With the aim of preventing safety accidents at construction sites, the company aims to create safe behaviors intended through variables called smart safety and health activities to help reduce industrial accidents. Purpose: It analyzes how smart safety and health activities affect accidents caused by unsafe behavior and changes in worker behavior, which is the root cause, and verifies the hypothesis that it helps prevent safety accidents and protect workers' lives. Method: Smart safety and health activities were selected as independent variables (X), and intended safety and anxiety, which are workers' behavioral intentions, were set as dependent variables (Y), attitude and subjective norms, and planned behavioral control as parameters (M). Exploratory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, and intensive validity analysis of safety and health activities were used to analyze the scale's reliability and validity. To verify the hypothesis of behavior change, the study was verified through Bayesian model analysis and MC simulation's probability density distribution. Result: It was found that workers who experienced smart safety and health activities at construction sites had the highest analysis of reducing unstable behavior and performing intended safety behavior. The research hypothesis that this will affect changes in worker behavior has been proven, the correlation between variables has been verified in the structural equation and path analysis of the research analysis, and it has been confirmed that smart safety and health activities can control and reduce worker instability. Conclusion: Smart safety and health activities are a very important item to prevent accidents and change workers' behavior at construction sites.
Early morning delivery possesses distinct characteristics that differentiate it from standard delivery services. This service typically involves delivering products to customers during the early morning hours, primarily before 7 AM. While online early morning delivery offers various advantages from a customer perspective, it also presents challenges that sellers and online shopping companies need to overcome. The early morning delivery market is experiencing significant growth in the online food retail sector, incorporating both PC-based online shopping and mobile shopping. The objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction and the intention to reuse in the context of early morning delivery for online shopping. To model the online shopping environment with early morning delivery, independent factors were categorized into three types: System Properties, Product Characteristics, and Delivery Characteristics. This study examined the relationships among these three independent factors, the mediating factor of customer satisfaction, and the dependent variable of the intention to reuse. To conduct this research, empirical validation of the research hypotheses was carried out using the final dataset for analysis. Within this study, the previously explored System Properties, Product Characteristics, and Delivery Characteristics were established. Summarizing the findings of the analysis, it was discovered that System Properties and Product Characteristics played a significant role in determining the quality of early morning delivery services for online shopping. While product diversity and convenience had a positive impact, it is noteworthy that Delivery Characteristics did not influence customer satisfaction. Consequently, it can be concluded that there is no effect on the intention to reuse.
This study is a study to develop a model for measurement and processing of experience data, which is emerging as a core value in quality management of medical services. In the theoretical background, a literature study was conducted on the importance of experience in medical service, measurement and processing of experience data, and realization of patient-centeredness. Based on these literature and theoretical background research results, operational definitions were performed for the following four research variables, and statistical tests were conducted. Hypothesis 1 is the effect of measuring experience data from the perspective of three factors on persona modeling, Hypothesis 2 is the effect of persona modeling on service blueprint visualization, Hypothesis 3 is the effect of service blueprint visualization on realization of patient-centeredness, and Hypothesis 4 is persona modeling This is the effect that modeling has on the realization of patient-centeredness. After data-based testing of factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, all four hypotheses were adopted as a result of verification using regression analysis. In conclusion, in an era where it is difficult to recognize the value of having only good medical staff and medical equipment in hospitals, it was possible to grasp the meaning that what kind of medical service experience is continuously obtained is more important to patients than the effectiveness of medical staff and medical equipment. In the era of the service economy, the core of hospital service competitiveness is providing attractive experiences, which is the real strength of hospitals, so the measurement and processing of experience data, which is the subject of this study, will have an important meaning in realizing patient-centeredness and realizing smart hospitals.

Although the construction industry is changing from a 2D-based to a 3D BIM-based management process, 2D drawings are still used as standards for permits and construction. For this reason, 2D deliverables extracted from 3D BIM are one of the essential achievements of BIM projects. However, due to technical and institutional problems that exist in practice, the process of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM requires additional work beyond generating 3D BIM models. In addition, the consistency of data between 3D BIM models and 2D deliverables is low, which is a major factor hindering work productivity in practice. To solve this problem, it is necessary to build BIM data that meets information requirements (IRs) for extracting 2D deliverables to minimize the amount of work of users and maximize the utilization of BIM data. However, despite this, the additional work that occurs in the BIM process for drawing creation is still a burden on BIM users. To solve this problem, the purpose of this study is to increase the productivity of the BIM process by automating the process of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM and securing data consistency between the BIM model and 2D deliverables. For this, an expert interview was conducted, and the requirements for automation of the process of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM were analyzed. Based on the requirements, the types of drawings and drawing expression elements that require automation of drawing generation in the design development stage were derived. Finally, the method for developing automation technology targeting elements that require automation was classified and analyzed, and the process for automatically extracting BIM-based 2D deliverables through templates and rule-based automation modules were derived. At this time, the automation module was developed as an add-on to Revit software, a representative BIM authoring tool, and 120 rule-based automation rulesets, and the combinations of these rulesets were used to automatically generate 2D deliverables from BIM. Through this, it was possible to automatically create about 80% of drawing expression elements, and it was possible to simplify the user's work process compared to the existing work. Through the automation process proposed in this study, it is expected that the productivity of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM will increase, thereby increasing the practical value of BIM utilization.
