The purpose of this study was to prepare basic data for improving school library information service by investigating the information usage behavior of specialized high school students. Preferred information sources for each situation requiring information and the level of solving information problems using information sources were investigated, and difference analysis was conducted by department and grade. As a result of the survey, the percentage of students who preferred Internet portal services, personal information sources (teachers, friends, parents), and social media was high, while the percentage of students who preferred traditional print information sources and mass media was very low. The average score of the information problem solving level was 3.55, and the problem solving level in the areas of employment and career/admission was relatively low. Preferred sources of information were similar regardless of grade and department, and the difference between departments in information problem solving level was not statistically significant, but the difference between grades was statistically significant. In addition, there is an academic contribution in this field that specific examples of youth information use behavior have been added. Based on the results of the study, librarians should make efforts to verify the reliability of Internet portal site information, improve and promote library information sources, and expand library use education. In future studies, it was suggested to develop customized information services.

This paper proposed a Web-based training service for product data management by supporting an integrated product data management system, various technical documents. and efficient communication systems. It also supports a general product development process and a consistent product data model that enable participants to experience management of consistent product information during the product development life cycle. The Web based environment of the service also provides participants with a collaborative workplace with other participants and a Web portal for all the components of the service.

In high education, knowledge is the very important resource and output. Knowledge management is the art of creating additional value from academic knowledge assets. The e-community is the network community, newly created by information communication technology, and the critical place that share and transfer people's the various knowledge and thinking and the effective space that can apply knowledge management. If we construct a convenient and useful e-community in our university, we will be able to increase the student's intellectual needs, and create new knowledge. Web-portal will promote the activity of e-community providing easy to access and personalized web circumstance. The emergence of Internet and Web access to all university services will force institutions to rethik everything. We should reconfigure our academic environment in order to adapt information technology and educational change, and must do change management based on their structure and culture.

여러 분야를 고려해야 하는 항공기나 자동차와 같은 대형기기의 설계에서 순차적 설계는 효과에 비하여 시간과 비용이 비효율적이며, 이러한 비효율성을 해결하기 위해 다분야 최적설계(MDO) 기법이 필요 하게 되었다. 비행체 설계는 시간이 지날수록 그 중요성이 커지고 있고, 설계 시 설계 전 분야를 통합하며 분석 할 수 있는 통합 환경이 요구되고 있다. MDO 기법을 이용한 비행체 설계는 이기종 분산 컴퓨팅 능력을 제공해야하고 각 분야의 데이터 공유를 통한 효율적 관리 및, 설계 최적화 도출을 제공하며 이기종의 환경을 고려해야 하므로, 분산 컴퓨팅 기술을 요구한다. 그리드 환경은 그리드 미들웨어를 중심으로 많은 분산 컴퓨팅 자원을 효율적으로 활용하고 다양한 분야의 문제들을 풀기 위한 고성능 환경을 제공하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 각 설계자원을 통합하기 위해 Globus toolkit ver.4(GT4)를 그리드 미들웨어로 사용하였고, 이들을 쉽고 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 PSE포탈을 제시한다.

IT and e-business is a hot issue of the world business and economic communities. The web site is the portal through which most of electronic transactions are conducted today. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate on factors influencing the web site development at the firms in Korea. Survey questionnaires were distributed via email & post to 281 firms that have implemented web site. Out of 44 responded questionnaires, 39 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPPSSWin 10.1. Factor analysis identified five dimensions of web site development : (1) support of top management, (2) information technologies maturity, (3) strategic utilization of web site, (4) strength of rivalry among competing firm, (5) support policy of the government. Results of this study show that information technologies maturity and strategic utilization of web site positively influence on web site development. But support of top management, strength of rivalry among competing firm and support policy of the government don't influence on web site development. This study may provide a guideline to improve the quality of web site development.

This paper presents the development of application and management system for guiding job information based on android smart-phone. The real-time informations which are provided from the job portal site, become known by using the smart-phone, and the sever system for saving and managing the related informations has been implemented. Especially, the relay and synchronization protocol of job informations have been designed and the system for managing a transmitting and receiving information is also designed and modelled. The developed application has been made up for and registered in the application store for making good use.

클라우드 컴퓨팅의 가상화된 인프라 기반 위에서 IT 자원 및 애플리케이션 서비스를 관리하고 배포하는 작업이 클라우드 프로비저닝이다. 본 논문에서는 IT 자원을 할당함에 있어 전문적인 지식을 가진 관리자의 개입을 최소화하기 위해 일련의 자원 할당 작업을 자동화하였다. 자동화된 자원 프로비저닝을 통해 관리자는 특정 전문 지식 없이도 자원 할당 및 배포가 가능해져 이용자의 요구를 보다 신속하게 처리할 수 있게 되었다.

The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs(MLTM) constructed the IMO Korea homepage to owned jointly IMO information when establishing a international standard in about marine transport and the shipbuilding, in order to speak for the profit of Korea in IMO and it was double renewal since 2004. But the newly re-opened the IMO Korea homepage is also operated to the level which simply keeps IMO documents because of limited H/W sizes. This study investigated and analyzed the domestic and similar foreign homepages to provide effectively about the IMO informations At the result, these homepages were serviced to the meeting resultants using the various contents such as Semantic search, Thesaurus search, establishment of web accessible etc. Therefore, the existing IMO Korea homepage must be re-constructed as IMO Information Portal Site to provide better information.

우리나라 뿐만 아니라 미국 해양에서도 기름 유출사고가 발생하여 많은 생태계 피해가 있었으며, 앞으로도 발생할 가능성이 크다. 해수유동예측모델 실행 웹 포털은 기름 유출과 같은 해양사고에 빠르게 대응하기 위해 고안되었다. 한국과학기술정보연구원에서 제공하는 그리드 자원을 이용하여 신속한 관측자료 수집 및 입력자료 생성으로 해수흐름을 빠르고 정확하게 예측하기 위해 개발되었으며, 사고 발생 시 해수유동예측으로 오염물질의 경로 예측과 생태계 피해를 최소화하는데 기여하고자한다.

In this point, this study is to analysis the system of commercial power analysis provided in Small Business Portal and to suggest additional specific needs and the function of decision making support which users can easily use and understand. been used for various purposes such as advertisement and marketing in various businesses.
