공무원의 건강행동 및 개인 간.조직 차원의 건강환경과 직무스트레스의 관계 (Health Behaviors, Interpersonal/Organizational Health Environment, and Job Stress among Government Officials in Korea)

  • Objectives: We aim to investigate association between health behavior, interpersonal/organizational environment and job stress among government officials. Methods: Through health examination and a survey, this cross sectional study investigated 543 government officials working at Central Government Complex in Seoul, Korea. Health behaviors included alcohol drinking, smoking, moderate exercise and food frequency. Interpersonal environment was measured by health behavior practices of significant others and social support for health promotion. And the measures of organizational environment included facilities for exercise, health related norms and health supportive organizational systems. Job stress was assessed by short version of Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS). Results: The level of job stress among female officials was higher than that of male officials. Multivariate logistic model suggested that higher job stress in male officials was significantly associated with lower position(OR=0.267, p<.01) less grain intake(OR=0.642, p<.05), lower level of social support(OR=0.810, p<.01) and abdominal obesity(OR=2.407, p<.05). On the contrary, female officials' stress level was negatively associated with healthy organizational environment(OR=0.725, p<.05). Conclusions: It is suggested that addressing job stress require tailoring intervention by gender characteristics and integration of interpersonal and organizational level approaches.

작업치료사의 직무 스트레스에 관한 연구 (The Study of Job Stress in Occupational Therapist)

  • The purpose of this study was going to research relation of job stress and society psychologic stress according to general characteristic, work characteristic, health characteristic and personality characteristic for the occupational therapist in the working domestic rehabilitation therapy with hospital and welfare center occupational therapist. The research was 91 of withdrawal questionnaire among 102 occupational therapist from 1. November 2005 to 31. December 2005. In the result of analysis the given question for the ninety one occupational therapist showed just normal group 25% 23 person, potential stress group 47% 43 person, and the rest 28% 25 person high risk group. The result shows significance different in general characteristic of job stress about age, final scholarship and marriage. Job stress was included income, working time, office form and working position etc. Health special job stress was significance different according to sleep time. So we have to know a fact of job stress of occupational therapist and prevent of loss of business services. And we have to endeavoring removals factor of stress and good office culture fixation.

남자간호사의 성 고정관념과 직무만족에 관한 연구 (Study on Male Nurses' Gender Stereotype and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate gender stereotype and job satisfaction, and to identify the relationship between gender stereotype and job satisfaction in male nurses. Method: The participants were 165 male nurses who worked in the Seoul, Gyeonggi and Daejeon areas. Data were collected from August 31th, 2009 to October 15th, 2009. A survey questionnaire was used to measure demographics, gender-role identity, gender stereotype and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SPSS/Win 12.0 version. Results: The mean score for gender stereotype was 2.81 points out of a possible 5. There were statistically significant differences in gender stereotype by general characteristics such as career in the current department (F=5.249, p=.007) and position (t=2.547, p=.012). The scores for gender stereotype were significantly higher in the group with less than five years in the current department and in the staff nurse group. The mean score for job satisfaction was 2.95 out of a possible 5. There was a significant negative correlation between gender stereotype and job satisfaction. Conclusions: Development of educational programs is required to improve the gender stereotype.

가전제품 서비스 엔지니어의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (The Research on Job Satisfaction of Home appliances Service Engineer)

  • 본 연구에서는 가전제품 서비스 엔지니어의 직무만족도에 어떠한 요소들이 영향을 미치는 지를 조사 분석하였다. 직무만족도는 현직만족도와 계속근무의사로 구분하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 엔지니어 개인적 특성에 있어서는 성격이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 파악되었다. 조직적 특성에 있어서는 사회적 지지와 급여 및 복리후생이 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 결론적으로 이러한 직무만족도를 높이는 방법은 무엇보다도 외향적인 성격을 가지고 있는 직원을 채용하고, 급여 및 복리후생이 잘되어 있고 업무의 량을 적정하게 분배하는 것이 중요한 것으로 분석되었다.

여성인력의 직무태도 변화 (An Empirical Study on the Job Attitude Changes of Women Employees)

  • As the living standards have been enhanced thanks to rapid to rapid economic growth following industrial progress, today the advancement of woman into specialized jobs keep expanding not only for economic purpose such as increasing family income but also due to changed perception on woman's role, i.e. self-realization. In the actual situations, however, women are generally placed in a inferior position compared with men in most jobs, despite existence of gender equality policy. Therefore, concern and study on female adaptation into job and their work attitude have become increasingly important, which can contribute to alleviating women's discontent in the work but to raising efficiency of job execution and improving work quality. In this treatise, I researched the job attitude of woman for the period of 1980 up to 2005, with interval of every 5 years. For empirical analysis, research has been done towards females teachers in elementary and middle schools as well as female works in financial institutions. Both job fields have comparatively high percentage of female employees and have less sexual discrimination. The purpose of this vertical research is (1) to find out how women workers perceive their job environment, (2) to analyze empirically the change in female job attitude and their flow of consciousness. Ultimately this treatise aimed at contributing to efficient management of female work force in our society.

