수종 복합레진의 추가적인 열중합 후의 중합률 변화 (THE CHANGES IN DEGREE OF CONVERSION OF COMPOSITE RESINS AFTER ADDITIONAL HEAT CURING)

  • This study was designed to etermine the changes in the degree of conversion for composite resins after heat curing following the methods proposed by Lee & Park(1995). 8-mm diameter hole was made in 1mm teflon plate and one of three types of composites (Charisma, Brilllant, Z100) was placed and light cured for 60seconds. The samples were devided into 3 groups according to the placing composites. After light curing, the samples were separated from the moulds. Using this method, 10 samples were prepared in each group; 5 samples from each group were heat cured according to the methods proposed by manutfactures, These samples were then thinned to 50-$70{\mu}m$ and analysed with a Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer. Standard baseline technique was used to calculate the degree of conversion. When the samples were light cured, the degrees of conversion in each groups were 47.1 % (charisma), 53.3% (Z100), and 70.1 % (Brilliant). The degree of conversion after heat curing were; 60.1 % (Charisma), 71.1 % (Z100), and 73.3 % (Brillant). Once the samples were heat cured, there were significant increases in degree of conversion.

On Nomadic Charisma

  • The article closely considers an important aspect of the operation of nomadic charisma that has not yet been sufficiently addressed by historians. To do so, it examines the dynamics of nomadic power relations and the nomads' ensuing sense of properly balanced relations of power that found its manifestation when their rulers were required to share power in an effective way, one that would satisfy all parties involved. This was translated into the requirement to comply with established norms of social reciprocity toward one's kinsfolk that became crystallized into certain patterns of behavior. I argue that adherence to these patterns constituted the essential attributes of the nomads' psychological and cultural expectations that shaped their perception of a charismatic style of ruling.

벤처기업 창업자의 리더십 영향력에 대한 마음챙김의 상호작용 효과 (Mindfulness' interaction effect of the Influence of Entrepreneur's Leadership of Venture Firm)

  • 벤처기업에 관한 연구는 주로 창업자의 특성 및 벤처기업의 성과에 대한 연구 등이 주를 이루어 왔지만 리더십에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 벤처기업 창업자의 변혁적 리더십이 구성원의 태도에 미치는 영향과 창업자의 리더십과 마음챙김의 상호작용 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 위해 48개 회사의 172명의 구성원으로부터 얻은 데이터를 사용하였으며, 분석을 위해 SPSS와 AMOS 통계패키지를 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십이 리더신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 카리스마, 개인배려, 지적자극 모두 리더신뢰에 영향력을 나타나는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 리더신뢰가 조직 냉소주의에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 리더신뢰는 조직 냉소주의에 부정적인 영향력을 나타냈다. 셋째, 리더신뢰가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 리더신뢰는 조직몰입을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 마음챙김과 변혁적 리더십의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과 카리스마, 개인배려와 마음챙김의 조절효과가 확인되었으나 지적자극과 마음챙김의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다.

Charisma: Trimble's Modernized Differential GPS Reference Station and Integrity Monitor Software

  • Around 2002, the United States Coast Guard (USCG) identified a need to re-capitalize their Reference Station (RS) and Integrity Monitor (IM) equipment used in the Nationwide Differential Global Position System (NDGPS). Commercially available off-the-shelf differential RS and IM equipment lacked the open architecture required to support long-term goals that include future system improvements such as use of new civil frequencies on L2 and L5 and realization of a higher rate NDGPS beacon data channel intended to support RTK. The first step in preparing for this future NDGPS was to port current RTCM SC-104 compatible RS and IM functionality onto an open architecture PC-based platform. Trimble's product Charisma is a PC-based RS and IM software designed to meet these USCG goals. In fact USCG engineers provided key designs and design insights throughout the development. We cannot overstate the contribution of the USCG engineers. Fundamental requirements for this effort were that it be sufficiently flexible in hardware and software design to support fluid growth and exploitation of new signals and technologies as they become available, yet remain backward compatible with legacy user receivers and existing site hardware and system architecture. These fundamental goals placed an implicit adaptability requirement on the design of the replacement RS and IM. Additionally, project engineers were to remain focused on sustaining the high level of differential GPS service that 1.5 million legacy users have come to depend on. This paper will present new hardware and software (i.e., Trimble's Charisma software) architecture for the next generation NDGPS RS and IM. This innovative approach to engineering on an open architecture PC-based platform allows the system to continue to fulfill legacy NDGPS system requirements and allows the USCG and others to pursue a scalable hardware re-capitalization strategy. We will use the USCG's recapitalization project to explain the essential role of the Charisma software.

