K. and Korea. The hierarchical multiple regression analyses revealed that perceptions of family-friendliness of organizational culture were positively related to employees' job and family life satisfaction. It was also found that perceived family-friendliness of organizational culture and national context significantly predicted employees' job-family life satisfaction. The implications of study results were discussed.
The main objective of this study was to examine the effects of family-friendly culture in various organizations in the private sectors on employee self-reported work-family balance and qualities of lives. It also attempted to clarify whether employee perceived work-family culture would vary according to size and type of organization, gender, and dual career partnership. The data came from 365 married full-time workers employed in a wide variety of organizations located in Seoul and GyeongGi-Do. The major findings of this study were as follows: Work-family culture was perceived more family-friendly in large-sized organizations and consumer industries. Female employees and workers in dual-career partnerships perceived the work-family culture of their organizations less family-friendly. The hierarchical multiple regression analyses revealed that firm size, supervisory support for employees' family activities, and the perception of negative career development opportunities as a consequence of utilizing family-friendly policies significantly predicted employees' work-family balance and qualities of lives, while organizational time demands having no significant effects on them. The implications of study results were discussed.
This study examined the impact of job demand and organizational culture on new task difficulties, burnout, and job satisfaction using a survey data of 145 family specialists in Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support during the COVID-19 pandemic. We used the job demand-resources model and the competing values model to categorize the four dimensions of organizational culture as a conceptual framework for this study. We found that the mean of work overload was higher than the means of job conflict and job ambiguity. Our latent profile analysis proposed four profiles of organizational culture: cultural absence type, authoritative culture type, middle cultural balance type, and high cultural balance type. The results of multiple regression analyses showed that work overload was positively associated with difficulties in new task performance and burnout, job ambiguity was positively related to burnout, and job conflict and ambiguity were negatively related to job satisfaction. These findings imply that the higher the job demands reported by family specialists, the higher the level of burnout and the lower the job satisfaction. In addition, organizational culture was a unique predictor of burnout and lower level of job satisfaction. Family specialists in the groups with a high cultural balance were Family specialists in the groups with a high cultural balance were more likely to have lower levels of burnout than those in the culture absence and in the middle culture balance, and higher job satisfaction than the other groups. The results suggest that management strategies to build a creative workplace culture can prevent burnout and improve job satisfaction.

The two groups took the KSD (Kinetic School Draw), while the experimental group received a fine art cure program (40 minutes, once a week, 10 times in total). After the program, the KSD was given again to both groups. To prove the effects of this study, the picture projection test KSD was given before and after the experiment. For comparison and analysis, the changes in each individual's attitude, behavior, responses, and emotions were observed and recorded. Results. The fine art treatment program had some effects on the psychological rest of the elementary school children from multiple-culture families. In the pretest before the art cure program, the subjects shrank and cared a lot about others. According to the progress of the program, however, their worries and anxiety began to be gone. They had confidence through mental ease and self-respect. Therefore, the fine art cure program had a positive effect on the improvement of self-respect and sociality of multiple-culture family kids. Their school life was influenced by the newly-attained confidence, achievement, and peer relationship. Conclusions. This research is of some significance in that the fine art cure program was held to reveal its effects on the school life adjustment of the elementary school kids from multiple-culture families, especially because worries grow about the possibility of their maladjustment in the era of multiple-culture families. In addition, this program is expected to give some basic information about the development of programs to make friendly relations and smooth communication among the multiple-culture parents and teachers as well.

Questionnaires were distributed to the 200 housewives residing in Anseong. The 187 data obtained were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, F-test, Duncan’s multiple range test and correlation. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows. (1) There were significant differences on the satisfaction of sports leisure, culture center leisure and music and play leisure among the rural housewives according to the social demographic variables. Canonical correlation analysis is used to achieve the purpose of this study. This technique enables the researcher to test for the effects of a set of predictor variables upon a multidimensional measure of dining satisfaction in family restaurant. Results suggest that multiple determinants are important in determining dining satisfaction in family restaurant. No one determinant can fully explain its complexities. The four determinants also appear to vary in terms of importance. Individual variables within four determinants also appear to vary in terms of importance. The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of family related factors (mothers' self-esteem, mothers' parenting stress, mothers' marital satisfaction, fathers' parenting involvement, and social support) on mothers' postpartum depression. The subjects were 797 households that were extracted from the $1^{st}$ wave of the Panel Study of Korean Children (PSKC). The study variables were measured using the survey questionnaires, and analyses of Pearson's correlation and multiple regression were conducted. Results showed that family related factors significantly predicted mothers' postpartum depression. Moreover, the most significant predictor was mothers' parenting stress, followed by marital satisfaction, self-esteem, fathers' parenting involvement, and social support. Study findings indicate that mothers' postpartum depression is attributed to not only personal but also family related factors. Our results suggest importance of parent education and family support along with social support.

Objectives: With increasing concerns for the rapidly growing minority population in South Korea, this literature review addressed a range of mental health risks among multiethnic youths (MY) in South Korea by 1) comparing mental health outcomes with those of native-born youths and 2) identifying multiple layers of relevant environmental factors, from family and school relationships to culture. Methods: We reviewed 54 studies that fulfilled specific inclusion criteria. Results: Multiple common risk/protective factors, including family separation, family relationship quality, parental socioeconomic and mental health status, social relationships at school, and cultural acceptance, were noted. Conclusion: In general, empirical evidence indicates that minority youths have relatively heightened risks for emotional and behavioral problems. Future studies must elucidate the complex interplay between multiple risk and protective factors and the long-term adaptation and mental health service utilization of MY.
