This paper examined the relations among the multidimensional linear interpolation(MDI) and fuzzy reasoning , and neural networks, and showed that an showed that an MDI is a special form of Tsukamoto's fuzzy reasoning and regularization networks in the perspective of fuzzy reasoning and neural networks, respectively. For this purposes, we proposed a special Tsukamoto's membership (STM) systemand triangular basis function (TBF) networks, Also we verified the condition when our proposed TBF becomes a well-known radial basis function (RBF).

In this paper, we propose an evaluation model of systems level using modified eigenvector method and fuzzy subordination relations. This model is desibmed to evaluate the level of system in enterprise. In here. modified eigenvector method is proposed to compute the weights of each criteria in two evaluation group. Also, fuzzy subordination relations is used to evaluate the relationship between the criteria by painvise comparison. In this paper. we can get the evaluated score for the present level of system. This method will help to manage and improve the systems. We show the efficiency of the this method by means of a case study for evaluation problem of environmental management systems.

The notion of fuzzy n-fold implicative ordered filters in implicative semigroups is introduced, and related properties are investigated. Relations between fuzzy ordered filters and fuzzy n-fold implicative ordered filters are provided. Characterizations of a fuzzy n-fold implicative ordered filter are given, and an extension property for a fuzzy n-fold implicative ordered filter is obtained.
