In this paper it is shown that Dunford-Pettis operators obey the "Pettis-divisor property": if T is a Dunford-Pettis operator from $L_1$($\mu$) to a Banach space X, then there is a non-Pettis representable operator S : $L_1$($\mu$)longrightarrow$L_1$($\mu$) such that To S is Pettis representable.

Let f be a diffeomorphism of a closed n-dimensional smooth manifold. In this paper, we introduce the notion of $C^1$-stably periodic shadowing property for a closed f-invariant set, and prove that for a transitive set ${\Lambda}$, if f has the $C^1$-stably periodic shadowing property on ${\Lambda}$, then ${\Lambda}$ admits a dominated splitting.

In this paper we deal with some shadowing properties of discrete dynamical systems on a compact metric space via the density of subdynamical systems. Let $f:X{\rightarrow}X$ be a continuous map of a compact metric space X and A be an f-invariant dense subspace of X. We show that if $f{\mid}_A:A{\rightarrow}A$ has the periodic shadowing property, then f has the periodic shadowing property. Also, we show that f has the finite average shadowing property if and only if $f{\mid}_A$ has the finite average shadowing property.

In this paper, the notion of two-sided limit shadowing property is considered for a positively expansive open map. More precisely, let f be a positively expansive open map of a compact metric space X. It is proved that if f is topologically mixing, then it has the two-sided limit shadowing property. As a corollary, we have that if X is connected, then the notions of the two-sided limit shadowing property and the average-shadowing property are equivalent.

In this paper, we introduce the notions of expansiveness, shadowing property and topological stability for group actions on metric spaces and give a version of Walters's stability theorem for group actions on locally compact metric spaces. Moreover, we show that if G is a finitely generated virtually nilpotent group and there exists g ∈ G such that if Tg is expansive and has the shadowing property, then T is topologically stable.

In this paper we investigate some properties concerning the set of shadowable points for homeomorphisms. Then we show that the almost shadowing property is preserved by a topological conjugacy between homeomorphisms. Also, we give an example to illustrate our results.

In this paper, first of all we prove a fixed point theorem for 𝜓_∫𝜑-weakly contractive mapping. Next, we prove some common fixed point theorems for a pair of weakly compatible self maps along with E.A. property and (CLR) property. An example is also given to support our results.

It is well known that every invariant harmonic function on the unit ball of the multi-dimensional complex space has the volume version of the invariant mean value property. In 1993 Ahern, Flores and Rudin first observed that the validity of the converse depends on the dimension of the underlying complex space. Later Lie and Shi obtained the analogues on the unit ball of multi-dimensional real space. In this paper we obtain the half-space analogues of the results of Liu and Shi.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of ω-expansive of random map on compact metric spaces 𝓟. Also we introduce the definitions of positively, negatively shadowing property and shadowing property for two-sided RDS. Then we show that if 𝜑 is ω-expansive and has the shadowing property for ω, then 𝜑 is topologically stable for ω.

In this paper we examine cultural properties of the North Korea from 'the law of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on Protection of Cultural Property". This law was adopted the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of DPR of Korea in 1994. For our study, some other laws or rules established after the end of Japanese colonial occupation (1910-1945) in North Korea were examined. The policy on protection and conservation of cultural property in North Korea seems to have taken place a relatively rapid. The purpose of this law is to carry out the policy with a view to contributing to establishment of strict system and order for protection and management of cultural property, to their preservation in original state, to their proper inheritance and development, and to enhancement of national pride and confidence among the people. This law consists of 6 chapters (52 articles): (1) Fundamentals of the law on protection of cultural property, (2) Archaeological excavation and collection of cultural relics, (3) Evaluation and registration of cultural property, (4) Preservation and management of cultural property, (5) Restoration of cultural property, and (6) Guidance and control of cultural property protection. Nevertheless, it is difficult to find the evidence of efforts to exploit the cultural properties from an academic point of view in North Korea since the late 1980s.
