도로교통 소음지도 작성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Making of the Noise Map for Traffic Noise Level)

  • This research helps you understand the road traffic noise levels by using a noise map. We have observed the change of the road traffic noise levels around $07:00{\sim}08:30\;and\;22:00{\sim}23:00$ using the noise map in the city. The road traffic noise level is very high both at noon and at night around a beltway and an interchange that is linked with a highway. It seems that the main route of so many vehicles, which are at neighboring cities such as N city and D and H districts and which avoid traffic jams in the city, is the beltway and interchange. The road traffic noise level of a nearby express bus terminal, railroad station, and airport is more than 75 dB at noon and 65 dB at night. The road traffic noise level of G city at night is observed to be more than 55 dB. The noise levels of a residence area and a university are higher than a road with high noise levels when the commuters drive to work. The end of the day exceeds 11 o'clock because of a culture level of development that arouses spare time, eating out, adults' drinking culture, nightlife of the youth, etc. Therefore, the road traffic noise level is high during late night hours, and it exceeds regulatory guidelines(55 dB(A)). It also damages the residence area that is located near the road.

  • This research is about the changes in the images of Bond and Bond Girl in '007' Series. And it examined through the social background of England from 1960s to 2000s and the costume in the film. The results were as follows: As the era of young fashion was opened after 1960, there was a big change, but Bond was expressed as a hero who had strong male chauvinism of the English aristocratic circles. However, after 1990s, he wore comfortable clothes and he underwent all sorts of hardships. On the other hand, Bond Girl had the image of a sexual target. However, after 1990s, she had sharp appearance and smart brain. Besides, she had professional ideas of a given work and she was changed into a healthy image. Second, Bond's job was an English secrete agent, but Bond Girl had no particular job in 1960s. In 1980s, various professional jobs appeared and in 1990s and 2000s, the professional job which was directly related with Bond's duties appeared. Third, Bond's upper class image was expressed by tuxedo, suit, black, gray, navy, beige, brown, and ivory. His hair was 2:8 parting or Dandy all black style produced his dignified and neat image. After 1990s, he often had casual dress, which created a comfortable image. Bond Girl was expressed feminine style by bikini, underwear, long dress, sky-blue, violet, black, simple costume. After 1990s, she wore a suite, one-piece, or a combat uniform, which showed her professionalism. especially Bond Girl's red dress was used as a psychological color to express temptation, enemy, and betray.

스마트워크센터 성공 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Measuring the Success of Smart Work Center)

  • 저출산 고령화, 낮은 노동 생산성, 고질적인 대도시 교통 혼잡으로 인한 사회적 손실 등의 현안을 해결하고자 정부는 스마트워크 활성화 전략을 수립하여 전체 노동인구의 30%까지 스마트워크 근무율을 높여나가기로 했다. 따라서 본 연구는 스마트워크센터의 인프라와 서비스 측면에서 스마트워크센터의 성공요인들이 무엇인지 실증적으로 연구를 실시하였다. 정보시스템 성공모형(IS Success Model)을 기반으로 스마트워크센터의 성공적인 사용(활성화)에 영향을 주는 요인은 사용자에게 직접적으로 영향을 주는 출입통제나 온라인 좌석 예약시스템 등의 운영 인프라 품질이 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구결과 도출되었고, 물리적인 시설인프라 품질과 각종 어플리케이션을 제공하는 IT인프라 품질은 사용자 만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 사용자 만족은 스마트워크 센터 사용에 영향을 미침으로서 시설인프라 품질과 IT인프라 품질은 간접적으로 스마트워크센터 사용에 영향을 주는 것으로 연구결과 밝혀졌다.

국내도로 환경을 고려한 ACC 시험평가 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation Method of ACC Test Considering Domestic Road Environment)

