We proposed a method to improve KCN's problems. Proposed method adjusts neighborhood and teaming rate by fuzzy logic system. The input of fuzzy logic system used a distance and a change rate of distance. The output was used by site of neighborhood and learning rate. The rule base of fuzzy logic system was taken by using KCN simulation results. We used Anderson's Iris data to illustrate this method, and simulation results showed effect of performance.
The purpose of this study is to estimate efficiently an odor dispersion from waste treatment facility for a crematory and a neighborhood facility, then propose planning, a location of an opening or the arrangement of the trees. Hence, offer a comfortable environment for a resident. For this, first the research data about estimating odor dispersion from waste treatment facility and odor are analyzed, then research an ingredient, characteristic, a direct effect for human and a method of measurement. Second, with on-site survey, check odorimetry and the source of odor dispersion, then apply this to the boundary condition of CFD simulation. Third, analyse by the hour for the 2008 standard weather data of Cheon-an, then apply summer data that odor dispersion is active, winter data relatively slow and an annual mean velocity and wind to the simulation. Even if a crematory and neighborhood facility located on south and north from waste treatment facility are at the low rate, the south and north wind will be applied to the simulation. Fourth, with CFD simulation result, predict an odor dispersion, then propose a solution which is considered an odor dispersion, a location of an opening and the arrangement of the trees. Consequently, this study will have an effect on an environment of a resident.
The Schlo'gl model with the first order transition for a photochemical reaction is considered to study the dynamic behaviors in the neighborhood of the Gaussian white noise by obtaining the explicit results of the time-dependent variance and time correlation function with the aid of approximate methods based on the stationary properties of the system. Then, we discuss the effect of external noise strength on the stability of the model at steady states in detail.
The method for the Schlo"gl model with the first order transition is extended to the Scho;gl model with the second order transition for a photochemical reaction. We obtain the explicit results of the time-dependent average and the time correlation function at the unstable steady state of the model in the neighborhood of the Gaussian white noise and then discuss the effect of noise on the dynamic properties.
Purpose: Recent emergence of diverse businesses in the distribution industry has led small and medium-sized retailers and their distribution logistics centers to face difficulties. Transactions between companies are connected within a supply chain, and the companies have relationships in the form of a supplier and a buyer. Therefore, it is important to identify causes of problems among companies through supply chain and strategic partnerships, thus developing optimal management plans and maximizing performances of companies. This study proposes that sustainable supply chain management consists of product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality based on stakeholder theory and resource-based view. This study examined the impacts of sustainable chain management factors on satisfaction and win-win cooperation. Research design, data, and methodology: In the proposed model, satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between sustainable chain management and win-win cooperation. The data were collected from 245 owners who use small and medium-sized distribution logistics center and analyzed using 2SLS (two-stage least square) with SPSS 28.0. Exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to assess the validity and reliability of constructs. Results: The findings are as follows. In the case of the total and Nadeulgage samples, product, price, and distribution quality had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, but in the case of Neighborhood super, product and price quality have a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on win-win cooperation in the overall, Nadeulgage, and Neighborhood super. Satisfaction plays a partial or full mediating role in the case of total, Nadeulgage, Neighborhood super. Conclusions: This study emphasized the need for sustainable supply chain management of small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers by examining the relationship between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. It was found that store satisfaction plays an important role in the win-win cooperation between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. Small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers can maximize product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality by understanding the effect of chain store-related satisfaction and win-win cooperation on chain stores.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of environmental perception in neighborhood parks on user's recognition of health improvement. This study used objective field survey data and subjective user survey data at 8 neighborhood parks in Changwon City. According to the results, the perceptions of distance and street environment from home to park were evaluated highly but the perception of water spaces and various attractions within the parks were rated lowly in most of parks. As a result of factor analysis, 23 environmental perception variables were classified into 6 factors such as scenery, comfort, accessibility, activity, convenience and amenity. For the result of regression analysis between environmental perceptions and user's recognition of health improvement based on 6 factors, the recognition of physical health improvement was significantly influenced from environmental perception factors in 4 parks among 8 parks. 'Accessibility' and 'activity' were analyzed as the meaningful factors in 3 parks. Also, recognition of mental health improvement was significantly influenced from environmental perception factors in 5 parks among 8 parks and especially 'accessibility' was showed as the significant factor in 4 parks. The findings from this study can contribute to improve the physical environments of the present parks and can be a basic data for new park development.
