  • Healthcare facilities undergo substantial renovation and remodeling to accommodate changing technologies and regulatory requirements, thereby generating significant quantities of construction-related wastes, and subjecting building occupants to noise, dust, and other health impacting disruptions associated with construction. By designing flexible, adaptive, generic spaces, buildings can better respond to changes imposed by architectural composition of interpersonal and community space of hospital ward with minimum needs renovation and remodeling. This study focuses on the design principles of enhancing flexibility in architectural composition of interpersonal and community space of hospital ward. The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data for designing interpersonal and community space of hospital ward through ecological flexible design principles with case on interpersonal and community space of hospital ward.

보육교사의 긍정심리자본이 행복감에 미치는 영향: 대인관계유능성과 감사성향의 매개효과 (A Mediating Effect of Interpersonal Competence and Gratitude Disposition to the Influence of Positive Psychology Capital on Happiness in Childcare Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore mediating effects of interpersonal competence, gratitude disposition between childcare teachers positive psychological capital and happiness. The subjects of the study were a total 231 Childcare in Seoul. The statistics program used to achieve the purpose was SPSS/PC+18.0. The statistics methods applied were pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The major results of this study were summarized as follows: First, Positive psychological capital and interpersonal competence, and gratitude disposition from happiness was found to be positively correlated. Second, interpersonal competence had an affect on childcare teachers happiness. These effects are mediated in part by the control interpersonal competence showed. Third, gratitude disposition affects childcare teachers happiness. These effects are mediated in part by the gratitude disposition showed. These results suggest that dispositional gratitude and cognitive flexibility play an important role in the development of happiness for childcare teachers.

금융직 여성 근로자의 직무스트레스 실태와 근골격계질환 자작증상과의 관련성 연구 (A study on the relationship between job stress and subjective symptoms associated with musculoskeletal disorders of the financial working woman's)

  • This study tried to identify the job stress characteristics of female bank workers and the relationship between their stress and symptoms associated with musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs). The total number of 587 female bank tellers have been participated in this study. Specifically, questionnaire surveys regarding job stress and MSDs symptoms were conducted. On the basis of the results from the survey using Korean version of job stress questionnaire with 24 questions, stress scores associated with job requirement and job flexibility were relatively high. The job stress levels regarding job demand, organizational system, occupational climate at the work place were relatively high for the full time workers while the job stress levels regarding insufficient job control, job stability, interpersonal conflict, lack of reward were relatively high for the part time worker. The workers with longer total work years had relatively high job stress associated with interpersonal conflict, and organizational system while the workers with longer work years at the current job had relatively high job stress associated with occupational climate. Also, the workers with longer working hours a day had relatively high job stress associated with job demand, interpersonal conflict, organizational system, and occupational climate. According to the relationship identified in this study, symptoms at the neck, shoulder, hand, low back. leg were associated with the stress levels in terms of job flexibility, interpersonal conflict, job requirement, job stability. In conclusion, female bank workers are exposed to job stress due to their specific job characteristics and there has been certain relationships between their job stress and MSDs symptoms.

Effects of Software Education activities for Multicultural students on Resilience, Communication and Interpersonal Relationship

  • In this paper, the Software Education program for elementary school students in Multicultural families developed so that Multicultural students can adapt to national, school, peer, and teacher. The effects of Resilience, Communication skills and Interpersonal Relationshiop were investigated. The developed Software education program was designed in such a way that the target students became more intimate with each other and adapted to Korean culture, peers, and teachers through the analysis of the research subjects. Resilience test showed statistically significant difference in peer relationship and support, family support and interaction, teacher's interest and support, self - identity, and cultural acceptance. Communication ability test showed statistically significant differences in interpretation ability, self presentation ability, goal setting ability, and message conversion ability. The interpersonal Relationship test showed statistically significant differences in people's orientation toward people, facing people, and away from people. The results of this study indicate that the software education program for elementary school students in multicultural families has effects on adaptive flexibility, communication ability, and interpersonal ability. In the future, There is a need for continuous research with development and effectiveness of various software education programs for Multicultural students.

