종합병원 직원의 교육훈련 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Education Training Satisfaction of Employees in General Hospitals)

  • This study is an empirical research to identify difference of education training satisfaction by demographic variables, and to investigate the influence of education training satisfaction on the member's organizational commitment in general hospitals. As a result of ANOVA, t-test based on the data of 325 employees in 7 general hospitals in Korea, education training satisfaction has a significant difference by a construct and demographic variables. Education training satisfaction has a significant difference by a construct such as education training system, education training administration and education training practice. Education training satisfaction has a significant difference by occupation, career, scholarship. Education training satisfaction has a partly significant difference by status, age. But it has not a significant difference by sex distinction. Satisfaction of education training system and education training practice has a significantly positive relationship with organizational commitment. But Satisfaction of education training administration has a partly positive relationship with organizational commitment. By these results, the advanced education training structure needs to equipped in order to elevate management performance in general hospitals.

고등학생의 시간관리행동에 따른 교육소비만족도 및 학교생활만족도 (The Effects of the High School Students' Time Management Behavior on Satisfaction with Educational Consumption and School Life)

  • This study aims to examine the effects of high school students' time management behaviors on their satisfaction with educational consumption and school life. Three hundred seventy-six high school students in Seoul participated in this investigation. The SPSS ver. 19.0 program was adopted for the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the present study can be summarized as follows: first, the levels of time management behavior, satisfaction with educational consumption at school, and satisfaction with school life were relatively high. Second, an analysis of the relative influence on satisfaction with educational consumption revealed that the students' time management behavior was the most influential factor, followed by academic achievement. As the levels of time management behavior and academic achievement were high, the level of satisfaction with educational consumption was high. Finally, an analysis of the relative influence of satisfaction with school life also revealed that the students' time management behavior was the most influential factor, followed by academic achievement. Based on the findings, that is, the effects of high school students' time management behavior and other involved variables on their satisfaction with educational consumption and school life, a future study can present specific ways to enhance the level of satisfaction with educational consumption and school life.

차별적인 교육품질이 학생만족과 학생 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Difference Education Quality on Student Satisfaction and Student Loyalty)

  • Purpose: The paper presents research that examine relationship difference education quality, satisfaction, loyalty in university education sector. Specifically, the effects of difference education quality on student satisfaction and loyalty in the context of education quality are examined. Methods: A model of difference education quality effect on student satisfaction and loyalty is introduced and tested in the university using student perceptions of provider. Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study with SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Results: The results are as follows: Education capability, BNIE(Business Newspaper In Education) are significantly influenced on student satisfaction. In addition, student satisfaction is significantly influence on external customer satisfaction, professor image. Professor image is significantly influence on student loyalty. Conclusion: Upon learning of student need and want, professor can focus on development of difference education quality based on student need and want.

청소년의 시간관리행동과 생활만족도: 인문계고, 특성화고, 평생교육시설 학생들을 중심으로 (The Relationship between Time Management Behavior and Life Satisfaction among Students in Non-vocational High Schools, Vocational High Schools and Life-long Education Schools)

  • This study focuses on time management behavior, which differs in (1) the characteristics of schools and (2) the experience of education about time management. Also, this study examines the effect of time management behavior on life satisfaction of vocational and non-vocational high school students, and also those who attend life-long education schools. The study sample consists of 367 teen-age high school students in Seoul. The result of this study demonstrates that the experience of education about time management has a great effect on time management behavior. Students experiencing education about time management have higher scores in time management behavior than those who lack such experience. It also shows a close relationship between time management behavior and life satisfaction in non-vocational high school students and those attending life-long education schools.

아파트 거주자의 생활 및 운영관리가 주거만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Apartment Inhabitants' Life Management and Administrative Management on Housing Satisfaction)

  • This study aims to find the causal relationship between the effects of apartment inhabitants' life management and administrative management on housing satisfaction. The study results are as follows. Firstly, life management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. In other words, the better the management of public order and facilities, the higher the satisfaction of housing satisfaction. Thus, the principal agent of management needs to increase inhabitants' housing satisfaction through education and training on developing life management techniques. Secondly, administrative management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. Thus, the more accurate the completion documents and management transfer process necessary for administrative management, the higher the cost-cutting effects of accounting, construction, and service contracts, the more transparent the resident agreement process in accordance with management policies, the more transparent the election process of building representatives and resident representatives, and the higher the effects of energy saving, the higher the housing satisfaction of inhabitants. This revealed that the principal agent of management needs to increase housing satisfaction through education and training on developing administrative management techniques because the level of administrative management had a positive effect on housing satisfaction. As a result, in order to create reliability between inhabitants and the principal agents of management, the transparency of administrative management such as document disclosure must be ensured, thus improving the housing satisfaction of inhabitants.

