This study examines academic research trends and the change of patterns by analyzing researches related to hospital management registered in Korea Citation Index(KCI) from 2010 to 2014 and offers basic information for interests and future research demands in the field of hospital management As research subjects, a total of 694 published articles were selected. It's to analyze them by dividing into research topics, methods and author's characteristics, and to present them by classifying the period into 2010-2011, 2012-2013, 3rd quarter of 2014 since there was no significant difference in the result between adjacent years. As a result, Korean Journal of Hospital Management has accounted for the highest published rate year after year. In the research topic analysis, it showed a decreasing trend in these research topics as medical marketing and patient satisfaction which became the biggest issue in 2010-2011 significantly were lower in 2014, but an increasing trend in job satisfaction, job stress, labor administration and workforce productivity. The most frequently cited keywords were hospital employees, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job stress, turnover intention. According to the research method analysis, the survey was the most popular method for data collection. However, Interview and medical records as data sources showed a decline trend. As analysis methods, multivariate analysis of quantitative methods was most used. Finally, as a result of analyzing main author's characteristics, the ratio of the authors belonging to health administration and nursing departments of the academic world increased gradually. In the regional distribution, organizations in Seoul are most common, those in Daegu Gyeongbuk areas, foreign organizations showed a tendency to decrease. This is the first study to examine the annual trend on hospital management-related research issues among articles published in domestic journal and we found qualitative and quantitative advances in hospital management research filed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the participation of vocational training program of construction engineers and the impact of workplace learning (formal learning and informal learning) on human resource performances of construction engineers. The data of 306 construction engineers were extracted from 10,069 workers in various industries those were collected by 6th human resource company panel survey done by Korea Research Institute of Vocational Education & Training. This study found that, compared with workers in other industries, participation rate of construction engineers in workplace learning (formal learning, informal learning) was relatively low, and especially the participation rate of informal learning was significantly low. Regression analysis showed that participation in formal learning did not affect positive job performance and job satisfaction. On the other hand, informal learning has a positive effect on job capability, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment.
We study convergent influence on job burnout(MBI-GS: Maslach Bunout Inventory-General Survey) and its association with Organizational Commitment Questionnaire(OCQ), Type A Behavior Pattern(TABP) and depression(CES-D: Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale) among Hospital Administrative Staff(HAS). The survey was administered to 201 staff from 9 general hospitals located in J area from Jul. 3rd, 2017 to Jul. 29th, 2017. The structured self-administered questionaries were used. MBI-GS was positively correlated with TABP and CES-D, and it was negatively correlated with OCQ. With the analysis of covariance structure, CES-D was more influential on MBI-GS than OCQ and TABP. The study found the higher TABP and CES-D, and the lower OCQ tend to increase MBI-GS. The results indicate that the efforts, to decrease TABP and CES-D, and to increase OCQ, are required to decrease the MBI-GS of HAS. The results are expected to be useful for organization personnel management to decrease the MBI-GS of HAS. In the following study, the analysis about additional factors of influence on MBI-GS will be needed.
This study is executed to investigate convergent factors to job burnout(MBI-GS: Maslach Bunout Inventory-General Survey) among hospital administrative staff. The survey was administered to 201 staff from 9 general hospitals located in J area from Jul. 3rd, 2017 to Jul. 29th, 2017. The structured self-administered questionaries were used. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the following results. The MBI-GS of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which Organizational Commitment Questionnaire(OCQ) is lower, a group in which Type A Behavior Pattern(TABP) is higher, a group in which depression(CES-D: Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale) are higher. The results show explanatory power of 52.1%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to increase OCQ, and to decrease TABP and CES-D, are required to improve the MBI-GS among hospital administrative staff. The results are expected to be useful for the program and human resource management to related to the MBI-GS among HAS. In the following study, the analysis of structural equation modeling about additional factors of the MBI-GS among hospital administrative staff will be needed.
This study, targeting Korean tertiary hospitals and general hospitals, aims to analyze how value chain model in health and medical institution suggested by Duncan and else influences on hospital management. A survey was conducted to verify the actual proof analysis of this study model. 880 questionnaires were distributed to entire 88 hospitals and 739 copies were returned from 76 hospitals. This study mainly consists of three steps to analyze the effect value chain activity has on management performance of general hospitals. For the first step, we analyzed the effects service delivery activity has on management performance. For the second step, we analyzed the effects service support activity has on management performance and for the third, we analyzed the effects interaction between service delivery activity and service support activity has on management performance. The main results of this study are as follows. First, in terms of the management performance of scale, the factors which influenced on daily charge of outpatient were service activity before treatment, at the moment of treatment and value chain activity, while more important factors in daily charge of inpatient were organizational culture, organizational structure and value chain activity. In terms of management performance of quality, the factors which influenced on the first medical examination rate of outpatient were service activity before, at the moment of and after treatment, while activity at the moment of treatment, organizational structure, and value chain activity which is interaction were more important factors in average length of stay. In terms of non-financial performance, the management performance factors which influenced on job satisfaction were service activity at the moment of, after the treatment and value chain activity, while organizational culture, strategy resources and value chain activity which is interaction were more important factors in job commitment. Secondly, all the service support activity, service delivery activity and value chain activity had statistically significant effect on management performance. Among the three factors, service support activity had relatively high effect than others.

