To meet the high demand of the experts in the multimedia industry, many colleges opened the subject related to multimedia technology and pre-learning has been rapidly increasing among the students. However, most instructor is still appling the traditional teaching model rather than the one customized for the pre-learner of multimedia. This paper is to reveal the pre-learner's strong desire in detail and suggest the characteristics of the teaching model and teaching materials. We applied the new paradigm, constructivism and problem-based learning, which rising in the educational literature to suggest and design the lecture model to bring up the experts in the multimedia industry.

The ubiquitous technology has requested many changes both to the way of learning and to the way of convergence learning content development. However, until now most of e-Learning contents can not meet the requirements of technology convergence and are not developed from the user's perspectives. In this paper, we focus a convergence learning model that is learner-oriented structure, active use of formal and informal learning. Furthermore, examine carefully importance about task analysis, storytelling, and feedback design strategy of learning management system for e-Learning content development. In this context, this paper suggests the effective e-Learning content development method in a convergence era.

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of motivation on academic achievement and satisfaction of adult learners in an e-Learning environment, and to come up with strategies to improve the effectiveness of e-Learning for adult learners. In order to find answer, devices were developed, tested for validity and reliability, and use for testing variables for 289 adult learners. To measure the impact of achievement motivation on learning in job training, a multiple regression analysis was performed. The analysis results show that achievement motivation has an impact on academic achievement with significance level .001, but does not have an impact on a learner's satisfaction. Further analyses on the subcategories of achievement motivation show that individual-oriented motivation affects achievement with significance level of .001, while social-oriented motivation does not. From this finding, some strategies to boost individual-oriented motivation are suggested to enhance effectiveness of job training in e-Learning environment. Further strategies to boost individual-oriented motivation should be developed by studying various aspects of e-Learning such as learning environments, learning culture, learning modes and methods, and evaluation.

The appearance of web technology has accelerated a role of the development of the multimedia technology, the computer communication technology and the multimedia application contents. And serveral researches of WBI (Web-based Instruction) system have combined the technology of the digital library and LOD. Recently WBI (Web-based Instruction) model which is based on web has been proposed in the part of the new activity model of teaching-learning. And the demand of the customized coursewares which is required from the learners is increased, the needs of the efficient and automated education agents in the web-based instruction are recognized. But many education systems that had been studied recently did not service fluently the courses which learners had been wanting and could not provide the way for the learners to study the learning weakness which is observed in the continuous feedback of the course. In this paper we propose "Design of Multi-agent System for Course Scheduling of Learner-oriented using Weakness Analysis Algorithm". First proposed system monitors learner's behaviors constantly, evaluates them, and calculates his accomplishment. From this accomplishment the multi-agent schedules the suitable course for the learner. And the learner achieves a active and complete learning from the repeated and suitable course.le course.

This study was aimed at analyzing married woman learners' types of learning desire, factors of conflict and satisfaction of learning. The subjects were 165 married women who were in attendance at general graduate schools located in Busan city and Gyeongnam province. The results were as follows. Firstly, Married woman learners preferred schools of natural sciences to schools of liberal arts, and entered graduate schools mainly according to their wishes. Secondly, Their learning desire type was followed by purpose-oriented, learning-oriented, and activity-oriented types. Thirdly, internal factor in their conflict factor was higher than external factor. Lastly, positive aspect in learning satisfaction was higher than negative aspect.

This study is to examine whether elementary science textbooks in Korea and Singapore are applicable to flipped learning. By comparative study we sought to identifying appropriate features of science textbooks for learner-centered teaching. We analyzed text pages on the unit of 'Working of electricity' in Korean elementary science textbook for sixth grade and three chapters of 'Electric circuits, Using electricity, Conductors of electricity' in Singaporean elementary textbook, 'Science : My pals are here!'. We designed evaluating frameworks for science textbooks based on the four pillars of flipped learning. and applied it to 10 elementary teachers evaluate two textbooks. They evaluated textbooks with Likert Scale items and wrote detailed statements and exemplars about their choices. We analyzed the teachers' evaluative descriptions inductively and chose commonly mentioned characteristics. Based on the analysis, we got to the conclusion about specific features of two elementary science textbooks in terms of flexible environment, learning culture, intentional contents, and teachers' expertises. Implications for improving science textbooks towards flipped learning and learner-centered teaching through comparative study were discussed.

In this paper, we can easily update teaming information by using database built in web server system in implementation of a web courseware that a learner can effectively team the 'Digital Circuits' subject. Also, we offered multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and voices etc. for increasing understanding and interaction of teaming and designed and implemented a simulation-type web courseware of practice-oriented. In result, it can encourage a learner with a motive of learning and increase effects of teaming. Also, a learner can learn various contents because we can add teaming contents to database according to needs. Furthermore, it can improve understanding for teaming by offering feedback on the result. In future, we need to design and implement circuits with more complex and many functions by adding circuit with function that can store.

Until now, most Intelligent Tutoring Systems are lacking in the modularity, the extensibility of the system, and the flexibility in the dynamic environment due to the static exchanges of knowledge among modules. To overcome these flexibility in the dynamic due to the static exchanges of knowledge among modules. To overcome these problems, we will suggest, in this paper, a Distance Intelligent Tutoring Framework, called DELFOM, based on the multiagent to cope with the various and complicated learner's requests. We could make different types of learning systems by simply changing the contents of DELFOM External that is variant part of DELFOM. This framework, therefore, provides software reuse and the extensibility based on object-oriented paradigm. And we will propose two different distance learning systems using DELFOM. Therefore this framework gives the developer/the learner the effective and easy development/learning environment. DELFOM is implemented using CORBA and Java for the network transparency and platform independence.

From the learner competency-based education, the necessity of the learner-oriented education and the mutual cooperation among the leamers has been increased. An internship-based education system will achieve a progressive development in understanding and the competency for the job to be performed by the mutual interactions between the leamers and between the learners and the lecturer. This paper presents the project-based learning system in order to facilitate and achieve the goals of the industrial business processing system implementations in the ongoing popular Internet environments. In the proposed internship-based system, the lecturer presents a problem to be solved and leads the education as a supervisor.