Exploring Effects of Perceived Justice and Motivation on Satisfaction in Higher Education

  • Purpose - For many Vietnamese students, the national high school graduation examination is one of the most important exams in their lives, transitioning from high school to tertiary education. Considering that the national examination is exceptionally important for admission of higher education, failure of management system and educational inequalities lead to serious academic concerns. By using the concept of justice and motivation, the current study aimed to explore the effects of justice dimensions and motivation on student satisfaction in the context of education, specifically focusing on the national examination for higher education. Research design, data and methodology - In this regard, this study proposed a conceptual model and conducted an online survey to test relevant hypotheses. Result - The empirical findings of the study found that procedural, distributive justice, and intrinsic motivation affected the level of student satisfaction. The results found that distributive and procedural justice and intrinsic motivation showed significant on satisfaction. Conclusion - The results of this study would be useful for policymakers to make more informed choices and also suggest further programs and projects of the Vietnamese government, aiming to develop the system of university admissions in the future. This study suggests that adoption of better management system and policies will significantly affect academic satisfaction and higher education environment.

The Analysis on Causal Relationship between Business Startup Education and Entrepreneurial Intention

  • Purpose - The current study analyzes the effect of business startup education on business startup education satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention. Also, it attempts to discover if business startup confidence plays a moderating role between business startup education satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted for approximately 60 days, from July 20, 2016 to September 20, 2016, and distributed to 300 restaurant founders who started their business through business startup education provided by Korea Food Service Industry Association in Seoul, Kyungki and Incheon or existing business founders. Results - Per multiple regression analysis of business startup education and business startup education satisfaction, among business startup education, all law, entrepreneurship, commercial power analysis, and practical education have significantly positive effect. Per simple regression analysis of business startup education satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention, business startup education has significantly positive effects on entrepreneurial intention. Business startup education satisfaction and business startup confidence interaction show that they do not have a moderating role between business startup education satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention. Conclusions - Setting up theoretical reasoning, this study supports conclusions drawn by prior studies: business startup education has significantly positive effects on business startup education satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention.

기록물 사이버교육의 학습만족도 향상을 위한 영향 요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Learning Satisfaction of Records Management Cyber Education)

  • 이 연구는 국가기록원에서 개설되어 운영되고 있는 기록관리 사이버교육 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보는데 있다. 사이버교육은 입문 과정, 심화 과정, 교양 과정으로 이루어졌다. 학습만족도 주요 요인으로 '내용구성의 타당성, 교수·학습자 간 상호작용, 학습동기, 학습태도의 적극성, 이용환경의 용이성, 조직의 지원정도'를 설정하였다. 각 교육과정의 사이버교육 학습만족도에 대한 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 기록물관리 전문요원이 배치된 107개 기관을 대상으로 실시하였으며 추가적인 심층인터뷰도 실시하였다. 설문분석은 요인분석·독립표본 t검정·ANOVA분석·상관분석·다중회귀분석 등으로 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교수·학습자간 상호작용, 학습동기, 내용구성의 타당성 순으로 나타났다.

교사들의 갈등관리 유형에 따른 직무만족의 차이 (The Difference of Teachers' Job Satisfaction according to Their Conflict Management Styles)

  • This study was to investigate the difference of teachers' job satisfaction according to their conflict management styles. The result of the study showed that accommodating was most prevalent conflict management style and avoiding, compromising, competitive, collaborating styles followed. Overall teachers' job satisfaction was relatively high, but competitive style teachers' satisfaction was lowest.

Role-Play Training Factors that Positively Influence Training Satisfaction and Customer Service Orientation

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of effective role-play and training on employee education satisfaction and customer orientation. Evidence of the suggested objective is obtained by monitoring the effectiveness of hotel service training. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from 280 role-play sessions performed in a Korean Hotel and examined using a frequency analysis, reliability/validity assessments, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 19.0. Results - 1) Entrepreneurs and training instructors should enthusiastically apply service education in order to enhance each employee d evaluation in terms of customer satisfaction and customer orientation. 2) The most effective factor on customer satisfaction and orientation is the instructor's qualifications. 3) Since a higher level of education-training satisfaction leads to better customer orientation, effective education-training is essential to achieve this result. Conclusions - The study was able to obtain practical evidence that can confirm that service education-training through role-play positively affects employee customer service orientation. In future advanced research on training effects on customer orientation, various internal factors of a business should also be considered.