The second, For the mission command is to become established in the army, It suggest that need to explore of sub factors of the mission command and need to consider of personal traits with the mission command.

Recently, due to construction of the recession quantity of unsold houses is increasing and construction company is experiencing financial difficulties. As a result, construction is being ousted, or workout. Accordingly, construction may be devising a method for oneself like salary cuts, layoffs as part of the rationalization of management. But in this way may be increasing employees's perception about job insecurity and payment unsatisfaction. This has the potential to do employees turnover. Turnover has be known that it brings both positive and negative results to the organization. But if new employees leaves early, the positive aspect of the organization will be less likely. In order to solve these problems, new employees turnover intention will be necessary for the thorough management. The purpose of this study is to identity how the perception of job insecurity, payment satisfaction, organizational commitment, excessive workload, competitiveness for employment and job suitability affect new employees turnover intention. As the degrees of impacts of variables affecting turnover intention of new employees might be different between small to medium and large construction companies, this research also compares the differences between these two groups and suggest measures for reducing turnover intention.
In general, if employees recognize that their career are tied up, their overall level of job commitment and job satisfaction are decreased which eventually negatively affect individual performance. Especially, career development in the high specialized job like R&D task is more important than other jobs. While the previous studies showed interest in the negative consequences of career plateau, this study aimed at finding out the antecedents of career plateau. By diving the antecedents of career plateau into organizational level and individual one, we conducted direct effect and interaction effect of antecedents variables on career plateau. The empirical results using employees belonging to government funded R&D institute showed that career development practice and work experience in other institutes have negatively related to career plateau, while age has positively related to career plateau. In addition, the interaction effect between career development practice and work experience in other institute was also significant.
This study empirically analyzed the effects of beauty service training on customer orientation and job performance of beauty industry workers. First, as a result of the study, there were differences in service training, customer orientation, and job performance according to general characteristics, and service training showed significant differences in age, highest level of education, work experience, and number of employees, job performance in age, work experience, and number of employees, and job performance in age, academic background, work experience, and number of employees. Secondly, it was identified that service training makes a significant effect on customer orientation, the factor that makes the greatest effect on customer orientation among sub-factors of service training is educational content, and it can be seen that customer orientation increases when educational content, educational instructor, and educational environment are higher. Thirdly, it was identified that service training and customer orientation make a significant effect on job performance. hese research results show that the better the educational environment, instructor, and educational content of beauty industry workers, the higher the customer-oriented service, leading to the creation of loyal customers and can improve job performance as well.

This study examines the relationship among stock options, pay equity, organizational commitment. Employees who received stock options tend to perceive their pay more equitable and the tendency shows a positive relationship among the amount of stock options and the equity perception. Also employees who received stock options perceive greater procedural equity, as they recognize stock options are awarded to many employees. However, the perception of stock options was not significantly associated with organizational commitment, turnover intention, and pay satisfaction. In 2003, the study surveyed 115 employees who received stock options in 10 publicly owned Korean firms that introduced stock option plans. The statistical analysis leads to the conclusions as follows. First, as the number of stock options increases, the receiver tends to perceive that pay system is more distributively equitable. Second, as the number of stock option receivers increases, the employees perceive the pay system more procedurally equitable. Third, stock option payments don't ensure that it improves pay satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational commitment. This study shows a positive relationship that stock options work favorably in terms of pay equity, but the effect doesn't seem to be widely positive. The reason is that the introduction of stock options in domestic firms has been made only recently after the foreign exchange crisis in the late 1990s. More experiments and design issues should be discussed for the future.