요양병원 간호사의 전문직 자아개념과 직무만족 (Professional Self-concept and Job Satisfaction among Nurses Working in Long-term Care Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between professional self-concept and job satisfaction of nurses working in long-term care hospitals and to consider strategies to improve these factors. Methods: Data were collected using structured questionnaires given to 135 nurses working at six long-term care hospitals in C City. The data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's α, t-test, one-way ANOVA, a Scheffé test, and with Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The average score for professional self-concept was 2.78 points (out of 4 points), and the average score for job satisfaction was 3.11 points (out of 5 points). Significant differences were found for professional self-concept according to age, marriage status, total work experience, number of patients per nurse, and position, while job satisfaction showed significant differences depending on age and the number of patients in the ward. Professional self-concept and job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation (r=.46, p<.001). Conclusion: In long-term care hospitals, it is necessary to provide education programs about nursing practice, communication, and leadership to enhance the professional self-concept of nurses. With regard to job satisfaction for nurses, it is imperative to improve the work environment of long-term care hospitals.

직업이데올로기로서의 한국 언론윤리의 형성과정 (The Process of Construction of Korean Journalism Ethics as Job Ideology)

  • 이 연구는 언론윤리를 기자집단의 직업이데올로기로 보고 한국 언론윤리가 형성되는 역사적 과정에 나타나는 특수한 조건들을 언론윤리의 형성에 개입하는 사회적 관계들의 변화를 중심으로 분석함으로써 한국 언론윤리의 성격을 해석하고자 했다. 이를 통해 한국 언론윤리의 정립을 위한 언론현장의 실천 전략과 언론윤리 논의의 바람직한 방향을 제안하고자 했다. 그래서 한국 기자들의 직업적 위치 변화 추이와 언론윤리 담론의 전개양상을 분석했다. 분석결과 한국의 언론윤리 담론은 윤리의 전제가 되는 직업적 자율성이 확보되지 않은 상태에서 외부의 압력에 대응하는 도구적이고 수사적인 방편으로 이용되었음이 밝혀졌다. 그 결과 한국 언론윤리의 성격은 언론윤리 강령의 수사적 성격, 구조화된 인식과 실천의 괴리, 책임과 윤리의 개념적 혼동 등의 특징을 나타내고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 직업이데올로기로서 언론윤리의 정립을 위해서는 윤리에 접근하는 기자집단 내부의 방식이나 사회적 논의의 양상이 기자의 직업적 현실에 충실해야 한다는 것이 이 연구의 결론이다.

치과기공사의 직업윤리의식이 직무만족도와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The influence of dental technician's work ethic on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of dental technicians sense of work ethics on their organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Methods: A self-administered survey was conducted from August 25 to September 15, 2017, on 220 selected dental technicians. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Win 19.0. Statistical data on frequency and percentage were obtained, and t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out. Results: When the subjects' sense of work ethics was analyzed, there were significant differences according to their field of work, position, dental technician career and monthly income(p<.05). Their average score in the items about a sense of work ethics was 3.80, which was a high score. As a result of analyzing the organizational effectiveness of the dental technicians, there were significant differences according to their field of work, position, dental technician career and monthly income(p<.05). The average score in job satisfaction items was 3.14, and that in organizational citizenship behavior items was 3.55. Conclusion : As a result of research, the above-mentioned findings of the study imply that as for the correlation between a sense of work ethics and organizational effectiveness, a better sense of work ethics led to better organizational effectiveness, as every variable had a significant positive correlation with each other. In addition, interpersonal relationships were identified as the factor that exerted the largest influence on both of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior.

유치원 행정업무담당자의 직무스트레스와 스트레스대처방안에 관한 연구 -경상남도 O시 중심으로- (A Study on Job Stress and Stress Coping Strategies for Administrative Personnel working in Early Childhood Educational Institution - With a Focus on O City, Gyeonsangnam do -)

  • 본 연구 목적은 유치원 행정업무담당자의 직무스트레스와 스트레스대처 방안을 파악하고자 한다. 연구 대상은 경상남도 ${\bigcirc}$시에 소재하는 유치원 행정업무담당자 119명을 대상으로 2014년 9월 10일부터 12월 20일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS WIN 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, t-test, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 연령, 결혼유무, 종교, 직급 등 요인별 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 상관관계에서 스트레스 대처방안의 하위변수인 경험자의 조언, 문제 상항에 대한 방어기제는 부적 상관이 있었다. 셋째, 회귀모형에서 직무스트레스와 음주회수, 직급이 통계적으로 유의미한 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유치원 행정업무 담당자의 업무 개선을 위한 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

수도권 소재 일부 대학병원 일반직 근로자의 노조몰입과 조직갈등의 경험에 관한 연구 (Organization Conflict and Affecting Factors on Labor Union Commitment among University Hospital Employees in Seoul and Gyeong-Gi Province)

  • The aims of this study were to analyze affecting factors on labor union commitment among university hospital employees and provide basic data in two general hospitals. The subjects of this study were 357 hospital employees in one university hospital in Seoul and the other university hospital in Gyeong-Gi province from May 21 to June 10, 2010 through survey questionnaires. The main results of this study were as follow : First, labor union commitment level among subjects was increased as 40 years old, lower educational level, lower job position and union leader. Second, organization conflict level among subjects did not statistical differ significantly regarding age, education level, wedding, and job position, but job year. Third, correlation between labor union commitment level and organizational conflict increased. Finally, from the results of multiple regression analysis to identify major affecting factors of labor union commitment level, it depends on lower educational level, high conflict, and union leader between individual and group but not significantly. Therefore, it was necessary to continued to be supported for labor union. New research was required regarding organization culture and commitment.