농업 경영체의 CEO 리더십, 농산물 교육과정의 참여동기 및 성과 간의 관계 (Relationship among CEO's Leadership of Agricultural Management, Motivation for Participation in Agricultural Curriculum and Outcomes)

  • 본 연구는 농산물유통상품화CEO과정의 CEO 176명으로부터 회수한 설문을 활용하여 CEO 리더십이 교육과정 참여동기 및 농업 경영체 성과 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 가설 1의 농업 경영체의 리더십(카리스마, 서번트 리더십)은 교육과정의 참여동기인 목표지향에 통계적으로 유의한 관계이었다. 둘째, 가설 2의 농업 경영체의 리더십(거래적 및 서번트 리더십)은 교육과정의 참여동기인 활동지향에 통계적으로 정(+)의 관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설 3의 농업 경영체의 리더십은 교육의 참여동기인 학습지향에 정(+)의 관계일 것이다는 모두 기각되었다. 넷째, 가설 4의 농업 경영체 CEO의 교육과정 참여동기(목표지향)는 농업 경영체의 성과에 통계적으로 정(+)의 관계로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 가설 5의 농업 경영체의 리더십(카리스마, 서번트 리더십)은 성과에 정(+)의 관계로 확인되었다.

간호 관리자의 변혁적, 거래적 리더십과 관련변인과의 관계 (The Relationship Between Leadership Styles of Nurse Managers and Related Variables)

  • The Purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between leadership style of nurse managers and related variables and to provide the basic data for developing strategies of transformational, transactional leadership study. The subjects were 300 nurses and 10 head nurses were working at the 2 general hospitals in seoul. The data were collected from July 6 to July 14, 2001 by the structured questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SAS package were used. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The score of the nurse managers' transformational leadership perceived by surbodinates' were higher than that of the nurse managers' transactional leadership. Among 5 subdimensions of the leadership styles perceived by surbodinates', the scores of 'charisma' and 'intellectual stimulation' were highest and 'management by exception' were lowest. 2. 'charisma' 'intellectual stimulation', 'individual consideration' and 'contingent reward' were positively related to all of variables except 'turnover intention'. 'Management by exception' was negatively related to all of variables and was positively related to 'turnover intention'. 3. As a result of regression analysis, leadership styles effect on 'leadership effectiveness', 'turnover intention', 'job satisfaction', 'empowerment', 'organizational commitment', 'autonomy', 'job involvement' in turn. The determinants of 'job satisfaction', 'autonomy', 'leadership effectiveness' were 'charisma' of transformational leadership and the determinants of 'organizational commitment', 'job involvement', 'empowerment' were 'intellectual stimulation' of transformational leadership.

Perceived Leadership Style of Korean Dietitians : Focusing on the Transformational and Transactional Leadership Styles

