Recently, all kind of 21C-typed electronic goods show the tendency of hightechnology and digital convergence rapidly. Also, failure mechanism which differs from original goods concept presents. Today, failure mechanism which differs from one that was happened by restricted harmful environment material before adapted the raw of environment material is changing the paradigm of reliability engineering. Thus, when applied the environment matter of original and secondary material at the electronic goods were removed, reliability assessment method and prediction stay into low level. This study suggests as solution to overcome these phenomenon. The study on the management method of environmental restriction substances which is recognized as important element in the reliability assessment about environment material of electronic goods and the study on reliability assessment method of PWB without environment material are progressed.

Ecological communities adapt the concept of informatics in the late 20 century and develop rapidly in the early 21 century to form Ecoinformatics as the new approach of ecological research. The new approach takes into account the data-intensive nature of ecology, the precious information content of ecological data, and the growing capacity of computational technology to leverage complex data as well as the critical need for informing sustainable management of complex ecosystems. It comprehends techniques for data management, data analysis, synthesis, and forecasting on ecological research. The present paper attempts to review the development history, studies and application cases of ecoinformatics in ecological research especially on Long Term Ecological Research (LTER). From the applications show that the ecoinformatics approach and management system have formed a new paradigm in ecological research.

As environmental damage increase by a highly developed material civilization of today, many companies take a growing immensely interest in the influence of environment for beginning a new paradigm year by year. Industrial processes and operations can not be accomplished independently but are connected with each others through suppliers and customer, and these ideas are fundamental notions of Life Cycle Assessment(LCA). This paper will introduce Life Cycle Assessment(LCA) n environment which is rising, and would like to build environmental management system using approach of Quality Function Development(QFD) and Safety Function Development(SFD) belonging to the assessment method.

Smart Manufacturing Factory is a paradigm of the future lead to the fourth industrial revolution that led Germany and the United States. Now the automation of the production facility and won a certain degree, and through the process of integrating the entire process, including planning, design, distribution of information and communication technology products in emerging as a core competitiveness of the national economy. In particular, the company accelerated the smart factory building in order to improve the manufacturing industry, cost savings and productivity simply to incorporate internet of things(IoT),Robot, artificial intelligence, big data technology as a factory automation level of sophistication of the system and out to progress to the level that replaces human labor have. Intranet is information technology for information sharing and collaborative work in geographically dispersed organizations, and has clear potentials to combine with other information technologies such as data warehousing and knowledge management. Data warehousing make it possible that the data stored for business analysis can most effectively be accessed by separating it from the data in the operational systems, and knowledge management is the paradigm to make the enterprise realize the best value of its knowledge assets, This paper is to suggest an architecture of knowledge sharing to combine knowledge management with data warehouse under the Intranet environment for the purpose of achieving the competitive advantages through the effective decision making in the modern companies, This paper also addresses the steps to implement this architecture.

As the paradigm of fashion retail industry moves rapidly to the multi-channel, the role of shop master has changed as well. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine in-depth the changing role of shop masters in multi-channel retail paradigms. In-depth interviews were conducted, and all interviews were recorded with permission. Seven shop masters participated in in-depth interviews. All of them were sales specialists, with more than 10 years working experience, at department stores. Results of this study are as follow: First, the roles of a multi-channel shop master include store management, management of sales associates, customer relationship management, and management in relation to the headquarters and suppliers. Second, the most important competencies of shop masters are to forecast future demand, establish information networks, communicate well with others, and create a work environment resulting in higher productivity.

As South Korean population is aging and the elderly have to continue their economic activities, the problem of jobs for the elderly is coming to the fore. In particular, in the situation where traditional agriculture is preferred over strategic mechanized agriculture, due to the reality of South Korean agriculture dominated by farming by the elderly, the paradigm of South Korean agriculture should be changed into completely new one in order to have new competitiveness. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose the $6^{th}$ industry as an alternative to create jobs for the elderly. To this end, 6th industry success cases in South Korea are analyzed with a view to discovering implications applicable to other countries too.

The primary purpose of this paper is to introduce the cases of fishery co-management, particularly in Korea. In recent, the fishery co-management between the government and fishermen has been brought an important shift of paradigm in a part of Korean fishery management policy. In case of Korea fisheries area, three fisheries cooperatives(which refer to purse sein fishery, trawl fishery, stow net fishery) have a minority of co-management programs. Generally, the main method of fishery co-management programs is 'Fishery Closures' among the programs, and others are restriction of fishing gear and fishermen educations. In spite of the efforts and time consumes of Korean government and fisheries cooperatives, much to our regret that it is hard to confirm visible results in an increased amount of fisheries resources so far because of the time constraint, namely fishery co-management programs have been conducted just since two to three years before. However, what's certain is that fishery co-management programs make it possible to positively effect on both of area in fishermen and fisheries resources. Accordingly, it is necessary that Korean government and fishermen should extend the fishery co-management to other fishery areas as soon as possible we can in order to efficiently reduce administrative costs and effectively reserve fisheries resources.

Currently, the previous studies on the concept, configuration, and system regarding spacial information policies show the little progress. However, these studies only propose the basic structure system in terms of a policy theory, seeking and suggesting the basic concept to establish spacial information policies. In the shift of a new paradigm from a PC-based paradigm that began in the mid-2000s to the current smart society based on mobile devises, such as smart phones, this study thus reviewed the strategic direction of the propulsion to establish the desired future strategy for the spatial technology policy with spatial information system that can influence the future national competitiveness of Korea. The results of this study is expected to be used to analyze a variety of issues and technological changes on geospatial intelligence at the global level and to support the establishment of a road-map for policies and research & development on domestic geospatial information.