  • With automobiles sharply increasing worldwide, we are faced with serious social problems such as traffic accidents, traffic jams, environmental pollution, and economic inefficiency. In response, research on ITS is promoted mainly by regions with advanced automotive industry such as the US, Europe, and Japan. While Korea is working to get ahead to take global market through developing and turning into global standards systems related to ASV(Advanced Safety Vehicle), the country is not excellently prepared for such projects. The purpose of ACC is to control the vehicle's longitudinal speed and distance and minimize driver workload. Such a system should be useful in preventing accidents, as it reduces driver workload in the 21st-century world of telematics created by the development of automobile culture industry. In this light, the thesis presents a method to test and evaluate ACC system and a mathematical method to assess distance. Furthermore, for the proposed test and evaluation, theoretical values are tested with vehicle test and a database is acquired, by using vehicles equipped with an ACC system. We proposed the scenarios suitable for the domestic environment and conducted the actual road test. Theoretical evaluation criteria for developing ACC system may be employed and scenario-specific evaluation methods may find their useful application through testing the formula proposed by comparing the database and the mathematical method. and, many companies are expected to utilize the scenario in the developing stage of ACC, and be able to employ as a verification method by harnessing theoretical formula before a road test.

국가 ITS아키텍쳐기반의 여행자장치형 구성요소 프레임워크 모델링 (A Study on the framework modeling of the traveler-type components based upon the National ITS Architecture)

  • 교통사고 예방과 교통난 완화를 목적으로 도입된 지능형교통체계(ITS; Intelligent Transport System)는 민간영역의 다양한 서비스들과 결합하여 새로운 생활양식을 창출하는 종합 서비스의 개념으로 발전하고 있다. ITS 서비스에 이용되는 여행자단말장치도 별도의 장치라기 보다는 기존의 이동전화기, PDA, PC, KIOSK 등을 통해 구현되고 있으므로, 이러한 단말장치들이 갖춰야 할 ITS적인 요소들을 검토할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 민간사업자들이 ITS서비스를 고려하여 단말장치를 개발할 수 있도록 국가 ITS아키텍쳐를 근간으로 여행자장치형 구성요소를 구현하기 위한 구축단위들의 프레임워크를 UML로 모델링하였다. 모델링과정은 소속서브시스템파악 구축단위/기능명세 일반화, 정보/기능관점 참조모델작성, 참조모델의 UML모델링 등의 4단계를 따른다.

복분자잼의 제조특성 및 이화학적 성분분석 (Manufacturing Characteristics and Physicochemical Component Analysis of Bokbunja (Rubus coreanus Miquel) Jam)

  • 복분자, 복분자즙, 설탕, 펙틴을 원료로 하여 복분자잼을 제조하였으며 제조된 복분자잼에 대한 이화학적 특성 및 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. pH, 총산의 함량, 당도는 복분자, 복분자즙, 복분자와 복분자즙에 펙틴을 첨가하여 제조한 잼에서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 색도 중 L값은 복분자즙을 원료로 하여 제조된 잼이 높게 나타났고, 펙틴을 첨가하여 제조한 잼은 a값은 증가, b값은 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 기계적 강도는 펙틴을 첨가한 시험구가 크게, spreadmeter value는 펙틴을 첨가한 시험구가 작게 나타났다. 관능검사 중 종합적 기호도는 복분자즙에 0.5%의 펙틴을 첨가한 시험구가 가장 높게 나타났다. 복분자잼 제조 시 복분자 즙에 0.5% 펙틴을 첨가하여 제조하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각된다.

개착 시공을 위한 트렌치 쉴드장비의 적용성 평가를 위한 실내실험 (Laboratory Experimental Test of the Applicability of a Trench Shield Machine for Open-cut Excavation Technology)

