유아조리교육의 동기 및 교육내용의 고려사항에 따른 교육효과에 대한 연구: 교사의 인지를 중심으로 하여 (Teacher's Perception of Children Culinary Education Effectiveness by the Education's Motive and Contents Consideration)

  • This study aimed to investigate the impacts of children's culinary education motive and contents consideration on teachers perception of education effectiveness. The data was gathered from 226 of preschool teachers providing culinary education programs using the five-Likert scales. The preschools were chosen from three randomly selected districts in Seoul, South Korea. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis were utilized for this study. The result indicate that culinary educators designed the contents of the program considering their convenience when their motive is passive, whereas others focussed on the educational purpose such as children's eating habit formulation, team work, and development of taste sense when their motive is active. The result also confirmed that culinary educators perceived the educational effectiveness (e.g., children's development of body, team work, and creativeness) in the course of designing culinary education contents when focusing on children's education.

가열시간에 따른 Beef Consomme의 기호도 및 이화학적 특성에 관한 연구 (The Study of Acceptance and Physicochemical Characteristics of Beef Consomme by Boiling Time)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the sensory and physicochemical properties of beef consomme made with different boiling times (1, 2, 3 and 4hrs). The sensory properties were evaluated with respect to both the acceptability (color, smell, mouth feel, taste, overall acceptability) and intensity characteristics (color, smell, clarify, taste). From the results, the 3hr treatment was most favored for color, smell, mouth feel, taste and overall acceptability, from the sensory evaluation tests. According to a quantitative descriptive analysis of the sensory evaluation for the product, the color, smell and taste gave higher scores with increases in the boiling time. As for the physicochemical characteristics, the pH was increased with increasing boiling time. The reducing sugars, turbidity and viscosity increased with increasing boiling time. The colorimetric lightness values (L) decreased, and redness (a), yellowness(b) and color difference values (ΔE) increased with increasing boiling time. There were 18 free amino acids identified; the alanine, glutamic acid, arginine and leucine contents were high in the free amino acids of the consomme made with different boiling times. There were 3 free sugars identified, glucose, fructose and sucrose. The free sugar contents increased with increasing boiling time. There were changes in the mineral contents of the consomme made with different boiling time; with high K, Na and P contents. The mineral contents increased with increasing, boiling time. The results showed the consomme made by boiling for 3hrs was superior in both its sensory and physicochemical qualities.

간호사 국가시험 과목 통합을 위한 간호관리학 영역의 방향 (The Direction of Nursing Management Domain for Nursing Personal Licensing Examination Board)

  • Purpose : This study was to provide a meaningful framework for establishment of the direction of Nursing Management area to get ready for Nursing Personal Licensing Examination Board. Method : Using methodological and descriptive research method, the research process was as follows: a preliminary work list which was performed by New Nurse related to nursing management area was made of such key information as the domain of nursing management work, the element of that domain, and the detail work content, by means of a broad review of literature related to nursing management on Licensing Examination for the new nurse. After this preliminary work list sought to obtain examination, consensus, and modification of expert group in the nursing management field, research instrument which was the work list performed by new nurse within nursing management area was to developed. And next, it was to survey various of the importance and the frequency of that work performance by registered nurse, nurse manager, and the professors to take responsible of nursing management. Finally, the educational content for nursing management at the level of baccalaureate was proposed by various analyzing of research results. Results : The work list which was performed by new nurse related to nursing management area consisted of 9 domains, 24 elements, and 80 detail work contents. After it was examined into such various analysis as descriptive statistics, ANOVA, mean range, and so on, of the importance perception of the work and the frequency of work performance, the educational contents for baccalaureate in nursing management which consisted of total 65 contents made up of 18 core contents and 47 essential contents, which new nurses have to necessarily know and perform within the nursing management area. Conclusion : The results of this study will contribute to identifying the work list of new nurses performed in nursing management area and also proposing the educational contents that was taught at the level of baccalaureate in nursing management area based on doing actually in nursing unit.

