This study analyzed the abuse of authority among the types of power abuse in educational institutions in order to create an educational climate in which democracy and equality are respected and to create a better education and an equal society. First, we analyzed the concept and cause of power abuse through literature research, and then explored the cases of members of educational institutions according to the type of abuse of authority through qualitative research to derive implications. As a result, abuse of authority within educational institutions were found as follows: additional work without consultation, transfer of duties, coercive and unilateral instructions using status, instructions violating laws and guidelines, private instructions for personal convenience, specific institutions, personal rights, and privacy. Based on this analysis, a policy was proposed. First, an agreed standard for abuse of authority, an institutional mechanism to mediate conflicts and complaints over abuse of authority, mandatory installation and legislation of the best decision body, active and transparent disclosure of information, and a shift to open and listening administration are needed. Second, analyzing and seeking ways to reduce overuse of authority in educational institutions will be the cornerstone for leading education's democracy and equality by creating a culture of mutual respect and communication among members of the organization. Hope that follow-up studies will be carried out and that the Gap-jil in educational institutions will be reduced to create a better educational environment.

This research has the purpose to approach 'Audience participation theatre' through applying the concept of 'Hybrid' which newly come to the fore after 21st in a theatre space. In fact, 'Hybrid' has been suppling crucial power to create and pass a culture down for a long time, and it could not different to a theatre space. The hybridity in previous traditional theatre which is central 'text' and 'architectural theater' is limited movement only on the stage, such as 'an actor between presence and absence', 'a theatrical time between real and fiction' and 'an objet between An Sich(thing itself) and Fur Sich(thing with inner meaning). However after 20st's 'Avant-Garde' with 'decomposition sprit', the hybridity become broader from only on the stage to entire theatre space including auditorium caused by collapse the boundary between auditorium and stage. In other words, 'auditorium' and 'audience' are considered as 'a theatrical element' coequal with other elements, and it can create various special results through they are mixed equally. Therefore, 'Audience participation theatre' could regarded a kind of hybrid phenomenon between 'auditorium and audience' and 'actor and stage' which are most disparate relation, and it is also approached 'hybridized audience', 'hybridized space' and 'hybridized text' as a new identity.

This study was attempted to derive strategic implications for activating professional sports by conducting in-depth interviews with professional sports officials such as players, teams, federations, agencies, etc., by searching for factors that cause match fixing and deriving preventive strategies based on them. Eight people with more than 3 years of experience working in professional sports were selected using the snowball sampling technique. Data were collected and analyzed by applying a semi-structured in-depth interview method for them. As a result of the analysis, five core categories (the learning effect from the cartel for entering university, the culture learned in a camp training, the manifestation of the latent learning effect, the negative effect of the human network, the personal disposition) were derived as factors causing match-fixing. As for the strategy to prevent match fixing, first, improving the college entrance examination system oriented on individual capability, second, improving the education system for student athlete, third, establishing a prevention system, fourth, continuing education, fifth, and activating the agent system as the core categories. Implications for the derived research results and future research directions were discussed.

Metonymy can be said to be the only language's meaning shifting technique that exists in the domain of a single human thought in order to obtain a transparent cognitive effect. The purpose of this study was to analyze the 'descriptive metonymy' of the advertising content language constructed by the cognitive principle and to find a way to use it in media language education for social and cultural interests and reflection of college students. The metonymy used in advertising media contrasts with the difficulty of the metaphorical interpretation of "opaque and distant" reasoning. Storyboards, mostly focused on human emotions and behaviors, used metonymy's 'transparent and easy meaning shifting technique'. I have found that I can expect the efficiency of media language education that contains the interest and sociocultural interest, self-reflection, and future imagination of college students. Now, there is less need to perform cognitive reasoning for advertisements with ambiguous metaphor techniques. Lastly, in order to produce successful advertising content, we expect to use the language technique of 'narrative metonymy' with warm feelings of humans, and acknowledge the lack of quantitative research and leave it as a task for the next research.

