Due to their high degree of freedom to transfer and acquire light, fiber optics can be used in the presence of strong magnetic fields. Hence, optical sensing and imaging based on fiber optics can be integrated with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnostic systems to acquire valuable information on biological tissues and organs based on a magnetic field. In this article, we explored the combination of MRI and optical sensing/imaging techniques by classifying them into the following topics: 1) functional near-infrared spectroscopy with functional MRI for brain studies and brain disease diagnoses, 2) integration of fiber-optic molecular imaging and optogenetic stimulation with MRI, and 3) optical therapeutic applications with an MRI guidance system. Through these investigations, we believe that a combination of MRI and optical sensing/imaging techniques can be employed as both research methods for multidisciplinary studies and clinical diagnostic/therapeutic devices.

^x In Korea, we are entering on a new phase that the use concept of urban park is extending to dynamic activities such as games and sports. This article is to investigate the significance of lawn areas, as a receptive space of such a wide range of recreation activities. As a study process, Green Styles (type of parks) such as Garden Type, Park Type and Forest Type were studied and historical review of lawn areas in park development was performed. In conclusion, the lawn areas ( greensward) are an essential part of park and open space organization. The significance as a conclusion is presented as follows : 1 ) Balance in type of parks The structures of our parks and open spaces are inclined toward the artificial Garden Type and natural Forest Type. Therefore, the intermediate Park Type and sparse wood areas should be a core part of our park and open space development. 2) Psychological effect Park Type areas, thorned by greensward(lawn area), can refresh urban dwellers with natural picturesque landscaps, and Park Type landscape is the most preferred natural landscape. It shows the essence of natural amenity as 3) Accomodation of wide range of recreation activities Lawn areas in urban park are the best place in accomodating the wide range of active and massive recreation activities. Thus, lawn areas can increase the freedom of recreation use in urban park. 4) Enlargement of physical carrying capacity. With expansion of lawn areas of euro- american concept, the structural open space can be transformed into service open space. Thus, the recreation carrying capacity of urban parks can be enlarged.

The purpose of this study was to explore the lived experiences of Korean mothers in relation to parent education. Parent education was broadly defined in this study to encompass the various educational experiences that parents "try" and "undergo" both before and after becoming parents. Rather than being confined to a single program, we aimed to understand parent education as a cumulative process, comprising diverse experiences that shape parents' lives and roles. We conducted in-depth interviews with seven mothers of infants and toddlers, followed by a reflexive thematic analysis of the data. Four major themes emerged from the analysis. The first theme, "confusion about becoming a parent," describes the initial challenges of adjusting to the loss of freedom and the adaptation to new responsibilities. The second theme, "parent education through observation and experience," highlights how parents learned by observing and engaging with real-life situations before and after the birth of their children. The third theme, "active participation in purposeful parent education," focuses on structured educational programs in shaping parental roles. The final theme, "reflective thinking and personal growth through parent education," illustrates how reflective practices as a mother contributed to the parental development. This study underscores the importance of adopting a long-term perspective on parent education, recognizing the interconnected nature of parental and child development and appreciating the experiences of mothers who grow through reflective thinking.

This study aims to investigate the development of the stow-net fishery operated in East China Sea and Yellow Sea and its role in the off-shore demersal fishery In Korea after 1980's. This paper also reorganization problems of this fishery under 200 mile exclusive economic zen system. Stow-net fishery which has an important role in offshore demersal fishery in terms of the fish production and supplies had attained an rapid growth since 1960's throughout advancement of the fishing technique, government support and enlargement of fish market. However, the production had come to a stagnant stage since 1980, and even reduced in 1990's by reason of competition from Chinese vessels which have been developing reapidly as well as other more productive demersal fishery such as trawl of Korea. Nevertheless, high fish price has maintained the business of this fishery. This fishery faces some difficulties such as limited resources, the plunge of fish price due to fish import freedom, and 200 mile EEZ settlement in those Seas among the related countries ratifying the United Nations Convention of the Law of the Sea in 1996. This paper discusses the reorganization problems of the stow-net fishery under the new situation. : (1)to lighten a damage to the fishery to keep the fishing ground and to restrict the entry of competitive fisheries, (2)to reduce the fishing effort by the governmental support, (3)to introduce new fishing methods, (4)to employ foreigner as a cheep labour, (5)to rise fish price throughout more freshness of fishes.

A realtime simulator using an explicit integration method is introduced to improve the solving performance for the dynamic analysis of a wheeled vehicle. Because a full vehicle system has many parts, the development of a numerical technique for multiple d.o.f. and ground contacts has been required to achieve a realtime dynamics analysis. This study proposes an efficient realtime solving technique that considers the wheeled vehicle dynamics behavior with full degrees of freedom and wheel contact with soft ground such as sand or undersea ground. A combat vehicle was developed to verify this method, and its dynamics results are compared with commercial programs using implicit integration methods. The combat vehicle consists of a chassis, double wishbone type front and rear suspension, and drive train. Some cases of vehicle dynamics analysis are carried out to verify the realtime ratio.

