Recently, In line with the recent trend of the fourth industrial revolution, many companies and institutions have been increasingly applying automated technologies using artificial intelligence to various tasks. Particularly, due to the government's 52-hour workweek system, companies are increasingly struggling with manpower management. Therefore, they are interested in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for office environment automation for efficient manpower management. It is being introduced in the back-office business in credit card companies, bank, insurance. These RPA solutions require AI-based recognition technology, scripting technology, business software API-related technologies, and various solutions such as Automate One, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism are provided. This paper analyzes and describes the technology of RPA solution, the market trend, and the efficiency of RPA adoption.
The Korean film industry with significant increase every year exceeded the number of cumulative audiences of 200 million people in 2013 finally. However, starting from 2015 the Korean film industry entered a period of low growth and experienced a negative growth after all in 2016. To overcome such difficulty, stakeholders like production company, distribution company, multiplex have attempted to maximize the market returns using strategies of predicting change of market and of responding to such market change immediately. Since a film is classified as one of experiential products, it is not easy to predict a box office record and the initial number of audiences before the film is released. And also, the number of audiences fluctuates with a variety of factors after the film is released. So, the production company and distribution company try to be guaranteed the number of screens at the opining time of a newly released by multiplex chains. However, the multiplex chains tend to open the screening schedule during only a week and then determine the number of screening of the forthcoming week based on the box office record and the evaluation of audiences. Many previous researches have conducted to deal with the prediction of box office records of films. In the early stage, the researches attempted to identify factors affecting the box office record. And nowadays, many studies have tried to apply various analytic techniques to the factors identified previously in order to improve the accuracy of prediction and to explain the effect of each factor instead of identifying new factors affecting the box office record. However, most of previous researches have limitations in that they used the total number of audiences from the opening to the end as a target variable, and this makes it difficult to predict and respond to the demand of market which changes dynamically. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to predict the weekly number of audiences of a newly released film so that the stakeholder can flexibly and elastically respond to the change of the number of audiences in the film. To that end, we considered the factors used in the previous studies affecting box office and developed new factors not used in previous studies such as the order of opening of movies, dynamics of sales. Along with the comprehensive factors, we used the machine learning method such as Random Forest, Multi Layer Perception, Support Vector Machine, and Naive Bays, to predict the number of cumulative visitors from the first week after a film release to the third week. At the point of the first and the second week, we predicted the cumulative number of visitors of the forthcoming week for a released film. And at the point of the third week, we predict the total number of visitors of the film. In addition, we predicted the total number of cumulative visitors also at the point of the both first week and second week using the same factors. As a result, we found the accuracy of predicting the number of visitors at the forthcoming week was higher than that of predicting the total number of them in all of three weeks, and also the accuracy of the Random Forest was the highest among the machine learning methods we used. This study has implications in that this study 1) considered various factors comprehensively which affect the box office record and merely addressed by other previous researches such as the weekly rating of audiences after release, the weekly rank of the film after release, and the weekly sales share after release, and 2) tried to predict and respond to the demand of market which changes dynamically by suggesting models which predicts the weekly number of audiences of newly released films so that the stakeholders can flexibly and elastically respond to the change of the number of audiences in the film.
The objective of this study is to examine the relationship of organizational justice, project performance and internal and external PMO (Project Management Office) capability by conducting survey of IT project participants worked with PMO. This study was the first case which classifies PMO capability into internal and external by ownership of PMO. PLS-SEM analysis, which used for this study shows internal PMO capability connects with distributive justice and procedural justice, and directly related to project performance. By comparison, external PMO capability has relationship only with procedural justice, but never related to project performance. Furthermore, distributive justice and procedural Justice all have correlation with project performance. In general, capability of external professional consulting firms is utilized for the fairness and objectivity in spite of sufficient internal project management capability. However, the internal PMO capability has greater influence on procedural justice than external's (internal PMO capability > external PMO capability). Also, distributive justice and project performance have direct correlation only with the internal PMO capability. This paper will be an indicator of finding human capabilities which are necessary for internal and external PMO performance, and has great significance of laying a groundwork of project management strategy by PMO.

The study aims to investigate the impact of psychological climate, self-resilience, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and job stress on employee performance during Covid-19 pandemic. This paper also attempts to find out the mediating role of OCB and job stress in this context. A confirmatory survey was conducted on 316 employees of several institutions in Indonesia who worked from home during Covid-19 for a minimum period of 2 months. The research revealed that 1) PC has significant and positive influence on OCB and performance; 2) Self resilience have positive and significant influence on performance; 3) PC and self-resilience have a negative influence on job stress; 4) there are insignificant relationship between self-resilience on OCB; OCB and job stress on performance; 5) PC and self-resilience have no indirect influence on performance through OCB and job stress. The findings of this study reveal that organizations expected to have strategic approach in order to handle Covid-19 pandemic in different work patterns that are required to carry out routine office tasks from home, including handling stress as a fast adaptation for both employees and organizations that have a routine task from home.
Purpose: This study aims to comprehensively analyze what small business owners experience in relation to stressors, consequences, coping methods, and situational factors. Research design, data and methodology: In this study, qualitative research methodology was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 15 small business owners who started franchise convenience stores, and classify stressors and consequences, coping methods, and situational factors based on the transactional theory of stress. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, stressors were classified into challenge stressor and hindrance stressor. Second, stress coping methods were classified into problem-focused and emotion-focused coping methods. Among them, SBOs mainly used problem-focused coping methods. Third, consequences were classified into physiological, emotional, and behavioral tension. Lastly, the moderating factorsin the process of stress coping were resilience, social support, and positive traits. Conclusion: Theoretically, the stressors and coping methods that small business owners experience during the start-up process were confirmed from an integrated theoretical perspective. Practically, building trust relationships with SBOs and providing realistic job introductions are required at the head office level, and on the individual side, efforts are required to strike an appropriate balance between behavioral and emotional stress coping and to form a consensus with family members.