  • 도시에 밀집된 인구에 의하여 교통 혼잡이 빈번하게 일어나고 있으며 그에 따른 도시민의 불편이 증대 되었다. 이러한 교통 불편을 최소화 하는 방안으로 저심도 철도와 같은 다양한 교통시스템이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 경제적인 저심도 철도시스템 구축을 위하여 개발중인 트렌치쉴드의 설계와 더불어 소형 트렌치 쉴드 장비를 제작하여 트렌치 쉴드의 적용성에 대한 검토가 이루어졌다. 본 논문에서 도출한 트렌치 쉴드는 굴착부와 쉴드부, 추진부로 구성되어있다. 이렇게 검토 및 설계된 트렌치쉴드의 적용성을 검토하기 위하여 실내실험을 추진하였으며 이를 통하여 트렌치 쉴드를 통한 개착시공현장의 급속시공이 가능함을 확인하였다. 비록 실내실험이고 상대적으로 소규모의 실험이지만 트렌치 쉴드를 이용할 경우 3m/일의 시공속도 확보가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study is to suggest some developmental policies by analyzing the activities of first aid party in Kwangju and Chonnam regions for two years from Jan. 1, 1991 to the end of December, 1995. First, the residents in Kwangju and Chonnam regions have the sufficient benefits of emergency medical center, but it will be desirable that general hospital should be established and managed in Kohung peninsula which forms the wide island area far away from big cities. Second, the classification of the degree of severe case in the field by rescue members should be strengthened as the means which can reduce the number of patients transferred to the emergency room and the legal method which rescue members can select the medical agency. Third, children less than 10 are most frequent emergent patients and it is due to parent's indifference and children's in sensibility to safety. So the safely education in the course of infant and elementary education should be strengthened and the method which can keep the self safety through the legal system. Fourth, to increase the rate of emergency measure by rescue members, the reasons of fail of emergency treatment are suggested, the treatment results of each rescue member are analyzed every year and it is desirable that the system which can evaluate the personal ability should be introduced. Fifth, the medical accidents occurred in the case of medical act, by rescue members must lake the legal responsibility, but such a problem can he solved with the compensation of insurance system by government. Sixth, to reduce the time required for transfer, traveling service system for the fixed period in beach should be complemented and extended more and service system at ordinary times should be examined at mountains, the area of traffic jams and large special industrial park. Seventh, since service system with one team of two members of 119 rescue party in expressway cannot be mobilized when multiple accidents occur at the same time, it is considered that service system of two teams of four members should be extended. Eighth, first-aid service in expressway is conducted with rescue and emergency treatment by the rescue party at the same time, but the professional rescue lacks and it may result in the injury of patients. Therefore the creation of rescue party in expressway is the urgent problem.

  • Increasing urban sprawl and climate changes have been causing unexpected high-intensity rainfall events. Thus there are needs to enhance conventional disaster management system for comprehensive actions to secure safety. Therefore long-term and comprehensive flood management plans need to be well established. Recently torrential snowfall are occurring frequently, causing have snow traffic jams on the road. To secure safety and on-time operation of the Bi-modal tram system, well-structured disaster management system capable of analyzing the urban flash flooding and snow pack melt/freezing due to unexpected rainfall event and snowfall are needed. To secure safety of the Bi-modal tram system due to torrential snowfall, the snow melt simulation capability was investigated. The snow accumulation and snow melt were measured to validate the SWMM snow melt component. It showed that there was a good agreement between measured snow melt data and the simulated ones. Therefore, the Bi-modal tram disaster management system will be able to predict snow melt reasonably well to secure safety of the Bi-modal tram system during the winter. The Bi-modal tram disaster management system can be used to identify top priority area for snow removal within the tram route in case of torrential snowfall to secure on-time operation of the tram. Also it can be used for detour route in the tram networks based on the disaster management system predicted data.

딥러닝을 이용한 번호판 검출과 인식 알고리즘 (License Plate Detection and Recognition Algorithm using Deep Learning)

  • 최근 지능형 교통관제 시스템에 관한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있는 가운데 번호판 검출과 인식 알고리즘은 가장 중요한 요소 중에 하나로 대두되고 있다. 번호판은 차량의 고유 식별값을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 기존의 차량 통행 관제 시스템은 정차를 기반으로 하고 있으며 차량의 입출입 인식 방법으로 루프 코일을 사용하고 있다. 이러한 방법은 교통 정체를 유발하고 유지보수 비용이 상승하는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 차량의 입출입 인식 방법으로 카메라 영상을 사용한다. 차량 통행 관제 시스템의 특성상 카메라가 고정되어 있다. 이에 차량이 접근하면 카메라의 배경화면이 달라진다. 이 특징을 이용하여 배경화면의 차분영상을 구하면 차량의 입출입을 인식할 수 있다. 입출입 인식 후 한국 번호판의 형태학적 특성을 이용하여 후보 이미지를 추정한다. 그리고 선형 SVM(Support Vector Machine)을 이용해서 최종 번호판을 검출한다. 검출한 번호판의 글자와 숫자 인식 방법으로는 CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) 알고리즘을 사용한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 기존의 시스템과 달리 검출 위치를 기준으로 글자와 숫자를 인식하기 때문에 번호판의 규격이 변해도 인식할 수 있다. 실험한 결과 기존의 번호판 인식 알고리즘들 보다 제안한 알고리즘이 더 높은 인식률을 가진다.