The purpose of this study is to understand direct and indirect impact and the paths of community participation and social capital, which affect improvement of single mother's community participation factors, social capital, and empowerment. To accomplish this purpose structural relationships between single mother's community participation factors, social capital and empowerment have been analyzed. For the analysis 420 single mothers, who had participated various types of communities, were surveyed and structural equation modeling had been used and optical theory structure model(χ2=86.851, df=28, GFI=.958, CFI=.944), which explains the structural relationship among the factors, had been chosen. From the result, first, there was differences between empowerment and community participation levels, which is single mothers' community participation factors, of the impact on social capital and empowerment. Empowerment level of community, which was mediated by community participation level and social capital, affected empowerment, in the other hand, community participation level affected empowerment more directly than the impact of social capital. Second, single mothers' community participation factor affected more improvement of empowerment when it mediated by the accumulation of social capital. Third, single mothers' social capital directly affected the most improvement of empowerment. Based on the fact the implications of the study were presented.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the personal characteristics of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SMEs) CEOs, on innovation behavior and corporate innovation performance, and to verify the mediating role of innovation behavior. To verify the hypothesis of this study, a questionnaire was conducted on 264 CEOs and 563 top managements of SMEs in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For the analysis of the investigated data, the research model and hypothesis were verified through correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and SEM using SPSS and AMOS. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that extroversion, the personal characteristics of SMEs CEOs, had a positive (+) effect on innovation behavior, and second, openness to experience, the personal characteristics, also had a positive (+) effect on innovation behavior. Third, it was analyzed that the influence of innovation behavior on the innovation performance of a company had a positive (+) effect. Fourth, it was found that innovation behavior had full mediation effects in the relationship between extroversion and corporate innovation performance, but the case of openness to experience was not significant. Finally, the significance, implications, and limitations of the study were described, and suggestions for further study were presented.
This study attempted to investigate how the transformational leadership perceived by flowers of telemarketing organizations. In particular, this study explored the moderating effect of followership in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. To verify the research model, 321 surveys collected from 10 domestic call centers were analyzed. Reliability, correlation, factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed, and as a result of the analysis, it was found that the transformational leadership in the telemarketing organizations had a positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, it was confirmed that goal consistency, proactive participation, critical thinking, and team spirit, which are the four sub-variables of followership, all have a positive (+) effect on organizational performance, and both goal consistency and proactive participation moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. Considering the special working environment of telemarketing organizations, the results of this study suggest the need for a corporate educational role to increase transformational leadership and followership and the need to build environments by setting up an atmosphere for members to exercise follow-up, and opening up communication structures for members to follow.

As global growth has gradually declined, the Customer to Customer (C2C) market has expanded. And the growth potential of the C2C market is getting higher than in the past. Therefore, in this study, we examined what factors affect the price of used products within the C2C market. In order to examine the factors, we used data provided by Kaggle, which is a data science platform, and Mercari, Japan's largest C2C community marketplace platform. In research methods, the characteristics of the products were selected such as product categories, product status, shipping costs, product brands, and the data were analyzed using a linear mixing model to predict the price of C2C used goods. As a result, the variable that most affected the price was the shipping cost. When the seller paid for the shipping cost, the price would drop more than if the buyer had to pay. This study has been shown that the shipping costs is also an important factor in the used market, which can provide practical implications for customers of real transactions.
It is very important to predict the amount of settlement in order to maintain the function of the coastal structure. Finite element analysis methods and real and model experiments are used as methods for this, but this has the disadvantage of requiring a lot of cost and time. Therefore, this study was conducted for the purpose of a simple formula proposal that can easily predict the amount of settlement of the caisson-type quay wall structure. In the research process, after calculating the PSI (Power Spectrum Intensity) of the velocity, the amount of settlement of the structure is calculated by substituting it into the simple formula of the existing gravity breakwater. By comparing and analyzing the amount of settlement of the structure obtained through numerical analysis, it was confirmed that the error between the amount of settlement of the existing simple formula and the amount of settlement of the numerical analysis was large, and it was confirmed that the background could not be considered in the case of the existing simple formula. Therefore, this study proposed a correction factor for the background of the quay wall structure, indicating a simple formula that can obtain the amount of settlement of the caisson-type quay wall structure. Compared to the numerical analysis settlement amount, it was judged that this simple formula had sufficient precision in calculating the caisson-type quay wall settlement amount. In addition, facilities vulnerable to earthquake resistance can be easily extracted in situations where time and cost are insufficient, and it is expected to be used as a screening technique.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-determination motivation of high school students on exercise satisfaction and exercise continuation intention. To this end, as of March 2022, an online questionnaire was distributed to 440 male students attending high schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and they were asked to fill out the questionnaire through self-assessment. 346 copies were selected as a valid sample, excluding 94 copies of insincere responses such as responses of the same pattern and incomplete responses. For data processing, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 18.0 statistical programs, and the following results were derived through structural equation model analysis to identify the structural relationship between factors. First, among self-determination motivation factors, competence and relatedness had a positive (+) effect on exercise satisfaction, but autonomy had a negative (-) effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, there was no relationship between self-determination motivation and exercise continuation intention in high school students. Third, it was found that the relationship between exercise satisfaction and exercise continuation intention had a positive (+) effect.