This study focuses on examination a) of impacts of entrepreneurs' psychological characteristics on business performance (need fur achievement and risk-taking propensity), b) of impacts of entrepreneur's competency characteristics(vision, opportunity recognition, social deftness, frequency of networking and reliability) on business performance, and c) of controlling impacts of business incubator on the relationship between entrepreneurs' characteristics (psychological characteristics and competency) and business performance. According to a study, among entrepreneurs' psychological characteristics, need for achievement has a significant impact on business performance, whereas risk-taking propensity is found to have no significant impact on business performance. In addition, among entrepreneurs' competency characteristics, vision, social deftness, and network reliability have no impact on business performance, whereas opportunity recognition and frequency of network have an impact on business performance. On the other hand, need for achievement has a negative impact on controlling business incubator services. Business incubator services have a significant impact on the relationship between vision, network reliability and business performance.
Though digital imaging devices such as smart phones, digital cameras and office scanners have improved significantly over the past years, they are seldom used for industrial application. This may be attributable to high level of quality and performance requirement for industrial application, but there lacks a test or an objective evaluation whether the upgraded performance of entry-level device is sufficiently enough to replace existing industrial equipments or not. If there exists an industrial application area where the applicability of entry-level equipment is proved by some objective tests, then companies will be able to reduce investment on expensive industrial equipment. In this study, applicability of entry-level digital devices for color difference discrimination of PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) color sheet is tested. By testing smart phone, digital camera, and office scanner for color difference discrimination, authors have found that office scanner shows consistent result with less measurement error. Additional experiment on comparing office scanner with industrial spectrophotometer has confirmed that there exists high correlation between the two devices' results. Based on this result, office scanner may be applicable to discriminate the color difference of PVC sheet instead of expensive industrial spectrophotometer if proper management criteria are established.

The purpose of this study is to find the factors of the box office record in Korean popular music. For this purpose, 1.239 musics were selected in the Gaon digital weekly album chart from second week July 2013 to first week July 2014. The result can be summarized as follows: First, entertainment of music company, distribution of music company, singer, OST(Original Sound Track), television show, SNS and high ranking in the first week of its release are the factors of the box office record in Korean popular music. Second, entertainment of a large number of music production company is more effective than the others, but there is no difference in the case of distribution music company. Third, musics of singers who have large number of music ranked Gaon digital chart and appearance of television show program are effective in the box office record in Korean popular music. Fourth, SNS are great factors to promote Korean popular music. Fifth, it is important to rank high position in the first week of its release.

We investigated how entrepreneurship, information technology acceptance, and media utilization influence on office worker commitment and how effects are modulated by learning orientation. The purpose of this study is to identify variables that influence on office worker commitment. To do so, entrepreneurship, information technology acceptance, and media utilization that are the core competencies of individuals and organizations in the era of smart information are proposed as predictor variables, office worker commitment as a outcome variable and learning orientation as a modulator. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on office workers, and finally 340 valid questionnaires are used for analysis. Hierarchical regression analysis is used with demographic characteristics as control variables and learning orientation as a modulating variables. A result showed that the higher need for achievement and proactiveness of entrepreneurship is, the higher job commitment is and that the perceived usefulness of information technology acceptance and communication utilization ability of media utilization competitiveness have a positive effect on job commitment. A research showed that learning orientation is modulating the relationship between entrepreneurship and job commitment, and between media utilization capability and job commitment, respectively. We concluded that we should actively seek synergies of learning orientation along with accumulation of online communication utilization capacity and perceived usefulness of information technology, and of proactiveness need for achievement and in entrepreneurship in order to improve the work committment in the smart information society where the digital environment is advanced.

Recently, concerns regarding indoor air quality in offices have continued to increase. Thirty offices in five metropolitan commercial buildings were surveyed from February to April 2004. Sampling was performed during normal business hours. Thermal comfort factors such as temperature and relative humidity, carbon dioxide ($CO_2$), carbon monoxide (CO), formaldehyde (HCHO), respirable dust, $PM_{10}$ were sampled and analyzed to determine the mean, standard deviation, range, and correlation for each of those parameters. The data was then compared to office as standard of Ministry of Labor, and guideline applicable to the indoor environment. The results represented that the temperature was slightly higher than the standard of American Society of Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the relative humidity was lower that the standard of ASHRAE. The range of the 8-TWA concentration of $CO_2$ was 639 ~ 786 ppm, but 33.3% of the total thirty offices exceeded the 1000 ppm as ceiling concentration. The concentration of CO was less than 3 ppm, which was similar to that of offices in Japanese. The mean concentration of formaldehyde was 0.032 ppm, and only 2 % of total samples (193) exceeded the 0.1 ppm, standard of formaldehyde in office air. The concentration of respirable dust and $PM_{10}$ was not exceeded the standard of those parameters, $150{\mu}g/m^3$. The concentration of those parameters in the office air was statistically correlated.