공연예술 콘텐츠 검색을 위한 패싯 내비게이션 인터페이스 구현 (Implementing the Faceted Navigation Interface for Searching Performing Arts Contents)

  • 공연예술 콘텐츠의 효과적인 검색은 특화된 메타데이터를 근간으로 다양한 접근점을 제공할 때 이루어진다. 본 연구는 이용자가 찾고자하는 공연예술 콘텐츠에 대한 정확한 지식이 없더라도 쉽게 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 찾을 수 있는 검색 시스템을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 공연예술 국내외 사이트가 제공하고 있는 접근점 요소와 내비게이션 요소를 파악하고 연극, 무용 음악을 전공하는 대학생들이 원하는 공연예술 검색 접근점 및 브라우징 요소를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 분석을 토대로 공연예술 콘텐츠 검색에 적합한 9개 패싯요소 즉, '공연예술장르', '공연예술가', '공연예술단체', '자료유형', '언어', '주대상관객', '이벤트', '장소', '시기'를 제안하였다. 또한, 다각적인 패싯 내비게이션이 가능하도록 공연예술 콘텐츠 기술요소 27개를 선정하였고 내비게이션이 이루어질 수 있는 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 이를 근거로 하여 3,360건의 실험 데이터를 구축하고 실제 검색 시스템을 구축하였다. 마지막으로 전문가의 심층 인터뷰 결과, 본 연구에서 구축한 시스템이 이용자가 원하는 패싯을 제공하여 만족스러운 브라우징을 수행할 수 있었으며 정보조우가 가능한 인터페이스임을 증명하였다. 공연예술 도메인에서 패싯 내비게이션 검색 기법의 응용은 이용자의 요구를 충족시키며 더 나아가 공연예술 정보에의 접근 및 활용에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 본다.

e-스포츠 콘텐츠 이용자들의 저작권보호 의사결정에 대한 영향요인 분석 (An Analysis of Factors InFluencing Copyright Protection Decision-Making among Korean eSports Game Users)

  • 이 연구는 e-스포츠 콘텐츠 이용자들을 대상으로 저작권보호 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 자료 수집은 2012년 8월 한 달간 서울지역에 위치한 e-스포츠 경기장에서 진행하였는데, 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하여 자기평가기입법으로 응답된 375부를 회수하였다. 이 가운데 21부는 응답이 불성실하거나 분석에 적합하지 않은 것으로 판단되어 제외하였다. 따라서 총 354부의 설문응답을 자료 분석에 사용하였는데(총 응답률 88.5%), 다중회귀분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. e-스포츠 콘텐츠 이용자의 법/도덕적 규범, 인지된 집단규범, 그리고 과거의 습관/행동은 저작권보호 의사결정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이 영향요인들 중 법/도덕적 규범의 영향력이 가장 크게 나타났다.

신선한 토마토와 통조림 토마토의 배합 비율을 달리하여 제조한 모델 토마토 소스의 품질 비교 (Comparison of Quality of Model Tomato Sauces Produced with Different Mixture Ratios of Fresh Tomatoes and Canned Tomatoes)

  • We investigated the quality and sensory characteristics of model tomato sauces which was made from fresh Vitaking tomatoes and American canned tomatoes in the mixture ratios of 0:100% ($S_1$), 25:75% ($S_2$), 50:50% ($S_3$), 75:25% ($S_4$) and 100:0% ($S_5$). Soluble solids, reducing sugars, vitamin C and organic acids increased as the contents of fresh tomatoes increased. pH and contents of $\beta$-carotene and lycopene decreased as the contents of fresh tomatoes increased. Lightness(L value) and yellowness (b value) increased as the contents of fresh tomatoes increased whereas redness (a value) didn't show any significant differences among samples. In the preference test, $S_3$ was the most preferred in red color, taste and overall preference. In the descriptive test, $S_1$ ranked the highest in redness, viscosity, palatability and flavor except for sweet and sour taste. $S_5$ was the lowest in redness, viscosity and palatability, being the highest in sour taste. From this result, we found that the mixture ratio of half fresh tomatoes and canned tomatoes was the best condition to make tomato sauce with preferred red color.

기본간호학 실습교과과정 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Improvement of a Fundermental Nursing Practice Course)

  • It was reported that nursing students had most difficulties in clinical competency due to their short of knowledge and skills in nursing care. Environmental difference between laboratory in nursing school and hospital was another difficulty to them. This implicated that more preclinical competency education is needed in fundermental nursing to achieve skills of care and the laboratory environment of nursing school had to be improved. The purpose of this study was to examine contents, total lecture and practicum house of the fundermental nursing education in nursing schools. It was also examine the difference of contents between hospital in-service education and nursing school. It's study is a descriptive study with study sample of 56 nursing professors who teach fundermental nursing in colleges and universities. Structured Questionnaires was used in collecting data. The result showed that practicum hours total 96.8 hours which was 59% of funderm nursing course. The education regar medication account for large numbers of h Aseptic technique, elimination care, vital oxygen related care were the next common contents. When compared with hospital in-service education, 76% of the education were the same. This suggested that pre-clinical education in fundermental nursing needed to be enforced in its contents & education hours to establish clinical practice centered nursing education.

