전단탭이 없는 상·하부 스플릿 티 접합부의 접합부상세 개발 (Development of Connection Details for a Double Split Tee Connection Without a Shear Tab)

  • 상 하부 스플릿 티 접합부는 보-기둥 모멘트 접합부의 한 형태로 T-stub 플랜지의 두께, 고장력볼트의 게이지 거리, 고장력볼트의 개수, 고장력볼트의 직경 등의 변화에 따라서 상이한 거동특성을 나타낸다. 상 하부 스플릿 티 접합부는 일반적으로 상 하부에 체결된 T-stub이 휨모멘트를 지지하고 전단탭이 전단력을 지지하는 것으로 이상화하여 설계되고 있다. 그러나 중 저층 강구조물에 상 하부 스플릿 티 접합부가 적용되면 보 부재의 규격이 작아지므로 보 웨브에 전단탭을 설치할 수 없는 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 이 연구는 이와 같이 보 웨브에 전단탭 설치가 어려운 기하학적 형상을 갖는 상 하부 스플릿 티 접합부가 충분한 전단력 지지능력을 발현하도록 하는 접합부상세를 제안하기 위하여 진행하였다. 이를 위하여 상 하부 스플릿 티 접합부에 대한 실험체를 제작하여 실물대 실험을 수행하였다.

  • 상 하부 스플릿 T 접합부는 부분강접 접합부의 한 형태로 접합부에 사용된 T-stub의 두께 및 고력볼트 게이지 거리 변화에 따라서 충분한 휨강도를 갖는다. 뿐만 아니라 상 하부 스플릿 T 접합부는 강재의 종류, 보 및 기둥의 규격, 접합부 형상 등의 조합에 의하여 보통모멘트골조 혹은 특수모멘트골조에 적용 가능한 충분한 연성능력을 갖는 내진접합부로 설계 및 시공 된다. 그러나 이러한 상 하부 스플릿 T 접합부에 대한 국내의 연구는 아직 미흡한 상황이며 적합한 설계식의 제안도 이루어지고 있지 않다. 그러므로 상 하부 스플릿 T 접합부의 국내 적용을 위해서는 많은 실험 및 해석적 연구가 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 이 연구는 FEMA의 상 하부 스플릿 T 접합부에 대한 설계식을 검토하고 국내의 적용 가능성을 타진하고자 진행하였다.

지주식흙막이의 두부 연결 방법에 따른 안정성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Stability of IER according to the Head Connection Method)

  • IER은 굴착 중에 안정성을 증가시키기 위해서 전면지주에 배면지주를 기울어지게 설치하고 강결시킨 구조이다. IER은 배면지주가 억지말뚝의 역할을 함으로써 전면지주에 발생하는 수평변위를 억제하는 효과가 있고, 전면지주에 작용하는 토압을 분산 시켜 구조적으로 안정한 가시설 공법이다. 본 연구에서는 사질토 지반에서 수치해석과 실내모형실험을 통해 IER의 두부를 강결과 힌지로 조건을 다르게 연결하여 IER의 역학적 특성을 확인하였다. 수치해석 결과, 최대수평변위는 두부의 연결 방법이 강결일 때 힌지일 때의 88%가 발생하고 실내모형실험 결과, 수평변위는 두부 연결 방법이 강결일 때 힌지일 때의 단지 7%만 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 지반의 전단변형 해석 결과 토압은 두부의 연결 방법이 강결일 때 힌지일 때의 67%만 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다.

Comparison of fit accuracy and torque maintenance of zirconia and titanium abutments for internal tri-channel and external-hex implant connections

  • PURPOSE. This in vitro study aimed to evaluate the effect of implant connection design (external vs. internal) on the fit discrepancy and torque loss of zirconia and titanium abutments. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Two regular platform dental implants, one with external connection ($Br{\aa}nemark$, Nobel Biocare AB) and the other with internal connection (Noble Replace, Nobel Biocare AB), were selected. Seven titanium and seven customized zirconia abutments were used for each connection design. Measurements of geometry, marginal discrepancy, and rotational freedom were done using video measuring machine. To measure the torque loss, each abutment was torqued to 35 Ncm and then opened by means of a digital torque wrench. Data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA and t-test at ${\alpha}=0.05$ of significance. RESULTS. There were significant differences in the geometrical measurements and rotational freedom between abutments of two connection groups (P<.001). Also, the results showed significant differences between titanium abutments of internal and external connection implants in terms of rotational freedom (P<.001). Not only customized internal abutments but also customized external abutments did not have the exact geometry of prefabricated abutments (P<.001). However, neither connection type (P=.15) nor abutment material (P=.38) affected torque loss. CONCLUSION. Abutments with internal connection showed less rotational freedom. However, better marginal fit was observed in externally connected abutments. Also, customized abutments with either connection could not duplicate the exact geometry of their corresponding prefabricated abutment. However, neither abutment connection nor material affected torque loss values.