This paper presents dynamic modeling and controller design of a tracked vehicle installed with the double rod type ERSU(electro-rheological suspension unit). A 16 degree-of-freedom model for the tracked vehicle is established by Lagrangian method followed by the formulation of a new sky-ground hook controller. This controller takes account for both the ride quality and the steering stability. The weighting parameter between the two performance requirements is adopted to adjust required performance characteristics with respect to the operation conditions such as road excitation. The parameter is appropriately determined by employing a fuzzy algorithm associated with the vehicle motion. Computer simulations are undertaken in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system. Acceleration values at the driver's seat are analyzed under bump road profile, while frequency responses of vertical acceleration are investigated under random road excitation.

This paper discussed motivation, some theories of motivation and motivation of library personnel. The most important aspect of any organization is its workforce. Motivation arouses, energizes, influences and sustains behaviour and performance of employees. Motivating factors include extrinsic factors which pertain to the conditions under which a job is performed and intrinsic motivators which contribute to job satisfaction and subsequently increase productivity. Two levels of motivation were identified in the library: the need-factor motivation and the profession-related motivation. Need-factor motivation is well-pronounced in the lower cadre of library staff such as library assistants, clerical staff, and porters who set their priority on economic needs. The profession-related motivation occurs among professionally trained librarians whose motivation hinges self-fulfillment derived from professional growth and development. Other motivating factor in the library is job design which includes job rotation, job enlargement, and job enrichment. Job design specifies the contents or methods of any job in such a way that various requirements of a job can be effectively satisfied. Adequate motivation of library employees lies with the managers because they generally control work distribution, freedom and autonomy, work challenge Remove, staff development and training, and advancement opportunities. The managers are urged to create enabling environment to ensure improved commitment, satisfaction, and productivity of employees in the library.

본 연구는 현재 한국 사회에서 크게 성장 중인 인터넷 방송의 모습을 탐구한다. 기술이 발달함에 따라, 기존의 시청자들 개인이 스스로 방송하게 되는 인터넷 방송 시장이 새롭게 태어났다. 국내에서 가장 대중적인 인터넷 방송플랫폼은 Afreeca TV로, Broadcasting Jockey(BJ)들이 자신의 채널에서 고유의 콘텐츠로 다양한 장르의 방송을 하고 있다. 근래의 혼란스러운 한국 사회와 맞물려, 시사/정치의 장르도 인기가 점점 높아진 장르로 변하고 있다. 구체적으로, 본 연구는 시사/정치 부분에서 유명한 BJ 망치부인을 사례를 중심으로 분석하여, 그녀의 채널의 특징, 의견, 시청자들과 소통 방법이 한국 사회에서 언론의 자유에 대해 어떠한 시사점을 던지는 지 등을 분석한다. 이를 통해, 인터넷 방송이 음모론 혹은 토론의 장이 되는지에 대해 입체적으로 탐구하고, 더 나아가 인터넷 방송의 청사진에 대해 토론한다.

본 연구는 빅데이터 산업과 디지털 광고 산업의 발전을 위한 비식별개인정보의 활용이라는 측면과 개인정보 보호 측면 사이의 갈등 관점에서 조망해보았다. 본 연구는 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 논문, 법조문, 행정 규정, 최근 언론 기사 등 문헌연구 중심으로 진행하였다. 특히 본 연구 주제 관련 국내외 현황과 제도 자료를 심층적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 디지털 맞춤형 광고에서의 비식별개인정보 보호 관련 주요 쟁점으로 '광고표현의 자유와 개인 인격권과의 상충', '식별 불가능한 정보의 개인정보화; '정보의 불균형'에 대해 분석하였으며, 이와 관련 디지털 맞춤형 광고에서의 비식별개인정보 보호 방안으로 '광고표현의 자유와 개인 인격권과의 조화' '고지와 동의 절차의 개선', '개인정보통제권의 강화'를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 현재 디지털 맞춤형 광고에서 비식별개인정보가 활발히 활용되고 있는 상황에서 비식별개인정보의 활용과 개인정보 보호에 대해 살펴보았다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 향후에는 본 연구 주제 관련 사례와 판례 중심으로 분석할 필요가 있다.

본 논문에서는 고속철도 교량-열차 상호작용 해석을 위한 단순 3 차원 상호작용 해석모델을 기반으로 하여 정식화한 부구조화 기법 적용 상호작용 해석모델을 제시한다. 부구조화 기법에서는 철도 교량의 상부 구조와 지지 구조를 각각 부구조로 모델링하고, 열차-교량 상호작용 해석을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다. 열차 해석 모델로는 2차원 열차 모델을 사용하고, Lagrange 운동방정식을 적용하여 2차원 열차의 운동방정식을 유도한다. 부구조화 기법에서는 응축 방법을 사용하여 자유도(Degree of freedom)의 수를 줄일 수 있으므로 고유 값 및 고유 벡터 계산을 위한 소요 시간 및 비용과 후속 계산의 소요시간 및 비용이 줄어든다. 본 논문에서는 부구조화 기법으로 Guyan 감소 방법을 사용한다. 단순 3 차원 교량-열차 상호작용 해석과 Guyan 감소 방법을 결합하여 효율적이고 정확한 교량-열차 상호작용 해석을 수행할 수 있다.