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the transformational or transactional leadership styles of Korean dietitians. The study was completed with Korean dietitians (n = 268, $67\%$ response) using mail survey. The leadership styles were divided into transformational (including charisma, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) and transactional (contingent reward, management by exception) leadership found in the several literature. Overall, the score of Korean dietitians' transactional leadership was higher than that of the transformational leadership (p < .05). Among three sub-dimensions of the transformational leadership styles, the score of 'individualized consideration' was higher than 'charisma' and 'intellectual stimulation'. Between two sub-dimensions of the transactional leadership styles, Korean dietitians used more 'management-by-exception' than 'contingent reward'. ANOVA results suggested that the transformational leadership was more likely to be used by the younger dietitians, while the transactional leadership was more likely to be used by the older dietitians (p < .05). Data showed that dietitians having 3-6 year dietetic experience used more transformational leadership than other experienced dietitians (p < .05). It was also found that the Korean dietitians' leadership styles were influenced by the type of dietetic practice area. Data showed that 'charisma', 'intellectual stimulation', 'individualized consideration' and 'contingent reward' were more likely to be used by Korean dietitians from school than by dietitians from health. care and industry (p < .05). This study will be useful for dietitians to guide the application of appropriate leadership style in order to increase employees' job satisfaction as well as organizational performance. 컬러마케팅, 브랜드 카리스마와 마케팅성과 간의 관계연구 (A Relational Analysis among Color Marketing, Brand Charisma and Marketing Outcome)

  • 본 연구는 고객의 감성에 의한 개성이 중요시되고 브랜드와 제품에 다양한 컬러를 반영한 지속가능한 경쟁 우위차원에서 컬러마케팅과 브랜드 카리스마 그리고 마케팅 성과 간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 정제된 266개의 설문을 분석한 결과 첫째, 컬러마케팅의 상징성과 연상성은 브랜드 카리스마에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 컬러마케팅의 상징성은 마케팅성과의 브랜드충성도와 브랜드만족에, 연상성은 마케팅성과의 브랜드충성도에, 식별성은 마케팅성과의 브랜드만족에 유의적인 관계로 분석되었다. 셋째, 브랜드 카리스마는 전환장벽을 제외한 마케팅성과의 브랜드충성도와 브랜드만족에 긍정적인 관계인 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 유용성은 첫째, 기업들이 소비자의 라이프스타일 분석에 의한 개성있는 표적고객들에게 컬러마케팅으로 고객유인전략에 활용할 수 있는 동시에 브랜드 카리스마가 고객과의 지속적 경쟁우위 관계강화의 접착제 역할을 담당할 수 있음을 시사하며, 둘째, 브랜드컬러는 고객들에게 기업의 이미지를 인지 및 연상시키고 브랜드 카리스마를 낳아 충성도로 연결되는 소위 고객관계관리의 무기로 활용할 수 있다.

A Study on Marketing Strategy Cases of the Young Casual Brands in L-Department Store - Focused on 5 Big Brands -

  • This study tried to suggest the effective future marketing strategies by analysing marketing strategies of five brands which were selected by sales amount and the growth rate among young casual brands in the L-Department store from 2001 to 2002. According to analysis, brand marketing could summarize to five marketing strategies such as culture marketing, emotion marketing, co-marketing, on-line marketing, and propose marketing. Culture marketing includes 'BB family marketing, star marketing, core marketing, experience marketing. One of the emotion marketing is 'Kidult marketing' which affects cute concept. Co-marketing includes 'Charisma marketing' that cooperates with distribute industry, 'Movata marketing' which cooperates with mobile communication industry, and 'Game marketing' which cooperates with game industry. There are some other marketing strategies such as consumer calling marketing, A.S.A. marketing which is for buyers, QR marketing for quick response, Web site's differentiate marketing and Logo marketing. The suggested marketing strategies for on-coming brands are 'distinguished strategy of the online contents', 'consumer calling strategy' and 'loyalty maximizing strategy'.

변혁적 리더십과 안전참여의 관계에서 안전동기의 매개효과 (The mediating effect of safety motivation on the relationship between transformational leadership and safety participation)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship among safety-specific transformational leadership, safety motivation, and safety participation, and the mediating effect of safety motivation between transformational leadership and safety participation. Based on the responses from 233 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) charisma, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspiration effect positively on safety motivation. 2) safety motivation effects positively on safety participation. 3) safety motivation mediates fully between charisma/inspirationand safety participation. 4) safety motivation mediates partly between individual consideration/intellectual stimulation and safety participation.