2차 권선과 초전도 사이의 중성선 유무에 따른 변압기형 초전도 한류기의 동작특성 (Operational Characteristics of Transformer-Type SFCL with or without Neutral Line between the Secondary windings and Superconducting units)

  • The study on power capacity increase of superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is one of the most important researches to apply a SFCL in the power system. To achieve this, we thought that the unbalanced quenching problem generated in series connection of superconducting units should be solved. In this paper, we investigated the quenching characteristics of superconducting units in the transformer-type SFCL with or without the neutral line between secondary windings and superconducting units. In case of transformer-type SFCL without neutral line, the connection structure of superconducting units is identical to that of the resistive-type SFCL connected in series. Therefore, the unbalanced quenching was occurred by difference of critical current between superconducting units. However, in case of transformer-type SFCL with neutral line, the superconducting units with different critical current were simultaneously quenched. It was because the currents induced by secondary winding were separately flowed through the superconducting units. By these results, we confirmed that the resistances and consumption powers of the superconducting units were equally generated.

  • We investigated the quench characteristics of a flux-lock type superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) depending on the number of the serial connection between the superconducting elements at the subtractive polarity winding of a transformer. The flux-lock type SFCL consists of two coils. The primary coil is wound in parallel to the secondary coil through an iron core, and the secondary coil is connected to the superconducting elements in series. The operation of the flux-lock type SFCL can be divided into the subtractive and the additive polarity windings depending on the winding directions between the primary and secondary coils. In this paper, the analyses of voltage, current, and resistance of superconducting elements in serial connection were performed to increase the power capacity of flux-lock type SFCL. The power burden was reduced through the simultaneous quenching between the superconducting elements. This enabled the flux-lock type SFCL to be easy to increase the capacity of power system.

기능성 수영복 가슴캡의 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Functional Breast Cap Womens Swimsuits)

  • This study aims to improve the comfort and fit of womens swimsuits. Based on the results of the survey, trial suits were designed. In terms of the breast cap, there are five variations based on the feature, size, and thickness and two variations according to the connection mode of the cap. Total 17 trial swimsuits were made, ease of movement and wearing comfort were evaluated. The results of this study were as follows: 1. In terms of movement according to the type of breast cap, the round type shelved much less movement than the triangular type at the lower part of the cap. According to size, the cap that was manufactured on the basis of brassiere cup size showed much less movement than the ordinary cap size in the same round type of cap. In terms of the connection mode between breast caps and swimsuits, there was less cap movement when they were connected by power nets compared to the ordinary models which were connected by conventional rope. 2. Analysis of the differences in wearing comfort. The round type proved to be more convenient than the triangular type at the lower circumference of the caps, the power net collection was rated more positively by the respondents.

카본열선을 사용하는 전기장판의 국부가열에 의한 화재원인 분석 (Fire Cause Analysis of Local Heating on Carbon Type Hot Wire Electric Pad)

  • 본 논문은 카본열선을 사용하는 전기장판에서 발생한 전기화재에 관하여 기술하였다. 카본열선을 사용하는 전기장판은 카본 재질의 특성상 전기용접이나 납땜 등의 방법으로 접속이 불가능하며, 열선 끝단을 카본 재질의 연결부를 만들어 접속해야 한다. 이러한 과정에서 열선 사이의 불완전 접속이 발생되며, 불완전 접속부에는 접촉저항의 증가로 국부적인 발열이 발생되고, 최종적으로 화재사고로 진전된다. 본 논문에서는 카본 열선 접속부에서 불완전 접속이 형성되는 경우, 접속부에서 전기적 발열에 의해 발생되는 열선의 손상 형태를 분석하여 화재원인을 규명하였다. 이러한 분석 결과는 카본 열선을 사용하는 전기장판의 화재원인 조사의 기초 자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

공동주택 적용을 위한 친환경 라멘구조 접합부 개발 (Development of Beam-Column Connection for Green Rhamen Structural Apartment)

  • The composite frame system suggested in this paper consists of steel reinforced concrete beam encased with structural tee and precast concrete column. This system has advantages such as reduction of materials, CO2 emissions and waste. To commercialize the new composite frame system, it is necessary to develop connections that can effectively connect each member. Therefore, a hybrid connection that has steel type connection and reinforced concrete together is utilized to connect easily at the composite frame system. To evaluate the structural performance of the composite frame system, an experimental investigation is presented. In this study, the flexural moment capacity of the composite frame was determined using the strain compatibility approach. The strain compatibility approach can be used to predict the flexural moment capacity at each limit state. As a result, all elements of the beam to column connection are represented to fully interact between each other. The specimens show errors of -1.9% in the yield limit state and 0.9% at the maximum load limit state. Also, testing shows that beam to column connections have characteristics of semi-rigid connection as per Eurocode 3.

볼트 접합형 철근 이음장치 개발을 위한 요구조건 분석 (Requirement analysis for Development of the Bolt-type Rebar Coupler)

  • In the connection of green frame, the bottom rebar of the precast concrete beam needs joint or anchorage to ensure structural integrity. However, given the characteristics of composite precast concrete joint, enough length over which rebar can be anchored or lap-spliced is not secured. In addition, due to issues with constructability, cost or quality, it is difficult to apply welding or mechanical connection techniques. Therefore, this study analyze the requirement for a bolt-type rebar coupler as a solution for the coupling issue between the lower rebars of green frame beam. The requirement for bolt-type rebar coupler proposed herein will provide basic data for development studies of the rebar coupler.