Social distancing caused a sharp industrial stagnation in the performance industry. Due to the continuous industrial downturn, as well as the livelihoods of many related workers, the outlook for the performance industry has reached a point where it is impossible to foresee the future. As a result of seeking various ways to recover from the continuing industrial stagnation, online concerts drew attention as the most effective alternative. Its development potential was highly evaluated as it could provide a performance culture to consumers while complying with social distancing. This study has value in terms of academic contribution as it slightly suggests a direction for the sustainable development of online performances presented as a breakthrough amid the social and industrial stagnation caused by the pandemic. therefore, this thesis describes the changes in the performance industry due to social distancing, and collects and analyzes examples of online performances by type to illuminate the value of online performances as an industry in the pandemic era and develops them. The possibility was reconsidered and the direction to be taken in the future was suggested. In each type of case, the cases focused on social value did not satisfy the economic value of profit creatiom, and even in the opposite case, if the profit creation was satisfied, the analysis result showed that the social value was not satisfied, and the planning intention of each performance was not satisfied. Accordingly, cases such as satisfying both profit creation and social value were also confirmed. Therefore, the direction for online performances was presented through the improvement of technologies and systems and the commercialization of existing platforms.

In terms of appearance, the Korean Neologisms of the 'OOjok' was constantly created for 10 years, and the Chinese Neologisms of the 'OOfamily' was not formed in 2017 but reappeared in small quantities in 2018 and 2019. Korean and Chinese Neologisms of the 'OOjok(family)' show differences in their structural characteristics. In the case of the most actively formed compound, the preceding elements of the Korean 'OOjok' Neologisms showed various etymological elements and types. However, the Chinese Neologisms produced by 'OOfamily' showed a limited linguistic aspect due to the active compound of native languages. Derivative also showed these differences. By Classifying 'OOjok(family)' line in Korean and Chinese Neologisms as meaningful qualities, they have different characteristics, but both of them were found to have accepted colorful culture and phenomenon in various areas, and new expression meanings as their precedence element. These diverse cultures appear to have influenced the creation of the new language.

This discussion can be said to be a qualitative study on the possibility of linking communication education for college students and literacy education for Korean language-linked educators based on the theory of interpretation of cognitive meaning of media text containing complex mechanisms. The implicit meaning of media content expression used as an interactive communication strategy will be accepted as a multilateral interpretation according to the individual learner's cognitive environment. If so, how is the general media content meaning intended by the content creator being accepted? These doubts are the starting point for discussion. To solve the problem, I leaned on the experimental pragmatic methodology of cognitive aesthetics and applied a model of relevance of cognitive linguistics to connect learners' creative cognitive environment and present content to find a contrast. As a result of the discussion, it was possible to establish a basic framework for learners to express their subjectivity and creative thinking that could connect the cognitive environment and present content themselves. In particular, active and positive learners also revealed direct descriptive expressions to build a new cognitive environment, such as suggesting a third alternative to argue the ability to question produced media texts and the validity of the meaning implied in the text. In the future, since media text containing complex mechanisms is an indirect and persuasive communication behavior that occurs easily through various media in modern society, the universal communication principle of reliable conversation between media text creators and audiences should exist.

In the 30th edition of , Chunhyang is conventionally presented as a woman who tries to protect her chastity and it eventually bears the fruits of her love. On the other hand in , Chunhyang is reinterpreted as a woman who strives to protect feminist self-consciousness and beliefs, even in unreasonable social situations. By comparing the two different works, we can see differences in the behavior of the characters in how to overcome various obstacles, such as irregularity, gender discrimination, and identity conflict. By reinterpreting the emotions of the characters in the classic novel into the emotions of the modern characters, we can see the how the characters grow when trying to overcome the situation and find a solution, even though there is no change yet. This can be seen as the emotions of the characters become different as time goes by. As the times go by, the world's values and inclinations also change, and the irrationalities of the world will also go in various directions. Through the fusion of culture into history, even though it's irrational but we become familiar with it and will clearly understand the absurdities, and we can look forward to changes in the process.
