Although the properties of flatness and condition (E) for Sacts over a monoid S are incomparable, Liu([10]) showed that necessary and sufficient condition for a monoid S over which all left S-acts that satisfy condition (E) are flat is the regularity of S. But the problem of describing a monoid over which all cyclic flat left S-acts satisfy condition (E) is still open. Thus the purpose of this paper is to characterize monoids over which all cyclic flat right S-acts satisfy condition (E).

Let $D{\subseteq}E$ be an extension of integral domains with characteristic zero, I be a nonzero proper ideal of D and let H(D, E) and H(D, I) (resp., h(D, E) and h(D, I)) be composite Hurwitz series rings (resp., composite Hurwitz polynomial rings). In this paper, we show that H(D, E) satisfies the ascending chain condition on principal ideals if and only if h(D, E) satisfies the ascending chain condition on principal ideals, if and only if ${\bigcap}_{n{\geq}1}a_1{\cdots}a_nE=(0)$ for each infinite sequence $(a_n)_{n{\geq}1}$ consisting of nonzero nonunits of We also prove that H(D, I) satisfies the ascending chain condition on principal ideals if and only if h(D, I) satisfies the ascending chain condition on principal ideals, if and only if D satisfies the ascending chain condition on principal ideals.

Let E be a real Banach space. We prove some necessary and sufficient conditions for the convergence of the Mann iterative sequence to a fixed point of T.

The effect of polyethylene film(P.E.) mulching on the degradation of alachlor(N-methoxymethyl-2, 6-diethyl ${\alpha}-chloroacetoanilide$), pendimethalin(3, 4-dimethyl-2, 6-dinitro-N-l-ethylpropylanilide) and diphenamid(N,N-dimethyl-2, 2-diphenylacetamide) in red pepper, peanut, and sesame fields was investigated. In soils under the non-mulching condition the half-lives of alachlor, pendimethalin and diphenamid were 3, 37 and $24{\sim}46$ days, respectively. However, the half-lives of those under the P.E. mulching condition were longer than under the non-mulching condition. The differences in the half-lives between P.E. mulching and non-mulching conditions were about 30 days for pendimethalin and from 20 to 90 days for diphenamid. However, the half-life of alachlor was hardly affected by P.E. mulching. Pendimethalin and alachlor were not detected in the harvasted red peppers, peanuts and sesame under P.E. mulching and non-mulching conditions. But, the residue of diphenamid in peanuts was 0. 147 ppm under the P.E. mulching condition and 0.071 ppm under the non-mulching condition, and the residue of diphenamid in sesame was 0.022 ppm under the P.E. mulching condition and 0.129 ppm under the non-mulching condition. The amounts, however, were below the tolerance limits for pesticide residue.

In this paper, we introduce some new properties of a topological space which are respectively generalizations of $Fr\'{e}chet$-Urysohn property. We show that countably AP property is a sufficient condition for a space being countable tightness, sequential, weakly first countable and symmetrizable, to be ACP, $Fr\'{e}chet-Urysohn$, first countable and semimetrizable, respectively. We also prove that countable compactness is a sufficient condition for a countably AP space to be countably $Fr\'{e}chet-Urysohn$. We then show that a countably compact space satisfying one of the properties mentioned here is sequentially compact. And we show that a countably compact and countably AP space is maximal countably compact if and only if it is $Fr\'{e}chet-Urysohn$. We finally obtain a sufficient condition for the ACP closure operator $[{\cdot}]_{ACP}$ to be a Kuratowski topological closure operator and related results.

The purpose of the present paper is to introduce a new concept of the E($^*{\kappa}$)-connection ${\Gamma}^{\nu}_{{\lambda}{\mu}}$, which is both Einstein and ($^*{\kappa}$)-connection, and to obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of the unique E($^*{\kappa}$)-connection in $n-^*g$-UFT. Next, under this condition, we shall obtain a surveyable tensorial representation of the unique E($^*{\kappa}$)-connection in $n-^*g$-UFT.

Objectives: This study aimed identify of the level and effect of the e-health literacy and health behavior in health science majors Methods: The data was collected from March 5 to March 15, 2018 for student majoring in health science at a university in the C city. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 21.0. Results: First, the e-health literacy were statistically significant in grades (F=5.769, p=0.001), health interest (F=10.553, p<0.001) and health care time (F=3.841, p=0.023), and health behavior were statistically significant in subjective health condition (F=5.476, p=0.05), health interest (F=16.716, p<0.001), and health care time (F=28.479, p<0.001). Second, the e-health literacy were correlated with grades, health care time, economic level and health interest, and health behavior were related to health care time, e-health literacy, subjective health condition and health interest. Third, health behavior related factors were health care time, e-health literacy, grades, subjective health condition, and health interest. Conclusion: The related knowledge and skills should be applied to basic classes in order to ensure that health science majors care can accurately utilize the information on the e-health.

Des Facteurs de $D\'{e}contamination$ (F. D) en Cesium 137 et Strontium 90 et la $dur\'{e}e$ du cycle $d'{\'{e}}puration$ ont $d\^{u}$ $\^{e}tre$ bien meilleurs avec une colonne de 10 ml de $r\'{e}sine$ Carborylique Duolite $CC_4$ mise sous forme acide, suivie d'une colonne de 10 ml de $r\'{e}sine$ cationique Amberlite IR 120 mise sous forme acide et suivie d'une colonne de 10 ml de $r\'{e}sine$ anionique Amberlite IRA 400 mise sous forme hydroxyde.

One of the fermentative metabolism of enteric Escherichia coli was imitated after rumen bacteria, which have high C4 metabolism. E. coli expresses phosphenolpyruvate carboxylase (PPC) for the pathway between phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP) and oxaloacetate (OAA) during glycolytic condition while expresses phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (PCK) during gluconeogenic condition. In contrast to enteric E. coli, rumen bacteria express the PEP-OAA pathway only by PCK. To verify the effect of the regulation imitation on the C4 metabolism of E. coli, PPC-deficient E. coli strain with PCK expression in glycolytic condition was constructed. The PEP-OAA regulation modified E. coli strain increased 2.5-folds higher C4 metabolite than the wild type strain. The potential use of C4 metabolism by regulation control is discussed.

The purpose of this paper is to continue the investigation of monoids over which various properties of acts happen to coincide. Special concern is to characterize monoids by regular right acts. In particular there are given some characterizations of monoids over which all right acts that satisfy condition (E)(or condition (P)) are regular.