치과위생사의 인간관계능력, 직무만족 및 조직몰입이 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors affecting the resilience of dental hygienists' interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment)

  • Objectives: This study is a descriptive analysis to identify factors that affect dental hygienists' flexibility by investigating the correlation between dental hygienists' interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and resilience. Methods: Data were collected from October 8 to 22, 2018 using a structured questionnaire that was administered to 132 dental hygienists working in dental clinics and dental hospitals in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, an independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 program. Results: First, the interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and resilience of dental hygienists were all found above average. Second, the resilience of dental hygienists showed a significant positive correlation with interpersonal relationships (r=0.719, p<0.001), job satisfaction (r=0.328, p<0.001), and organizational commitment (r=0.519, p<0.001). Third, interpersonal relationships (t=9.87, p<0.001) and organizational commitment (t=3.30, p<0.01) were significant factors affecting the resilience of dental hygienists. Conclusions: In order to improve the resilience of dental hygienists, it is necessary to explore various ways to enhance their interpersonal relationships and organizational commitment. Furthermore, this study intends to provide basic data that are necessary for establishing a human resources management strategy for dental institutions to create a desirable organizational culture.

상담자의 인지 복합성과 대처 유연성이 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향 (A Study on impact of cognitive complexity and coping flexibility of the counselor on the countertransference management ability)

  • 인지 복합성과 대처 유연성은 심리적 적응에 밀접한 관계를 가진다는 기존 연구에 근거한다면 상담의 주요과정인 역전이 관리능력에도 정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 추론할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 상담자의 인지 복합성과 대처 유연성이 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 본 연구를 위해 서울 및 수도권 소재의 대학생활 상담소, 상담센터, 학교, 병원 등에 근무하는 상담자 128명(여 108명, 남 20명)을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 상담자의 인지 복합성 수준에 따른 역전이 관리능력에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 상담자의 대처 유연성의 수준에 따라서는 역전이 관리능력에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 또한 중다회귀에서 역전이 관리능력에 있어서 대처 유연성이 인지 복합성에 비해 보다 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 역전이 관리능력을 함양하기 위한 방안으로 상담자의 대처유연성을 향상시키는 것이 중요함을 시사하며 이에 초점을 둔 상담자 훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

여성결혼이민자를 위한 건강증진 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of a Health Promotion Program for Marriage Immigrant Women)

  • Purpose: This study was to develop a health promotion program for marriage immigrant women and to evaluate its efficacy. Methods: The health promotion program was comprised of eight 100-minute weekly sessions. Each session included understanding of health responsibility, nutrition, physical activity, interpersonal relations, stress management, and self actualization. The research was conducted under the principles of nonequivalent control group pretest-post test design. The outcome variables were health promoting behavior, health status, acculturation, self efficacy, and perceived barrier. The participants were 15 immigrant women in the experimental group and 16 in the control group. Data was analyzed using ${\chi}^2$ test, Fisher's exact test, Mann Whitney U-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results: There was a significant improvement in health promoting behaviors (U=-3.08, p=.002), left shoulder flexibility (U=-3.02, p=.003), right shoulder flexibility (U=-3.02, p=.003), low back flexibility (U=-3.37, p=.001), social health status (U=-3.38 p=.001) and subjective health status (U=-2.17 p=.030) in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: The health promotion program for marriage immigrant women was an effective intervention for improving health promoting behavior, physical health status, social health, and subjective health status. Therefore, the developed health promotion program needs to be applied to married immigrant women in other kinds nursing care settings in future research.

정서표현 양가성이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 유연성의 조절효과 연구 ; 대학생을 대상으로 (Study on Moderating Effect of Psychological Flexibility at Impact on Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness affects Subjective Well-being ; College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들이 대인관계 속에서 느끼는 정서표현 양가성이 대학생들의 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 유연성의 조절효과를 알아보고자 경기, 서울 대학생 300명 대상으로 직접 1대1 설문조사 하였고 이 중 부적절한 응답 5부를 제외한 295부를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 정서표현 양가성이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 보면 자기방어 양가성은 주관적 안녕감에 강한 부적 영향을 미치었으나 관계관여 양가성은 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 주지 못하였다, 그리고 심리적 유연성의 조절효과는 자기방어 양가성에서는 주관적 안녕감에 조절효과를 보였으나, 관계관여 양가성에 있어서의 심리적 유연성의 조절효과는 주관적 안녕감에 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 정서표현 양가성에서 그 동기의 속성인 관계 관여는 그 자체가 심리적 유연성 역할을 포함하고 있다는 것과 심리적 유연성은 자기방어 양가성 에는 부적인 영향과 주관적 안녕감에 정적인 영향을 주는 조절변수로의 효과를 보이는 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 보여준다. 그러므로 대학생 스스로 적극적인 경험수용을 통하여 심리적 유연성을 키울 수 있도록 대학생 상담현장에서 도움을 주어야 할 것이다.

