In this paper we investigate the minimum permanents and minimizing matrices on the faces $\omega(D)$ of $\omega_n$ for two fully indecomposable (0, 1) matrices D which are slight changes of both a convertible matrix and the matrix with zero trace.

We study the permanent set of the prime Boolean matrices in the semigroup of Boolean matrices. We define a class $M_n$ of prime matrices, and find all the possible permanents of the elements in $M_n$.

We consider permanent function on the faces of the polytope of certain doubly stochastic matrices, whose nonzero entries coincide with those of fully indecomposable square (0, 1)-matrices containing identity submatrix. We determine the minimum permanents and minimizing matrices on the given faces of the polytope using the contraction method.

For positive integers $\kappa$ and p$\geq$3, let(equation omitted) where $J_{p}$ is the p${\times}$p matrix whose entries are all 1. Then, we determine the minimum permanents and minimizing matrices over (1) the face of $\Omega$(D) and (2) the face of $\Omega$($D^{*}$), where (equation omitted).

Evaluation of permanents of some(0,1) circulants is known to be of major importance for designers of certain speech scrambling systems. In this paper we gicve a lower bound for the number of scaram-bling patterns we deal with by minimizing the permanent function over some matrix polyhedra.

This project aims to provide information on organizations and characteristics of Korean designer fashion industry in order to improve employment environment in fashion designer brands. This study utilizes the questionnaires and interviews with designers or human resources managers in Korean designer brands for forms, size and way of employment. The result shows that firstly, the size of employment in fashion designer brands is almost operated by small-scale human resources. Secondly, It is researched that they recruit less than 10 temporary employees per a brand on average as a problem. Thirdly, there are differences in business according to forms of employment. As researched, permanent employees usually conduct in design, products plan and production management, but, temporary employees conduct as a business assistant and salespeople. Fourthly, it is revealed that average salaries for permanents in fashion designer brands are between 1,510,000 and 2,000,000 won as the most people said. Moreover, the average salaries for temporaries are similar with permanents' as between 1,170,000 and 1,500,000 won. In fifth, in terms of the ways for recruitment, the proportion of job seekers who find a job by nonscheduled admission and special employment is larger than other ways. Finally, as a result of a research on an employment contract, employees have written the employment contract with the brands.

The permanent function on certain faces of the polytope of doubly stochastic matrices are studied. These faces are shown to be barycentric, and the minimum values of permanent are determined.

A square matrix A with $per A \neq 0$ is called convertible if there exists a {1, -1} matrix H such that $per A = det(H \circ A)$ where $H \circ A$ denote the Hadamard product of H and A. In this paper, ranks of convertible {0, 1} matrices are investigated and the existence of maximal convertible matrices with its rank r for each integer r with $\left\lceil \frac{n}{2} \right\rceil \leq r \leq n$ is proved.
