  • Research on the introduction aspect of research has focused on the direction, performance expectations, costs, regulations, and risks of RPA introduction. Future research in terms of introduction has shown that in addition to organizational research, technical and environmental research needs to be activated. The application case studies have been conducted on actual entities, application tasks and application occupations. Future research on application case aspects seems to require research on RPA technical post-use performance for actual companies, application tasks, and applied jobs. The study of market analysis aspects has shown that the formation stage of the market and the prediction of future markets. Future research will be possible in connection with AI and the Fourth Industrial Revolution to study how future markets will develop. The acceptance aspect of research can be said to be a relatively poor field of research compared to other subjects. If research on acceptance aspects is further activated in the future, it will contribute to the development of new technology acceptance theory and suggest implications for RPA introduction, RPA application, and RPA market revitalization.

This study investigated 28 empirical research based on the deterrence theory with sanction certainty, severity and celerity. The analysis with random effect model resulted in well-fitted research model as well as all of significant paths in the model. Future research can include informal deterrent factors and contextual factors as moderator variables.

  • As a result of the study, the poorest keywords were information, big data, management, policy, government, law, and smart. In addition, as a result of network analysis, related research was being conducted on topics such as data industry policy, data governance performance, defense, governance, and data public. The four topics derived through topic modeling were "DG policy," "DG platform," "DG in laws," and "DG implementation," of which research related to "DG platform" showed an increasing trend, and "DG implementation" tended to shrink. This study comprehensively summarized data governance-related studies. Data governance needs to expand research areas from various perspectives and related fields such as data management and data integration policies at the organizational level, and related technologies. In the future, we can expand the analysis targets for overseas data governance and expect follow-up studies on research directions and policy directions in industries that require data-based future industries such as Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and Metaverse.

The survey was conducted with 431 visitors who participated in the S city Eupseong Festival program. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and moderating effect analysis were performed for the analysis of the questionnaire data. As a result of the study, first, storytelling and regional cultural unity showed the highest positive correlation, and there were positive correlations between local cultural unity and brand assets, and between storytelling and brand assets. Second, as a result of the moderating effect analysis, regional cultural unity moderated the link between storytelling and brand assets. • This study divided employee performance factors into individual, organizational, and institutional factors, and empirically analyzed their relationship with performance evaluation results. Based on the final 417 samples, the results using the SPSS and AMOS are summarized as follows. Among the performance factors, job satisfaction and a fair performance system showed a significant positive (+) relationship with the individual performance evaluation results, and it was difficult to find a clear correlation with stable interpersonal relationships. Job satisfaction (β= 0.432, t= 7.375***) had the greatest impact, followed by a fair performance system (β= 0.127, t= 2.406*). This can be said to be the case where the cause of performance is satisfaction with the job and the recognition that the organization's performance system is fair. However, it was found that stable interpersonal relationships, that is, interpersonal relationships that have smooth relationships with other people and are accompanied by psychological stability, are not a performance factor. Based on the empirical analysis results, a discussion on performance factors, implications of this study, and future research directions are presented.