산욕초기 어머니 역할획득을 위한 신생아실 간호사 역할수행에 관한 연구 (Nursery Room Nurses′ Role Performance for Maternal Role Attainment of Mothers at Early Postpartum Period)

  • The early postpartum period is crucial toward in recovery from childbirth and attainment of the maternal role. Maternal role attainment is a complex social and cognitive process of stimulus-response accomplished by learning. Helping for maternal role attainment is one of nursing goals in the early postpartum period. Based on King's conceptual framework for nursing, this study was planned as descriptive correlation study to determine the significant differences of the degree of nursery room nurses' role performance according to several variables of personal, interpersonal, and working system of nurses in nursery room. The purpose of this study was to contribute to the planning of nursing care to help maternal role attainment of the early postpartum period of mothers and to the development of relevant nursing theory. The data were collected from Feb. 3 to 28 by questionnaires with 273 nurses in nursery room. The instruments for this study were consisted of four parts : 21 questions for rot performance of nurse. 37 questions for personal system of nurse including 31 questions for role perception of nurse : 65 questions for interpersonal system including 63 questions for job stress of nurses , 18 questions for working system of nurse. The toos to measure role performance and role perception, and job stress of nurse were tested for internal reliability. Cronbach's Alphas were 0.9612, 0.9058, and 0.9649. The data were analysed by using in S.A.S. computerized program and included percentage, t-test, ANOVA Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Duncan multiple range test. The conclusions obtained from this study are summerized as follows : 1. The mean score of the items of role performance was 2.12(SD=0.55) in Likert's 4 points scale. 2. The degree of role performance was significantly different according to role perception(p=0.0001), age (p=0.006), educational background(p=0.002) , and certificate of midwife (p=0.03) among variables of personal system of subjects. 3. The degree of role performance was significantly different according to job stress (p=0.0001) and numbers of children(p=0.006) among variables of interpersonal system of subjects. 4. The degree of role performance was significantly different according to having opportunities for baby(p=0.03), the degree of flexibility to bring baby to mother's room(p=0.046), the scope of visitor for baby(p=0.016) , the degree of flexibility of visiting for baby (p=0.049) , the degree of participation of nurse in establishing visiting rules(p=0.017), existence and/or nonexistance of rules for breast feeding(p=0.010) , existence and/or nonexistance of education for breast feeding (p=0.009), existence and/or nonexistance of breast feeding room(p=0.013) , concert methods for breast feeding (p=0.003), working place (p=0.0001), and career(p=0.019) among variables of personal system of subjects.

공학계열 대학생의 핵심역량 진단(K-CESA) 결과에 따른 차이 분석: 계열, 인증여부, 성별, 입학전형을 중심으로 (Analysis of the Differences in the Core Competencies Diagnosis(K-CESA) Result in Engineering Students: Focused on Major Field, Accredited Status, Gender, Admission Types)

  • This study aims to examine the differences between groups through the results of the core competency diagnosis, and to find out the differences in core competences depending on engineering education accreditation, gender, admission types. To this end, we analyzed the differences in K-CESA results on self-management capabilities, resources & information use, global competency, higher order thinking competency, and interpersonal competency in 2017 for the fourth graders of S University. An ANOVA of major field showed that the humanities had high overall competencies. The results of t-test of engineering students showed that accredited students had relatively low "flexibility" of their global competency, and that the "analysis" of their higher order thinking competency was relatively high. There were no statistically significant differences between groups depending on the admission types. Through these analyses, we presented suggestions such as the provision of specialized programs based on differences among different groups, the development of comprehensive thinking skills such as capstone design, the need to secure flexibility in engineering education accreditation, and the enhancement of female students' resources & information use.
