응급구조(학)과 학생의 자아탄력성과 자기효능감이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of ego-resiliency and self-efficacy on major satisfaction of paramedic students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of ego-resiliency and self-efficacy on paramedic students in J province. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 465 paramedic students from the J area recruited from September 25 to October 10, 2017. The questionnaire included general characteristics, ego-resiliency, self-efficacy, and satisfaction with their choice of the major subject. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlations, and a multiple regression analysis. Results: As ego-resiliency and self-efficacy increased, satisfaction with their majoring subject also increased. Senior students had higher satisfaction than freshmen in relation to general characteristics. Students having 'interest in their major' owing to personal motivation of choice of major, had higher satisfaction than those having 'suggestion from other'. It is necessary to find a way to increase satisfaction of major and to inspire ego-resiliency and self-efficacy. Conclusion: Future studies should investigate ways to increase major satisfaction toward paramedics and to enhance their ego-resiliency and self-efficacy.

애착이 아동의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 : 자아탄력성과 친구지지의 매개 역할 (The Pathways from Attachment to Children's Psychological Well-being : The Mediating Effects of Children's Ego-resilience and Peer Support)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the pathways from attachment to children's psychological well-being in addition to the mediating role of children's ego-resilience and peer support. The participants, 297 fifth and sixth grade students from Seoul and other cities, completed questionnaires on attachment, ego-resilience, peer support and psychological well-being. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficients, factor analysis, and path analysis. The findings are as follows. Attachment didn't appear to directly influence children's psychological well-being, but showed a number of indirect effects in two ways. First, attachment indirectly affected children's psychological well-being by ego-resilience as a simple form of mediation. Second, attachment influenced children's psychological well-being through children's ego-resilience and peer support as a dual mediation. Ego-resilience demonstrated the strongest effect on psychological well-being among all the factors examined. These results highlight the way in which children's personal internal resources play an important role in the pathways from attachment to their psychological well-being.

중년여성의 자아정체감과 관련요인 연구 (Factors Affecting Ego-Identity of Middle-aged Women in Geoje City)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the levels of ego-identity and related factors in middle-aged women who lived in G city. Methods: The participants in this descriptive study were 437 middle-aged (40-60 year old) women. Data were collected from January to February, 2006. Personal interviews with a structured questionnaire (9 items of general characteristics, 30 items of subjects' characteristics related to health and 56 items of ego-identity) were conducted used. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: Ego-identity was significantly associated with the variables of age, educational level, monthly income, living with the parents of the subject's husband, number of children, smoking. exercise, depression, perceived health status, and satisfaction of marital status (p<0.05). In multiple linear regression analysis of the subjects' characteristics which were significantly associated with ego-identity, monthly income, living with the parents of the subject's husband, and depression were significant variables (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary to study the depression of middle-aged women in Geoje city and develop programs with consideration for the significant factors which can improve their ego-identity.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of ego-resilience and self-efficacy on satisfaction in major of nursing student. Method: Data were collected from 275 nursing students by means of self reported questionnaires about ego-resilience, self-efficacy and satisfaction in major from December 3 to 20, 2012. Results: There were positive correlations between ego-resilience, self-efficacy and satisfaction in major. The optimistic attitude in ego-resilience (${\beta}$=.56, p<.001), an associate's degree (${\beta}$=.38, p<.001), suitable to aptitude (${\beta}$=.17, p<.001), social self-efficacy (${\beta}$=.14, p=.039) and high employment rate (${\beta}$=.12, p=.033) were significant predictors of satisfaction in major. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an effective intervention program to improve nursing student's ego-resilience, self-efficacy and satisfaction in major of nursing student.

The Effect of College Sport Club Participants Ego-Resilience on College Adjustment

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of college sport club participants' ego-resilience on the college adjustment. Research design, data, and methodology: To accomplish the purpose, 360 participants were sampled by means stratified cluster random sampling method. Only 317 questionnaires were statistically processed, while 43 questionnaires were excluded because their respondents failed to complete instrument and judged insincere in filling out questionnaire. To analyze the data collected, statistical techniques, such as descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, independent-sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis were used, and as for difference verification between individual groups in relation to significant results, Duncan's multiple range was conducted. Results: The following results have been drawn out via hypothesis test. First. the background variable of the college sport club participants of was proved to affect the degree of their ego-resilience on the college adjustment. Specifically, their period of participation, frequency of participation and expenses made a statistically meaningful. Second, the college sport club participants of ego-resilience were proved to affect the college adjustment. Academic adjustment, social adjustment, personal-emotional adjustment and institutional attachment made a statistically meaning-full difference. Conclusions: The findings indicate the function of sport club participants' ego-resilience in assisting their adjustment.

에고그램을 통해 본 119 구급대원의 자아상태와 소진과의 관계 (The Correlations Between the Ego-states and the Burnout of 119 Emergency Medical Technicians by Ego-gram)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to identify the correlations between the ego-states of the 119 emergency medical technicians(119 EMTs) and the burnout and help them grow as a profession. Method : This is a descriptive study and the subjects of this study were 81 EMTs in 119 fire station in G City. This study tried to reveal the burnout in 119 EMTs in accordance with ego-state. Results : The highest score of 119 EMTs was the Nutrition Parent(NP) which showed $32.90{\pm}2.07$. The second highest was of the Critical Parent(CP), $31.95{\pm}2.79$. The Ego-gram profile of 119 EMTs was slope N type. The burnout was $78.90{\pm}13.19$, the physical burnout was highest($28.86{\pm}4.14$) in the low rank territory. The ego state according to level, the comparison of the degree of burnout, Free Child(FC) all but the type of ego-states burnout of the high groups appeared to be much higher. The correlations between their ego-states and the burnout of 119 EMTs appeared to be related to the 'plus(+)' correlation for the Free Child(FC ; r=0.243, p=0.029) and the Adapted Child(AC ; r=0.567, p=0.000), and CP, NP and Adult(A) appeared to be unrelated to the correlation. Results of the regression analysis show that the personal characteristic that has the biggest effect on the burnout of 119 EMTs was the AC(0.717), which seems to have a measurable effect on the statistics(p<0.01). Conclusion : Understanding the personality of 119 EMTs and its the application in the workforce will increase the human resources management system for the fire station officials.