The purpose of this study were to examine the effects of neighborhood and mass media experience on the prosocial behavior of children and to verify the mediating effect of empathy. For this purpose, 419 5th and 6th elementary students living in Chungbuk area were included in this study. The data were analysed using SPSS and the main results of this study are as follows: First, the levels of positive mass media experience, empathy, and prosocial behavior were significantly higher in girls than boys and children who perceive their economic status as high showed higher satisfaction on their community environment, empathy, and prosocial behavior than the others. Also, neighborhood and mass media experience had significant effects on the empathy and prosocial behavior of children. Especially positive mass media experience was the most powerful predictor of empathy and prosocial behavior. Finally, the satisfaction of their community and the positive mass media experience had direct effects on the prosocial behavior of children and had indirect effects through empathy. That is, the partial mediating effects of empathy were verified. Based on the results, several practical intervention strategies for improving empathy and prosocial behavior of children were presented.
This study measured PM10 concentrations and wind speeds in buffer green spaces and neighborhood parks located along the road, and compared them with roadside measurementresults to understand the effect of mitigating PM10 concentrations by type of green space and the influence of wind speeds on it. As a result of the analysis, the effect of mitigating PM10 concentration was different depending on the type of roadside green space, and an increase in wind speed had a significant effect on reducing PM10 concentration. In buffer green areas with high planting density, wind speed was low and PM10 stagnated inside, resulting in the highest concentration. On the other hand, green areas in neighborhood parks with relatively low planting density had high wind speeds and the lowest PM10 concentration. The non-green area within the neighborhood park recorded the highest wind speed, which was advantageous for the spread of PM10, but the concentration was higherthan that of the green area. Therefore, in orderto reduce PM10 concentration in roadside green space, it is necessary to create green space with good ventilation, and the combined effect of green space and wind speed seems to be more advantageous in reducing PM10 concentration. Green spaces capture and remove PM inside, contributing to reducing the concentration of PM outside. In order to manage PM in the entire city and on roads, it is necessary to increase planting density and leaf area in roadside green spaces, such as buffer green spaces, so that PM can be removed within the green spaces. However, in green spaces such as neighborhood parks that are actively used by city residents, in orderto minimize damage to users due to PM, it is desirable to create green spaces with a structure that allows PM to spread to the outside rather than stagnate inside.

As the telecommunication lines bring into widespread use, one of the most important aspects related to power distribution systems is effectively to evaluate the effect on the telecommunication lines from power lines. One of the efficient methods to evaluate the effect is to measure the induced voltage of a telecommunication line as a result of a ground-loop. If the power lines cause high induced voltage, the ground reference in the telecommunication lines is no longer a stable potential, so signals may ride on the noise. A ground loop is common wiring conditions where a ground current may take more than one path to return to the grounding electrode at the arrangement between the power lines and telecommunication lines. When a multi-path connection between the power lines and telecommunication line circuits exists, the resulting arrangement is known as a ground loop. Whenever a ground loop exists, there are potential for damages or abnormal operations of the telecommunication lines. The power lines can induce the voltage on the communication line. The effects can be calculated by considering the inductances and capacitances. However, if we assume that there are only power lines, it doesn't have a practical meaning because there are conductors with other purpose in the neighborhood of the lines. If we consider that case, we need more complex system. Therefore we suggest more complex system considering the conductors with other purpose in the neighborhood of the lines. The neutral wires and the overhead ground wires are considered for calculating the induced voltage. We assume that there are the messenger wires beside the power line as a result of increased use of them. The main purpose of this paper is a study on a shielding effect of messenger wires in the distribution lines. EMTP(Electro-Magnetic Transients Program) program is used for the induced voltage calculation.
