This study compares by gender the preference about ideal female height and body parts. Data was collected through a survey of 203 males and 236 females. The results are as follows: Males and females prefer 161~165cm as the ideal female height and 176~180cm as the ideal male height. In regards to the ideal height difference between couples, both males and females prefer males to be taller, with the head of the female at the same height as the neck of the male. Males and females prefer the shorter height than the ideal height of a fashion model and Miss Korea who got the prize from the korean beauty contest. In the case of Miss Korea, there has been a demand for tall women to participate in world beauty contests. However, this study shows that young people prefer a shorter height than the society expects. Males and females think the shoulder width is ideal when it is 2 times wider than the width of a face in regards to the preference of the ideal female body parts. There is a difference between males and females in the ideal breast size. Males prefer C-cup size while females prefer B-cup size. The ideal size of waist preferred is between 60~65cm to both males and females. The ideal shape of legs preferred to both males and females is a slightly muscular shape.

Vietnam is becoming a leading country in the consumption of Korean wave. Many Vietnamese students have visited Korea due to a significant interest in the Korean wave. This study used focus group interviews with 12 Vietnamese female students in order to examine the experience of the Korean wave acceptance (RQ1), the experience of internalization toward ideal beauty (RQ2) and differences of internalization towards ideal beauty depending on the living period in Korea (RQ3). First, the results of RQ1 showed that Vietnamese students were accepting the Korean wave through media, Korean and social interaction in their daily lives. They also have a positive attitude toward Korean cosmetics and K-pop among various content of the Korean wave. Second, four focal meanings were composed through RQ2. They were the standards of ideal beauty, the causes of ideal beauty internalization and the results of ideal beauty internalization. The results of ideal beauty internalization were separated into the perception dimension and behavior dimension. Last, the results of RQ3 found that the strength of internalization of ideal beauty can very depending on the living period in Korea. This study has academic implications in that it understands Vietnamese female students who become a member of Korean society from a sociocultural perspective. The results of this study are useful to establish practical implications for young Vietnamese consumers to build desirable aesthetic values.

Let D be an integral domain, ${\ast}$ a star-operation on D, and S a (not necessarily saturated) multiplicative subset of D. In this article, we prove the Cohen type theorem for $S-{\ast}_{\omega}$-principal ideal domains, which states that D is an $S-{\ast}_{\omega}$-principal ideal domain if and only if every nonzero prime ideal of D (disjoint from S) is $S-{\ast}_{\omega}$-principal.

In this paper, we are interested in studying weak covering properties in the presence of a countable compact condition. The purpose of this paper is to characterize an ideal weakly $\delta$$\theta$-refinable space and to show that every ideal weakly $\delta$$\theta$-refinable space is isocompact. Also, we consider the behavior under mappings of ideal weakly $\delta$$\theta$-refinable properties and productivity of ideal weakly $\delta$$\theta$-refinable properties.

In this paper, we define 0-minimal (m, n)-ideals in an LA-semigroup ${\mathcal{S}}$ and prove that if R(L) is a 0-minimal right (left) ideal of S, then either $R^mL^n=\{0\}$ or $R^mL^n$ is a 0-minimal (m, n)-ideal of S for $m,n{\geq}3$.

In this paper, modeling of the non-ideal frequency response, especially "notch-and-spike" magnitude phenomenon and phase lag distortion, are discussed. To characterize the non-ideal frequency response, a new electro-mechanical simulation model based on SPICE is proposed using the driving loop of the capacitive vibratory gyroscope. The parasitic components of the driving loop are found to be the major factors of non-ideal frequency response, and it is verified with the measurement results.

Characterizations of an $\mathcal{N}$-subalgebra and a (positive implicative) $\mathcal{N}$-ideals of d-algebras are given. Relations between an $\mathcal{N}$-subalgebra, an $\mathcal{N}$-ideal and a positive implicative N-ideal of d-algebras are discussed.