노인의 자원봉사활동 만족도가 자아통합감에 미치는 영향 (자기효능감의 조절효과) (The Effect of Elderly Volunteerism Satisfaction on the Ego-Integrity (Moderating effects of Self-Efficacy))

  • 본 연구는 노인의 자원봉사활동 만족도(개인적 성취, 사회적활동, 사회적 책임)가 자아통합감(삶에 대한 태도, 현재 생활 만족, 과거의 수용, 노령의 수용)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 지역에 거주하는 60대 이상 노인 320명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 주성분 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석 및 T-test, ANOVA, 회귀분석 등을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 자원봉사 활동 만족도가 자아통합감에 미치는 영향에서 개인적 성취가 자아통합감에 정(+)적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 자원봉사활동 만족도와 자아통합감 간 자기효능감의 조절효과는 삶에 대한 태도와 현재 생활 만족에 유의한 결과를 보였으나 자원봉사활동 만족도와 과거의 수용 및 노령의 수용 간의 영향관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 자원봉사활동 만족도, 자기효능감 및 자아통합감은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 개인, 상황, 대인관계변수 중심으로 (Factors to Affect Turnover Intention of Nurse: Focusing on Personal, Situational and Interpersonal Relation Variables)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to figure out influences of supervisor's and colleague's supports, nursing work environment, ego-resilience, organizational commitment and burnout on turnover intention of nurses working in general hospitals. Methods: The data were collected from 379 nurses working in general hospitals with more than 500 beds in S city from July 1 to August 31, 2012. The collected data were analyzed with independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Hierarchial regression analysis by using SPSS 19.0. Results: In case the subject was young, with work experience of 1~5 years, single, female and position of general nurse, turnover intention was statistically significantly higher. Turnover intention, supervisor's support, nursing work environment, organizational commitment and ego-resilience showed significantly negative correlations, but burnout showed significantly positive correlations. In case of controlling general characteristics, higher correlational variables with turnover intention accounted for 30.2%. Conclusion: In order to reduce turnover intention of general nurses who showed higher intention with 1~5 years' work experience, situational variables such as organizational commitment and nursing work environment and interpersonal relation variables such as supervisor's support as well as personal variables such as ego-resilience should all be considered.

유아교사의 행복감이 자아탄력성과 직무열의에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers' Happiness on Ego Resilience and Job Engagement)

  • 본 논문은 유아교사의 행복감이 자아탄력성과 직무열의에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 K와 D지역에 소재한 유아교육기관에 근무하는 유아교사 243명이다. 연구 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아 교사의 행복감, 자아탄력성, 직무열의의 수준은 모두 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 행복감, 자아탄력성, 직무열의 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아탄력성에 대한 행복감의 설명력은 18%였으며, 자아탄력성의 하위요인인 자아수용이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아교사의 직무열의에 대한 행복감의 설명력은 활력 23%인 것으로 나타났으며, 직무열의 활력의 하위요인인 자아수용, 긍정적 대인관계, 환경에 대한 지배력 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 유아교사의 전념에 대한 행복감 요인들의 설명력은 17%로 나타났고, 자아수용, 긍정적 대인 관계가 교사의 전념에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 유아교사의 몰두에 대한 행복감 요인들의 설명력은 14%로 나타났고, 교사의 행복감 요인 중에서는 자아수용이 교사의 몰두에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 질 높은 유아교육의 보장과 유아들의 행복을 위해서는 우선 무엇보다 유아교사의 행복감이 증진되어야하며, 이는 나아가 자아탄력성과 직무열의의 향상을 위한 긍정적인 요인이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

간호·보건계열 대학생의 성격유형, 자아탄력성 및 대학생활적응 (Personal types, Ego-resilience, and College Adaptation in Nursing and Health Care related Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호 보건계열 1, 2학년 대학생 623명을 대상으로 성격유형과 자아탄력성 정도를 알아보고, 대학생활적응 정도에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2014년 10월 7일부터 10월 23일까지 진행하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's 검증, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 자아탄력성과 대학생활적응 정도는 통계적으로 의미가 있었으며 4유형과 5유형에서 자아탄력성과 대학생활적응 정도 모두 가장 낮았다. 대학생활적응 정도와 자아탄력성과는 순상관관계가 있었으며, 대학생활적응 정도에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 요인은 낙관적 태도였으며 그 외 영향요인은 자신감, 감정조절, 성적이었고, 총 61.6%의 설명력을 보였다. 개인의 성격유형이 자아탄력성과 대학생활적응 정도에 영향을 주므로, 개인의 성격유형에 따른 긍정적태도와 자신감, 감정조절 등을 강화하여 건강한 측면의 성격이 유지되게 함으로써 자아탄력성을 높이고, 일정한 학교 성적을 유지할 수 있게 지도한다면 대학생의 대학생활적응력도 높아질 것이다.
