor the disabled community they are targeting has frequent or quality experience with it. Thus, the policy department for the library disability services must develop a variety of promotional strategies adjusted for each type of the disability and distribute PR materials to service providers individually, making sure to utilize effective PR methods.

이 연구는 한국적 문헌정보학의 정립을 위한 기초적 담론을 제공하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 최근까지의 한국 인문사회과학에서의 '탈식민성 담론'을 조망하여 제시하였고 아울러 한국 문헌정보학에서의 '탈식민성 담론'을 살펴보았다. 여기서 '탈식민성 담론'이란 서구의 과도한 영향에서 탈피하고자 하는 학문적 노력을 말한다. 이 연구는 이러한 탈식민성 담론을 바탕으로 한국 대학도서관이 안고 있는 식민구조를 분석하였으며, 한국 대학도서관의 식민성을 탈피하기 위한 담론 전략을 제시하였다. 구체적으로는 한국적 전략적 계획의 수립, 한국형 조직활성화 전략의 강구, 사서주도성의 강화 등이다.

본 연구에서는 책이음서비스의 개선 및 발전 방향을 설정하기 위하여 책이음서비스 참여 지역센터 및 참여 도서관을 대상으로 한 현황조사와 이용자를 대상으로 한 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 이용자가 책이음서비스에 대한 긍정적 인식을 가지고 있음을 확인했으나, 이용자와 관리자 측면에서의 서비스 개선과 다양한 고려사항이 존재하였다. 특히 미들웨어 서버의 불안정 문제 해결과 규정 개정의 필요성, 이용자 서비스의 확대와 실무 지원의 필요성이 확인되었다. 이를 위하여 책이음서비스 기능 개선과 신규 서비스 제공, 규정 개정과 관련 지침 개정 등 정책 지원과 서비스 운영을 위한 구체적 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 책이음서비스 중장기 발전의 로드맵 제시가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 장애인을 위한 도서관 대체자료 제작 및 활용의 근거가 되는 정책 및 법령의 분석과 이해당사자와의 면담을 통해 관련 문제점을 논하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대체자료의 정의와 유형을 논하고, 장애인 정보접근권을 위한 제도적 노력의 연혁을 살펴본다. 정책 영역에서 제1차 및 제2차 도서관발전종합계획 중장애인 서비스 관련 부문을 분석하고, 법률 영역에서 도서관 대체자료와 관련하여 장애인, 도서관, 출판사 등 관련 집단의 권리와 의무를 규정하고 있는 "도서관법", "장애인복지법", "저작권법"을 논한다. 정책 및 법률 분석을 기반으로 대체자료 관련 이해당사자들의 인식과 입장을 분석하고자 심층 면담을 실시한다. 결론에 갈음하여, 이상의 논의를 바탕으로, 대체자료에 관한 5가지 문제를 논한다.

The purpose of this study is to establish concept about a plan direction of preschooler's library, and provide a design type of preschooler's library. As a result, the following findings were obtained: 1) For the preschooler's reading area, it should be segregated between schooler and preschooler. Because there is a difference between a library use action and a development characteristic, it needs to be segregated to avoid conflict using library for both of those groups. 2) The space composition of preschooler's library stands up, and of a tube considers a traffic line of a user according to the function and systematizes a child, and to cause an interest of preschoolers. 3) Furnitures and equipment of preschooler's library must arrange in consideration of human body size of a user in a tube.

이 연구는 학교도서관과 공공도서관의 연계 협력 체제를 분석하여 학교도서관 활성화 5개년 계획 종료 이후의 새로운 정책 수립에 도움을 주기 위한 것이다. 연구 방법은 수도권 지역인 서울, 인천, 경기 지역의 실제 사례를 조사하고, 연계 협력 관련자에 대한 설문지 및 면담조사를 통해, 각 지역의 특징적인 연계 협력 체제의 유형에 대한 장단점을 분석하고 문제점에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

이 연구는 정보환경의 변화와 대학도서관에 있어서 전자정보원의 비중 증가, 그리고 이용자 요구의 변화 등에 따라 대학도서관에서 그 중요성이 증가하고 있는 전자자원관리정책의 모형을 제안하고자 한 연구이다. 이를 위해 우선 전자자원의 정의와 유형 전자자원관리정책의 개념과 기능, 그리고 필요성을 정의하였다. 다음으로, 전자자원관리정책의 구성요소를 도출하였는데 이를 위해 국제도서관협회연맹(IFLA)의 전자자원개발정책 가이드라인과 미국의 대학도서관들이 실제로 수립, 공개하고 있는 전자자원관리정책 사례, 그리고 관련연구들을 바탕으로 구성요소를 선정, 취합하였다. 이 결과를 종합하여 전자자원관리정책의 구성요소별 우선순위를 정하고 가상의 대학을 대상으로 전자자원관리정책 모형을 제안하였다.