상담일지에 근거한 재가 유방암 환자의 간호요구도 내용분석 (Analysis of Nursing Needs of Home-dwelling Breast Cancer Patients Based on Counselling Contents)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify the nursing needs of home-dwelling breast cancer patients based on counseling contents. Methods: Descriptive research was conducted with content analysis. This study included 185 patients who underwent treatment for breast cancer in a tertiary hospital. The data were collected using personal counseling via telephone or face-to-face between March 2011 and July 2013. A total of 536 counseling contents were used in the analysis. Inductive content analysis was used to analyze the contents related to nursing counselling. Results: According to the results. the most frequently reported nursing needs was symptom management, followed by information needs and supportive intervention needs; symptom management needs included symptoms related to chemotherapy, daily living, surgery, and medication side effects; information needs included treatments, medication, clinical tests, and alternative therapies; and supportive intervention needs were related to emotional and social aspects. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that nursing interventions for home-dwelling breast cancer patients should be designed and provided with a consideration to these relevant nursing needs.

제3차 어린이집 표준보육과정의 영역별 내용에 대한 영아교사의 인식과 적용 실제 (Toddler Teachers' Perception and Application of the Contents of the 3rd Standard Educare Curriculum)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 영아교사의 변인에 따라 표준보육과정의 영역별 내용에 대한 인식과 적용 실제를 조사하고, 영아교사의 표준보육과정 영역의 내용 이해도와 적용 실제 간에 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 전라남도의 어린이집에 근무하는 만 2세를 담당하는 영아교사 205명이다. 연구도구는 제3차 어린이집 표준 보육과정의 영역별 내용을 참고하여 연구목적에 적절하게 제작된 질문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 대응표본 t검증, 독립표본 t검증, F검증, Duncan 사후 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영아교사의 표준보육과정의 영역별 내용에 대한 이해 수준은 높으며, 특히 영아교사의 학력이 높을수록 이해도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 표준보육과정의 영역별 내용에 대한 적용 수준은 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영아교사의 표준 보육과정 영역별 내용에 대한 이해도와 적용 실제 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다.

취업준비 고등학생을 위한 성희롱 예방 표준교육내용 및 방법 개발 : 델파이 기법을 활용 (Development of Standard Contents and Methods of the Prevent Education of Sexual Harassment in High School Students Preparing for Employment Using Delphi Method)

  • 취업을 선택하는 취업준비 고등학생 인구가 매년 증가하고 있다. 2015년 여성가족부의 직장 내 성희롱 실태 조사에 따르면 직장 내 성희롱 피해경험자의 연령대별 l위가 20대로 나타나, 직장생활에 입문하게 되는 취업준비 고등학생들은 직장 내 성희롱 대상의 취약 연령대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 취업을 앞둔 고등학생을 대상으로 직장 내 성희롱 예방교육을 체계적이고 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해 성희롱예방 표준교육 내용과 방법을 개발하여 제공하고자 시도되었다. 델파이조사의 전문패널은 학교 성교육 및 취업담당 전문가 30명으로, 구조적인 델파이 방법의 의견수렴과 합의과정을 통해 도출하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여, 기술통계, 문항별 가중치 순위, Kendall's W 순위, 적절성을 분석하였다. 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통한 교육내용과 방법의 정제 결과, 5개 영역 140개의 내용에서 최종적으로 3개 영역의 37개 표준교육내용과 방법이 최종 선정되었다. 교육부 학교성교육표준안 및 2015 개정교육과정의 고등보건교과 성교육 영역, 고용노동부의 성희롱예방 대응매뉴얼의 지침과 서로 비교분석하여 본 연구 결과의 차별성을 제시하면서 취업준비 고등학생의 직장 내 성희롱 예방을 위한 교육계획 수립을 위한 학문적 근거를 제시하였다.
